Resumen
The improvement of the recipe composition of the quality of the omelet with the use of natural raw materials – bee pollen, honey, egg powder has been studied. Inclusion in the recipe of bee pollen will help to obtain a functional omelet omelette. The article highlights the results of the study of organoleptic parameters. The positive effect of the api-egg omelet is due to the mutual complex influence of all components and their number. According to organoleptic studies, the best results were obtained in example 2. Replacing sugar with honey in the omelet can reduce the amount of carbohydrates, not only improves the taste and healing properties, but also allows people with diabetes, obesity, as well as children to consume it, etc. The method of preparation of the omelet is as follows: lemon zest, bee pollen are added to the apiya-egg omelette mixture, the mixture is thoroughly mixed, poured into a portion pan with melted fat, fried on both sides for 5–7 minutes. Bee pollen is a biological stimulant that has a beneficial effect on the human body. The protein complex (26 %) in pollen consists of 22 amino acids, including a number of essential ones, and bee pollen also contains 28 chemical elements. Especially a lot of iron, potassium, as well as copper, cobalt. We studied api-egg omelette, which includes: cream or pasteurized milk, butter, egg powder, bee pollen, natural lemon zest. In this article, the quality was determined by organoleptic method. The literature available to us does not establish the combination and use of bee pollen, egg powder for the preparation of api-egg omelette. Given that chicken eggs are one of the most valuable human food and are used in the preparation of many dishes, especially egg omelets, as well as information about the nutritional and biological value of omelets, we consider it appropriate to use bee pollen to produce omelets to improve health. of people of all ages. Based on the research, it can be argued that the use of opiya egg omelette, dishes with bee pollen, will expand the range of omelets and increase the biological value of the finished product. Inclusion in the recipe of bee pollen, honey will help to obtain a functional omelet. The positive effect of the opiya egg omelette is due to the mutual complex influence of all components and their quantity. Organoleptic evaluation of the quality of the apiya-egg omelette was performed on the following indicators: color, smell, taste, consistency, harmony of the additive. The results of a comprehensive organoleptic evaluation of an api-egg omelet made in accordance with the proposed method are shown in Fig. 4, the highest indicators of sample 2, namely, points: color – 4.86, odor – 4.92, taste – 5.0; consistency – 5.0, the harmony of the additive – 5.0, which confirmed its high consumer organoleptic properties. Cooking an omelet in the proposed way is possible in almost different conditions, where there are means of cooking: fire, utensils, liquid, cream.

The Confréérie mondiale de les chevaliers de l'omelette gééante (World Fraternity of Knights of the Giant Omelet) spreads good cheer in several countries of the French-speaking world through the making and sharing of giant omelets. The tradition began in 1973 in Bessièères, France, where the townspeople fed indigent families in town. The practice of making a giant omelet soon spread to Frééjus, France; Malmedy, Belgium, and other cities with francophone histories: Dumbééa, New Caledonia; Granby, Quebec, and Abbeville, Louisiana. Each omelet has a regional flavor. The Louisiana omelet is influenced by Cajun and Creole cooking traditions. In Belgium, the omelet is made with pork lard. The recipe for Granby's more traditional omelet is familiar to most Quebecers: eggs, salt, parsley, thyme, pepper, scallions, and olive oil. In this case: fifteen thousand eggs, four liters of salt, five thousand scallions, and twenty liters of extra-virgin olive oil. The omelet is calculated to serve ten thousand.

Resumen
The aim of the present study was to determine to what extent the food matrix could affect the release of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) during digestion and its incorporation into systemic circulation. In this aim, three DHA-enriched egg products having the same composition but different structure were developed: omelet, hard-boiled egg, and mousse. Then, nine pigs fitted with T-shape cannulas at duodenal level and a jugular venous catheter were fed with the DHA-enriched egg products, and duodenal effluents and plasma were collected throughout the postprandial period. Results highlighted an undeniable effect of the food matrix on digestion parameters and DHA bioavailability. The transit of DHA and protein through the duodenum was faster after the ingestion of the mousse than after the ingestion of the omelet and hard-boiled egg. While most of the DHA and protein ingested under the form of mousse had already passed through the duodenum 4.5 h after its ingestion, significantly higher quantities were still present in the case of the omelet and hard-boiled egg. In terms of bioavailability, the omelet was the most efficient vector for delivering DHA into systemic circulation. It supplied 56% and 120% more DHA than the hard-boiled egg and the mousse, respectively.

Resumen
The purpose of this study was to find out whether the rolled omelet sauce sold in the Rambang Port Area in Palangka Raya City contained artificial sweetener of cyclamate. This research is a type of experimental research by conducting a series of experiments which then obtained data from the results of the laboratory research and analyzed descriptively. The research sample was a rolled omelet sauce sold in the Rambang Port Area in Palangka Raya City. Data collection techniques using saturated sampling is by taking all the population as a sample because the population is relatively small, then the data is made in table form. Sampling was conducted on 19 May 2016 at 14.50 WIB for the first sample, at 15.00 WIB for the second sample and at 15.15 WIB for the third sample. From the identification results of artificial cyclamate sweeteners in roll omelet namely in sample 1, sample 2 and sample 3, after being tested there were no white deposits as happened in the positive control. So it can be concluded that the sample was not detected containing cyclamate.

Introduction: In oncology patients, the risk of malnutrition is constant due to several factors, such as negative energy balance and losses of musculoskeletal mass. Cancer treatments often results in several side effects that directly affect food intake, representing nutritional risk. As a strategy, industrialized supplements are prescribed, however, due to the nausea and dysgeusia commonly found in these patients, the tendency is to accept versions flavorless. A blind sensory evaluation was performed using culinary preparations increased with flavorless powdered industrial supplements. Methods: Three recipes were produced in an UNIFESP Food Technology Laboratory, a cornmeal cake, a simple omelet and an avocado cream. Each recipe was repeated 4 times, in 3, added supplement of 3 different brands and one without addition. The preparations were arranged in similar containers identified by numbers and assessors were asked to taste the food by giving grades 1 through 5 for appearance, taste, aroma and texture. The assessors served themselves randomly, not knowing which preparations contained the supplement or which brand they belonged to and filled out the sensory evaluation form. Results: Fourteen individuals were submitted to the sensorial test. It was noted that sweet supplemented preparations, such as cornmeal cake and avocado cream, were better accepted, with average approval of 86% and 76.3%, respectively, while omelet obtained 51.6%. It was also found that all individuals were able to notice the presence of supplement in the omelet and avocado cream, and less frequently in cornmeal cake. Conclusion: The brand’s orientation is not to submit supplements to high temperatures, because of the risk of nutritional loss, however, in patient’s reports, the insertion of supplement in preparations is noticeable, the proposal would be an alternative use to enrich the daily preparations.

Stalinists legitimized their methods by saying “you can't make omelets without breaking eggs.” Others might ask, “you broke lots of eggs, but where are the omelets?” These three biographies of Deng Xiaoping are only the most recent of biographies of epoch-making Chinese leaders that assess the ratio of broken eggs to finished omelets. Reading them together with the body of reviews provokes questions about how biography as a genre can usefully address historical analysis and moral judgment. How much could a single leader transform China? Did Deng merely inherit institutions and decisive policies from earlier leaders or is China today somehow “Deng's China”? What can we learn about the problems from reviewers and critics?

Resumen
Mobile skill teaching software has been developed for the parents of the children with intellectual disability to be used in teaching daily life skills. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of the mobile skill teaching software developed for the use of the parents of the children with intellectual disability. In accordance, the effectiveness of the software has been tested using multiple probe design with probe conditions across subjects’ research methodology which is one of the single subject research models. Four adults with intellectual disability and their parents participated in the study. The parents participating in the study taught their children with intellectual disability how to cook cheese omelet with the use of the software. The data obtained as a consequence of the experimental study suggests that the activities carried out by the parents with the use of the software were found to be effective.

Of 29 Billroth II gastrojejunostomy patients studied by scintigraphy, 11 were dumpers and 18 were non-dumpers; of 20 controls, 11 were patients with different gastric complaints and 9 volunteers with no history of gastrointestinal pathology. The tracer used was human albumin microspheres labelled with 99mTc, mixed thoroughly with a fresh scrambled egg, cooked as an omelet and eaten as a sandwich with white toasted bread. The transit and emptying of the radiolabelled meal in the gastric and derivative loop areas were followed with a gamma camera 90-120 min. In the dumpers half-emptying times were significantly shorter than in the controls; in the non-dumpers they were even shorter. Dynamic selective analysis of the radiolabelled food transit through derivative afferent and efferent loops showed, on the other hand, different patterns for the two groups of gastroresected patients: the progression of propulsive waves was very irregular and constantly hyperperistaltic only in the dumpers.

Whole oysters were processed using high-pressure (HP) treatment at 250 and 300 MPa for 0 to 10 min and stored at 4°C for up to 28 days. HP-treated oysters and untreated oysters were evaluated for lipid oxidation, growth of microorganisms, and sensory characteristics after cooking at 160°C for 90 s. Microbial counts after HP treatment revealed that the bacterial load was initially reduced at all pressures. HP-treated oysters had significantly higher pH and moisture (P < 0.05) relative to control (untreated) oysters during storage. HP treatment increased lipid oxidation with unpleasant odor during storage compared with the control. HP treatment decreased redness but did not significantly affect the brightness and yellowness of cooked oysters. From tests of mechanical properties, 300 MPa-treated oysters after cooking had significantly increased toughness as measured by cutting force. HP-treated oysters after cooking received higher quality scores than did the control during the storage trial. Results indicated that 300 MPa for 2 min is the optimum HP treatment that results in oysters most acceptable for oyster omelets during storage at 4°C, and this treatment may extend the shelf life of these oysters to 21 days.

Quantitative estimates of the effect of 7-hydroxymatairesinol (7-HMR) intake on estrogen balance and clinical aspects of the course of fibrocystic mastopathy have been carried out. Aim. Assessment of effects 7-HMR on metabolism of estrogen (16a-OHE1, 2-OHE2, 2-OHE1, 2-OMEE1, 4-OMEE2, 4-OHE1, a ratio 2-OHE1/16a-OHE1, 2-OHE1/2-OMeE1 and 4-OHE1/4-OMeE1) and progesterone in daily urine at patients with fibrous and cystous mastopathy in the post-menopausal period. Materials and methods. The analysis of metabolites of estrogen (16a-OHE1, 2-OHE2, 2-OHE1, 2-OMEE1, 4-OMEE2, 4-OHE1, ratios 2-OHE1/16a-OHE1, 2-OHE1/2-OMeE1 and 4-OHE1/4-OMeE1) and progesterone in daily urine with use of solid-phase immunofermental set (IFA) of Amerscham International on the analyzer of Amerkard by means of standard sets is carried out. Statistical 10.0 and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets were used in statistical material processing. Results. It was found that taking 7-HMR (60 mg/day, 1 month) contributes to normalizing estrogen metabolism (decreasing estradiol, estrone, estriol, 16a-OHE1) and improves the clinical symptoms of mastopathy. Conclusions. In patients with FCM, 7-HMR contributes to a decrease in hyperestrogenia-related tumor risks by lowering estrogen metabolites levels.

Prostitution is a phenomenon that has existed for a long time in the world, not least in Indonesia. Someone does prostitution most of the problem lies in economic factors and the low skills they have. The government does not remain silent due to this phenomenon, the government has also prepared a variety of skills training programs held in various rehabilitation institution, one of which is in the rehabilitation center of the Semarang city agriculture with empowerment programs through competency-based culinary skills training. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the planning, implementation, and results achieved in empowering prostitutes through competency-based culinary skills training. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Check the validity of the data using source triangulation and methods. The results of this study is planning of prostitutes empowerment programs through training in cookery skills includes: identification of needs, formulating learning objectives, determining curriculum to be used, choosing learning resources, and sources of funding. The implementation includes three main steps, namely opening activities, core activities, and closing. The results achieved are that the residents learned how to make steamed sponge, potato donuts, stuffed dumplings, banana chocolate roll omelet.

AbstractThe Drosophila oocyte develops from a cluster of 16 interconnected cells that derive from a common progenitor. One of these cells, the oocyte, arrests in meiosis. The other cells endoreplicate their DNA and produce mRNAs and proteins that they traffic to the oocyte along a polarized microtubule cytoskeleton shared by the entire cyst. Therefore, Drosophila oogenesis is an attractive system for the study of cell cycle control and cell polarity. We carried out a clonal screen on the right arm of chromosome 3 for female sterile mutations using the FLP-FRT-ovoD system to identify new genes required for early oogenesis. We identified alleles of oo18 RNA binding protein (orb) and Darkener of apricot (Doa), which had previously been shown to exhibit oogenesis defects. We also identified several lethal alleles of the male sterile mutant, bobble (bob). In addition, we identified eight new lethal complementation groups that exhibit early oogenesis phenotypes. We analyzed mutant clones to determine the aspects of oogenesis disrupted by each complementation group. We assayed for the production and development of egg chambers, localization of ORB to and within the oocyte, and proper execution of the nurse cell cycle (endoreplication of DNA) and the oocyte cell cycle (karyosome formation). Here we discuss the identification, mapping, and phenotypic characterization of these new genes: omelet, soft boiled, hard boiled, poached, fried, over easy, sunny side up, and benedict.

Abstract: Moringa leaves can be processed in various food and beverage products such as clear vegetables, juice, omelette, chips, nastar, donuts, bakwan and Moringa leaf noodles. In addition, Moringa leaves can be processed as herbal drinks. Currently, with the covid-19 pandemic conditions around the world, many alternative herbal ingredients are consumed by the public to increase body nutrition in order to prevent transmission of the virus, one of which is Moringa leaves. Moringa plants are high in nutrients, such as vitamin C, calcium, vitamin A, potassium, and protein. The purpose of implementing this PkM activity is to provide information and, to provide assistance to the community in utilizing Moringa plants to prevent Covid-19, as well as to improve community skills in making Moringa herbal drink to prevent Covid-19. This PkM was held at the Ori Angu Farmers Group in Pambotanjara Village, with a series of activities including the socialization of the importance of Moringa leaves, the preparation of raw materials for making herbal moringa drinks, and the practice of manufacturing Moringa leaf herbal drink products. The results of this activity were the socialization of the use of Moringa leaves as a way to increase immunity in order to prevent viruses and the practice of making Moringa leaf tea with members of farmer groups, students and lecturers at the Ori Angu Farmer Group, Pambotanjara Village.Keywords: herbal drink; moringa leaves; prevents covid-19Abstrak: Daun kelor dapat diolah dalam berbagai produk makanan dan minuman seperti sayur bening, juice, omelet, keripik, nastar, donat, bakwan dan mie daun kelor. Selain itu, daun kelor dapat diolah sebagai minuman herbal. Saat ini, dengan adanya kondisi pandemik covid-19 di seluruh dunia, banyak alternatif bahan herbal yang dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat untuk menambah nutrisi tubuh agar dapat mencegah terjadinya penularan virus tersebut, salah satunya adalah daun kelor. Tanaman kelor memiliki nutrisi tinggi, seperti vitamin C, kandungan kalsium, vitamin A, kandungan potasium, dan protein. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan PkM ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan, melakukan pendampingan kepada masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan tanaman kelor untuk mencegah covid-19, serta meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pembuatan minuman herbal daun kelor dalam mencegah covid-19. PkM ini dilaksanakan di Kelompok Tani Ori Angu Desa Pambotanjara dengan runtutan kegiatan adalah sosialisasi pentingnya daun kelor, persiapan bahan baku pembuatan minuman herbal daun kelor, dan praktik pembuatan produk minuman herbal daun kelor. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya sosialisasi pemanfaatan daun kelor sebagai salah satu cara menambah imunitas tubuh dalam rangka mencegah virus dan dilaksanakannya praktik pembuatan teh daun kelor bersama anggota kelompok tani, mahasiswa dan dosen di Kelompok Tani Ori Angu Desa Pambotanjara.Kata kunci: daun kelor; mencegah covid-19; minuman herbal

Resumen
The need for portability and easy to handle devices has been felt by the trekkers and campers. In a country like Nepal, with tough geographical terrain and changing climates, a non burn cooking alternative is sought for outdoor cooking. Quicklime or Calcium Oxide (CaO) is commercially available in abundance. CaO releases 64 kJ of heat during slaking at Normal temperature and Pressure. Boiling of water, preparing tea, boiling egg, preparing omelet and preparing instant noodles were tested with an average of 32.7 % deviation from theoretical values without considering the manufacturing specification of 90 % purity. Calculating with the manufacturing specification, the error reduced to 27.3 %. Though cooking is correlated to the subjective preference of individuals, the highest cooking temperature was recorded 86.5 °C (boiling water), and the highest temperature of inner pot reached was 121.1 °C in that case. The highest temperature reached in each of cooking purposes were respectively as; boiling egg on water(75.6 °C), boiling egg without using water (11.2 °C), preparing tea(85.9 °C) and preparing instant noodles (68.3 °C). The quantity of cooing material resulted in higher efficiencies as evident by the factor that minimum deviation from theoretical calculation was seen during the cooking of noodles (17.5 %) and the maximum deviation was observed during preparation of boiled egg without using water or secondary pot (58.5 %). The device was not found financially feasible for household cooking and for cases where transportation cost incurred is high; the device was financially feasible (Rs. 14 as compared to above Rs. 400 and Rs. 250 of LPG based and kerosene based cooking respectively).

Introduction: Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris L.) is a familiar herbal medicine and also a daily vegetable. It is one of the ingredients in the famous remedy "Cao ích mẫu" specializing in menstrual disorders or the omelet with mugwort that helps save blood flow to the brain to treat headaches. In both traditional medicine and the new drugs, diseases are usually treated by mugwort as diabetes, epilepsy combination for psychoneurosis, depression, irritability, insomnia, anxiety, and stress. To demonstrate the medicinal uses, the chemical constituents of this herbal were continually studied. Methods: The leaves of mugwort were collected in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Vietnam. The plant was identified by the late pharmacist and botanist Binh Duc Phan. A voucher specimen (AV001) was deposited in the herbarium of the Department of Organic Chemistry, VNUHCM–University of Science. Dried leaf powder of A. vulgaris (11 kg) was extracted with methanol and evaporated under reduced pressure to give a methanol extract (910 g), which was dissolved in methanol-water (1:9) and then successively partitioned with petroleum ether, chloroform, and ethyl acetate. From the previously researched ethyl acetate fraction, nine compounds were isolated: six known phenolic compounds (luteolin, 6-methoxyluteolin, eupatilin, o-coumaric acid, vanillic acid, and protocatechuic acid), sinapyl alcohol diisovalerate, vulgarin, and one new compound (artanoic acid). Results: In this research, ethyl acetate fraction was also studied. From subfraction EA4, six compounds were isolated by three skeletons: phenolic compounds (5,4′ -dihydroxyflavone and 4-hydroxyphenyl acetate), phenyl propanoid (methyl 2-O-b -D-glucopyranosylcoumarate and 2-O-b -D-glucopyranosylcoumaric acid) and uracil (5-methyluracil and uridine). The structure of the isolated compounds was determined to base on 1D, 2D NMR spectra, HR-ESI-MS, and comparison with published data. Conclusion: Particularly, four compounds (methyl 2-O-b -D-glucopyranosylcoumarate, 2-O-b -D-glucopyranosylcoumaric acid, 5-methyluracil, and uridine) were known for the first time from this species.

Resumen
The Supreme Court of Canada has recently rendered judgment in what has come to be known as the Omelet Case. The Court was called upon to rule on the constitutionality of several provisions in federal and Ontario law, the purpose of which was to set up a plan for the marketing of eggs in Canada. The plan provided for a levy on producers and had as its objectives the attribution to each province of a share of the national market for eggs, and the setting of production quotas within each province as regards its part of the market. Such quotas were to be set in an identical manner for all producers, whether they be engaged in intraprovincial, inter provincial, or export trade. The province of Ontario also provided for the imposition of quotas as to the means of production, particularly as to the number of domestic hens a producer could possess. This paper shows how the distribution of legislative powers in respect of taxation and commerce is affected by the Supreme Court's decision. It is suggested that the Court has completely abandoned the doctrine of the Crystal Dairy case, in which the Privy Council had ruled that the levying of fees on producers was a matter of taxation. The paper also outlines the consequences of certain remarks by Chief Justice Laskin on the spending power of Parliament. The paper then discusses the reticence of certain members of the Court to approve the measures adopted by Ontario concerning the control of means of production. Such reticence illustrates the difficulties faced by the Court when trying to define or identify which measures can be adopted by the provinces, within the framework of agricultural marketing plans, without encroaching upon federal jurisdiction over interprovincial trade under subs. 91(2) of the BNA Act. Finally, the paper attempts to show how the scope of s. 121 of the BNA Act is limited by the ruling that it cannot hamper federal regulation of interprovincial trade under subs. 91(2). This latest decision confirms the broadening of the scope of subs. 91(2), already apparent in the Caloil case and the Manitoba Egg reference. The strenghtening of subs. 91(2) may imply that s. 121 will be applied differently, according to whether federal or provincial legislation is involved.

This writing analyzes a short story entitles The Ones Who Walk Away From Omelas written by Ursula Le Guin which highlights the elements of Utopia and Dystopia found in a society as reflected in the text such as the happiness, cheerfulness which are almost perfect. Besides, the feeling of secure is also felt by the inhabitants of Omelas so that they don’t need a government to manage their life. On the contrary, the element of dystopia is ironic, in which the happiness felt by the people is paid by a little child who is locked in dark, small room. This child is victimized to guarantee the perfect life of the people in Omelas. Consequently, those who can’t accept this reality decide to leave Omelas, they are the ones who walk away from Omelas. Related to that, this analysis applies descriptive analysis in which the result will be explained descriptively. From the description, it will show how the elements of Utopia and Dystopia are reflected in the life of the people in Omelas which describe the society of Omelas and its belief in Sacrificing the child for the sake of the happiness of the community.

Como alternativa aos softwares comerciais pagos que dominam a indústria da tradução (como o SDL Trados Studio, o Wordfast Pro e o MemoQ), contamos com softwares proprietários de uso gratuito (como o Wordfast Anywhere e o Google Translator Toolkit) e, ainda, softwares livres e de código aberto (como o OmegaT e o Anaphraseus). Partindo da descrição dos tipos de PAT e de seus principais recursos, o objetivo deste artigo é apontar, por meio de uma análise avaliativo-comparativa baseada em uma pesquisa e no cotejo entre o OmegaT, softwares proprietários gratuitos e outrossoftwares livres, por que e para quais situações constitui aquele uma alternativa viável para o ensino de PAT em cursos superiores.PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Programas de Apoio à Tradução; ensino da tradução; competência do tradutor; empregabilidade; OmegaT. The focus of this study was to evaluate the microbial quality of Spanish potato omelette and cooked meat samples including pork loin, chicken croquettes, long pork sausage, chicken breast, and meatballs from University restaurants. Microbiological analyses of Spanish potato omelette and cooked meat samples resulted in aerobic plate counts from <1.00 to 2.90 and from <1.00 to 6.04 log10 CFU g−1, respectively. Total coliforms ranged from <3 to 43 most probable number (MPN) g−1 and from <3 to >2,400 MPN g−1 for Spanish potato omelette and meat products, respectively. Escherichia coli, coagulase-positive staphylococci, and Lancefield group-D streptococci were detected in 1.7%, 3.5%, and 12.9% of Spanish potato omelette samples, respectively. For cooked meat samples, 8.8%, 7.6%, and 24.6% contained E. coli, coagulase-positive staphylococci, and Lancefield group-D streptococci, respectively. E. coli O157:H7, Salmonella spp., and Shigella spp. were not detected. Klebsiella pneumoniae, Klebsiella oxytoca, Citrobacter freundii, Enterobacter cloacae, and Serratia spp. were isolated from Spanish potato omelette samples. For cooked meat samples, C. freundii, E. cloacae, and Aeromonas hydrophila were detected. The results suggest that some handling practices should require more attention, and as a consequence, a hazard analysis and critical control point program should be developed and implemented.

The purpose of this study are (1) to analyze the life style of Hen's Instant Omelette consumer (2) to analyze the influence of lifestyle, product innovation, and marketing mix of Hen's Instant Omelette product towards purchasing decision (3) to formulate managerial implication for the company. The results of the factor analysis indicates that the user segments of Hen's Instant Omelette consists of three segments: modern, clasic, and trendy. Analysis results of SEM indicates the variable that influence purchasing decision is Product Innovation which consists of Relative Advantages, Compatibility, Complexity, Divisibility, Communicability.

Science fiction is gaining academic recognition as a tool for teaching ethics and engaging potentially resistant students in communication and critical thinking, but there are not many lesson plans available for how to implement science fiction in the classroom. I hope to address that gap by sharing a successful lesson plan I developed while teaching a first-year composition and ethics course at the Colorado School of Mines. “Stand Where You Stand on Omelas” combines writing, communication, and ethical decision making by asking students to defend what they would do as a citizen in Ursula K. Le Guin’s short story, “The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas,” where a young child’s torment ensures the prosperity and happiness of society as a whole.

Sob preceitos de Kellner (2001) e Orozco Gómez (2000), analisamos o debate com o grupo focal acerca de dois textos produzidos pelos veículos The Guardian (Inglaterra) e Omelete (Brasil). Entendemos que os textos reforçam estereótipos, fator este que corrobora um posicionamento contrário por parte dos receptores em relação ao conteúdo dos textos selecionados.

Gledano skozi prizmo klasične filologije so s to izdajo Mojstri lirike postali dokaj dober približek resnidvojezični zbirki, ki ponuja bralcu prevode hkrati z izvirnikom. Zbirki, kakršno ima angleščina s svojo Loeb Classical Library že skoraj stoletje, hrvaščina pa s svojo biblioteko Latina & Graeca že dobri dve desetletji. Mutatis mutandis, jasno, po eni strani je slovenski poskus omejen le na liriko, po drugi pa ni omejen le na latinščino in grščino.

Resumen
O objetivo desse estudo é analisar a percepção dos internautas sobre as receitas mais acessadas em veículo de mídia gastronômica na perspectiva da alimentação e nutrição. Estudo quantitativo e qualitativo de um recorte do conteúdo de mídia digital referente à gastronomia e veiculado na internet, na página YouTube®. Selecionou-se o canal Panelinha®, dedicado à divulgação de receitas e vídeos culinários relacionados à alimentação. Os comentários de dois vídeos com maior número de visualizações pelos internautas foram transcritos, categorizados e interpretados pela análise de conteúdo. As postagens mais visualizadas foram “Como fazer a omelete perfeita - cremosa, fofinha... hmmm!”, com 1 milhão de acessos e “Em uma panela só: Risoto da Rita Lobo com 453 mil visualizações. As categorias levantadas foram: feedback positivo, elogio à receita, elogio à apresentadora/canal, feedback negativo, dúvidas, sugestões, críticas. No vídeo “Como fazer a omelete perfeita” analisaram-se 235 postagens, 38% realizadas por mulheres e 55% por homens e 7% sem identificação do sexo. Vídeo de menor tempo de duração, menor quantidade de ingredientes e maior simplicidade nas técnicas aplicadas, associadas ao apelo saudável alcançou maior número de internautas. O vídeo mais longo, “Em uma panela só: risoto da Rita Lobo”, com 91 comentários, 71% realizados por mulheres, 26% por homens e 3% sem identificação do sexo. Vídeo com mais ingredientes e preparos despertou maior interesse no público feminino, porém, suscitou mais dúvidas. Esses vídeos foram capazes de distribuir as opiniões mais positivas dos usuários, que atuaram como agentes incentivadores para a prática da alimentação saudável exibida.

Resumen
O objetivo do artigo é o de analisar a narrativa transmídia jornalística do filme Vingadores: guerra infinita (2018, Anthony e Joe Russo) nos portais de notícias brasileiros. Esta pesquisa se classifica como descritiva, com abordagem qualitativa e utiliza a técnica de análise de conteúdo. Foram selecionados como amostra, para análise, notícias publicadas em cada um dos seguintes portais: G1, Globoplay e Omelete entre dezembro de 2017 e setembro de 2018. Como principal resultado constatou-se que os referidos portais de notícias brasileiros, cada um com suas peculiaridades, dão novos sentidos para o filme e assim, contribuem para uma narrativa transmídia.

Tenupalpa Lee et Li, 2021 (Gelechiidae: Thiotrichinae) was recently proposed based on a molecular and morphological study of the subfamily. It currently includes six species mainly known from Russia, Japan and India. In this paper, 15 new species from China are described: T. acutata sp. nov., T. acutimedia sp. nov., T. angulosa sp. nov., T. breviaedeaga sp. nov., T. zhengi sp. nov., T. crassimedia sp. nov., T. dissimilis sp. nov., T. falcata sp. nov., T. fuscalata sp. nov., T. immaculata sp. nov., T. isabellina sp. nov., T. magniguttata sp. nov., T. latifasciata sp. nov., T. perparviloba sp. nov. and T. uncativalva sp. nov. Also, T. xanthodora (Meyrick, 1923) comb. nov., and the original combination for Thiotricha glenias Meyrick, 1908 stat. rev. are proposed. Five species—Tenupalpa angustella (Omelko, 1984), T. biformis (Omelko, 1984), T. flavitermina (Kyaw, Yagi & Hirowatari, 2019), T. nephodesma (Meyrick, 1918) and T. venustalis (Omelko, 1984)—are reported from China for the first time, and two species—T. angustella and T. venustalis—are newly recorded from Korea. Photographs of adults, genitalia, and the eighth abdominal segment of males are illustrated, and a key to all known Tenupalpa species are provided based on external characters and male genitalia.

Resumen
Acantholycosa Dahl, 1908 is relatively large genus of wolf spiders with 28 named species and one subspecies (World Spider Catalog 2016) distributed in the Holarctic, though the majority of its species (24) is known from Russia. Although the genus is well studied due to several revisions (Marusik et al. 2004; Marusik & Omelko 2011; Omelko et al. 2016), its real species diversity remains unknown. A recent study of the collections of the Zoological Museum of Moscow State University revealed one undescribed species from Khabarovsk Province of Russia, belonging to the A. baltoroi-group of species. The main goals of this publications are the description of this new species and the proposition of an identification key to males of the A. baltoroi-group.
