Abstrak: Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah berkembang dengan cepat saat ini. Pemanfaatan TIK dengan pendidikan diharapkan mampu mengoptimasi proses belajar dan mengajar sehingga tercipta generasi yang unggul. Penggunaan teknologi pada software aplikasi yang mudah dan mempermudah proses belajar mengajar namun powerfull sangat dibutuhkan. Salah satu penerapan teknologi software aplikasi dalam pembelajaran adalah dengan memanfaatkan Microsoft Visio untuk pembuatan metode mind mapping. Menerapkan metode mind mapping dengan memanfaatkan Microsoft Visio didalam proses belajar mengajar bukan hanya menuntut ketersediaan perangkat kerja namun juga kemampuan pratikal dari seorang pengajar atau guru. SDIT Al-Kautsar merupakan salah satu organisasi pendidikan yang dimana masih harus ditingkatkan kemampuan pemahaman dan implementasinya terhadap metode mind mapiing dalam proses belajar mengajar. Berfokus pada kemampuan praktikal guru-guru SDIT Al-Kautsar Cikarang maka pelaksanaan PKM ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dasar kepada guru-guru sehingga dapat memanfaatkan software aplikasi khususnya Microsoft Visio serta mampu mengembangkan materi ajar dengan mind mapping. Serta dapat memberikan ketertarikan dan penyemangat untuk meningkatkan minat belajar, dan daya serap anak didik terhadap materi pelajaran.

 Abstract: Information and communication technology (ICT) has developed rapidly nowadays. Utilization of ICT with education is expected to be able to optimize the learning and teaching process so as to create an excellent generation. The use of technology in application software that is easy and simplifies the teaching and learning process but is very powerful is needed. One application of application software technology in learning is to use Microsoft Visio to create a mind mapping method. Applying the mind mapping method by utilizing Microsoft Visio in the teaching and learning process requires not only the availability of work tools but also the practical abilities of a teacher. SDIT Al-Kautsar is an educational organization where the ability to understand and implement the mind mapping method in teaching and learning still needs to be improved. Focusing on the practical abilities of SDIT Al-Kautsar Cikarang teachers, the implementation of this PKM aimed to provide basic knowledge to teachers so that they can take advantage of application software, especially Microsoft Visio and be able to develop teaching materials with mind mapping. And can provide interest and encouragement to increase interest in learning, and the ability of students to absorb the subject matter.

AbstrakKemajuan teknologi menuntut seorang pendidik untuk menguasai berbagai media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Pada penelitian ini media pembelajaran flowchart digambar dengan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Visio dimana biasanya flowchart digambar dengan bentuk sederhana di papan tulis. Belajar menggunakan bantuan teknologi dapat membantu baik pendidik dan peserta didik dalam proses belajar mengajar. Fokus penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran flowchart (bagan arus) berbasis Microsoft Visio pada mata pelajaran fikih kelas VIII yang valid. Jenis penelitian ini ialah pengembangan dengan metode Plomp, dimana ada empat tahapan yakni: (1) tahap penelitian pendahuluan (preliminary research); (2) tahap prototype (prototyping stage); (3) tahap penilaian (assessment stage); (4) tahap refleksi dan dokumentasi secara sistematis (systematic reflection and documentation). Namun pada penelitian ini tidak semua tahapan dilakukan, karena ada kendala serta keterbatasan yang dihadapi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa media pembelajaran flowchart berbasis Microsoft visio yang telah dihasilkan bersifat sangat valid dengan rata-rata 84,72% . Begitu pun penilaian pada item – item yang ada pada aspek penilaian atau standar penilaian yang diperoleh dari validator yaitu berkisar 75% - 91,68%. Seperti dalam aspek materi dengan nilai 81,68%, dalam aspek tampilan media dengan nilai 87,5% dan aspek prinsip media flowchart itu sendiri dengan nilai 86,11%. Selain itu juga, dari validasi kebahasaan diperoleh skor 83,33%, validasi isi dengan skor 81,25% dan terakhir validasi kontruks dengan skor 86,11%. Hal ini dapat di kategorikan valid – sangat valid, artinya media pembelajaran flowchart berbasis Microsoft visio ini layak dipakai atau digunakan dalam mata pembelajaran pendidikan agama islam terkhususnya fikih. AbstractHigh technology development requires a teacher to master various technology-based learning media. In this study, the flowchart learning media which is usually drawn in simple way on the blackboard, was drawn using Microsoft Visio application. Learning using technology assistance can help teachers and students in the teaching and learning process. The aim of this research was to produce a valid Microsoft Visio-based flowchart learning media for class VIII students in fiqh subject. The type of the research was research and development using Plomp method with four stages, namely: (1) preliminary research stage; (2) prototype stage; (3) production stage; and (4) systematic reflection and documentation stage. However, in this study not all stages were carried out because of some limitations. The result of this research described that the Microsoft Visio-based flowchart learning media was highly valid with an average of 84.72%. The judgment from validators was 75% - 91.68% for all items. The content aspect was 87.5%, media layout aspect was 87.5%, and media principles aspect was 86.11%. In addition, validation of language gave score 83.33%, the content validity was 81.25% and construct validity was 86.11%. These can be categorized as valid - highly valid product. It means that the Microsoft Visio-based flowchart learning media is suitable for PAI learning (islamic learning) especially fiqh subject.

The information island problem of interacting between graphic and module data of various power dispatching automation application systems can be solved by using the CIM (Common Information Model) to demonstrate the data of the equipment and SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) to show the equipment. A visual intelligent calculating and analyzing CIM/SVG graphics-module integration power platform is proposed based on Microsoft Office Visio 2007 and secondary development of Visio Studio C#. The presented platform combined the powerful drawing function of Visio with IEC (International Electro technical Commission) 61970 standard and case study shows its feasibility and effectiveness.

A new development technique or method of graphical distribution network theoretical loss calculation software which based on Visio is presented in this paper. The software not only uses the graphical functions of Visio, but also fundamentally overcome the serious shortage of the Microsoft Visio VBA, it makes the drawing program in power system application software from the traditional VBA model to the embedded mode, and it can achieve the real time control of graphical distribution network theoretical loss calculation software. The study and applications show that this technical innovation gives a new effective approach for the development of graphical power system application software.

End-user development is a growing domain; however, few dedicated end-user development tools exist allowing end-users to incorporate their domain knowledge into software solutions. EUREQA is a design pattern driven UML class diagram modeling tool allowing end-user developers to create UML class diagram models reflecting their domain knowledge. The UML class diagram can be used as a basis for model-driven development. EUREQA was evaluated with 20 participants recording data through direct observation, screen recordings, the think-aloud protocol and semi-structured interviews. Half of the participants used EUREQA and the other half used the Microsoft Visio modeling tool. The authors found that EUREQA participants scored higher than Visio participants for this task and that skill had less effect on the EUREQA participants’ solutions. Specifically inexperienced EUREQA users struggled less when working with UML class diagram elements compared to Visio participants.

A new method of developing the low voltage line loss calculation and load optimized strategy software are proposed, in which Microsoft Visio2003 is used as development platform and VBA is used as secondary development tools. In order to optimize low voltage load, the combinatorial optimization model which is employed to determine the scheme of three-phase balance load strategy is studied in this paper. The development of this software indicates that the technique of secondary development for Visio provides a new effective method for the development of the graphic low voltage network calculation software.

Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang begitu pesat di era globalisasi berimbas pula pada pentingnya seorang guru dan tenaga kependidikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan kemampuan mereka sehingga terwujud keprofesionalan yang sesungguhnya. Guru maupun tenaga kependidikan mesti membekali diri mereka dengan pengetahuan yang dapat menunjang pekerjaan mereka dengan baik, salah satunya adalah kemampuan di bidang teknologi informasi. Untuk itulah perlunya guru dan tenaga kependidikan untuk selalu mengikuti pelatihan/bimbingan tentang program-program aplikasi komputer yang dapat menunjang pekerjaannya, salah satunya adalah Microsoft Visio. Kelebihan yang dimiliki aplikasi ini adalah tools-tools nya sangat mudah dipahami, cara penggunaannya yang mudah, lebih banyak pilihan gambarnya, gambar 3 dimensi cukup menarik, bisa ditambah dengan add-ins. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika Universitas PGRI Palembang melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) yang dikemas dalam bentuk pelatihan tentang penggunaan program Visio untuk pembelajaran dan administrasi sekolah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam 3 tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan dan refleksi. Dari kegiatan tersebut telah dihasilkan modul praktikum dan respon yang positif dari peserta, sehingga kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dan diharapkan dapat dilaksanakan kembali.

La gestión gastronómica es uno de los elementos clave del éxito de los negocios turísticos relacionados con la restauración. La presente investigación se desarrolló en un restaurante del polo turístico de Varadero, para contribuir a la mejora económica interna, a partir del estudio de los indicadores asociados. Como objetivo se planteó proponer un instrumento que permita el diagnóstico integral de la gestión gastronómica. Para el despliegue de la metodología propuesta se aplicó el Método de Expertos, Método de Consenso, matriz RRGC y la construcción del índice sintético de gestión gastronómica. Se emplearon además herramientas informáticas como Microsoft Excel, el software estadístico Statgraphics y Microsoft Visio. Como principales resultados se destaca el Índice de Gestión Gastronómica, el cual contribuye a la mejora continua de la instalación y un aprovechamiento más eficiente de los recursos económicos. La dimensión más afectada resultó la Infraestructura y los indicadores de más bajo comportamiento fueron, la tasa de plazas perdidas, tasa de ocupación e ingreso medio por cubierto.

Introducción: El Consejo Universitario de la UNED de Costa Rica aprobó, en febrero de 2019 (Consejo Universitario, 2019), la política para la implementación del Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje (DUA); su segundo principio, proporcionar múltiples medios para la representación, implica la inclusión de recursos gráficos que contribuyan a la mediación didáctica de los contenidos; sin embargo, solo las unidades didácticas en versión final cuentan con la participación de un diseñador gráfico, no así el resto de materiales didácticos del Programa de Producción de Material Didáctico Escrito (Promade). Objetivo: Plantear una propuesta para el cumplimiento del segundo principio del DUA y proporcionar múltiples medios de representación en los materiales didácticos producidos por Promade, en cumplimiento del acuerdo CU-2019-096, sin que esto signifique un costo adicional en cuanto a licencias de programas de cómputo para la UNED. Método: Análisis, mediante un estudio cuantitativo exploratorio, de la utilización, por parte de productores académicos de Promade, del software Microsoft Visio© para la elaboración de esquemas y planeación y ejecución de capacitación piloto con productores académicos de Promade. Resultados: Se comprobó que, mediante una guía para el uso del programa y una inversión mínima de 3 horas, los productores académicos pueden crear sus propios diagramas en ese programa, orientados a la mediación pedagógica y el cumplimiento del principio dos del DUA. Conclusiones: Desde 2014, las personas funcionarias de la UNED y sus estudiantes, a través de la cuenta institucional, tienen acceso a Microsoft Visio©, programa que permite crear esquemas fácilmente. El uso del software propuesto no implica costos adicionales para la institución y puede ser extendido a funcionarios de otras dependencias de la UNED mediante el Centro de Capacitación a Distancia (CECED). Adicionalmente, una guía breve podría ser provista al estudiantado para cumplir con el tercer principio del DUA, proporcionar múltiples medios de acción y expresión.

Process-Aware Information Systems (PAIS) is a special class of the IS intended for the support the tasks of initialization, end-to-end management and completion of business processes. During the operation such systems accumulate a large number of data that are recorded in the form of the event logs. Event logs are a valuable source of knowledge about the actual behavior of a system. For example, there can be found information about the discrepancy between the real and the prescribed behavior of the system; to identify bottlenecks and performance issues; to detect anti-patterns of building a business system. These problems are studied by the discipline called “Process Mining”.The practical application of the process mining methods and practices is carried out using the specialized software for data analysts. The subject area of the process analysis involves the work of an analyst with a large number of graphical models. Such work will be more efficient with a convenient graphical modeling tool. The paper discusses the principles of building a graphical tool “VTMine for Visio” for the process modeling, based on the widespread application for business intelligence Microsoft Visio. There are presented features of the architecture design of the software extension for application in the process mining domain and integration with the existing libraries and tools for working with data. The application of the developed tool for solving various types of tasks for modeling and analysis of processes is demonstrated on a set of experimental schemes.

<span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">Covid-19 has dramatically spread globally and dramatically made several effects in almost all sectors. Electronic commerce and electronic payment systems are important sectors which affected directly by the Covid-19 pandemic. Online markets and electronic payment systems have been recognized as one of the fastest-growing technology in the last decade even within normal situations. However, several factors may influence such growth, which many consider as barriers or enablers of using the electronic payment system. This study aims to shed the light on the influence of Covid-19 on the electronic payment system from trust and competence perspectives. The study employed both qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches for data collection and analysis. The data was collected from 31 semi-structured interviews, 718 surveys, and annual reports. NVivo, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft power business intelligence were used for the data analysis process. As a part of this study, a proposed framework has been developed which includes both technical and managerial parts.</span>

PT. Sinergi Indo Prima merupakan perusahaan yang mendukung pelayanan jasa ketenagakerjaan atau disebut dengan istilah outsourcing. Pelayanan jasa yang termasuk dalam outsourcing ialah satpam, staf administrasi, buruh pabrik, supir, sales promotor dan jasa kebersihan. Adapun dalam menemukan calon tenaga kerja PT. Sinergi Indo Prima Medan memiliki kendala sistem masih manual, penginputan data hanya dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel atau belum memiliki sistem pendukung keputusan yang profesional dalam memilih seorang calon tenaga kerja yang sesuai dengan kriteria persyaratan, sehingga calon tenaga kerja yang akan disalurkan belum sesuai dengan kompetensi bidang keahlian yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan yang membutuhkan. Pada penelitian ini penulis penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan Rapid Application Development (RAD), menggunakan Algoritma C5.0, dengan dukungan tools Unified Modelling Language (UML) menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java berbasis Android Studio, Microsoft Visio dan Umlet untuk mendesain interface. Hasil dari perancangan sistem seleksi penerimaan calon tenaga kerja outsourcing ialah suatu aplikasi yang bernama AKSIP digunakan untuk proses seleksi data calon tenaga kerja pada masing-masing kategori pekerjakan, adapun hasil percobaan data uji dari 6 kategori pekerjaan dengan menggunakan algoritma C5.0 mencapai persentasi nilai akurasi keberhasilan sebesar 94%.

Perkembangan usaha kedai kopi sampai saaat ini berada pada pertumbuhan yang sangat tinggi. Data mining diperlukan dalam penjualan produk pada coffee shop untuk menentukan pola kombinasi makanan dan minuman. Algoritma apriori digunakan pada teknik data mining yang diimplementasikan pada sistem persediaan dengan menggunakan data data penjualan produk coffee shop sebelumnya. Metode spiral digunakan sebagai metode pengembangan sistem. Bahasa pemograman PHP digunakan untuk analisa pemilihan makanan dan minuman sedangkan untuk database menggunakan MySQL dan menggunakan Microsoft Visio untuk hasil perancangan program. Aplikasi berbasis web yang dibuat dapat membantu customer dan barista untuk mengetahui produk yang paling diminati dan yang kurang diminati dalam kurun waktu tertentu sehingga bermanfaat dalam proses evaluasi untuk kemajuan dan kenyamanan Barista dan Customer di coffee.

Di era globalisasi ini, kemajuan teknologi berkembang dengan sangat cepat sehingga memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada semua bagian kehidupan. Pendidikan adalah salah satu bidang dimana teknologi memiliki pengaruh. Peningkatan teknologi dalam pendidikan memungkinkan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik dan kreatif, termasuk bahan ajar. Namun, kurangnya media pembelajaran di kelas membuat siswa kurang mampu menyerap informasi IPA, dan siswa cepat bosan. Metode MDLC merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan ataupun pembuatan aplikasi. Menggunakan pendekatan pemrograman berorientasi objek yaitu UML (Unified Modeling Language) sebagai alat bantu perancangan dan Microsoft Visio sebagai alat merancang. Dengan perancangan aplikasi media pembelajaran IPA ini diharapkan siswa mendapat media baru yang nantinya akan menjadi media pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, edukatif dan interaktif.

This paper presents the development of an electronic prescription system for pediatricians that considered the factors that influence a child’s prescription. The system implements a knowledge base which contains drug information and formulary. It allows the pediatrician to have access to the electronic health record of patients before prescription writing. The resulting prescription is marked with verifiable randomly generated prescription ID before it is sent to the dispensing pharmacy and this accounts for the security feature of the prescription system. Microsoft Office Visio 2007, PHP and My SQL database server were used to present and develop the system. Implementation results showed the system is capable of reducing common prescription error as the most informed prescription is being generated for the child electronically.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreatifitas dan ketrampilan pelbagai jenis diagram, mulai dari diagram sederhana hingga diagram jaringan dan tampilan teks biasa, sampai ke bentuk flowchart. Sasaran pengabdian adalah peserta pendidik SMA IT ULUL ALBAB BOARDING SCHOOL Kota Tarakan dan mahasiswa Teknik Elektro Univversitas Borneo Tarakan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan tutorial cara menggunakan program Microsoft Visio disertai contoh. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan ini, peserta memperoleh tambahan wawasan pengetahuan tentang media pembelajaran, khususnya dalam pembuatan diagram dan flowchart dalam menunjang tugas dan laporan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan pelatihan ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan menganalisis angket yang disebarkan ke seperta setelah dilaksanakan pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan keberhasilan dengan indikator kelayakan kegiatan ini. Pada aspek kemanfaatan diperoleh pencapaian kegiatan sebesar 79,17 persen, aspek kemanfaatan materi sebesar 81,25 persen, dan aspek keberhasilan pemaparan materi yang diberikan instruktur agar mudah dipahami sebesar 79,17 persen. Hasil uji data secara keseluruhan diperoleh sebesar 79,86 persen yang berarti kegiatan ini layak dilaksanakan dengan rutin untuk materi yang berbeda baik bagi pelajar dan mahasiswa.

La investigación se desarrolla en una Empresa Comercial del Cemento. El objetivo: implantar un procedimiento que permita el despliegue de acciones de mejoramiento con un enfoque alineado a las exigencias de los distintos grupos de interés. Se implementa el procedimiento deRicardo et al. (2018),para la gestión y mejora de procesos con contribución a la integración de sistemas normalizados. Los problemas principales radican en la manera en que se gestiona la empresa, donde la dirección juega un papel fundamental. Las técnicas empleadas: diagrama de flujo, ficha de proceso, mapa general de procesos, diagrama causa-efecto y la técnica 5W1H, apoyándose en técnicas de recopilación de información como entrevistas, encuestas, tormenta de ideas, revisión de documentos, trabajo con expertos y observación directa. Para el procesamiento de datos se hace uso de programas informáticos como el paquete estadístico Statgraphics Centurion, el Microsoft Excel y el Microsoft Office Visio. Como resultados: el orden secuencial para la mejora de procesos en la empresa y el plan de acción propuesto para el proceso Dirección; aunque la investigación encierra otros, entre ellos: la implementación del procedimiento de mejora seleccionado, que proporciona a la empresa una nueva forma de gestionar los procesos y monitorear los resultados hasta tener el desempeño en un solo índice, permite, además, crear las condiciones para gestionar los sistemas normalizados.

 ABSTRACT
 The investigation is developed in a Commercial Company of the Cement. The objective: to implant a procedure that allows the unfolding of actions of improvement with a focus aligned to the demands of the different groups of interest. The procedure is implemented from Ricardo et to the one. (2018) for the administration and improvement of processes with contribution to the integration of normalized systems. The main problems reside in the way in that the company is negotiated, where the address plays a fundamental paper. The techniques employees: diagram of flow, registers of process, general map of processes, diagram cause-effect and the technique 5W1H, leaning on in technical of summary of information like interviews, surveys, storm of ideas, revision of documents, work with experts and direct observation. For the prosecution of data use of computer programs is made as the statistical package Statgraphics Centurion, the Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Visio. As results: the sequential order for the improvement of processes in the company and the action plan proposed for the process Address; although the investigation contains other, among them: the implementation of the selected procedure of improvement that provides to the company a new form of negotiating the processes and monitorear the results until having the acting in a single index, allows, also, to create the conditions to negotiate the normalized systems.

Workflow repositroy menyimpan banyak workflow. Workflow yang disimpan akan dicari sesuai kebutuhan. Sebagian besar pencarian alur kerja berbasis teks. Penelitian ini menggunakan BPMN-Q untuk mencari BPMN pada workflow repository berbasis database grafik (NEO4J). BPMN yang disimpan dalam bentuk file XPDL agar dapat diparsing. Selanjutnya XPDL akan diparsing untuk disimpan dalam graph database menggunakan neo4j sebagai DBMS. Kemudian BPMN-Q dibuat menggunakan microsoft visio 2007. Lalu akan diparsing untuk diterjemahkan ke bahasa cypher. Selanjutnya cypher memproses dalam database NEO4J. Dan menghasilkan BPMN yang sesuai dalam bentuk daftar. BPMN dan BPMN-Q yang diekstrak harus disimpan dalam bentuk xpdl. Penelitian ini memberikan skema database yang sesuai untuk penyimpanan workflow dalam bentuk grafik. Arsitektur ini juga menyimpan definisi alur kerja, seperti judul, penulis, dan lainnya. Performa penggunaan BPMN-Q pada workflow repository berbasis graph database adalah cukup baik dengan nilai Precision dari pengujian adalah 82.74%.

The objective of this research was to develop a tool capable of streamlining the voting process and counting of votes for the CIPA (Internal Commission for the Prevention of Accidents), as well as reports that provide important information about this election, while ensuring confidentiality and ethics during the entire process. For that, the programming language Object Pascal was used with the development platform Embarcadero Delphi 2002, database manager IBExpert, with database Firebird version 1.5, Erwin 7.3, used to make the logical and physical data modeling of this project and Microsoft Visio 2013 to draw the diagrams. It was found that such a program, by means of computational tools, meets the main needs of companies, especially in the case of CIPA, because it is an effective and low-cost development environment, in addition to speeding up the process of voting and counting votes.

In the modern world of technologies (sciences of arts), optimum operation time is the prime consideration. Technologies with greater operation time are needed to be modified or replaced as per the requirement of the current scenario. In small and medium enterprises of developing countries, almost all the reporting activities are conducted in Microsoft Excel. The manual operation in Microsoft Excel takes a long time (17.37 minutes, only if there was one order of only one article with one color) of the users; furthermore, there can also be a greater chance of error in the report. In the same way, the order costing report at the ABC footwear company of Lahore is prepared manually in Microsoft Excel which used to take a long time to be prepared along with the greater probability of errors in the report. Because of the above-mentioned reasons, the order costing report was decided to be automated with the help of visual basic for applications (VBA) in Microsoft Excel. The manual procedure including all the activities was collected from the planning and costing department of ABC Company. Moreover, all the activities were listed down and their time study was conducted. VBA macros were programmed with the objectives of automating all the manual tasks of the order costing report in Microsoft Excel and eliminating the chance of error (calculation error made by the employee). Macros, were programmed by the use of conditional statements, (i.e. if and else conditions) and various types of loops, (i.e. Do while loop and for loop). Automated decisions were made with the help of conditional statements during the operation and the conditional statements were circulated with the help of loops across the whole worksheet. Two userforms were designed for the execution of macros by the click of command buttons (having macros at their back). Total eight worksheets were incorporated into the automated template. All the programmed VBA macros were explained with the help of flowcharts made in the Microsoft Visio. After the report was automated, a time study of operations performed after each click was conducted with the help of stop watch. The data obtained by the time study was entered into Microsoft Excel so that the time of old and suggested methods could be compared. Comparison of both methods indicated that the suggested method took 85.92% less time as compared to the old method of preparing the order costing report. At the same time, the report made by the suggested method was free of errors and the workload of employees was also reduced.

The development of computer technology is also followed by the increasing number of computer users in the world. Along with the increasing number of computer users, the problem of computer damage has become quite a complicated problem. This is understandable considering the number of computer users who lack knowledge about computers, especially in dealing with computer damage. In addition, the limited memory and knowledge of a technician about computer damage can cause errors or inaccuracies in diagnosing the damage. In designing this system the approach method used is structured oriented with the system development method used is a prototype model. The supporting software used to design a food menu ordering information system is Power Designer, Bizagi Modeler, Balsamiq, and Microsoft Visio. The final result of this activity is in the form of an expert system design report to diagnose web-based hardware damage. With the expert system created, it is expected to be able to overcome errors in determining damage caused by the limited memory of technicians.

Organizations are increasingly adopting Business Process Management (BPM) approaches growing the need for BPM expertise in the industry (Bandara et al., 2010). This has resulted in growing demand for college graduates who have a thorough knowledge of business processes (Lee, 2008). Hadidi (2014) pointed out that development of courses and programs in BPM area has received huge consideration in academia during recent times. This paper presents a classroom activities for teaching Business Process Management using a paper-based simulation game conducted as part of an undergraduate IS course. The paper discusses various class activities involved such as execution of the simulation game, creation of graphical representations of processes followed in the game, and creation of Business Process models using Microsoft Visio software. A post-test survey was conducted to evaluate the understanding of BPM concepts learned and analyze the effectiveness of the simulation game. The paper concludes with recommendations for future research.

 diusulkan membahas mengenai pembuatan Sistem Akuntansi Penerimaan Donasi Zakat, Infaq, dan Shodaqoh
 (ZIS) Berstandar PSAK 109 Berbasis Web, untuk memudahkan dalam proses pencatatan penerimaan donasi
 Zakat, Infaq dan Shodaqoh. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara studi lapangan berupa wawancara kepada karyawan serta menganalisis proses bisnis yang terjadi dan dokumen-dokumen yang terkait. Dalam membuat Sistem Akuntansi Penerimaan Donasi ZIS ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan Mysql sebagai databasenya. Dan untuk mendukung pembuatan form-form dan laporan-laporan yang diperlukan menggunkan Microsoft Visio 2010 dan Microsoft Excel 2010. Tujuan dibuatnya Sistem Akuntansi Penerimaan Donasi ZIS ini agar memudahkan bagian-bagian yang terkait dalam mengelola data data transaksi yaitu transaksi penerimaan donasi ZIS dan penyaluran dana ZIS yaitu Bagian Admin
 Penerimaan dan Bagian Admin Pengeluaran. Selain itu dapat memudahkan Bagian Akunting dalam proses

Road accidents are a major contribution in personal injury claims. The accident victims are allowed to claim a certain amount of damages from negligible parties. In Malaysia, courts adopt the traditional method of Multiplier-Multiplicand Approach to calculate the compensation amount. However, there is still no available tool to estimate personal injury claim with respect to loss of earning. This study aims to develop a flowchart for Personal Injury Claims (PIC) to calculate the compensation amount for loss of earning in Malaysia regarding the Ogden Table introduced by the United Kingdom. A flowchart is proposed and built using Microsoft Visio. The users will fill up the details displayed to get the estimated compensation amount. It is expected that claimants, courts and lawyers would be among the target users. To get started, nine elements as inputs will fill up by users. Then, there is three important processes involved in order to calculate the damages for loss of earning. In a conclusion, at the end of the session, the users will know their entitled amount of claim in loss of earning.

The rise in energy costs urged the need in minimizing the energy consumption. As significant amount of energy is used for illuminating in educational buildings such as lecture halls and lecture rooms, improvements is needed to avoid energy waste for unoccupied and daylight hour. The lighting will be controlled based on demand to save the energy costs. This paper proposes a concept of smart energy saving classroom system using programmable logic controller (PLC). It integrates the lighting and air conditioner control system. The system is tested in one lecture room in Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP), Malaysia. Software for this project includes Simatic Manager, Wincc Flexible and Microsoft Visio 2010.The hardware includes Siemens S300 series PLC, Siemens 10 inch touch screen, network cable and MPI cable. The inputs are sensor at the door and sensors at each of the student seat while the outputs are the projector dc motor, lights, air-conditioner and touch screen. The proposed system offers a costs-saving solution with low maintenance and gives great performance results.

Today, many educational institutes, labs, houses or organisations have their private Local Area Network (LAN), so they need to monitor employees, students in exams or machines which are working on the network. This paper aims to design and implement efficient application that can be used to track everyone who is working between 1-10 users (operating systems) on LAN network remotely; so access PC, Mac and Linux. In other words, it can monitor screens remotely, send a warning message and shutdown system. Including, it operates at low-cost, enables daily using in the services of all scales; and provide the network performance simultaneously. The implementation has achieved using Front end- JDK, JAVA language, Windows 7, 8, and10, Visio, Wireshark, Task manager, chart expert, Microsoft excel, ten computers, Ethernet & Wireless of LAN network, etc. This software has applied in real-world in students examinations at three schools in Iraq. As a result, this software eligible to allocate the task to clients to restrict them from misusing the resources. As well as, automates lab and monitor attendance with performance analysis.

The paper outlines achievements obtained in developing a pilot bio-ethanol plant at the Department of Chemical and Mining Engineering (CME), University of Dar es Salaam. The pilot plant consists of: 30 L inoculums tank; 1,700 L fermenter; 1,500 L/day distillation column; and ancillary equipment. The prototype is a platform intended to be used for technology demonstration and research by graduate and undergraduate students studying the production of bio-ethanol using traditional and non-traditional raw materials like coffee mash, cashew fruit, and sisal inulin. The equipment has been developed using locally available engineering resources and the distillation column with 18 sieve tray measures 0.5m diameter 7 m high operates at atmospheric pressure. The condenser is cooled by 15 o C chilled water from utility lines and the reboiler is powered by 63 kW boiler installed at CME. Although the system includes biological, chemical and mechanical engineering details, only the important design issues are presented. A MATLAB code was developed forestimating the number of theoretical plates using the Mc Cabe-Thiele method. The water- ethanol vapour liquid equilibrium VLE data was obtained using relative volatilities estimated by Antoine equations for vapour pressure. The process design was done using various simulation packages and custom programs like Microsoft Excel for mass balance,Microsoft Visio for process and instrumentation (P&I) diagram AutoCAD software for mechanical engineering drawings. After performing hydraulic leak tests, the prototype was tested using blackstrap molasses 80 o brix which was prepared for fermentation using ilution and inoculums formulations developed in Microsoft Excel for water dilution, yeastand nutrients like (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4, KH 2 PO 4, MgCl 2. A batch mash boiling test conducted on the column showed that the response of tray temperatures exhibited first-order delay behavior with an average lag of 17 minutes and a delay of 50 -65 minutes depending on tray distance from the reboiler. Due to lack of feedback control equipment specifically on-linecomposition analyzers and suitable actuators, continuous control of ethanol composition could not be undertaken. It is planned to procure pertinent control hardware during the next phase of the project. However the batch test gave initial ethanol purity of 80% which decreased as the ethanol content in the still was continuously depleted.

Difficulty in getting a dictionary of the term livestock is an obstacle for the academic community of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Balitar Islamic University to find out the meaning of the term livestock. Along with the progress of the times, the need for a dictionary can certainly be met with technological sophistication, one of which is through a dictionary application. This study designed the term dictionary dictionary application by applying the Boyer Moore algorithm matching string. This translation process is carried out in the form of words where each keyword term searched will appear along with the meaning of the term farm. The term farm dictionary application is designed using Microsoft Visual Visio 2007 and the application is implemented based on the website. The boyer moore string matching algorithm does word matching by applying the FilterString function and the search function. The FilterString function detects each character in a keyword while the search function matches keywords from the FilterString function with terms in term data in the database. The results of beta testing showed that the system obtained an average value of 71.58%, meaning that users had high satisfaction with the term dictionary application.

Pemerintah Republik Indonesia telah menerbitkan Undang-Undang Jaminan Produk Halal Nomor 33 Tahun 2014. Makanan, minuman, obat, kosmetika, dan barang gunaan yang masuk, beredar, dan dijual di wilayah Indonesia wajib bersertifikat halal. PT. XYZ memproduksi barang gunaan hand sanitizer. Perusahaan ini belum memiliki dan menerapkan Sistem Jaminan Halal (HAS 23000). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi SJH di PT. XYZ. Metode penelitian menggunakan data kualitatif. Penyusunan kebijakan halal, penunjukan tim manajemen halal, matriks halal dan dokumen pendukung bahan, serta fasilitas produksi menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penyusunan SOP dalam bentuk diagram alir menggunakan Microsoft Visio. Implementasi SJH dilakukan sesuai Manual SJH yang telah disusun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dokumen SJH yang disusun telah sesuai dengan proses bisnis perusahaan. Penerapan SJH juga telah diterapkan dengan baik. Seluruh karyawan lulus dalam evaluasi pelatihan SJH dengan post test. Evaluasi dengan diagnostic model, sistem traceability berada di level bawah. Evaluasi implementasi SJH ditemukan belum ada bukti pelatihan halal eksternal. Usulan perbaikan diberikan agar PT. XYZ memberikan pelatihan SJH secara berkala kepada karyawan, meningkatkan sistem traceability agar berada di level sedang, dan berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan halal yang diselenggarakan oleh LPPOM MUI.

El siguiente trabajo describe la planeación de una planta industrial que relaciona procesos para la producción de harinas no tradicionales y la 
 panificación de una parte de estas harinas. El proceso de molienda produce harinas orgánicas de diferentes orígenes, como quinua, avena, arroz, garbanzo y lenteja; posteriormente, el 20% de la de harinas, se emplea en la producción de galletas. Para la definición de la estructura productiva, la distribución de las áreas disponibles, la definición de la cantidad de operarios necesarios y otros elementos organizativos, se proponen posibles distribuciones en planta y el análisis integral de la capacidad de la planta. Para realizar estos análisis se emplea la Segunda Generalización del Cálculo de Capacidades (SGCC) como una formulación general para determinar capacidades en agrupaciones de procesos 
 de diferentes naturalezas. Las distribuciones en planta se realizaron en Microsoft Visio. Se obtiene como resultado de esta investigación el planteamiento de dos opciones de distribución en planta, la modelación general de la capacidad de la planta y varias variantes organizativas que arrojarían diferencias en las capacidades productivas de la planta, siempre permitiendo cumplir con al menos el 90% de la demanda estimada para un año.

Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) is present in many countries, including Tanzania. Gairo is among the districts that frequently face FMD. This study found that the current mechanism for communicating FMD in Gairo district suffers from a long chain of information flow that causes delay and insufficient information for FMD control. Therefore, this study aimed to explore the implementation of an information system named "Monitoring System for Transboundary Foot and Mouth Disease," developed purposely to provide a standard platform for communicating FMD between livestock keepers and other stakeholders in the district. The system enables timely sharing of FMD events such as outbreaks, precaution measures, clinical signs, and negative impacts using Short Message Services (SMS), Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD), and Voice Calls (robo-calls) through the mobile phones. Also, livestock keepers may report FMD outbreaks direct to the system using feature phones. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze data and Microsoft Visio was used for drawing the system architecture and information flow diagram. Finally, the system was implemented using PHP hypertext processor, JQuery, HTML, JSON, JavaScript, MySQL, and Apache webserver.

The extensive use of cloud computing influences changes in managing information technology and communication systems. The term “Cloud Computing” refers to a new management information system that emphasizes the distribution of various computer services across the internet, such as the World Wide Web. Security and privacy concerns and the deployment of resources in shared settings are only a few of the difficulties posed by cloud computing. This study’s overarching goal is to aid Jordanian higher education institutions (JHEIs) in making informed decisions about cloud computing by creating a framework that considers the most important elements influencing adoption. This study, therefore, presents a framework for the adoption of cloud computing in JHEIs by modifying the Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory, the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), and the Technology, Organization, and Environment (TOE) framework. To better understand the elements influencing the adoption of cloud computing in the context of JHEIs, the authors offer a framework they call the Technology-Organization-Environment-Quality of Cloud Computing Adoption (TOEQCC), which builds on the fundamental theories and proposed models. The study aimed to solve the problem of cloud computing adoption at higher educational institutions through suggesting a new framework, which aims to improve the awareness of cloud computing factors as well as the roadmap for the adoption process. Eleven different Jordanian universities (both governmental and private) collaborated on this study. In addition to gathering data from the Jordanian Minister of Higher Education (JMHE) and the Jordanian Higher Education Accreditation Commission, the research team also performed three focus groups with Jordanian students and distributed three hundred questionnaires (JHEAC). NVivo was used to analyze the data following the steps: data reduction, data visualization, and conclusion drawing/verification. Statistics and frequency data are shown in tables, pie charts, bar charts, and column charts. Other tools were employed, such as Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Business Intelligence.

Introduction. For the last thirty years, UNESCO has been repeatedly raising questions of accessibility and quality of education for every child, teen, and adult by implementing the “Education for All” program. The new concept of education proposed by UNESCO aims at transforming people’s lives and formulates the following sustainable development goal “To provide inclusive and equitable quality education and create lifelong learning opportunities for all. One strategy for achieving this goal is to use and develop information and communication technology (ICT) to strengthen education systems, knowledge dissemination, access to information, and quality and effective learning. The aim of the work is to increase the efficiency of students’ learning of geometrical and graphic disciplines by developing a pilot electronic course in LMS Moodle and special software implementing elements of individualization of the learning process. Materials and methods. Theoretical research methods included generalization of scientific and pedagogical literature on formation of spatial thinking. Empirical research methods included testing, interviewing, and questioning using Google forms. Mathematical methods of research included algorithmizing and programming. Python 3.9 language and PyCharm development environment were used for writing the trainer program. The OpenCV, Matplotlib and Keras libraries, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio and CAD Compass-3D were used to create methodological materials Results. The software simulator for developing spatial thinking of engineering students studying “Descriptive Geometry” discipline has been developed in three versions. Conclusion. The ideas about the level of spatial thinking of modern students are supplemented. The original programs for the implementation of the elements of individualization of the educational process in the discipline of “Descriptive geometry” and algorithms of its work were developed and introduced into the scientific turnover, as well as the proposed pedagogical conditions of their use. Practical significance lies in the creation of learning and teaching methods and program basic elements for the use of end-to-end digital technology in the learning process.

Beberapa jenis daun memiliki sifat anti basah yang disebut dengan hidropobisitas. Identifikasi sifat hidropobik berbagai jenis daun telah dan masih terus dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan karakteristik hidropobik beberapa jenis daun berukuran kecil. Kategori ukuran ini didasarkan pada bentangan lebar daun kurang dari 5 cm. Karakteristik hidropobik direpresentasikan dengan nilai sudut konntak droplet air. Eksperimen dilakukan untuk 11 jenis daun yaitu semanggi bentuk hati (Marsilea crenata presl), sengon (Albizia chinensis), suplir (Adiantum philippense), kiambang biasa atau water spangles (Salvinia minima), kiambang (Salvinia molesta), asam Jawa (Tamarindus indica), lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala), kelor (Moringa oleifera), semanggi 4 daun (Marsilea crenata), semanggi bentuk kupu, dan kapu-kapu (Pistia stratiotes). Sampel daun diposisikan di sebuah landasan datar menggunakan perekat dua sisi. Droplet air diteteskan menggunakan suntikan di permukaan daun dengan variasi volume 0,025; 0,05 dan 0,1 ml. Warna hitam digunakan sebagai layar. Sebuah mistar digunakan sebagai skala ukuran. Pengambilan data dengan 5 kali ulangan dilakukan dengan kamera. Foto-foto hasil pengambilan data diolah menggunakan Microsoft Visio Professional 2002 SR-1 untuk pengukuran sudut kontak. Hasil pengukuran digunakan untuk mendapatkan nilai rata-rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daun-daun yang dikaji memiliki karakteristik hidropobik yang cukup baik dimana nilai sudut kontak berada dalam kisaran antara 90o dan 150o.

This research was aimed to design a prototype application for recording disaster victims to help thelocal government of Jember specifically for supporting disaster mitigation. The method applied in this studywith 2 stages, namely the first stage to analyze the problems and system design needs, researchers relatedto the collection of necessary data such as retrieving data on disaster victims in Jember Regency andlegislation related to application users and the second stage doing system design such as making flow andmodeling of disaster victim registration applications that provide solutions to problems in the scope of usingavailable resources. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation withqualitative data analysis methods. The results of this study are prototype design of web-based disasterregistration applications that are designed according to user needs using Microsoft Visio applications. Theresults of the design of the prototype design are expected to be a reference for web-based disasterregistration application specifications in the Jember Regency government environment.

This project designed a plant that will process 250 tonnes of raw tomatoes per day. The duration of this production was spread across 24 hours and operated for 300 days in a year, which gave a yield of 17.5 tons of tomato powder per day. From these specifications, the best process route was synthesized. The process route selected involved choosing and sorting the tomatoes, washing, blanching, blending, spray drying (as the drying process), packaging and labeling. Through a series of investigations, the most feasible way to dry tomato powder on an industrial scale proved to be the spray-drying method because the process was very rapid, required low labor cost, and was relatively simple to operate and sustain. The particle size was also easy to control with this technology, making it easy to correlate with product standards. The equipment to be used was then identified which included the machine vision, a spray washer, a water Blancher, an industrial blender, a spray dryer, and a powder packaging machine. Material and energy balance were evaluated around the whole plant. A process flow diagram and basic piping and instrumentation diagram were also computed using engineering software such as Microsoft Visio. From the previous work done, the selected process unit, the spray dryer, was designed with a detailed piping and instrumentation diagram made around it. The site of the plant was resolved, adjacent oriental foods along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. It was necessary to site the plant in an area where raw materials can easily be delivered to. The area selected was directly linked to a major highway, the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, thereby making transport quite affordable. The site layout alongside the plant layout was constructed. The layouts clearly showed the standard flow process.

Resumen
Program Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) diterapkan pada Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut yang sebelumnya telah dibangun sistem pengelolaan proses kegiatan PKL yaitu Sistem Informasi Manajemen Praktik Kerja Lapangan (SIMPKL), dapat di akses pada laman https://simpkl.politala.ac.id. Hasil observasi penulis yang dilaksanakan pada saat menggunakan sistem tersebut, terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang ada pada SIMPKL. Adapun kekurangannya yaitu belum dilakukannya dinamisasi sistem berupa persentase penilaian akhir, batas waktu seminar, batas waktu pendaftaran seminar, batas waktu revisi, batas waktu pemberkasan, perbaikan tampilan modal pada jadwal seminar, muat ulang halaman secara otomatis setelah penginputan jadwal seminar, menu mahasiswa belum lulus PKL, menu mahasiswa selesai PKL, serta penambahan fitur user yaitu peserta seminar tidak perlu membawa kertas form melihat seminar, penulis menyarankan untuk langsung login pada sistem, yang diverifikasi oleh pembimbing. Kemudian perlu diterapkannya pada semua program studi yang ada di Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut, karena saat ini masih diterapkan dalam program studi teknologi informasi. Solusi dari permasalahan yang telah dipaparkan penulis membangun Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Praktik Kerja Lapagan untuk Penerapan Semua Program Studi pada Politeknik Negeri Tanah Laut dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), framework Codeigniter (CI) dan Hypertext Preprocesor (PHP), metode perancangan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) yang dirancang menggunakan Microsoft Visio, perancangan user interface menggunakan Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), JavaScript dan Balsamiq Mockup 3 sedangkan basis data yang digunakan adalah MySQLi.

Background and objectives: one of the most important steps for root canal treatment is biomechanical preparation, which is the key stage of endodontic treatment with a predictive success factor if performed properly to prevent canal transportation. The aim of the present study is to compare the canal transportation and centering ability of Rotary ProTaper next, two Shape and Pro Taper gold systems in simulated root canals to find better instrumentation technique for maintaining root canal geometry. Methods: Thirty simulated curved canals of 35° curvature manufactured in clear resin blocks were randomly assigned to 3 groups (n = 10) according to the system used for canal instrumentation: ProTaper next, two Shape and Pro Taper gold systems groups, Centering ability was evaluated; Pre‐and postoperative images of the canals were taken at a stan‐ dardized position by a digital camera with a resolution of 25 mega pixel. An assessment of the shape of the canal was determined using Microsoft office Visio program version 11. Results: The result showed that Protaper Gold produce less transportation and remained better center in the canal than ProTaper Next and 2 shape. The difference in transportation between the ProTaper Gold and ProTaper Next systems was not statistically significant differences (P > 0.05) while between ProTaper Gold and 2 shape and between ProTaper Next and 2 shape were significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Protaper Gold produce less transportation of the canal than ProTaper Next and 2 shape.

a b s t r a c t Educational institutions such as AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesia often require a form of the decision in determining academic judgment on the elements of tri dharma; teaching, research, community service and supporting elements that are appropriate for academics so that good quality education is achieved in accordance with the assessment. A decision is a matter that is very influential in the process of facing the chosen alternative, so also choosing the academic quality that has an impact on the focus of accreditation of higher education institutions. The model used in this decision support system is Fuzzy Mutual Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) and the method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which is looking for weighted sums of performance ratings on each alternative on all attributes. The purpose of this study is to design a system of academic judgment decision support with Fuzzy Mutual Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) systems with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method, to obtain more accurate results in an academic assessment of AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesian tri dharma elements so that they can improve the quality of universities. Broadly speaking, this study uses data collection methods through literature studies, interviews and direct observation to AMIK Indonesia and STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. While the research design uses experimental because it produces a product that is a decision support system. The method used to support this research is the FMADM method using the SAW method calculation. Supporting applications that will be created with the author using web-based programming languages such as; HTML, CSS, Jquery, JSON and MySQL databases with Windows operating systems. On running analysis and system design that will be created the author is described by Microsoft Visio 2016. The method used to evaluate the system is the black box method where the black box testing focuses on system functions. a b s t r a k Institusi pendidikan seperti AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia kerap kali membutuhkan suatu bentuk keputusan dalam menentukan penilaian akademik pada unsur tridharma; pendidikan pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian dan unsur penunjang yang sesuai untuk akademik sehingga tercapai mutu pendidikan yang baik sesuai dengan penilaian tersebut. Keputusan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat berpengaruh dalam proses menghadapi alternatif yang dipilih, begitu juga memilih mutu akademik yang berdampak pada fokus akreditasi institusi perguruan tinggi. Model yang digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah Fuzzy Mutiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) serta metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yaitu mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternative pada semua atribut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian akademik dengan sistem Fuzzy Mutiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) dengan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat, dalam penilaian akademik unsur tridharma perguruan tinggi AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu Perguruan Tinggi. Secara garis besar penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur, wawancara dan observasi langsung ke AMIK Indonesia dan STMIK Indonesia Banda Aceh. Sedangkan desain penelitian menggunakan eksperimental karena menghasilkan sebuah produk yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendukung penelitian ini adalah metode FMADM menggunakan perhitungan metode SAW. Pendukung aplikasi yang akan dibuat dengan penulis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman berbasis web seperti; HTML, CSS, Jquery, JSON dan database MySQL dengan system operasi Windows. Pada Analisa berjalan dan perancangan sistem yang akan dibuat penulis digambarkan dengan Microsoft Visio 2016. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi sistem adalah metode blackbox dimana pengujian blackbox ini menitikberatkan pada fungsi sistem.

<p>Jasko An Nazma Moslem Wear merupakan perusahaan konveksi yang bergerak di bidang produk dan jasa pembuatan pakaian muslimyang berlokasi di Jalan Bata Alam Kec.Cigombong Kab.Bogor. Pengalaman menekuni bidang usaha sejak 2015 hingga sekarang. Perusahaan ini berkonsentrasi pada penjualan pakaian muslim seperti Jasko, peci, gamis dan almamater namun kegiatan jual beli masih dilakukan secara manual, pemasaran dan promosi produk hanya mencakup area yang terbatas dan hanya mengandalkan sistem pemasaran dengan pemesanan melalui telepon dan pengenalan produk masih dilakukan secara <em>offline. </em>untuk melihat informasi mengenai produk yang dibutuhkan, pelanggan harus datang ke lokasi usaha untuk mengetahui informasi secara detail. Untuk menigkatkan pelayanan jasa yang mereka tawarkan kepada pelanggan Jasko An Nazma Moslem Wear memerlukan sistem informasi secara <em>online</em> berbasis web agar produknya lebih dikenal serta membuat sistem database penjualannya. Perancangan sistem pada Jasko An Nazma Moslem Wear dibangun berdasarkan (1) analisa sistem (2) perancangan sistem, (3) implementasi sistem. Analisa sistem pengumpulan data dengan carapengamatan kegiatan transaksi jual beli, wawancara terhadap pemilik usaha dalam hal penjualan dan dokumentasi untuk pengarsipan data yang didapat dari pemilik usaha yang diperlukan dalam pengembangan sistem. Perancangan sistem dibuat melalui tahapan diagram konteks (DFD level 0), DFD level 1), <em>entity relationship diagram</em> (ERD), desain input dan output serta struktur menu program. Implementasi sistem menggunakan program Microsoft visio, sublime text, adobe photoshop dan XAMPP server. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat membantu Jasko An Nazma Moslem Wear dalam meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan baik bertambahnya pelanggan, omset naik dan mempermudah sistem administrasinya.</p>

Rumah Sakit Mardi Waluyo Metro merupakan salah satu instansi yang bergerak dibidang kesehatan, sehingga diperlukan suatu media promosi dan sarana informasi berbasis website yang menampilkan informasi seputar RS. Mardi Waluyo Metro. Sistem pada RS. Mardi Waluyo Metro sudah terkomputerisasi dengan baik, penyampaian informasi juga sudah baik, yaitu dengan brosur, via handphone, dan dari satu pihak ke pihak lainnya. Tetapi penyampaian informasi dari segi teknologi belum maksimal akibatnya dalam proses penyampaian informasi ini ada beberapa masyarakat yang belum mengetahui tentang informasi terbaru. Maka permasalahan dalam pembuatan laporan tugas akhir ini dapat dirumuskan yaitu: “Bagaimana merancang dan membuat desain website dinamis sebagai media promosi dan sarana informasi pada RS. Mardi Waluyo Metro, Menggunakan media online sebagai sarana untuk mempermudah dalam memberikan informasi seputar RS. Mardi Waluyo Metro kepada masyarakat”. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dalam permasalahan yaitu merancang sistem informasi website dinamis pada RS. Mardi Waluyo Metro. Kegunaan dari penelitian yaitu sistem informasi website yang dibangun dapat menjadi media promosi rumah sakit, masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi lebih mudah.
 Metode yang dipakai dalam pengumpulan data yaitu Studi Lapangan yang terdiri Wawancara, Pengamatan, Dokumentasi, dan Studi Pustaka. Metode yang dipakai untuk merancang sistem adalah: menganalisis sistem yang sedang berjalan, mendesain sistem baru, membuat sistem/pemrograman, dan yang terakhir pengujian sistem. The door is an essential part of any structure that provides access and security of lives and properties. The manual operation of a door could be cumbersome and laborious when the traffic volume is high. Also, it has been observed that doors could serve as a medium of spreading the deadly coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection. Therefore, a prototype automatic sliding door that plays a crucial role in curbing the spread of this infectious diseases has been designed and implemented in this paper. The design of the prototype sliding door is in two parts namely; the structural part and the automation part. The structural design of the door was achieved using the Microsoft Visio 2016 while the design of the automation system was achieved using express printed circuit board. The implementation of the structural part was achieved using 1 inch particle board while the implementation of the automation system was based on the components like the active infrared sensor, resistors (10 kΩ), capacitor (1000 µF), transistors (TIP41 Q8, BC548 Q7), LED indicators, press button switch, pulley system, drive belt, stepper motor (IP65), and ATMEGA 8 microcontroller. The result of the tests carried out on the door showed that the prototype automatic sliding door was characterized by average opening time, closing time, delay time, and optimal sensing range of 3.10 s, 3.05 s, 5.72 s, and 23.5 cm, respectively. It can therefore be concluded from this work that the prototype automatic sliding door is effective in overriding the manual operation of the door.

Background Laterality errors in radiology reports can lead to serious errors in management. Purpose To reduce errors related to side discrepancies in radiology reports from thoracic imaging by 50% over a six-month period with education and voice recognition software tools. Material and Methods All radiology reports at the Thoracic Imaging Division from the fourth quarter of 2016 were reviewed manually for presence of side discrepancies (baseline data). Side discrepancies were defined as a lack of consistency in side labeling of any abnormality in the “Findings” to “Impression” sections of the reports. Process map and Ishikawa fishbone diagram (Microsoft Visio) were created. All thoracic radiologists were educated on side-related errors in radiology reports for plan–design–study–act cycle 1 (PDSA #1). Two weeks later, voice recognition software was configured to capitalize sides (RIGHT and LEFT) in the reports during dictated (PDSA# 2). Radiology reports were analyzed to determine side-discrepancy errors following each PDSA cycle (post-interventional data). Statistical run charts were created using QI Macros statistical software. Results Baseline data revealed 33 side-discrepancy errors in 47,876 reports with an average of 2.5 errors per week (range = 1–8 errors). Following PDSA #1, there were seven errors pertaining to side discrepancies over a two-week period. Errors declined following implementation of PDSA #2 to meet the target of 0.85 side-discrepancy error per week over seven weeks. Conclusion Automated processes (such as capitalization of sides) help reduce left/right errors substantially without affecting reporting turnaround time.

Introduction Low birth weight is the most important condition of neonatal community health and the main cause of neonates' mortality. Identifying the indexes associated with this condition, and factors to prevent, and managing related data can help reduce the birth of premature infants to reduce the mortality rate due to this condition. The goal of present study was to design, implement and evaluate an innovative intelligence information management system for premature infants. Material and method The present study was a multidisciplinary research that was done in 2019 to 2021 in four integrated phases in Iran. The first phase aimed to compare the current status of registration systems of premature infants through a systematic review and semi-structured interviews by using the Delphi model Then the minimum data set was determined and was designed a proposed model based on it. In the second phase, the structure and how the user interacts with the system were determined, and, using Microsoft Visio software, Unified Modeling Language diagrams were drawn to define the logical relationship of data. In the third phase, the system was developed, and finally in the last phase, in three methods, users' views on the usability of the system were evaluated. Results The findings of this study included 233 essential data elements that were placed in two main groups of essential data, and the system was approved by end users for 87.73% consent and 67.19% satisfaction for SUMI (Software Usability Measurement Inventory) and 7.97 of 9 in QUIS questionnaire. Conclusion This research's results can be beneficial and functional such as a complete sample for design and development of other systems concerned to health systems.
