Resumen
Mathematics is a discipline that can improve thinking skills. However, in reality, the mathematics thinking skills of elementary school students are still low. This is because the mathematics learning used is not optimal and still uses conventional learning. In the process of mathematics learning, there is an integration of character values with mathematics material. Character building through mathematics learning has not been done relatively. The current mathematical concept can be related to cultural activities called ethnomathematics. Through ethnomathematics, mathematics learning becomes more realistic. The purpose of this research is to build students’ character and improve student’s mathematic learning achievement through developing student worksheets with a mathematical approach based on ethnomathematics. The methods of the research were research and development by using steps including preliminary study, design, development, and dissemination. The result of the research is student's worksheets fulfill valid, practical, and effective criteria. The result of the validity of teaching media shows that the average number is 96 % with very good criteria. The effectiveness test shows that there is a distinction of student’s achievement before and after the treatment and the student’s achievement on average is increased. Based on the analysis of student's answers on student worksheets, four characters are built through the learning process with a realistic mathematic approach based on ethnomathematics, such as creativity, independence, curiosity, and nationality. For finding the relation between Martens hardness and Vickers hardness, Rockwell hardness, tensile strength, yield strength, research are done on carbon alloy steel by experiment, linear regression analysis and derivation of equation .Martens hardness, Vickers hardness and Rockwell hardness of 30 samples which contains 3 material and 10 hardness levels are tested by ZHU 2.5 hardness tester. On the basis of 180 groups of data obtained and analyzed from instrumented indentation experiments, mathematic model between Martens hardness and Vickers hardness is established, by linear regression analysis. And mathematic model between Martens hardness and Rockwell hardness, tensile strength, yield strength is established on that basis. By means of comparing the value calculated by the mathematic model and obtained from tensile test using Electronic universal testing machine, the accuracy of the mathematic model is verified. The result show that the relative error of the four mathematics models which established in this test is below 5%, and the four mathematics models can be applied to the practical engineering application.

Resumen
Mathematics is often become the frightening subjects for students. Mathematics is considered as something which is difficult to solve. One of the elementary schools mathematics materials which is considered difficult is fractions. Not only students who consider fractions as difficult material but also teachers admit it as well. Teachers feel difficult in teaching fractions to students. Basic concept of fractions which is difficult for the student to grasp, would become even more complex if it is delivered in the form of word problem. In solving word problems students do not only need mathematic skills but also language skills. This research is aimed to analyze students learning difficulties in solving fractions word problem. This research is a qualitative research. The method of analysis used in this research is Newman method. The results of the research show that students faced difficulties in solving fractions word problems because (1) it is difficult for the students to understand the question and to translate it into mathematical sentence, (2) it is difficult for the students to determine the operation used in the word problems, (3) students are not accustomed to, thus they forget to write the conclusion/write the conclusion without the unit in every answers.

Resumen
Many elementary and middle school mathematics teachers use a particular approach when planning mathematics units. We tend to match a mathematics concept that we want to teach with an activity or material that will convey the needed idea. When we teach fractions. we think of planning a pizza party or partitioning a geoboard. When we teach place value, we think of base-ten blocks or trading games. As we increase our teaching and planning repertoires over the year by adding more and more activities and materials, we make better matches among what we think of as basic curriculum elements: the students' needs. the mathematics topic, and choices of activities and materials. These elements, mixed differently year to year, facilitate many good mathematic lessons. But they may also give us a limited view of curriculum possibilities.

Resumen
The peculiarities of cutting movement at unloading them from the hopper are described. The analysis of the scientific researches on bulk materials movement and bridging is given. To develop the mathematical model of cutting unloading the layer should be described as a pseudoliquid, that consists of discrete components (cuttings) and gaseous medium (air). The Navier-Stokes equation can be applied to the process of cutting unloading and velocity field. The equation of pseudoliquid motion is a nonlinear integral and differential equation. The initial and boundary conditions for speed of cutting movement are identified. As a result of research has been theoretically obtained a formula, that evaluates the rate of planting material unloading, the adequacy of which has already been partially tested in experimental experiments carried out by the authors on the way to creating an automatic planting machine.

Resumen
Based on the study of the solids conveying in the vane extruder, a new concept of the differential shear-compression theory is presented. The objective existing of shear and compressive forces is proved by the mathematical method. And the exerted force is proved to be depended on the compression displacement and the differential of compression speed when solid materials are transported in the solids conveying zone of the vane extruder at any moment. Because of the rotor eccentricity to the stator, a conveying mathematical model between the thickness of the material differential laminate and the rotor angle is established. The nonlinear function E(β) andG(β), related to the thickness, density and compactness of materials are obtained through experiment, and the radial force of inner surface of the stator acted on the differential laminate is calculated by the Hooke's law. Based on the torque balance of the material laminate, the force is calculated by integration in the chamber. The finite element analysis of the mathematic model are applied to verify the validity of the differential shear-compression theory, which is also practical to metal material rolling, high pressure double roll crush and other processes with converging geometry.

Resumen
The objective of this paper is to perform the innovation design of removing most textile dyes that are harmful to the environment and might induce cancer. However, many methodologies had been developed for various chemical and physical processes to remove different dyes, such as ozone oxidation, electrochemical methods, chemical coagulation, hypochlorite oxidation, and adsorption to remove dyes from wastewater. A novel nanoporous filter methodology and mathematic simulations for adsorption were established as an effective medium for removing dyes from wastewater which was compared to other expensive treatments. The different concentrations of the dye liquid are used as a tester, and the different concentrations of nanoporous adsorbent were added in a uniform distribution and were tested with different time courses and under different temperatures. The final readings were measured by a spectrophotometer and fit into a mathematic model. The result indicates that this nanoporous and natural adsorbents are very good at cleaning the dyes in this system. The fit-in mathematic models could be applied in these tests which can be used in the industrial conditions for a low cost without secondary dye pollutions.

Resumen
In modern world more and more materials with extreme properties are being used: high alloys, high-entropy alloys, nanostructured materials, etc. The extreme properties of these materials make them especially sensitive to hydrogen diffusion. Hydrogen can severely impair their properties and cause failures in structures and machines the material is used in. Nowadays, when structures and components are becoming increasingly complex, the use of 3D printing technology is becoming more widespread. Components made using 3D printing technologies are usually layered, which increase the amount of hydrogen that can diffuse into the material. The amount of hydrogen concentration in 3D printed nickel samples has been determined using vacuum heating method in hydrogen analyzer AV-1. The samples were held at different constant temperatures and the total amount of hydrogen extracted at those temperatures was calculated. A mathematic model was developed to evaluate the amount of hydrogen extracted at a given temperature. The evaluation was then compared to the experiment results, and the validity of the mathematical model and the selected hydrogen activation energies was verified.

Resumen
Based on observations, questionnaires and discussions with some of teacher of elementary school found many problems geometric and fraction material. The problems are: 1. In general, teachers have not used interactive media in explaining mathematic materials, so students are difficult to understand the subject, 2. Teachers have not yet facilitated various learning styles of students, 3. Students' assumptions on difficult mathematical subjects (full of numbers and symbols), so they are phobic with math, 4. Teachers urgently need the consolidation of geometrical and fraction materials through the creation of interactive media that match the material and characteristics of students, 5. Teachers desperately need training on how to design and create interactive media that can interest students to learn on geometry and fraction materials, so that students are no longer fobs with math and can easily understand the material well, 6. Teachers desperately need training on the use / utilization of interactive media that has been created in teaching the geometry and fraction materials. To solve the problem, team try to provide solutions to these problems by providing training on how to design, create and use interactive media especially plane geometry and fraction. The result of training, teachers are already able to design and make interactive media. They can explain plane geometry and fraction material easily, especially how to find the formula of area for instance rectangle, triangle, trapezium, etc. Further impact, students more easily understand the material well.

Resumen
Diamond wire saw was a tool which is used to cut the steel-based material, its grinding mechanism was researched in the paper. Based on technical characteristic of the diamond wire, a string of diamond beads in the cutting moment was detected by using the electron microscope. Wear figuration and invalidation reason of the diamond beads was analyzed, and mathematic relation among wear rate, feed velocity and cutting velocity of the diamond wire were educed, and reasonable cutting parameters were received. In order to validate the mathematic model, the experiment was finished. When the diamomd wire saw is used to cut the steel-based material, its two experiential formulas of radial feed force and tangent cutting force are educed by using the orthogonal regression method. In the formula, radial force and cutting force is increasing with augment of the workpiece breadth, ridial feed velocity and cutting velocity, and influence of the workpiece breadth to the cutting force is more than to the radial force. Meanwhile, experiment show yet that error between theory cutting(or feed) force and actual cutting(or feed) force is in the reasonable scope.
