Resumen
The diploma thesis discusses characteristics of accidents of professional lorry drivers in relations to their personalities, work, health and mental conditions. The thesis is composed of three sections: theoretical, analytical, and a section on recommendations. Theoretical section introduces theory of the given line of work and presents both outer and inner influences in this respect. Theoretical section is followed by the analytical section, with both quantitative and qualitative research discussing the most common accidents of professional lorry drivers. Based on the first two sections of the thesis, innovative solutions have been offered in the last section, with the aim of contributing to lowering the number of traffic accidents of drivers maneuvering vehicles over 7.5 tons. In order to gather necessary information, analysis of literature has been conducted, with statistical measures introduced in the thesis and structured interviews and polls having been done also. This has provided results towards arguing the knowledge on the given issue so far and has additionally allowed for innovative solutions leading to elimination of traffic accidents caused by professional lorry drivers.

Tato diplomová práce navazuje na bakalářskou práci, ve které byl vytvořen model důvěry pro sociální síť Facebook. Do tohoto modelu jsou zapracovány připomínky z konference UMAP 2013 a ověřena jeho škálovatelnost a flexibilita. V další části práce jsou uvedeny základní termíny z psychologie osobnosti a zkoumána závislost důvěry na osobnosti uživatele. Je vybrán model Big Five k reprezentaci charakteru uživatele a navržen dotazník, u nějž bude zkoumána korelace s modelem důvěry. Tato korelace je na základě sociologických poznatků odhadnuta a později ověřena na reálných uživatelích sociální sítě Facebook.

The goal of this thesis is to determine the current risk factors for individuals who are 65 years or older and using public transportation. The theoretical portion contains comments from literary sources which deal with transportation phychology with a focus on lower the cognitive abilities and psycho-motor skills and their effect as Well as the assistance features of cars. The analytical portion describes the future development of an aging population, ratings of statistics showing the accident proneness of senior citizens, examples of accidents, and casuistry from transport psychologist workplace. An analysis of the results from measuring reaction time of seniors and to compare it with younger generations. The final portion is dedicated to solutions that may be able to contribute to lower the number of accidents involving seniors of public transportation grounds.

My thesis is focused on the analysis of job satisfaction in a particular firm considering motivation and employee loyalty. The diploma is divided into 4 parts. In the first chapter is defined the subject, goals and hypothesis. The second one is concerning with the theoretical knowledge of psychology, employee job satisfaction, motivation theories and their tools to increase the labour performance. The practical part is describing the company, its segmentation, policies and moreover the results of the research. On the basis of summarized theoretical and practical facts I suggest the system of arrangements, that could help to eliminate a low level of employee job satisfaction with the particular fields.

This doctoral thesis explores the potential of authorial acting as a tool for open-ended self-education. It focuses on the properties and the process of acquiring psychosomatic capacity for presentation in front of an audience as a means of self-discovery and self-realization through play (Dialogical Acting with the Inner Partner) and other preparatory psychosomatic drama disciplines. The secondary subject of this thesis is the relevance of this capacity to teachers and educators. In the theoretical section, I present the essential terms and concepts as well as the basis of my research. I explain why I use the expression "(non)education towards a self” rather than "personal education” and how one's holistic and creative conditioning relates to the skills of a pedagogue or educator in the broadest sense of the word. The qualitative research section consists of three parts which correspond to three research projects. The first part explores the "personal trajectories" of students of the two-year “Creative Pedagogy-Pedagogical Condition” (CP-PC) study program. The exploration is based on written reflections and a two-day encounter devoted to discussion and creative work. The encounter involved practical workshops as well as talks with I. Vyskočil and E. Vyskočilová and student discussions. The aim was to explore the development of the individual psychosomatic “fitness" by means that go beyond written subjective reflections and offer live confrontations with oneself and others in workshops and discussions. The second part focuses on the issue of authenticity and the triple actor-viewer-assistant relation. Using simultaneous recording with two cameras and focus groups, we tried to analyze the moments of spontaneity during the experimentation and to identify the essential features of authentic expression. The themes that significantly emerged from the research were the theme of inner and outer spectator and of body resonance and joy as main characteristics of authentic presence. In the third section, I followed up on the findings of the previous sections in 16 semistructured interviews with students of the CP-PC program as well as regular and external students at the department. These interviews were analyzed using the method of open coding combining two perspectives: a broader, theme-focused perspective and a narrower, notional one. This research reveals the complexity of tacit learning processes which, in the context of play and psychosomatics, foster a personal evolution towards an original, creative personality, i.e. "becoming one's self”. Simultaneously, this research attempts to define the essential "virtues” of authentic acting and outlines the benefits of Vyskočil´s pedagogy for education of educators.

Is it possible for me after four years of acting school and nearly one year of engagement to state definitively - Am I an actor yet? This is the main question, I wish to answer through my work. I proceed by trying to define and show what it exactly is for me to be an actor. Therefore my work is structured into chapters, that in their own way result one from each other and meanwhile are tightly connected, so that means the whole work is in principle one compact text. In my work I mainly examine and explore my own experiences. Based on what I find, I realise, that for me, the answer - Am I an actor yet? - can not be answered. It can not be answered because in the essence, it means the same as - Am I a human yet?

Resumen
The title of the submitted diploma work is Conscious development of the role as a condition for acting self-confidence. It is divided into 4 sections, 6 chapters and 10 subchapters. While writing it, I drew on my own experience and feelings; I quoted from properly denoted resources and authors. The aim of the work is not academic research, but rather some kind of classification of what I have learned during my studies at DAMU ? Academy of Performing Arts and what experience I have lived through. In the introduction the focus is on the difficulty of describing writing about acting and about reasons for the choice of the topic. In the next parts of the text I analyze my own feelings and experience gained during rehearsing various performances with various directors. I attempt to describe the circumstances that influence actor´s self-confidence and the relation between the personal self-esteem and the one of the actor. In the conclusion of my diploma work I express the belief that I am entering the acting world well equipped as for both the academic knowledge and acquired skills.

The thesis treats the phenomenon of pretence in the theatre. It deals with the meaning of contemporary theatre and its truthfulness, and the issue of acting/performing and the related themes of authenticity, (self)disclosure, detachment and communication. It also focuses, from the same viewpoint, on the "actors education" and the definition of the "alternative theatre". The principles of the theatre of no-pretence and esthetics of "theatrical dementia" are defined by examples of specific stage productions.

This thesis analyses problems related to the creation of the working team coupled with the process of it’s members‘ cohesion. The theoretical part of the work contains an introduction and explanation of basic concepts related to given issues. In particular, we look at the issue of the manager's personality, the theory of social Gross, work teams, styles of leadership and management teams. The last chapter contains general recommendations of basic skills in the approach of managers and management teams. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the investigation file, the analysis of the facto. The aim of the project is to design such a manager process strategy, which leads to team cohesion thereby increasing work efficiency.

The master thesis deals with the definition of christian glossolalia and psychological findings concerning the phenomenon. The research part of the thesis presents a qualitative research based on thirteen case studies of Czech and Slovak christian glossolalics coming from the neopentecostal movement, which maps their experience and personality characteristics as measured by the Baum Test and the 16 PF Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire. It is supplemented by a short quantitative study showing that glossolalics score lower in Privateness as measured by 16 PF than non-glossolalic christians. Finally, some suggestions for future research are offered.

The thesis aims to expand the possibilities for diagnosing sentenced persons by the Freiburg Personality Inventory, which appears to be in terms of penal custody as a useful tool. There is only one Slovak translation of this method from 1984 including standards for a population already existent state, its use is problematic past 20 years and unextended. In contrast, demand for updated diagnostic tools that are not too time-consuming and difficult to administrate, and which would also underwent scaling to a specific population sample, creates space for effective use of the FPI in penitentiary practice. The theoretical part contains introduction to the method, theoretical background and the basis of the FPI and its comparison with other instruments used for personality diagnostics, possibilities and limits of its use. At the same time it focuses on the specifics of the prison population, the description of the personality in terms of its structure and dynamics, and the possibility of diagnostics including the currently used diagnostic tools. It also includes a summary of intervention programs implemented in prisons of the Czech Republic. The aim of this paper is to verify the applicability of Interpersonal Check List for assessing managerial potential, namely leadership potential. The evolution and findings of leadership research are summarized in the theoretical part of the article. Possible effects of personality traits on leader effectivity are theoretically explained. There is evidence that these traits affect the perception of leaders. Empirical tests show that employees in leadership positions score higher in several dimensions of Interpersonal Check List, particularly in managerial - autocratic, competitive - exploitive and blunt - aggresive dimensions. The discussion of these findings leads to the conclusion that the mentioned dimensions could be considered as indicators of leadership potential. Interpersonal Check List is a valid instrument for assessing leadership potential.

Co-advisor - PhDr. Alena Marešová, Ph.D. Abstract: The dissertation addresses the issue of negative personality changes understood as personality depravation. The introduction discusses their increase in normally socialized (non- criminal) population and states the need for a solution of this problem. The term depravation, which is taken from clinical practice, is analyzed from a theoretical perspective in the first part of this work. This research also builds upon empirical surveys of personality of groups of juvenile and adult convicts and non-delinquent control groups, which are described in the second part. Long- term empirical surveys repeated every decade (1979 - 2013) focus on personality depravation and are based on comparative analysis of standardized and quantified data - sociodemographic data, analyses of criminal activity, personality assessments using a standardized inventory of tests designed to ascertain personality depravation, and case histories of delinquents (n=1660). The paper deals with traffic psychology in more detail. The theoretical part focuses mainly on the personal characteristics of drivers, including the perspective of their personality, temperament, motivation, emotion, ability and differences between men and women. Further, the traffic accidents are described concentrating on tendencies and causes of their occurence. The paperwork includes also a chapter dealing with typology of drivers, focusing on dangerous drivers. The practical part is based on an explarotary investigation, on the basis of which the objectives are evaluated. The survey provides information on the number of people who have encountered an accident and their response to this event. There is also an evaluation of information on how the interviewed people themselves behave while driving a car.

The focus of this thesis lies on the outstanding Spanish realistic and naturalistic novel of the 19th century known as La Regenta by Leopoldo Alas "Clarin". The thesis is divided into two parts, the first is oriented towards historical and cultural context of the novel's origin, biography of the author and general introduction of the novel. The second part of the thesis concentrates on a main character Ana Ozores de Quintanar, mainly from psychological and sociological perspective. Sole chapter is then dedicated to comparison of novels La Regenta and Madame Bovary by Gustave Flaubert and its main heroines. The primary aim of the thesis is to study the main character Ana Ozores, her gradual formation and to analyze her relationship with other key characters of the novel and factors which brought heroine's demise in the end.

This diploma thesis deals with the possible applications of the dramatic method called Forum theatre in the work with children and teenagers. The theoretical part is divided in to three chapters and where the first chapter introduces Forum theatre. The second chapter describes the formation of the Theatre of the Oppressed concept, whose main technique is the examined method. The third part provides a detailed description of the method including the aims, rules a principles for the role of a Joker. The second part of the thesis examines the relationship of the method towards the educational system of the Czech Republic. Concretely it deals with the key competences, personal and social education a dramatic education. The aim of this thesis is to map the current state of the usage of the method, to determine who, whit what goals and with what susses uses the method. Than the original concept, developed by Augusto Boal for work with adults is confronted with the currently used variations of this method. Based on this analysis some principles, which might be used in the future practice are set. The first part deals with the concept of virtue ethics in the view of Summa theologica. Its basis is acquired from classical philosophy of ancient scholars. Firstly, it is necessary to describe Plato's and Aristoteles systematical approach to virtues. Plato's approach is parallel with the concept of the state. Aristotle's has a system divided into rational and moral virtues, which is a small entanglement of this topic. The last systematical approach in ancient times takes Stoic's way with dualistic conception of realty and human inside, which is an approach with no ground. Thomas Aquinas continues the system of Plato's and Aristotle's and adds the theory of cardinal and supernatural virtues. The cardinal virtues are rooted in humans, through their habits, so the key question then being human's habits, disposition, and adequacy in connection with their nature. Subsequently, the virtues are an essential part of human nature or personality. The psychology deals with the topic of virtues in the context of personality psychology, especially, in the background of inner quality or traits. Recently, virtues in the psychology are still open to question and are a huge challenge.

This thesis addresses the use of psychological assessment in personnel psychology and practice, specifically the relationship between selected personality characteristics of medical representatives in relation to their work performance. In the theoretical part, the selected methods of psychological testing of personality traits used in personnel psychology, with the focus on the Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire 16 PF, are desribed. It also deals with the performance appraisal and attention is paid to assessment of employees in a broader context, the most frequent rating errors and the key methods of individual and group performance appraisal. The empirical part deals with the research that examines relationship between the personality characteristics of medical representatives working in a multinational pharmaceutical company to determine whether the most successful workers differ in personality traits from the lowest performing individuals, and what personality characteristics of the profession are exhibited. The diploma thesis Characteristics of the criminal career and chronic offender of a violent crime is divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part deals with risk factors that can lead to criminal career, psychological characteristics of chronic offenders and offenders of violent crime. Finally, theoretical part mentioned the concept of criminal careers with basic elements: participation, frequency, duration, starts a criminal career, the interval between of the offenses, the remaining length and finishing of the criminal career, specialization or universality, severity and escalation, accomplice to criminal career. The theoretical part also summarizes the basic statistics on the crime of chronic offender. The empirical part is the quantitative retrospective study of the forensic expertises in the field of clinical psychology. The main task of the thesis focused on the assessment of escalation - increased severity of crimes during individual criminal career of the chronic offender of violent crime. In the thesis the author looks for methods of pedagogical-psychological diagnostics. She describes the use of pedagogical-psychological diagnostics in the work of teacher. Furthermore the author explores the way in which teacher proceeds the diagnosis, which methods the teacher uses and with which educational problems he or she encounters most frequently. The author is also interested in the teacher's experience with Pedagogical and Psychological Counselling Centre. Resumen
This thesis deals with one of the most debated topics of the Personnel Psychology - the personnel selection. The aim of the thesis is to provide an exhaustive overview of the designing process of the selection procedures with special attention being paid to the various methods of selecting employees. Attention was primarily paid to the effort that the knowledge of the otherwise common methods of selecting employees be put in the new framework and the latest ways of their application. Particular emphasis has been put upon the new approaches to the method of interview, cognitive abilities testing, detection of individual personality at work and new methods in designing assessment centers. An interesting chapter is the use of emotional factors as selection criteria and the application of the attachment theory to work. Considerable extent of the thesis is also devoted to the methods of job analysis and competency modeling, their comparison and applications. Based on the previous theoretical treatise the empirical part attempts at creating a competency model for senior executives in the hotel industry and proposes possible ways of its practical use.
