Abstract: This article is linked to a project focused on overcoming conflicts in physical education through community model. The part of the study referred to in this article aims to analyse the opinions, beliefs and assessments that adult members (teachers, family and volunteers) of Learning Communities expressed on the causes of the conflicts in physical education and the ways to address them. The research has been developed under the perspective of critical communicative methodology; and data collection was carried out in 6 learning communities (3 in Catalonia and 3 in the Basque Country). Adult community members participated by responding in-depth interviews (6 teachers, 6 relatives, 6 volunteers); from which the qualitative / communicative analysis was carried on.The results and the conclusions are organized according to two main aspects: identification of barriers to community conflict resolution (related to chances of success, influence of the media, prevalence of other models, difficulties in communication and acceptance of conflict as normal); identification and suggestion of strategies that favour community conflict resolution (related to rules agreement, subject aiming and competition management).Key words: physical education, conflict prevention and conflict resolution, learning communities, educational community.

Resumen
Product innovation is the key for the manufacturing to win in the market competition, and the logo of product innovation is to resolve design conflicts. The conflict in the reality is vastly different. If it has not been summarized, we can do not find out the exact way to resolve it. The conflict matrix is provided by TRIZ can help designers to resolve conflicts, but due to these principles of the invention given are more abstract, and each of the specific implementation ways of the principles of the invention are variety, so a reasonable application of principles of the invention is not easy, which a wealth of experience and theoretical knowledge has been needed by designers. The solution of the conflict problem based on the physical behavior analysis of invention principles was given in this paper. A functional modeling was referred to identify the specific cause of conflict arises, through the analysis of the physical behavior of the inventive principles, new conflicts optimization program was drawn.

Resumen
AbstractThe objective of this study was to test a social interactional model of physical aggression. Specifically, this model hypothesizes that the performance of physical aggression has its roots in socialization settings that are characterized by high densities of aversive stimuli and that provide frequent reinforcement for escalation to high intensity aversive behavior during social conflict. Social conflicts were observed during 10 hr of interaction of each of 20 mothers and their 5-year-old sons; half of the sons were selected based on evidence of frequent aggression in home and school settings. Simple descriptive and sequential analyses indicated that aggressive relative to nonaggressive dyad members were more likely to engage in conflict, engaged in longer conflicts, were more likely to escalate to higher levels of aversiveness, and were less likely to de-escalate the intensity of conflict. In aggressive and nonaggressive dyads, the cessation of conflict contingent on the escalation of one dyad member was reliably associated with an increased likelihood of escalation and with escalation to higher levels of aversiveness by that member in the subsequent conflict. However, escalation occurred more frequently and was more likely to result in cessation of conflicts in aggressive than nonaggressive dyads.

Resumen
This qualitative research aims to (1) describe the types of conflicts of the main characters in short stories by Edgar Allan Poe, (2) describe the effects of conflicts of the main characters in short stories by Edgar Allan Poe. The researcher used theory by Nurgiyantoro (2002). There are two types of conflicts, internal conflict and external conflict. He divides the external conflict into social conflict and physical conflict. The data source were short stories by Edgar Allan Poe they were: (1) The Tell-Tale Heart (2017), (2) The Black Cat (2017), and (3) The Hop Frog (1849). The data in this study were in the form of main character’s dialogues or utterances, and behavior in the three short stories. Techniques of data analysis done were data reduction, data display, and data conclusion drawing and verification by Miles and Huberman’s theory (1984). The researcher found sixteen data from three short stories by Edgar Allan Poe, there were four data from The Tell-Tale Heart, ten data from The Black Cat, and two data from The Hop Frog, and the details are : Six data of internal conflicts, five data of social conflicts, and five data of physical conflicts. Then, the details of the results on the affects experienced by the main characters are : One datum of positive affect (enjoyment or joy, interest or excitement, and surprise or startle), and fifteen data of negative affect (anger or range, disgust, dissmell, distress or anguish, fear or terror, and shame or humiliation). The researcher expects the next researchers to study concept of conflict analysis or main character in different subjects.

The context for the present study is the one-year initial teacher education course for postgraduates specialising in physical education at the secondary level. The research focus is on the conflicts which pre service teachers experience during the school practice element of a University- School Partnership Scheme based on the new government criteria and procedures introduced in the DFE Circular No. 9/92 for England and Wales. Fifty-three postgraduate students completed report forms about their teaching concerns at the end of each week of a six-week and an eleven-week block practice, and, of the 1510 concerns reported, 257 (17.02%) were classed as conflicts. A content analysis of the 'conflict' concerns revealed four general categories of conflict, and these were related to school staff and peers, the school and university working procedures, the demands from the school and the university, and beliefs and values about the teaching profession. The paper argues that such conflicts are viewed with much apprehension by pre-service teachers because of the additional responsibilities and powers placed on school subject mentors and the more limited time available in the university to prepare for the practical activities. Therefore, it is suggested that University-School Partnership Schemes should build in arrangements that give pre service teachers the opportunity to resolve deep-seated problems by being able to approach neutral staff from either the university or the school.

Resumen
At inspection of 80 patients it was taped, that in all cases the offence was preceded by the interpersonal conflict. Equally among representatives met as «acute roughly proceeding» and "fixing" conflicts, were much more often conflicts inevitable and provoked, the small part was constituted by "spontaneous" conflicts. The significant role was played by provoking and causing behavior of a victim that was shown in offensive statements or in threats to life or to material welfare. Persons to prevalence in structure of the person of erethitic lines have "roughly proceeding" conflicts is more often. The behavior of patients only quantitatively is beyond habitual reaction. Among constants factors depression of adaptive ability of vegetative nervous system and dysfunction median and stvolovo-diencefalon brain structures is noted. At the analysis of transient factors data on change of a mental and physical condition of patients directly ahead of crime were considered. At the analysis of the specified factors it was established, that in cases of the "fixing" interpersonal conflict at all patients the same disturbances of mental condition of neurotic level that was shown in development of the depressive disorders in some cases accompanied by disturbance of social adaptation became perceptible. A part of patients’ offence fulfillment was in a condition of physical overtired after work. «Acute roughly proceeding» conflicts were not accompanied by long intense relations with victims. In these cases it was not observed changes of a mental and physical condition of patients before crime.

Abstract. The aims of this study are to identify conflicts and determine the frequency with which they involve students with disabilities during physical education classes (EF). A sample of 43 public high school teachers (age = 44.84; SD = 7.718) were interviewed. All teachers included had experience with students with disabilities, and were selected from Support to Special Education Unit centers of Barcelona urban areas. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire to identify conflicts of students with disabilities in relation to different variables (teacher, peers, students with disabilities, teaching resources, teaching materials and resources). Teachers’ responses indicate that conflicts occur infrequently. Moreover, teachers’ most used teaching strategies and methodologies are curricular adaptations. These are mostly applied to physically disabled students.

Resumen
The problem of developing and functioning of the system for managing corporate conflicts is not enough, so we want to offer our vision of its solution. Along with the main elements of protection and prevention of corporate conflict, which are applied on the basis of review, mediation, involvement of the arbitral tribunal, in practice it is expedient to use the following: collecting information and building a database of potential participants in the conflict; search and analysis of vulnerable positions of the parties; development and implementation of organizational and technical measures for the protection of information about the corporation and participants in the conflict; collection, systematization, processing, analysis of the illegal activities of the parties to the conflict; interaction with law enforcement agencies, antimonopoly committee; legal aid; physical protection of persons involved in the conflict; engineering and technical protection. All these measures complement corporate conflicts or minimize their negative consequences.

Resumen
The study examines the differential influence of four types of conflict—two physical conflicts and two social conflicts—on the improvement of the ability to solve balance problems. A total of 395 subjects, consisting of preschoolers, 3rd, and 5th graders, participated in three sessions: the pre-test, the intervention in which visual, kinesthetic, peer, or child-adult conflicts were presented, and the post-test. In each of the sessions the subjects were required to solve balance problems based on prototype problems employed by Siegler (1976). The ” ndings indicate that the kinesthetic conflict is the most effective in promoting the consideration of the distance dimension at the preschool age and that child-adult conflict is the most effective in promoting the coordination of weight and distance dimensions at school age. In addition, peer conflict was found to be significantly effective but only in 5th grade. In conclusion, the results suggest that the effectiveness of cognitive conflicts depends on both the demands of the task and the developmental stage of the child.

Resumen
When the conflict is managed with an appropriate strategy, the organization is increasing the efficiency of the work and raising the motivation of the employees. Being able to comprehend the inner workings of conflicts and conflicts between groups and to manage these conflicts well is an inevitable role for the manager and the employee. This research aims to examine conflict strategies of Physical Education teachers working in public and private high schools in central districts of Ankara. In addition, it was determined whether there is a difference between the conflict strategies used by the physical education teachers participating in the research and whether they had gender, occupational seniority, age, duration of work at the school, previous seminars on conflict management strategies, educational status and school type variables and conflict strategies. The universe of the research is a total of 412 physical education teachers, 114 of which are private high schools in Ankara and 298 are teachers working in official high schools. Of these, 275 physical education teachers (special 55, official 220) constitute the sample of the research. The teachers who participated in the questionnaire were selected by appropriate / favorable sampling method. As data collection tools; "Personal Information Form" for determining the conflict strategies of physical education teachers and "Conflict Management Strategies Scale" developed by Ozgan (2006) were used. The Reliability study of the scale was performed with SPSS Reliability, and the reliability coefficient of Cronbach Alpha (α) internal consistency method was found to be .90. In the analysis of the data, frequency, mean and standard deviations were examined, and t-test was used in binary groups. One-way ANOVA (one-way analysis of variance) was used in more than one group. In the tests p <0.05 significance level was taken into consideration. According to the findings obtained at the end of the analyzes; there was no significant difference in conflict strategies according to variables such as age, education level, occupational seniority, duration of duty at school, previous conflict management strategies, and gender and school type variables of physical education teachers. As a result, it is seen that the physical education teachers working in Ankara use the most integration strategy. Avoidance is the least used strategy. Consequently, it is said that physical education teachers' working at official and state schools in Ankara does not affect the conflict management strategies they used.

Resumen
AbstractObjectiveThis study examines the relationship between family–work conflicts with food habits and physical activity, and whether the relationship is dependent on family structure and work-related factors.Design and settingCross-sectional postal surveys were carried out in 2001 and 2002 among employees of the City of Helsinki, Finland, aged 40–60 years (n = 5346, response rate 66%; for women 70% and for men 60%). Dependent variables in logistic regression analyses were nationally recommended food habits and physical activity. Independent variables were work–family conflicts and family–work conflicts. Covariates included age, marital status, number of children, occupational class, working hours, time travelling to work, and physical and mental work load.ResultsWomen reporting strong work–family conflicts were more likely to follow recommended food habits (odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence intervals 1.49 (1.19–1.86)), but this relationship weakened when adjusting for work-related factors (OR 1.20 (0.93–1.55)). Women and men with strong family–work conflicts were less likely to report recommended food habits after adjusting for family structure and work-related factors (women OR 0.75 (0.61–0.92), men OR 0.57 (0.34–0.96)). Women and men with strong work–family conflicts were less likely to follow the recommended amount of physical activity (women OR 0.76 (0.60–0.96), men OR 0.54 (0.34–0.87)). Additionally, women with strong family–work conflicts were less likely to follow the recommended amount of physical activity (OR 0.77 (0.63–0.94)). Adjusting for family and work-related factors did not affect these associations.ConclusionsConflicts between paid work and family life are likely to constitute barriers for a physically active lifestyle and possibly also for healthy food habits. Improving the balance between work and family may provide a route for promoting health-related behaviours.

Resumen
This study investigates the association between physical activity level and attentional control in a group of younger and older middle-aged adults (MA). Participants performed a Flanker task; two types of conflict were analyzed: response and perceptual conflict. For perceptual conflict, behavioral findings suggest that, irrespective of age, physical activity is positively associated with attentional control. For response conflicts, only highly active younger MA showed better attentional control, indicated by increased amplitudes of the event related potential N2 and reduced interference costs by distracting information. Physical activity did not modulate P3 amplitudes. The findings are discussed with respect to physical activity as functional approach to maintain cognitive functioning across the lifespan.

Resumen
Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, this research's background was to break the chain of virus spread, and the government requires physical distancing. Working from home, which causes many employees to work from home, creates conflicts for married female workers. The research objective is to examine and analyze the direct effect of job demands, role conflict, role ambiguity on work-family conflicts. Data were obtained through questionnaires and submitted online to 100 married women who work in universities in East Java, Indonesia, both public and private, and then the analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that all hypotheses were accepted, and the most dominant influence was role conflict on family-work conflicts. The conclusion is that married women experience many conflicts in carrying out their jobs because other demands must also be considered, namely the mother and wife's role.

Resumen
Study aims to examine the relationship between perceived job satisfaction levels and work-family conflicts of the physical education teachers. Research group consists of 154 volunteer physical education teachers that work full time in governmental institutions in Kirşehir city and its counties. To acquire the job satisfaction datum; the Minnesota job satisfaction Scale, developed by Weiss, Dawis, England and Lofquist (1967) and adapted to Turkish version by Baycan (1985), was used. For acquiring the work-family conflict datum the Work-Family Conflict Scale, developed by Netemeyer et al. (1996) and adapted to Turkish by Efeoglu (2006), was used. While there was no meaningful difference determined between groups in the job satisfaction levels of physical education teachers according to gender and working year in the institution variance there was a meaningful difference determined between groups according to age and working year variance. When work-family conflict levels of teachers are considered while there was no meaningful difference found between groups according to gender variance there was a meaningful difference determined between groups according to age and working year in that institution variances. As a result, there was no meaningful relationship found between job satisfaction levels and work-family conflict levels of physical education teachers.

Resumen
This article focuses on conflicts between youths and staff at special approved homes in Sweden. We direct a special focus at the institutional micropolitics within which these conflicts arise and which the conflicts also contribute to form. Drawing on the work of Emerson and Messinger, our point of departure is an interactionist analysis of the micropolitics of trouble. One focal aspect in our study is the recurring patterns of conflicts – a pattern we have chosen to label the ‘conflict script’. The conflict script is a process set in motion when the staff explicitly state that they have ‘had enough’. Once started, it becomes an imperative and is therefore, in a sense, a consistent micropolitical measure. The conflict script generates immutable positions – the staff cannot back down, since their authority is at stake, and the youths know that resistance will result in the use of coercion. However, what leads to the staff having ‘had enough’ varies between interactions, which thus produces inconsistent micropolitics. The conflict script is central to understanding how trivial breaches of the rules, or other forms of disturbances, can escalate into situations that involve the use of force in the form of physical restraint and isolation.

Abstract: This paper covers the results of an action research project stemming from the necessity of change in the climate of coexistence within a primary school in Barcelona. Resumen
<p>In some countries, disintegration is happened because politization of disparities which had been their foundation in the beginning. Indonesia is precisely standing as a country with its disparities—which can be called as plurality—in ethnics, races, and faiths. As a country with plurality in its society, Indonesia is really fragile in facing domestic conflicts; one of them is agrarian conflicts. This article is written for understanding the relations between agrarian conflict and disintegration and also finding their position in Indonesian national security system. Thus, the object of the observation in this article is the relations between agrarian conflict and disintegration and their position in Indonesian national security system. The results of this observation bring the fact that agrarian conflicts can trigger disintegration among people and decrease legitimacy to the government. The possibility of disintegration is determined by subject-object dimension and government’s policies. Besides, agrarian conflicts can be classified as threats to Indonesian national security. There are four reasons why agrarian conflict should be placed as a threat to national security, i.e. conflict subject and object are Indonesia’s physical-based component which have to be protected; overlapping policy (institutional component) causing conflict; plurality issues; and anarchical behaviors often estimated as the best solution.</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> agrarian, disintegration, national security, conflict</p>

Resumen
Play provides children with the opportunity to train in fundamental social skills, including conflict management. Here, we evaluate the management of play, aggressive conflict and reconciliation in 3- to 5-year-old preschool children. 3-year-old children show the highest levels of aggressive conflicts in free play, and do not reconcile their aggressive conflicts in the first months of the preschool year because they still lack social capacities to successfully manage interactions with peers. We found no gender bias in being aggressors or victims, but gender-typed traits were reflected in the expression of aggressiveness in same-sex peers for boys, who rely more on physical contacts than girls. Gender segregation in play is seen only in boys, regardless of age. Our results emphasize the importance of considering play, aggressive conflicts, and reconciliation as a whole, in order to obtain a comprehensive overview of the development of pre- and post-conflict dynamics in humans.

Resumen
Conflict is motivated by differences in the characteristics of individuals brought in an interaction. These differences are related to the physical characteristics including, intelligence, knowledge, customs, beliefs, and so forth. With individual characteristics in social interaction, conflict is a normal situation in each community. None of the people who have never experienced any conflicts between members or with other community groups, the conflict will only disappear with the loss of the community itself. Results of a conflict are: 1) Increase the solidarity among members of the group (in-group) which is in conflict with the group elsewhere.2) Rift between the warring factions. 3) Personality changes in individuals, 4) Property damage and loss of human lives. 5) The dominance of conquest even one of the parties involved in the conflict.   Attempts to defuse conflicts in achieving stability is called “accommodation”.The parties in conflict with each other adjust to the situation by working together. Forms of accommodation are: 1) truce, 2) Abitration, 3) Mediation, 4) Conciliation, 5). Stalemate, and 6) Adjudication. Young people or students have great potential in solving the nation’s problems, particularly issues related to the anticipation of social conflict, although there is no doubt that the problem of the young generation too much. The important thing is to be able to change his awareness of the construction of the object becomes the subject of development and able to anticipate these issues.

Resumen
Introduction. The research of theoretical principles of the impact of local conflicts on the global economy requires an economic understanding of such strategic phenomena as the arms race, the creation of international alliances and the economic effects of military spending. The risks, threats and challenges of direct and indirect losses received by both sides of the conflict also have a negative impact on both third parties and the global economy as a whole. As a result, global leaders and actors involved in conflicts reflect on the effectiveness of their participation in the confrontation. That is why the analysis of local conflicts and assessment of their value in the global economy, given the direct participation of Ukraine in one of these, actualizes the research topic. The purpose is to analyze global changes that provoke local conflicts and research of the cost of local conflicts in the global economy. Methods. In the research process, a set of research methods and approaches were used: monographic and graphical methods, methods of system analysis, systematization, classification, logical, theoretical and generalizations. Results. The unfair distribution of the benefits of globalization threatens conflicts at the regional, national and international levels. Civil or internal wars became widespread, and these “new” wars became clear only in the context of political, economic, and military globalization. There is a correlation between rising war spending and increasing quantity of conflicts. The cost of conflict in the global economy is extremely high, because in addition to the destruction of families, communities and countries, conflicts have negative global economic consequences. The war in Ukraine has significantly affected its economy and financial system, leading to significant material losses due to the physical destruction of housing, infrastructure, social and industrial facilities. Conclusions. Global leaders and key global actors must act quickly and prevent escalation of local conflict. The protection of civilians and their property and the provision of humanitarian and medical assistance should be a priority for participants involved in existing conflicts. A favorable direction for overcoming local conflicts is “investment in humanity”, namely investment in stability, local infrastructure, in order to diversify resources and increase their efficiency. An audit of the costs and benefits of the parties to the conflict will help to understand that the economically they have short-term gain in times less than the income they would have received in the absence of these conflicts.

Resumen
Purpose: Conflicts between conventional and online transport drivers have been disturbing and cause both physical and psychological casualties. The purpose of this research is to know the processes and factors that cause conflict. Methodology: The research method is qualitative and descriptive. Transporters from Bandung city were accessed and interviewed. They were inquired about their views on the shift of conventional transportation to the online transportation system; later, these interview responses were analyzed to draw inferences. Main Findings: The results of the research show that the process of conflict occurred from the transition of the use of conventional transportation services into online transportation in the city of Bandung. Furthermore, two forms of conflict occurred among transport drivers that are realistic and non-realistic conflicts. The causes of conflict are the seizure of economic resources (passengers), and the trigger factors are lack of communication and coordination among drivers, government delays in making regulations, and no solution to the problems that occur from the management of online transportation. Implications/Applications: These results will be applicable for policy formation as well as removing conflicts between conventional transportation drivers and online transportation actors. Originality/Value: Since: In Indonesia, online transportation has grown since 2015. However, some parties reject the presence of this online transportation, which causes a conflict. This study has thoroughly investigated the conflict between conventional transportation drivers and online transportation and highlighted the factors that cause these conflicts.

Resumen
Evolutionary conflict occurs when two parties can each affect a joint phenotype, but they gain from pushing it in opposite directions. Conflicts occur across many biological levels and domains but share many features. They are a major source of biological maladaptation. They affect biological diversity, often increasing it, at almost every level. Because opponents create selection that can be strong, persistent, and malevolent, conflict often leads to accelerated evolution and arms races. Conflicts might even drive the majority of adaptation, with pathogens leading the way as selective forces. The evolution of conflicts is complex, with outcomes determined partly by the relative evolvability of each party and partly by the kinds of power that each evolves. Power is a central issue in biology. In addition to physical strength and weapons, it includes strength from numbers and complexity; abilities to bind and block; advantageous timing; and abilities to acquire, use, and distort information.

Resumen
To educate the relational well-being in order to learn to live together in society is one of the main needs of modern physical education (PE). Teachers are in need of pedagogical models to instruct peaceful coexistence and transform possible conflicts into PE. The goal of this study was to determine the effect of a pedagogical model (GIAM model) designed for conflict transformation on the relational well-being of students in obligatory secondary school (ESO in Spain). This study was an empirical research (associative strategy, comparative study using mixed methods). A number of 287 valid students (M = 14.90; SD = 0.66) participated in this study from 4 different secondary schools (SSs): third ESO (SS1 (n = 75); SS3 (n = 45); SS4 (n = 86)) and fourth ESO (SS2 (n = 81)). A sequence of seven learning sessions was conducted, the intervention of the teachers on the GIAM model and the student’s motivational climate perception caused by this learning sequence was analyzed. The teachers who best adapted their intervention to the GIAM model obtained greater significant changes (p < 0.005) in favor of the relational well-being of their students. This research provides scientific evidence and intervention strategies for students to learn how to transform the conflicts, adopting a collaborating style based on reflection-for, -in- and on-motor action.

Resumen
This paper examined the impact of communal conflict on early childhood (the toddlers and the preschool) development in Nigeria. The position of the p a p e r is that communal conflicts in their various dimensions, inter and intra-religious, socio-political and socio-cultural have actually impacted negatively on the social, psychological and physical development of the early childhood. The author was also convinced from reviewed literature that the mental and physical health of the toddlers and preschools are affected by communal conflicts as the growing child is denied opportunities of acquiring social skills for the socio-political development of the country, Nigeria. Though the toddlers and preschools do not contribute to the executing o f the conflicts the impact fe lt by them as the adolescents and the adults. This paper, therefore, recommends among other things that counsellors and government and non-governmental agencies should never relent in advocating and campaigning for peace among the citizenry in any forum available to them. Group and individual counselling are recommended for children to enable them to forget the atrocities of the hostilities. Perpetrators of violence should never be left to go scot-free because to initiate a communal conflict is the worst crime to a nation and humanity in general.

Evaluating the potential health impacts of chemical, physical, and biological environmental factors represents a challenging task with profound medical, public health, and historical implications. The history of public health is replete with instances, ranging from tobacco to lead and asbestos, where the ability to obtain evidence on potential environmental hazards has been impaired and the publication of results delayed because of commercial interests. The burden of proof is heavy on those trying to change the status quo when that involves highly profitable industries. When evaluating potential hazards that are linked with industrial activities, it is often the case that only after proof of human or environmental harm becomes undeniable are steps finally taken to control or reduce future hazards. This approach has the net effect of delaying and postponing action, allowing dangerous practices to continue until health or environmental risks have become undebatable.

While the rhetoric of cyber war is often exaggerated, there have been recent cases of international conflict in which cyberspace has played a prominent role. In this article, we analyze the impact of cyberspace in the conflict between Russia and Georgia over the disputed territory of South Ossetia in August 2008. We examine the role of strategic communications, information operations, operations in and through cyberspace, and conventional combat to account for the political and military outcomes of the conflict. The August 2008 conflict reveals some emergent issues in cyber warfare that can be generalized for further comparative research: the importance of control over the physical infrastructure of cyberspace, the strategic and tactical importance of information denial, the emergence of cyber-privateering, the unavoidable internationalization of cyber conflicts, and the tendency towards magnifying unanticipated outcomes in cyber conflicts – a phenomenon we call ‘cyclones in cyberspace’.

Resumen
In response to the online channels established by manufacturers, physical retailers are starting to offer innovative services, which will intensify conflicts between manufacturers and retailers. Considering that the conflict will affect the operation efficiency and sustainable development of the supply chain, the coordination mechanism of a dual-channel supply chain has been established. In this study, we construct the Stackelberg game model based on consumer utility theory to analyze the complex mechanism of retailers’ innovation input level affecting supply chain operation and design the double coordination mechanism. The results show that: (1) an optimal combination of wholesale prices, retail prices and innovation input levels can optimize the operational efficiency of the supply chain, (2) Noncooperation among channel members affects the retailer’s product pricing, decreases the market share of the physical channel and increases the market demand of manufacturers, (3) The dual coordination mechanism can alleviate channel conflicts, which can improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain. This study provides several insights on the theory of organizational coordination and sustainable development in conflicts of dual-channel supply chains.

Conflicts can be dangerous or may even benefit a relationship, depending on how they are resolved. Because conflict creates strong emotions, emotions are not suitable as a basis for constructive problem solving. Conflict escalation rarely benefits a relationship, especially if it creates selfishness, stubbornness, and withdrawal from relationships. What's worse, conflicts can lead to physical disputes and actual violence, a community can work together, but it can be that at other times the community that has worked together can turn into social conflict. Conversely, people who initially conflict can change to work together for a certain time. For that social processes that occur are very dynamic, these conditions are very dependent on the power management model that runs in the community concerned thus interpreting the conflict based on the causes of conflict are: specific behaviors, norms and personal roles and dispositions. Conflict can also occur in the name of religion, caused by several factors including: superficial religious knowledge, fanaticism, religion as a doctrine, symbols, religious figures, history, fighting for surge.

Abstract. Scientific literature confirms the potential that conflict can generate in the classroom when its negative meaning is overcome and it is inserted into the educational process. This positive perspective to conflict should be assumed by the different educators of any school institution to implement alternative programs to violence and teach how to handle conflicts constructively. Physical Education (PE) is unusual to promote conflict management in a real practical space and in a game context with attacking and defending teams. From this point of view, the main goal of the text is to show a teaching proposal aimed at the last years of primary education. The research study, continued in the form of a doctoral thesis, is framed in a quasi-experimental method on a two-group design (experimental and control), from a sample of 130 participants from two schools in Cullera (Valencia). The treatment (program) is designed from the game's own tactic, and the ‘collateral conflict’ is incorporated into its structure, as a didactic purpose, to learn to manage it among its participating members. Regarding educational practice, it should be reflected that it takes its origin from comprehensive teaching; it is based on an organizational participatory-collaborative strategy; and is integrated into a setting of mediating culture. In the PE context, it is concluded that the tactical-sports method could be an alternative to educate positive conflict management, enabling students to face communication barriers and learn to counteract their destructive stereotypes.

Resumen
This article studies measures to ease conflicts between locals and government officials regarding consumption of natural resources in the Thale Noi wetlands. The problems incurred by the wetlands are a function of their physical properties, location, and the significance of their natural resources. Previously, the extent of these problems was measured by the failure of efforts to solve them. The new methodology proposed for solving problems is based on political philosophy. This study proposes the elimination of confrontations and legal punishment in favor of participatory, democratic, trustful, and reciprocal agreement among the conflicting parties. The conflict area is zoned based on the severity of each problem, the nature of the associated conflicts, and the potential of law enforcement to solve them. A participatory committee is formed to alleviate conflict and confrontation between locals and government officials. These measures can be applied to other conflict areas in Thailand.

Resumen
This study aimed to analyze the causes and consequences of agricultural water conflicts among agricultural water beneficiaries in the irrigation network of Doroodzan dam, Iran. This research applied mixed-method and descriptive analysis, which was done in two qualitative and quantitative phases. The results showed that the causes of water conflicts can be divided into two groups of controllable and uncontrollable factors. The findings revealed that the main causes of agricultural water conflict in the studied area were ‘water scarcity’, ‘drought’, ‘physical structure of the Doroodzan dam irrigation network’, and ‘mismatched size of the irrigation network with Doroodzan dam’s water capacity’ as uncontrollable factors. Furthermore, ‘weakness of governmental water management’, ‘lake for local management of water resources by farmers’, ‘government’s reluctance about farmers’ participation’, and ‘farmers’ reluctance to participate in water management’ were identified as controllable factors. In this study, most of the conditions identified as consequences of water conflicts had ‘socio-economic’ and ‘agro-environmental’ aspects. Finally, based on the findings, a model was designed to determine the causes and consequences of agricultural water conflict. To break the causes and consequences cycle of water conflicts in Iran’s agriculture, the most important solution is shifting from governmentality to governance in water resources management.

Resumen
The education of pleasant interpersonal relationships is one of the great challenges of modern physical education. Learning to live together sustainably is also learning to transform conflicts and the negative emotions elicited by them. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the GIAM pedagogical model (of the Motor Action Research Group) through cooperation-opposition traditional sporting games with competition in the presence of motor conflicts (conflict transformation; relational well-being) and on emotional regulation (management of negative emotions; emotional well-being). Empirical research was carried out using an associative strategy (explanatory study) involving 222 secondary school students (Mage = 14.86; SD = 0.65). A seven-session pedagogical intervention was carried out based on a championship using the Marro (Prisoner’s Bar) game. The students answered two validated questionnaires of socio-emotional well-being, the Games and Emotions Scale (GES-II) and the Motor Conflict Questionnaire (MCQ), at three phases during the experience (beginning, middle, and end). The findings showed that, through the GIAM model, motor conflicts and the intensity of negative emotions were reduced. It was found that conflicts and negative emotions are part of the same phenomenon and that through an appropriate pedagogical program it is possible to turn them into experiences of socio-emotional well-being.

Resumen
Improving the quality of teaching and learning, as well as school coexistence are international priorities for the new educational challenges of the 21st century (UNESCO 37 C/4 resolution). Physical Education (PE) has become a key subject for education on school coexistence by enabling significant motor experiences to promote interpersonal relationships and transform motor conflicts (MC). The objective of this research was to develop and validate two questionnaires (CONFLICT1-AGE and CONFLICT1-RES) to study secondary school students’ perception about MC in PE. Study 1 searched for evidence related to their content validity and response process validity, and Study 2 examined internal structure, reliability, and concurrent validity. As a result, a seven-item single-factor model was selected for CONFLICT1-AGE, and a five-item single-factor structure was chosen for CONFLICT1-RES. Both models exhibited an excellent fit to the data, where CONFLICT1-AGE: χ2 (df) = 18.621 (14), p = 0.180, RMSEA (90% CI) = 0.033 0(0.000–0.069), CFI = 0.994, TLI = 0.991; CONFLICT1-RES: χ2 (df) = 13.350 (5), p = 0.020, RMSEA (90% CI) = 0.075 (0.027–0.125), CFI = 0.986, TLI = 0.972. Furthermore, both questionnaires presented satisfactory internal consistency (αCONFLICT1-AGE = 0.745, αCONFLICT1-RES = 0.737). Their combination will provide a wide view of secondary school students’ perception about MC.

Desire, ASSAMOI Seraphim. "The Issue of Education in Post-Conflict Reconstruction through the Transitional Justice Process: The Case of Côte D’Ivoire". Frontiers in Education Technology 3, n.º 4 (25 de noviembre de 2020): p141. http://dx.doi.org/10.22158/fet.v3n4p141.

Resumen
The inclusion of education in post-conflict reconstruction in a transitional justice process goes far beyond physical construction and educational facilities to become part of national educational planning and policy. The issue of education in post-conflict periods is at the level of the national education system in general and of educational policies and strategies in particular. In Côte d’Ivoire, as in other countries emerging from violent conflict, even if the issue of education can be identified in the structural and direct causes of the occurrence of conflicts, it must be recognized that the impact of these conflicts on education remains considerable at different levels. Thus, taking account of its consequences in post-conflict reconstruction in the context of transitional justice is of great interest both for its contribution to economic growth and for the promotion of fundamental human rights and social cohesion. A full involvement of education in the transitional justice process is a real potential for mutual reinforcement in the reconstruction process. Practical synergies between education and transitional justice call for closer collaboration between education and transitional justice actors.

Resumen
Abstract Conjugal violence is a complex phenomenon that deserves attention because of its prevalence. The aim of this study was to verify the predictive power of the family-of-origin experiences, early maladaptive schemas, love, marital adjustment and family climate to marital physical violence occurrence. In this quantitative, correlational and explanatory study 186 men and 186 women took part, aged from 19 to 81 (M=41,17; SD=12,75). The instruments used measured general information, family of origin (FBQ), maladaptive schemes (YSQs), love (TLS), marital adjustment (DAS), family climate (FCI) and marital conflicts (CTS2). The results showed an association between the studied variables. In addition, the variables family conflict and sexual abuse in childhood were predictive of physical violence committed by women, while marital dissatisfaction was the predictor of marital violence committed by men. In view of the results, it can be established that the phenomenon of violence in intimate relationships is multidetermined, requiring attention from health professionals.

Resumen
The purpose of this paper is to examine and identify the problems that are the source of conflict over local elections in Talaga Raya District. This research focuses on conflicts that occur before and after local elections. By using a descriptive method and a case study approach, the results of the study showed that the conflict over the regional head election in Talaga Raya District originated from the Difference in Choice, Misunderstanding, Some Parties were disadvantaged and feeling sensitive. In addition, the conflict of local election which took place before and after the election had implications for the conflict over the control of fresh water sources which resulted in horizontal and vertical conflicts. Besides this conflict has also brought its own wisdom with the increase in the source of clean water which had only been one to three sources. Based on these results it can be said that besides bringing down the negative impacts of the conflict it can also bring down positive impacts in the Talaga Raya sub-district community. Therefore, in terms of conflict resolution, the government should be able to minimize the conflict as early as possible so it does not drag on so that it does not lead to physical conflict.

Resumen
Wars and armed conflicts throughout history is the most serious and the biggest factor on demographic changes of human societies, especially those that live in a state of constant conflict over different time periods or continuously. The world has witnessed many wars and conflicts that led to the deaths of millions of people, mostly children and youth. Despite the presence of many local and international agreements to protect the civilians in times of conflict and war, however it loses its effectiveness since the first day of the war. The society called Middle East, is one of societies that deserve special study. A society worthy of studying the impact of wars on it because from the beginning it has been a young society witnessing wars and conflicts continuously for decades. Despite the impact of the war on all segments of society, however, the young people deserve a special study since it is run by the conflict and are consequentially affected directly and indirectly in its sustainability. The young people are most likely to be killed, disabled, imprisoned or engaged in terrorist organizations, and militias. All of this in an atmosphere of instability and the absence of physical, psychological and social rehabilitation and the consequent chronic problems lead to improperly growth of the largest class in the society. This paper will address the impact of war and conflict on young people in the Middle East, including discussing topics of youth unemployment and participation in wars and conflicts and its impact on the healthy growth of the younger generation in the Middle East in general. In light of this study, there will be thrown many proposals that could contribute to the healthy growth of the younger generation within the Middle East region in the long term.

Resumen
The paper critically explores those scenarios (hypothetical, but probable) in which armed conflicts take place in outer space. First, the problem regarding the definition and delimitation of outer space will be analyzed. In this regard, the reasons why there is no consensus among the States, and even within the scientific community, will be explained. Subsequently, the relevant branches (for the topic) of Public International Law will be introduced (International Space Law, International Humanitarian Law, and Ius ad Bellum) and their key regulations will be identified. At this point, the main reasons why International Humanitarian Law shall be applied in the event that an armed conflict develops in outer space will be explained taking into account PIL formal and auxiliary sources. Likewise, specific challenges, that result from the application of International Humanitarian Law in outer space, will be exposed and analyzed. These challenges include: (i) attacks on dual-use objects; (ii) the obligations of the parties to the conflict when there is human direct or physical participation; and (iii) the applicable regulations for the development and use of new weapons. For each problem raised, possible solutions based on the rules and principles of current law will be provided. Finally, the need for the eventual creation of a specific treaty to regulate the matter will be emphasized, in view of the unique nature of this type of conflict.

Kühne, Olaf. "Landscape Conflicts—A Theoretical Approach Based on the Three Worlds Theory of Karl Popper and the Conflict Theory of Ralf Dahrendorf, Illustrated by the Example of the Energy System Transformation in Germany". Sustainability 12, n.º 17 (20 de agosto de 2020): 6772. http://dx.doi.org/10.3390/su12176772.

Texto completo
Resumen
On the basis of Karl Popper’s Three Worlds Theory, a theoretical approach to landscape can be derived, which includes the physical foundations of landscape (Landscape 1), the individual construction and emotions drawn from and placed upon landscape (Landscape 2), and social conventions regarding landscape (Landscape 3). These three landscape dimensions are connected via Landscape 2, which also provides an approach for the systematic investigation of the relations between the dimensions. Ralf Dahrendorf’s conflict theory in turn serves as a theoretical framework for when the different connections develop in a conflictual way and how these can be regulated. Dahrendorf sees a principled productivity of conflicts, providing they are settled fairly. On the basis of the conditions he has developed for just such a conflict settlement, the implementation of the energy system transformation is examined against the background of its consequences for the landscape, with the result that essential conditions for an orderly settlement of conflicts are not fulfilled, thereby contributing to the polarization of society.
