Resumen
Currently available data on immunologic and virologic responses to antiretroviral therapy (ART) in elderly patients are conflicting. The primary objective of this study was to assess immunologic and virologic responses to ART in treatment-naïve, HIV-infected elderly patients compared to younger patients. This was a single center, retrospective, descriptive study including treatment-naïve, HIV-infected adults initiated on ART between 1 January 2005 and 30 April 2015. Immunologic and virologic responses were compared between the ages ≥50 and < 50 years old. A total of 158 patients were included. By 14 months of ART, 85.9% (n = 67/78) of the patients ≥50 years old and 92.5% (n = 74/80) of those < 50 years old achieved immunologic response (p = 0.02). By 24 weeks of ART, 64.1% (n = 50/78) of the patients ≥50 years old and 65% (n = 52/80) of those < 50 years old achieved virologic response (p = 1). The amount of time it took the elderly patients to achieve virologic suppression was not significantly different compared to the younger patients (p = 0.459). Treatment-naïve, HIV-infected elderly patients achieved virologic response to ART that was comparable to younger patients although their immunologic response to ART was significantly lower.

Resumen
Kentrung art is one of arts that exist on Jepara coast. This is a speech art played by two people using beaten instruments such as terbang or tambourines. Kentrung is not only a fiction for entertainment, but also contains a pasemon (parable) or human life symbols. This art center is located in Ngasem village, Batealit, Jepara. Kentrung proponents are elderly or old people (wong lawas) who activate kentrung art in Jepara. Old people is as a representation of ancient people or the people who do not following the times. As the older person, one of their life view is to respect nature preservation. Their respect for the environment is reflected in the activities that are often asked to perform in earth alms events considered at the time of alms and the insertion of kentrung stories that are often delivered between the plays that are being performed. Even though it is not dominant, love expression of the performer and the arts towards the environment is seen in the insertion of the stage.

Resumen
Why are art-science dialogues important, and how should they take place? How do our everyday culture and institutional constructs define and delimit such possibilities? Why do contemporary art lovers still presume they are immune to and from scientific knowledge? How should a visitor of a media art event make sense of the machine work? Algorithmic Art: Shuffling Space & Time (AA) directed these questions to technical experts, artists, art lovers, and the public through a series of themed discussions and a six-hundred-square-meter indoor playground of machines and computational installations. AA also sought to key in on the question of survival. What mark has the struggling existence of the twenty-year-old School of Creative Media at the City University of Hong Kong left to Hong Kong’s (media) art history? The school remains the only pedagogic research center in Hong Kong where conceptual issues of new media art creation and how to “live” in an age of big data are interrogated through scholarship and practice.

Resumen
INTRODUCTION: There are various ways to relieve physical injuries, but less attention has been dedicated to the treatment of psychological injuries in burned children. AIM: The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of art therapy using painting and music on reducing anxiety and depression in burned children. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This study was a three-group randomized clinical trial with a pre-test-post-test design that was performed on 60 children aged 6–12 years. The patients were admitted to the Burn Center of Imam Reza Hospital, Mashhad, Iran, within 2018 were selected using convenience sampling method and randomly divided into three groups, namely, two intervention (subjected to art and music) and one control group. Ten 45-min-long art therapy sessions were conducted every day. Anxiety was measured with parent-version of the Spence Children’s Anxiety Scale, and depression was measured using Maria Kovacs Children’s Depression Inventory Questionnaire. The control group only benefited from the routine services of the center. RESULTS: Before the intervention, the total mean scores of anxiety in the burned children in the painting, music, and control groups were measured at 90.4 ± 5.4, 84.8 ± 6.8, and 77.4 ± 13.8, respectively. However, the total mean scores of anxiety after the intervention in the burned children in the painting, music, and control groups were estimated at 53.3 ± 4.4, 45.9 ± 8.4, and 72.4 ± 12.9, respectively (p < 0.001). Furthermore, the mean of depression total score before the intervention was measured at 38.7 ± 3.4, 32.8 ± 5.4, and 28.9 ± 5.4, for painting, music, and control groups, respectively (p < 0.001). Moreover, the total mean score of depression after the intervention in the painting, music, and control groups was obtained as 29.9 ± 4.0, 19.3 ± 3.8, and 25.2 ± 4.9, respectively (p < 0.001). CONCLUSION: Art therapy using painting and music led to the reduction of anxiety and depression in children with burns; therefore, it is recommended to use the technique for this population.

Resumen
Abstract The overwhelming preference of older adults is to stay in their homes for as long as possible (AARP). However, most housing lacks supportive features and presents barriers that jeopardize residents’ ability to successfully age in place. Only 1% of houses have five key features to ensure accessibility: no-step entry, single-floor living, lever door handles, accessible electrical controls, and extra-wide doors and hallways (Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies), making the vast majority unsuitable for persons who use wheelchairs and problematic for the growing number of people with activity limitations. Persons least likely to have such features in their homes need them the most: old-old, low income, frail, and residents in older housing stock. Although home modification can support people as their needs change and preclude the need to move, often to institutional settings, the majority of older adults lack these supports. Recent studies have demonstrated the role of home modification in health, safety, and cost effectiveness. This symposium will convene a panel of researchers to share evidence-base in home modification, recent cost-saving innovations including the CAPABLE Program, and policy change to improve service delivery.

Resumen
In recent years, a good deal of attention has been paid to the place of typology in late medieval art. This way of thought so characteristic of the Middle Ages, in which Old Testament persons and events are seen to have a prefigurative relationship to those of the New, was a popular teaching device. It is nowhere better seen than in the Biblia pauperum or picture Bible, which originated in a mid-thirteenth-century Dominican milieu and was probably inspired by the altar piece of Nicholas of Verdun, made in 1181. The pages of these books contain drawings that show the typological relationship between Old and New Testament events by means of a center roundel depicting some episode of Christ's life, known as the anti-type, flanked by two Old Testament scenes, the types, which were thought to prefigure it. Appropriate Bible prophecies in banners heightened the visual impact of the drawings for the literate. From its inception, the Biblia pauperum was of enormous importance for northern European art, and its influence can be seen well into the Reformation.

Resumen
The aim of this article is to analyze the positive (affi rmative) side of negation on the example of changes in the aesthetics of classical ballet, modern dance, and postmodern choreography. It demonstrates that every negation is, at the same time, a negotiation. In this context, negotiation means fi ghting for the visibility and representation of bodies that do not fi t in the classical canon of ballet, which is presented as a system of oppression. The fi rst part is of a theoretical character and focuses on the aesthetic changes in the fi eld of the art of dance. The second part provides an analysis of two contemporary examples of choreographies („The Old Woman and the Door” by Mats Ek and „C.O.R.P.uS” by Compagnie de l’Oiseau-Mouche) in which old and diseased bodies appear at the center of both the performance and the audience’s attention. The defi nition of the aesthetics of full visibility serves as a descriptive frame for dance performances that abolish the invisibility of bodies incompatible with the classical canon.

The Musashino Art University Museum & Library is run in a unique way that has allowed it to function as library and museum in one, ever since its inception. The contents of the digital archives being created at this 50-year-old, multifunctional museum and library are highly diverse, ranging from rare books, held in the library, to design collections, visual resources, and material on folk art, held in the art museum. Together with the University’s Research Center for Art and Design, the Museum & Library is currently creating an integrated database of its holdings, and digitising its archive collections. The aim is to offer multifaceted information networks that can be interrogated simultaneously for all intellectual information relating to specific artists or artworks as well as to the art collection of the museum. The common challenge in creating these digital archives is the systematisation, sharing and visualisation of a multiplicity of research resources.

Resumen
As we know, the European-American Western civilization and authority has started to form with the Greek civilization, and strengthened itself through the advent of monotheistic religions. After the Renaissance era and industrial revolutions, the transition from feudalism to industrialization and then to capitalism, made Europe a center of the world. Yet, today, the center has been shifted to the line of Europe-America. In the art of painting, the concept of apocalypse is as old as the first paintings that depict the narrations about human existence. Yet, we can see this concept in an intensified way in the film arts. Finding its inspiration from the social world we live in, film art has been deeply affected by the social class struggles, income inequality, cold war period followed by two major wars, and environmental disasters. By analyzing examples from the history of art and directors from film arts (such as Tarkovsky, Iñárritu, Lars von Trier, and Nuri Bilge Ceylan) who use metaphorical sceneries in dystopian /utopian contents, this article will focus on decoding the signification of the concept of apocalypse throughout the history of humanity.

In the archaeology Hindu-Buddhist era in Indonesia, there are several known art styles temple building architecture and statue art: Early Classical Era and Late Classical Era. In more detail, that several eras can be described that Early Classical Era developed during the Old Mātaram era with the center of its reign at Central Java, and Late Classical Era Style developed during Kāḍiri/Siŋhasāri and Majapahit with the center of its reign at East Java. Late Classical Era Style divided into two subs, Kāḍiri/Siŋhasāri and Majapahit. Kāḍiri as an early dynasty in East Java not yet known clearly what the special characteristic style of its temple is building architecture and its statue art, and only been told that the Kāḍiri Era Style is the connecting line between Early Classical Era Style and Late Classical Era. This essay intends to find out special characteristics of the Kāḍiri Era Style (transition art style). For this reason, the research was carried out on statues comes from Gurah Temple and Tondowongso Temple, both temples knew the date, with relative dating method or absolute dating method. From this iconographic research in detail will describe parts of the statues, from then will obtain several features that always appear, and that’s characteristics are considered as a strong characteristic from statues from Kāḍiri Era Style.

Resumen
Introduction: The prevalence of arterial hypertension (AH) in HIV-patients is highly variable and its association with antiretroviral therapy (ART) is controversial. Objective: To estimate the prevalence of AH and associated factors in HIV-patients on ART. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in HIV-patients attended in a referral center in Salvador, Brazil. We evaluated clinical, socio-demographic and anthropometric data. Student's ttests or Mann-Whitney's and Pearson's chi-square tests were used to compare the groups. Values of p <0.05 were considered significant. The variables that presented a value of p <0.20 were included in a logistic regression model. Results: We evaluated 196 patients (60.7% male) with a mean age of 46.8 ± 11.7 years and a mean body mass index of 24.9 ± 5.3 kg / m2. The median elapsed time since HIV diagnosis and ART use was 11.8 (4.4 - 18.1) and 7.2 (2.7 - 15.3) years, respectively. The prevalence of AH was 41.8%. For individuals > 50 years old, there was a significant association between the increased abdominal circumference and AH and patients ≤ 50 years old presented significant association between AH and overweight, increased abdominal circumference and number of previous ART regimens. After multivariate analysis, age [OR:1.085; 95% CI 1,039 – 1,133], overweight [OR: 4.205; 95% CI 1,841 – 9,606], family history of AH [OR: 2.938; 95% CI 1,253 – 6.885], increased abdominal circumference [OR: 2.774; 95% CI 1.116 – 6.897] and life-time number of ART regimens used [OR: 3.842; 95% CI 1.307 – 11.299] remained associated with AH. Conclusion: AH was highly prevalent and was associated not only with classical risk factors for arterial hypertension, but also with specific ART regimens.

College recreation facilities have served a role of providing students an outlet for recreation and wellness activities. New facilities provide campuses state-of-the-art, modern equipment and venues for programming. Old and outdated facilities are sometimes seen as a detriment to a campus as it relates to recruitment of new students. Colleges and universities with newer facilities flaunt these buildings in an attempt to boost or sustain enrollment numbers. This study attempts to draw some parallel to the age of a college recreation center and enrollment numbers.

Is it possible to design sustainably using off-the-shelf equipment and fossil fuels? Yes, when designers consider a multitiered approach that considers everything from energy-conscious design to alternative uses of the old standards. Three case studies illustrate how, when alternative systems or fuels may not be readily available or cost-effective, designers can use current/standard technology and fossil fuels that are accessible in order to create sustainable systems. The Ohio Statehouse and Ohio Judicial Center, the Columbus Museum of Art, and Frank Lloyd Wright's Westcott house all presented particular challenges in heating and cooling, yet for these prominent public buildings, efficient and unobtrusive systems were a must.

Resumen
Abstract Introduction The art of pyrography, creating designs in wood with a thermal heat source, dates back to prehistory. Risks include cutaneous burns and airway injury. Fractal woodburning is a niche method of pyrography utilizing a high-voltage electrical source to burn branched designs – Lichtenberg patterns – into the surface of wood. While this technique has grown in popularity, the associated risks are not well described. Methods We describe a patient who presented to our burn center after sustaining high-voltage electrical burns from a homemade high-voltage device constructed for fractal woodburning. We also evaluated publicly reported cases of death or injury due to this technique. Results An otherwise healthy 17-year-old male was admitted to our burn center with injuries sustained while making fractal wood art. The patient improvised a high-voltage transformer from a discarded microwave, generating 2000 volts from household current. While using this device to burn Lichtenberg patterns in wood, he contacted the electrodes and sustained full-thickness electrical burns to the neck, chest, and bilateral upper extremities. Bilateral upper extremity fasciotomies were required on admission. Multiple subsequent operative procedures culminated with autografting to the majority of the wounds and ongoing complex reconstruction of the left thumb. In evaluating online news reports, we found 21 unique individuals with death or injury attributed to fractal woodburning. Four sustained substantial injuries, while 17 reportedly died. The first reported incident occurred in July 2016 and the most recent report was from July 2019. Ages ranged from 17 years old to the 60s. Eighteen individuals were younger than 50 years old. All of the mortalities and 3 of the 4 injuries occurred in males. Of the survivors, 3 sustained significant upper extremity injuries and 2 suffered cardiac arrest at the time of injury. The devices used in 4 incidents were microwave transformers and generated 2000 volts. Device characteristics were not identified in the remainder of cases. Conclusions Fractal woodburning is associated with devastating high-voltage electrical injuries and death. Prevention efforts should be focused on the potential risks of this art form. Applicability of Research to Practice News reports likely underestimate the actual incidence of injury and death due to fractal woodburning, however, even this limited data suggests an emerging public health problem requiring further study and public education.

AbstractAbstract The Maryknoll Ecological Sanctuary, Baguio, Luzon, The Philippines, is Berry's "Great Work" already underway. The mountain knob at the intersection of Marcos Highway and Santo Tomas Road is home to the Center for the Integrity of Creation, the Environmental Theater, the Fourteen Stations of the Cosmic Journey on the grounds, and the Bio-Shelter and its own cosmic journey in the stained glass of the chapel. The entire complex, spirituality, and eco-justice work is the new amidst the old, often the new resurrected from the old. It is ancient and avant-garde at once, the transformation of deep Christian traditions now as Earth-honoring faith. Thomas Berry's stamp is clearly here, yet this is Filipino in art, architecture, and spiritual expression. Local community is integral to Earth - and cosmos - as the comprehensive community. The Sanctuary already embodies the transition from "the human devastation of Earth" to a time "when humans [are] present to the planet in a mutually beneficial manner" (p. 3, The Great Work).

Resumen
We substantiate the importance and the phenomenon of patriotic education in institutions of additional education, the role of the teacher in the development of patriotic feelings in adolescents. The main indicators of the patriotic upbringing of adolescents include cognitive-semantic, emotional-value and behavioral indicators. The study analyzes the activities of the Li-petsk youth center, which revealed an extensive material and technical base and a high level of qualifications of teachers, but at the same time the institution lacks a patriotic education program. Also, an experimental work was carried out with the participation of adolescents (12–14 years old), parents and teachers, consisting of three stages. At the ascertaining stage, it is established that the level of patriotism among adolescents is lower than among adults (mostly low), which is due to the Soviet system of patriotic education. On the basis of the developed social and pedagogical technology and the patriotic program “I am a patriot” at the formative and ascertaining stage, the diagnostics of the results of the level of development of patriotic feelings of the experimental and control groups is carried out, which demonstrated an increase in the values to the middle and high levels. The results of the experimental search work indicate a positive dynamics in the development of indicators of patriotic education in adolescents with the use of folk art.

Resumen
People living with the human immunodeficiency virus (PLHIV) have a higher risk of developing active tuberculosis (TB) disease, and TB remains a major cause of death in PLHIV. Uzbekistan is facing a substantial TB epidemic, which increases the risk of PLHIV developing active TB. Our retrospective cohort study aimed to evaluate the incidence rate and assess the risk factors for developing active TB among PLHIV. We collected secondary data extracted from medical charts of all patients, newly diagnosed at the AIDS Center in Tashkent, during the period of 2015–2017. The incidence rate of TB among PLHIV was 5.1 (95% CI: 4.5–6.0) per 1000 person/month. Adjusted regression analysis showed three major risk factors for TB, namely, being less than 15 years old (hazard ratio (HR) 5.83; 95% CI: 3.24–10.50, p value = 0.001),low CD4 count (adjusted hazard ratio(aHR) 21.0; 95% CI: 9.25–47.7, p value < 0.001), and antiretroviral therapy (ART) interruption/not receiving ART (aHR 5.57; 95% CI: 3.46–8.97 and aHR 6.2; 95% CI: 3.75–10.24, p value < 0.001, respectively) were significantly associated with developing active TB among PLHIV. Our findings indicate that taking prescribed ART without interruptions and maintaining CD4cell counts higher than 320 cells/μL are essential to prevent the development of active TB among PLHIV.

Resumen
On 6 November 1946, in New York City, three enterprising women of the theatre – Margaret Webster, Cheryl Crawford, and Eva La Gallienne – launched a noble experiment with a lavish production of Shakespeare's Henry VIII. Their goal was to found a national repertory company, modelled on the European national theatres, to be a home for the classics and a training ground for a new breed of classically trained American actors – ‘an American Old Vic’. Webster and her partners had been trained in such a tradition, and their dream of an American national theatre had been given additional impetus by the Old Vic's successful visit to New York in 1945. Despite the good wishes of the theatrical community, an able band of established actors (such as Walter Hampden, Victor Jory, and the founders themselves), and generally sympathetic critical notices, the fledgling American Repertory Theatre (ART) foundered financially after one season, and the dream was abandoned (though it has recently been revived by Peter Sellars and the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.).

This article presents the second preliminary study designed to develop and validate the questionnaire CDC (Body, Dance and Community) for young dance practitioners from the Art Centers of Rio de Janeiro City Hall. The theoretical framework was based on studies related to the physical dimension (Figueiredo, 2013; Furhmann, 2014), affective dimension (Damásio, 2014; 2013; Figueiredo, 2011), social dimension (Fuhrmann, 2008; Marques, 2010; 2014; Shapiro, 2008) and adolescence (Lipp, 2010; Matos & Thomas, 2012). The instrument was applied to 50 subjects aged from 12 to 16 years old. Based on the results of this study, we obtained the internal consistency of the questionnaire and its subscales. The results from the study point adequate values for the internal consistency of the questionnaire and identify benefits derived from the practice of dance by young people, namely in the physical dimension trough a better expressiveness and self-perception of emotions expressed while dancing, as well as in an affective dimension, through the development of feelings of self-confidence and well-being and in a social dimension by the impact of dance on a better interaction and social participation with family, school, community and among members of the art center.

Resumen
Abstract Background Persons living with HIV (PLWH) are frequently hospitalized for reasons often unrelated to HIV. Transitioning of antiretroviral therapy (ART) while inpatient may not always be an immediate priority due to lack of knowledge, formulary restrictions, and patient status. This could lead to medication errors and gaps in therapy, which can persist at discharge, and could lead to viral rebound and disease progression. The purpose of this study was to identify effects of hospitalization on ART for PLWH. Methods This was an IRB approved, multi-center, retrospective cohort study of patients with HIV and/or AIDS based on ICD codes. Patients were included if they were at least 18 years old, receiving outpatient ART prior to admission, and hospitalized between March 2016 and March 2018. Patients were excluded if they were pregnant and only received intravenous zidovudine during their hospitalization. The primary objective was to determine the rate of ART restarted during hospitalization. Secondary objectives included rate at which inpatient ART was modified compared to outpatient regimen, and risk factors associated with regimen modification. Results Of 400 patients screened, 295 (74%) patients were on an outpatient ART regimen and were included in the study. Approximately half, 51%, were on a single tablet regimen (STR) outpatient. This population was majority male (59%) and of black race (87%). Median age was 49 years. Median CD4 count was 160 cells/mm3, while median HIV RNA for those with detectable viral load was 57,095 copies/mL. 236 of 295 patients (80%) received ART during their inpatient stay. However, 70 (30%) of these patients received a regimen that differed from their outpatient ART regimen. 69% of regimens were modified for reasons other than to optimize therapy. Patient sex, place of admission, and receipt of a STR or multi-tablet regimen (MTR) as an outpatient did not significantly impact rate of regimen modification. Conclusion Ensuring appropriate transition of ART during hospitalization remains an area in need of improvement. No one specific factor was associated with whether outpatient ART was appropriately and accurately restarted during hospitalization. Thus, there are many opportunities to improve transitions of care and antiretroviral stewardship. Disclosures All Authors: No reported disclosures

Resumen
Abstract The art of pyrography, burning designs in wood, dates back to prehistory. Risks of traditional techniques included cutaneous burns and airway injury. Fractal wood burning is a niche technique using a high-voltage electrical source to burn branched designs into wood. While this technique has grown in popularity, the associated risks are not well understood. We describe a patient who presented to our burn center after sustaining high-voltage electrical injuries while making fractal wood art using an improvised a high-voltage transformer. During the wood-burning process, he contacted the electrodes and suffered full-thickness electrical burns to the neck, chest, and bilateral upper extremities. Bilateral upper extremity fasciotomies were performed on admission. Multiple subsequent operations culminated with autografting to most of the wounds and complex reconstruction of the left thumb. In evaluating online news reports, we found 25 unique individuals with death or injury attributed to fractal wood burning from July 2016 to January 2020. Five sustained substantial injuries, while 20 reportedly died. Ages ranged from 17 years old to the 60s. One death and one injury occurred in females, with the remainder of reports involving males. Of the survivors, four sustained significant upper extremity electrical injuries and three suffered cardiac arrest at the time of injury. Fractal wood burning is associated with devastating high-voltage electrical injuries and death. Prevention efforts should be focused on education about the potential for death and permanently disabling injuries from this art form.

Resumen
AbstractFlorence suffered heavy destruction due to blasting by the german Wehrmacht in the area around the Ponte Vecchio in 1944. On the question of how the historic, in the core medieval buildings should be rebuilt, a vigorous debate was ignited, which also was intensively conducted in public. The debates core was about the question of wether the old center should be reconstructed exactly as it was or should a modern and contemporary solution be given priority. The art historian Bernhard Berenson and the archeologist Ranuccio Bianchi Bandinelli exemplified the position in the debate for the Florentine context. Linked to this discussion was also the question, how Italy would present itself after war and fascism as a new and democratic society. The built result can be seen as a compromise of these positions, as the new architecture is added in the center emphasized inconspicuousDespite the consistently negative reception, it was possible to dissociate oneself in two respects from this locally located variety of post-war modernity: On the one hand, the international architectural scene and, on the other hand, its own architectural heritage which is contaminated by fascism. The reference to its own architectural heritage and the very independent appropriation of international influences should remain the basic characteristic of the »Scuola Fiorentina« until the mid-1970s

Resumen
Abstract Background As HIV has become a chronic condition, management of the disease and preventing resistance is paramount to improving patient outcomes. Medication errors can lead to suboptimal therapy and potential development of resistance. The purpose of this study was to identify the rate of antiretroviral (ART)-related medication errors in hospitalized people living with HIV (PWLH). Methods This was a multi-center, retrospective cohort study of patients diagnosed with HIV and/or AIDS based on International Classification of Diseases codes. Patients were included if they were at least 18 years old and hospitalized between March 2016 and March 2018. Patients were excluded if they were pregnant and only received intravenous zidovudine during their hospitalization. Of the patients eligible for inclusion, 400 were randomly selected and included in this study. The primary objective was to determine the rate of inpatient ART-related medication errors. Secondary objectives included the type of errors and rate of error resolution prior to discharge. Results A total of 203 ART-related medication errors occurred during the study period (mean 0.9 ± 1.2 errors per patient). Incorrect schedule was the most common type of error followed by incorrect or incomplete regimen. More errors occurred in male patients (P = 0.01), those known to be infected with HIV on admission (P < 0.05), and in patients with an undetectable viral load (P = 0.01). Approximately 30% of ART-related medication errors were resolved prior to discharge, of which pharmacists were responsible for 25%. Incorrect schedule, incorrect or incomplete regimen, and clinically significant drug-drug interaction (DDI) were the most common medication errors that persisted at discharge. Among resolved errors, resolution of clinically significantly DDI or incorrect/incomplete ART were the most common interventions. Conclusion ART-related medication errors continue to occur in hospitalized PLWH and frequently persist at discharge. Interventions should be developed to reduce rates of ART-related medication errors on admission. Antimicrobial stewardship programs serve as an ideal platform to incorporate ART stewardship into routine activities to help minimize errors while inpatient and during transitions of care. Resumen
The objective of the study was to evaluate effects of 3 different diets and 3 different live food stocking densities on cobia fingerling rearing in composite tanks system in the Ninh Thuan 1st grade Seafood Breeding Center from 6 - 25 days old. The experiment was performed as a 3 × 3 factorial design [live food types: 100% Copepoda (Cop), 100% Nauplius of Artemia (Art), and 50% Copepoda + 50% Artemia; live food stocking densities: 5 - 10 individuals/mL, 10 - 15 individuals/mL, and 15 - 20 individuals/mL]. Each treatment had 5 replicates. After the nursery phase, the results showed that environmental parameters in all treatments were in normal ranges for cobia larvae growth. There was no difference in total length when cobia larvae were fed different feed densities (P < 0.05). The 100% Art live food and the live food density of 15 - 20 individuals/mL gave the highest growth rate, whereas the 100% Cop live food and the live food density of 5 - 10 individuals/mL resulted in the lowest weight of larvae. There was no difference in weight gain when simultaneously changing the types and live food density (P < 0.05). The survival rate of cobia larvae was highest for the 100% Cop live food and the live food density of 15 - 20 individuals/mL and lowest for the 100% Art live food and the live food density of 5 - 10 individuals/mL. However, there was no difference in the survival rate of cobia larvae when simultaneously changing the types and live food density (P < 0.05).

Resumen
Abstract Background The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in nearly 8 million cases and close to 500,000 deaths globally. Little is known about risk factors for favorable or adverse outcomes from COVID-19 among people living with HIV (PWH). Small case series have described outcomes for hospitalized PWH with COVID19. Methods This is a retrospective chart review of PWH with confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 from 2 HIV ambulatory clinics from March 1 to May 31, 2020 in a large urban academic center that serves a substantial proportion of underserved minorities. Data on demographics, clinical characteristics, and outcomes were abstracted using a standardized data collection tool. Bivariate analysis was performed to identify correlates of hospitalization. Results Among the clinic cohort of 1469 PWH, 94 (6.4%) were tested for SARS-CoV-2 and 40 (42.5%) were positive. Fifty-percent were women, 65% were 50 years and older, 65% were black, 65% were former or active smokers, and 40% were active alcohol or substance users. The majority (90%) were on ART and 87.5% had HIV viral suppression (< 50 copies/ml). Among comorbidities, 50% had hypertension, 42.5% chronic lung disease, 42.5% cardiovascular disease (CVD), 40% obesity, 27.5% diabetes (DM), and 20% chronic kidney disease (CKD). Hospitalization occurred in 19 patients (47.5%) and of those, 4 (21%) required escalation of care. The median length of stay was 12 days (IQR5.5–15.5) and there was no inpatient mortality. Among the 12 PWH who had HIV viral load test during hospitalization, 11 (91.7%) maintained viral suppression and none of the 19 patients had ART interruption. Those who were hospitalized were more likely to be >50 years old (p=0.02); have CVD (p=0.003), DM (p=0.01), and CKD (p=0.02); or have multiple comorbidities (p=0.007) compared to those managed as outpatients. Furthermore, incremental numbers of comorbidities were associated with hospitalization (p=0.009). A history of AIDS, black race, obesity, smoking, and substance use disorders were not associated with hospitalization or adverse outcome. Conclusion In this initial and to our knowledge largest cohort in an urban academic center, PWH with COVID-19 had favorable short-term outcomes. The risk factors associated with hospitalization were older age and multiple non-HIV related comorbidities. Disclosures All Authors: No reported disclosures

Resumen
This study deals with self-taught visual artists who are considered “amateurish” by the establishment of the Memorial Center in Kiryat Tiv’on, Israel, where they have exhibit their artwork. We will try to figure out both the explicit and implicit characteristics of “amateurish” artists, and challenge the supposed linkage between amateurism and lack of creativity. The methodology applied combines a sociological point of view, drawing on in-depth interviews with the artists, along with a visual analysis of the artwork produced. The theory of “modest” artists, by Marie Buscatto, and the theory of serious leisure perspective by Robert A. Stebbins, will contribute supportive classifications and categories for the analysis. We claim that the artists of our study are located on an axis between “amateurish” and “professional” within a fluid area of “serious leisure”. They are regarded as “amateurish” due to their lack of academic background in the arts, their relatively old age, having encountered lack of official recognition, having come across various obstacles in displaying their art and having received low remunerations. Aside from their marginal position in the art field, we were able to detect a few characteristics that distinguish their artwork from that of “professionals”. Our findings prove them to constitute an in-between category of “modest” or “serious-leisure-amateurish” artists, which blurs the dichotomy between “amateurish” and “professional” artists imposed by the establishment. We found these “modest” artists’ experiences to be creative, as well as some of their artwork; nevertheless, this kind of creativity seems to be disregarded by the establishment which perceives creativity as innovation.

Resumen
Histoplasmosis is an uncommon opportunistic infection in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive children. The most common form is primary disseminated histoplasmosis, characterized by persistent fever and failure to thrive. A 10-year-old HIV positive girl presented to the Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation—Tanzania Mbeya Center of Excellence (COE) with ulcerated skin lesions and a violaceous facial rash. She also had persistent fevers, severe acute malnutrition, and severe anemia. At diagnosis, the patient was failing first line antiretroviral therapy (ART) with a cluster of differentiation 4 immune cells (CD4) of 24 cells/µL and an HIV viral load (VL) of 196,658 cp/mL. The patient was changed to a second line ART regimen (abacavir, lamivudine, and ritonavir-boosted lopinavir) and received nutritional support, blood transfusions, multiple antibiotics, and meticulous wound care. She also received comprehensive symptom management, psychosocial support, and emergency housing through the COE’s palliative care program. Biopsy of a lesion showed intracytoplasmic organisms consistent with Histoplasmosis capsulatum var capsulatum. The patient was treated with conventional amphotericin B and oral itraconazole and she achieved wound healing as well as immune reconstitution and HIV viral suppression. Amphotericin infusions were given as an outpatient despite the resource constraints of the setting in southwestern Tanzania. Histoplasmosis should be considered in the differential diagnosis of the immunocompromised host with unusual skin manifestations and persistent fever.

Resumen
The paper presents a clinical case of the Patient T., 34 years old, who underwent the treatment in the Department of ART of the Regional Perinatal Center for tubal peritoneal infertility for seven years. In the anamnesis: one spontaneous uterine pregnancy, culminating in medical abortion for up to 12 weeks, treatment for chronic salpingo-oophoritis, tu- bectomy on the right side for a progressing ectopic pregnancy. The patient denied the presence of Chlamydia infection in the anamnesis. Studies on sexually transmitted infections before the IVF program were negative. During laparo- scopic tubectomy, no endometriotic foci were found. There were four programs of ART in anamnesis: in 2009, 2012, 2014, 2016. During the fourth ART program in 2016, two embryos were transferred to the uterine cavity, resulting in a uterine pregnancy in combination with an ectopic pregnancy diagnosed in the ultrasound study at 4 to 5 weeks of gestation, in the absence of clinical symptoms. The patient underwent emergency laparoscopic tubectomy on the left, the course of the postoperative period proceeded without complications. Later, in the period of uterine pregnancy of 7–8 weeks, with a clinical picture of acute appendicitis, the woman was hospitalized in the surgical department where she underwent laparoscopic appendectomy. Later the pregnancy proceeded without complications, at 39 weeks the planned cesarean section was performed, a girl weighing 3480 grams, 51 cm long with an Apgar score of 9–10 points was extracted on the operation. The course of the early postoperative period without complications, the patient was discharged with the child on the 4th day.

Resumen
The investigation aims at static examination and determination of differences for three age groups: under 13, 13–15 years old and over 15, all practitioners of the martial art karate do. This investigation occured at the level of the main parameters, measured using the FreeMed baropodometric platform and Free Step software by Sensor Medica: plantar surface areas, location of the pressure center (C) inside the support polygon, imbalances noticed at the level of the plantar areas, Pmax value, weight distribution on each foot and at the level of the rearfoot and forefoot areas, misalignments of the pressure centers of each foot, etc. Results: subjects under the age of 13 had the highest number of cases related to the off-centered positioning of the pressure center (C); the groups of those under 13 and over 15 years old located in most cases Pmax at the level of the left retropodal part, and those between 13–15 years old have a location on the dominant leg, at the level of the right retropodal part. The highest numbers of cases of normal bilateral leg are for the group under 13 years, and the other groups have a higher incidence of various plantar imbalances. The analysis of variance (F) identified only two situations in which the independent variable, “age stages,” significantly influences the resulting parameters, at the level of the non-dominant foot: forefoot_left_surface and total_left_surface. The data differences for the right/left pairs within each batch generate insignificant values of |Z| for most cases, with the superiority of the dominant foot parameters for the first two age groups, but in the case of the group over 15 years old, some results are atypical, with higher average values of left/non-dominant foot parameters in the following cases: total_left_Pmax, total_left_Pavg, rearfoot_left_load_percent, rearfoot_left_weight_ratio_percent. The comparison between the data pairs for all three batches (between the forefoot and rearfoot plantar areas) generated significant values of |Z| only for the area of the plantar surfaces. The older the subjects, the more obvious the plantar load on the forefoot area, which is similar to the results of some martial arts studies analyzed here, and is determined by the long use of the non-dominant foot as a support base, during kicks with the dominant one.

Resumen
The article explores the development of art decoration tradition in Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra old-printed Akaphistus-books editions of 17-18th cc. The essential elements of art decoration in these Akaphisthus-books are gravures with iconographic images of prayer addressees, corresponding to certain parts of the akaphistus text. The prayer addressee engravings are located in two positions: before or inside of the akaphistus text part. Frontispiece engravings initiate each part of Akaphistus-book. Iconographic posture of prayer addressee in such gravures directs the reader’s attention to the main topic of preceding text – glorification of God, angels or a saint. The frontispiece engraving in Kyiv-Pechersk Akaphistus of the 17th c. are often accompanied with verbal inscriptions, i. e. citations from the well-known church hymns. Quite often baroque poetic texts, which belong to the genre of Ukrainian baroque descriptive poetry, are placed below the frontispiece engraving. Such verbal inscriptions describe images of the engraving, verbalizing the general features of prayer addressee image. The lack of verbal inscriptions on frontispiece engraving in Akaphistus-books of 18th century is compensated by higher quality of the engraving, due to the usage of xylography technique. The image of prayer addressee is frequently used in the center of headset engraving, which precedes the title of each akaphistus text part. The miniatures inside the text part of akaphistus provide visual enrichment of the prayer process. The tradition of small plot illustrations insertion, corresponding to each of the 12 kondaks and ikoses of akaphistus, was initiated by the first Akaphistus editions of 1625 and 1629. This tradition was quite productive during the 17th – early 18th cc. Since the Akaphistus edition of 1731, the miniatures were substituted by engraved initials. The other peculiarity of this edition, which emerged in the subsequent editions of the 18th c., was the usage of engraved frame on each page. Such elements of the artistic decoration enable simultaneous visual and mental perception of akaphistus, declared in introductions to the first Kyiv-Pechersk Akaphistos editions. This masterpiece contamination of verbal and graphic aids in book artistic decoration presents the distinctive feature of the baroque style that influenced the Ukrainian book culture of the 17-18th centuries.

Resumen
Progress is determined by motivation and motivation is determined by confidence. In managing children with multiple deficits, it is necessary to extract underlying obstacles in order to make therapy most effective. The client, a ten year old girl presents with significant fear of movement. She presents with multiple fractures secondary to distal renal tubular acidosis and osteopenia. After confining herself to bed, post orthopedic surgery, she was referred to the Director of Programme of Circle of Care, a center catering to children with special needs and promoting inclusion. Individual and parental counseling along with movement and art instruction yielded mobility and improved management of activities of daily life with moderate support from equipment and family members. As a result of collaborative work and systemic awareness, client was able to exit her state of immobility and become independent in problem-solving. A multimodal approach accounts for the physical impairments as well as the social limitations presented in a child. Multidisciplinary approach with importance on counseling makes therapy effective and progress visible particularly in children who present with multiple or frail disorders/diseases.

Resumen
Abstract The center of the baroque altarpiece of the Augustinian Monastery of Polling in South Germany forms the so-called Holy Cross. Its current presentation, dated from 1763, is the last of a sequence of four well-documented presentations of a Romanesque wooden cross since 1230. This cross is an excellent example for analyzing and comparing several methods of re-presenting a historic art object as well as for understanding the motivation for such re-presentations, which are grounded on changes of the spiritual function of the object. In its first reframing, the cross received a covering of gilded parchment and a painting of the crucifix on this ground coat. In a fundamental publication from 1994, this covering was compared with a reliquary holding the old venerated wooden cross. However, looking at the context of medieval instructions for painters and the material evidence of extant contemporary paintings, this interpretation becomes questionable: the covering with parchment was a common and technically motivated procedure rather than a spiritually motivated one.

Resumen
Wondrous Brutal Fictions and Publishing the Stage will together expand and enrich the scholarly conversation on the theater of Tokugawa-period Japan and its interfaces with various genres of literature and the visual arts. The former volume consists of translations by R. Keller Kimbrough of seventeenth-century sekkyō and ko-jōruri (old jōruri) preceded by an informative and insightful introduction. It will be of great interest to scholars specializing in early-modern Japanese literature, history, and religion, and would lend itself to inclusion in reading lists for both undergraduate- and graduate-level courses. Publishing the Stage, edited by Kimbrough and Satoko Shimazaki, gathers together a wide-ranging assortment of papers on the symbiotic relationship between theater and publishing in Edo- and early Meiji-period Japan, all presented in March 2011 at an interdisciplinary conference held at the Center for Asian Studies of the University of Colorado, Boulder. Its eleven essays (seven written in English and four in Japanese) will be of use not only to scholars in the fields of Japanese literature and performance but also to historians and specialists in art history.

Resumen
Originally formed in the early 1980s as the Move Crew to move museum collections to the newly opened state of the art Smithsonian Institution’s Museum Support Center, Collections Support Services has evolved into a team of highly skilled museum professionals recognized as trusted experts, innovators, project managers, and problem solvers in all aspects of collections stewardship. We have packed, moved, and stored MILLIONS of objects across Smithsonian museums including the National Museum of Natural History and several of our art museums; the Freer Sackler Gallery, Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, and National Museum of African Art. Our vast experience with Natural History collections has been with objects ranging from microscopic invertebrates, fragile bird eggs, 40’ war canoes, whale skulls, giant squids and EVERYTHING in between! Many of these collections came from overcrowded and dusty attics, basements, and warehouses prone to flooding, pest infestation, and poor climate control. We have spent the last 25 years moving these collections into our climate controlled storage pods furnished with new metal cabinets designed for long term preservation. Some of the unique packing and transportation methods we will highlight in this presentation are “airbags” that encompass fragile bird skeletons and uniform shipping containers made of ethafoam planks and old wooden drawers. In addition, we have designed and constructed aluminum pallets for oversized collections, specialized elephant skull pallets, and plaster jackets for paleo fossil specimens. These storage solutions have greatly improved access to collections by allowing researchers to study specimens with minimal handling necessary. This presentation will specifically demonstrate these and other dramatic improvements that we have made as well as highlight innovative solutions we developed to safely transport, store, and provide better access to our Natural History collections for future generations.

Resumen
Introduction. Today, the remains of fresco paintings are preserved in six cave churches of Taurica: the temple of the Southern Monastery (Mangup); church in the field of Kielse-Tubu (district of Mangup); the temple of the Assumption and the Three Horsemen (Eski-Kermen); the Donators Temple (district of Eski-Kermen); the church number 12 on Zagaytansky rock (Inkerman). Authors of the 19th – early 20th centuries left descriptions of the now lost murals of six more monuments. Methods. Frescos of Crimean cave churches in historiography received insufficient comprehension. Only one monograph was published on this issue (1966). Analysis. Opinions and comments regarding the mural paintings of the cave churches of Crimea, expressed by reputable art historians and specialists in fresco paintings, are relevant. These include Igor Grabar. He was in Crimea in 1927, as the head of the Central Art Conservation Center by Glavnauka of the RSFSR. The Manuscript Department of the State Tretyakov Gallery stores leaflets from the notebook “Igor Grabar’s trip notes in the Crimea and about Old Russian art”. Authors publish the full text of Igor Grabar’s notes concerning the murals of cave churches: the temple of the Assumption and the Three Horsemen (Eski-Kermen); the Donators Temple (district of Eski-Kermen); the temple of the Southern Monastery (Mangup). Results. Igor Grabar’s notes help us clarify many points of view in the study of frescos of cave temples in Crimea. The study of the murals of the temple of the Three Horsemen by Igor Grabar allows us to justifiably discard the versions of “three Georges” and “portraits of real local figures”. There are images of three holy warriors: Dmitry, Theodore (Stratilates or Tyrone), and George in the cave temple. The study of the Mangup Church fresco by Igor Grabar allowed us to develop a periodization of the formation of fresco paintings of this monument.

Resumen
Recent guidebooks for the Westerner traveling to Northern India generally refer the prospective visitor to a common range of cities around Delhi – Agra, Jaipur, and Udaipur; within these, the Taj Mahal, Jaipur's Pink City and nearby Amber Fort, and Udaipur's glamorous lake palaces usually merit must-see status. Until its refurbishment a few years ago, the Albert Hall Museum, an elaborate structure with old-fashioned interiors and a location a kilometer south of Jaipur's city center, ranked as a second- or even third-tier tourist attraction; travel guides from recent years mention it with indifference, describing its collections as “dusty” and “fine, if carelessly exhibited” (Bindloss and Singh 170), or even suggesting that “a slow circular turn around the building in a car will suffice” (Frommers 520). Yet a century ago the Museum proudly occupied a primary place in British travel guides to India. It opened with ceremony and fanfare in 1887, and by 1898 almost three million Indian and over ten thousand European visitors had passed through its doors (Hendley, Report 9). A striking example of colonial architecture, constructed of white stone with numerous courtyards, covered walkways, and ornamented domes (Figure 1), it was regarded as perhaps the most noteworthy edifice within a noteworthy Indian city. Thomas Holbein Hendley, resident Surgeon-Major in Jaipur, chief curator for the 1883 Jaipur Exhibition, and the Albert Hall Museum's Secretary and tireless champion, recommended that travelers in Jaipur for a single day make two visits, both morning and evening, to the site, and that those with an additional day to spend in the city schedule a third visit. Murray's Handbook for Travellers in India, Burma and Ceylon concurred, describing it as “a beautiful museum – an Oriental South Kensington, suitably housed” (174), and just after the turn of the century, English journalist Sidney Low recalled that it was “the best museum, with one exception, in all India, a museum which, in the careful selection and the judicious arrangement of its contents, is a model of what such an institution ought to be” (114).

Resumen
The article focuses on the archaic model of the geocentric universe, which was captured in the general structure of buildings and cities. In this model, there is a stationary beginning in the center and a dynamic, changeable shell around. This envelope was associated with the firmament, over which stars and wanderingluminaries float, measuring time cycles. In Modern and Contemporary Periods, other ideas prevailed, aimed at achieving absolute harmony in mortal life, as if the course of history had ended and time stood still. This led to the flourishing of the art of regular planning and such architectural ensembles, where nothing can be "neither added nor reduced in order not to make it worse". Having passed through certain waves of "dynamic chaos" of eclecticism, modernity, and avant-garde, this art, only in a different guise, was once again established in modernism, which conquered the whole world but caused disappointment with its technocracy. Now we poorly understand the causes and consequences of what is happening. The article concludes with a call to return to the "long-forgotten old" and begin again to divide the "inner" - fundamental, unshakable, intimate - and "outer" - subject to fashion and conjuncture, frail and transitory. Intermediate states are also needed, gradual transitions from chaotic to moderate and highly organized. It means the rejection of the maximalist claims to achieve absolute harmony in the maelstrom of deliberately imperfect earthly life. Instead, the proposed implementation of the principles of relative harmony, allowing to conform to the context, aiming at a gradual and feasible ascent to an unattainable ideal.

Resumen
The thirty-three-year-old artist Aleksandr Deineka was given a large piece of wall space at the exhibition 15 Years of Artists of the RSFSR at the Russian Museum in Leningrad in 1932. At the center of the wall hung his most acclaimed painting, The Defense of Petrograd of 1928, a civil-war-themed canvas showing marching Bolshevik citizens, defending against the incursions of the White armies on their city, arrayed in flattened, geometric patterns across an undifferentiated white ground. The massive 15 Years exhibition attempted to sum up the achievements of Russian Soviet art since the revolution as well as point toward the future, and Deineka, in spite of his past association with “leftist” (read: avant-garde) artistic groups such as OST (the Society of Easel Painters) and October, was among those younger artists who were anointed by exhibition organizers as leading the way forward toward Socialist Realist art—a concept that was being formulated through both the planning of and critical response to this very display of so many divergent Soviet artists. Known for his magazine illustrations and posters, Deineka had also established himself at a young age as a major practitioner of monumental painting in a severe graphic style that addressed socialist themes, such as revolutionary history (e.g., Petrograd), and, as his other works displayed at the Leningrad exhibition demonstrate, proletarian sport (Women's Cross-Country Race and Skiers, both 1931) the ills of capitalism (Unemployed in Berlin, 1932), and the construction of the new Soviet everyday life (Who Will Beat Whom?, 1932).

Resumen
The competitive nature of the marine industry has compelled ship and drill rig owners to expect vessel designs which operate more efficiently and are less expensive to build. Designers have abandoned the "old reliable" rule based designs of the 1960's and 1970's in favor of state-of-the-art, high-tech approaches to reduce design unknowns. Analysis techniques include six-degree-of-freedom motion simulation, finite-element structural analysis, fatigue and fracture mechanics techniques, structural and component reliabilities, and electronic on-board monitoring systems. At the Coast Guard Marine Safety Center, where construction plans are reviewed and approved, evaluating the safety of these designs is not an easy task! Unlike the rule-based designs, there are no "cookbook" formulas for double-checking the designer's calculations. An acceptable level of safety must be established and the design approach must be proven for its application to be accepted. Unfortunately, the level of safety that is built into "the rules" is not completely clear, so "acceptable" becomes difficult to establish. This paper discusses the requirements and capabilities of the Coast Guard commercial vessel plan review program and proposes an alternative plan submittal procedure for nonstandard designs.
