Resumen
Coordination is a key element in emergency response. This paper focuses on coordination as it occurred in a county-level Emergency Operations Center (EOC) during a simulated tornado. The EOC is responsible for locating, purchasing, and transporting resources to the disaster scene(s). The EOC is an ad hoc team made up of government agencies, private companies (i.e., hospitals, utilities, etc.), and non-governmental agencies. These decision makers come together to engage in creative problem solving in order to solve often complex logistics and coordination problems generally under intense time pressure during a rapidly evolving situation. Lessons learned from this exercise highlight coordination challenges including asymmetric information flow, natural fault lines, roles and functions, co-location benefits, emergent leadership, fragmented situation awareness, information displays, room design, and quick reference tools.

Resumen
COVID-19 is a disease caused by coronavirus; it is also called a SARS-COV-2 virus. Over the last six months, it has spread rapidly worldwide and made it a pandemic. The pandemic has forced people to stay indoors and work, which may increase chronic diseases among them. Immunomodulators are the substances which influence the immune system. It includes some medications as well as some activities like exercise, Yoga, meditation etc. Elderly citizens who used to walk generally before lockdown may suffer from pedestrian problems including hyperthyroidism, sugar problems blood. When the media used to do the work regularly, we had one kind of stress to do all the desired or targeted work on time. But now the person became very lazy due to self-reliant schedule that may lead to many diseases. So physical exercise is essential in this pandemic situation. Physical activity results in better immune response, which may result in many health benefits. An individual who regularly does physical exercises is healthy and fit in every aspect that can beat any of the diseases. It can also refine cardiovascular risk factor. In addition to this, it also enhances - pro thrombogenesis, improves endothelial functions, increases inculcation, depletes sympathetic tone and some other undefined factors. But all these have been put at bay due to Covid-19 pandemic. It is challenging to keep up an exercise routine due to daily restricted movements. Physical exercise helps in boosting the immune system of our body which reduces stress, anxiety. Brain gets the supplement of endorphins, chemicals that revitalise one's mind and body enriching the mental and spiritual faculty of an individual.

Resumen
ABSTRACT Introduction: The main reason for the decline in college students’ physical fitness and health is the lack of physical exercise, the emphasis on study and the neglect of physical exercise, and the lowering of the physical fitness requirements of college students. Objective: The paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of college students’ physical fitness and proposes that the school party committee issues policy-based health intervention measures, encourages school physical education teachers to participate in students’ after-school physical exercises, and extensively develops school mass sports activities. Methods: The paper uses a literature method, questionnaire survey, comprehensive evaluation method, etc., to analyze the internal and external factors of college students’ physical decline. Results: Through the practice density test of students in physical education teaching, it is learned that physical education in the first grade can fully develop students’ physical fitness, and the practice density of each class reaches 60%. The practice density of the second-grade optional courses is about 20%, and it cannot achieve the purpose of effective physical exercise. Conclusions: The current teaching content and teaching methods of physical education classes cannot effectively complete physical education tasks. It is necessary to adjust the teaching content further and improve the teaching methods. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment results.

Resumen
The paper is devoted to the problems concerning the legal nature, normative regulation and the procedure for the implementation of the institute of preliminary constitutional review in the Russian Federation. Although the exercise of this type of constitutional control ensurs the prevention of the detected violations, it also carries certain risks associated with the limited time frame of its implementation, impossibility of taking into account interpretation of the contested norm in law enforcement, etc. The author demonstartes permissible forms of the use of preliminary control in the activity of the bodies of constitutional justice in Russia (when checking the constitutionality of international agreements and treaties of the Russian Federation, evaluating constitutional amendments, etc.). The author also investigates the practice of implementing the relevant powers. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation that stipulate the limits of the implementation of preliminary judicial constitutional review. The paper examines the issue of the powers of constitutional (charter) courts of constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the area under consideration.

Resumen
The authors propose a web-based system to support students' homework, and letting their parents have access to it. From the teacher's point of view, the authors believe that one of the major advantages of their system is time saving. Like other systems available, this system gathers statistical data concerning different groups of students selected by the teacher. From these data on, the teacher can easily see where students are having problems and decide what to do next. From the student's point of view, the authors elected as main advantages of this system the prompt feedback about the exercises correctness, added to the training with different exercises sets about the same subject, besides the utilization of video, color, sound, etc., that positively reinforce child's senses. Their previous results show that students prefer to solve exercises in digital form, rather than exercises in paper form, also showing a more positive attitude towards the former. Also, the authors have seen that the use of computers has enabled the development of tactile sensitivity and motor coordination in children with special education needs.

Resumen
The article discusses a new strategy of professionally-directed (didactic-oriented) foreign language teaching to students of a language pedagogical university (future teachers of a foreign language). The study analyses the components of the teacher’s methodological (linguodidactic) competence, revealing a number of problems concerning their formation in a pedagogical university, as well as showing the dependence of their development on the intensity of their actualisation in the Foreign Language Practice discipline. The article identifies several factors hindering the formation of the linguodidactic competence within foreign language classes. In order to overcome these negative factors, the article offers a new model of teaching foreign languages, described in the formula “from the acquisition of didactic experience to one’s own educative decisions”. The methodology of this model is based on two interrelated methods: contextual teaching and vocation-focused foreign languages teaching, as well as related methods for organizing productive teaching of a foreign language. The model mentioned above assumes a two-stage implementation. At the first stage, analytical work of students is organized. Its aim is to understand and analyse the teaching practice. An important condition is the modelling of basic structural elements and some procedural features of a school lesson while organising university foreign language classes. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of individualised goal-setting, planning and self-assessment (reflection), demonstration of lexis, grammar and phonetics mastering, of active forms and techniques for organising communicative activities, methodological reflection. At the first stage, university students are also offered some methodological tools (for example, goalsetting maps and maps for academic work planning, etc.), which can be used in teaching foreign languages at school. When organising the educational process, much attention is paid to the awareness of methodological facts, phenomena, patterns. Therefore, a new type of exercises (educational-methodological) has been proposed. In addition to an educational task, these exercises contain a methodological task in form of a short comment, an additional question, etc. At the second stage, there is a transition to the organising of a productive methodologically oriented foreign language activity. Three main methods of methodologically oriented teaching are distinguished: modification of authentic (university) materials for different age groups of schoolchildren, conventional “professional test”, and project educational-methodological activity. In conclusion, the main results of the study are summarised.

Resumen
This paper focuses on some important choices that have to be made in the design of an environmental regulation system of a recreational activity that is exercised on private property and causes external effect on outsiders. Many types of tourist and recreational uses of private property exhibit these features, such as sport fishing; mountain biking; hiking; motorized and non-motorized boating, road or off-road driving; camping; caravans and mobile-homes parking; etc. Under a licence regulation of snowmobile driving that has been proposed in Sweden, a limited number of zonal licences would be sold at predetermined prices. We develop a ‘classic-style’ regulation model and show that a socially efficient solution can be obtained in a licence system where landowners are allowed to sell licences but not to collect penalty charges.

Resumen
The modern lifestyle contributes to the reduction of motor activity and muscle energy consumption in combination with neuropsychological overload. Based on this, the main purpose of the study was to identify the features of the modern students' internal motivation to engage in physical exercises. To achieve this purpose, the survey methods were used among 75 students of the Yancheng Institute of Technology, as well as the method of analysing the information received. The study identified the reasons for the lack of interest in sports on personal initiative, among which it is possible to highlight the lack of a clear example of parents, health problems, the programme of the training course, etc. It was determined that half of the surveyed students have a passive attitude to physical exercise and sports in general, since they attend physical education classes from time to time. Also, the work identified the indicators of motivation (depending on the year of studies). It was established that for the first-year students, the environment is of great importance (52% of respondents), and for the thirdyear students – a healthy lifestyle (54% of respondents). Using the hierarchy analysis method, seven most significant motivational criteria were selected, which allowed determining that communication motives are the most important. This is due to the fact that adaptation in the team is of primary importance for junior students. The results of the experiment indicate that there is an indissoluble connection between internal and external factors of motivation in physical exercise. Only an integrated approach contributes to the inner interest of the younger generation. The results of the paper are of primary importance for university teachers during the preparation of curricula, which will contribute to the interest of students in the lesson

Resumen
In recent years, it is observed that the sedentary lifestyle among children and young people has increased, the prevalence of harmful habits has increased, and in parallel with sociological corruption, negative behaviors (peer bullying, violence, aggression, etc.) have increased. In addition, it is observed that in parallel with technological developments, young people become Internet and social addiction and parallel to this, anti-social personality structure has increased. It is known that regular exercise gives beneficial results in reducing these problems. At this point, increasing the participation of young people in sports is very important for the future generations to be physically and psychologically healthy. On the other hand, there are many obstacles to the participation of young people in sports. Similarly, it is observed that young people who regularly participate in sports and have expectations from sports in the future face various problems in the process of training and participation in competitions. Socio-economic problems have a large place among the factors that negatively affect the participation of young people who do sports both for recreational and licensed sports. Minimizing socio-economic problems is very important in increasing the participation of young people in sports. In order to achieve this, it is very important to work on determining the socio-economic problems experienced by young people who do active sports and to minimize these problems. In this research, it is aimed to examine the researches on the socio-economic problems of athlete students.

Military activities are characterized with high physical endurance exercises and the psychological load. The cadets of the last study year participate in the combat training course lasting for ten days. The combat training course is a challenge for military officers. It is characterized with the transition from the daily military study process routine in the National Defence Academy to military exercises in the external environment. The cadets face feeding limitation, sleeping deprivation, intensive and continuous training, strict discipline, etc. Such a situation requires the adaptation to a novel way of activity, which includes hardships and arduous training. We provided the assessment of the body mass fluctuation during the combat training course. We provided the analysis of anthropometric parameters before, during and after the combat training course, summarized the data of the health statement and health problems that are fixed in the medical cards. The proper body mass supports the good health capacity. The body composition undergoes changes during the higher physical load performance. The analysis of the average value of the body mass and the Body Mass Index have shown large individual changes inside the groups. Physical fitness and body composition have an adverse effect on military performance. The assessment of the results of physical fitness tests is provided differentially according to the individual corresponding age subgroup. The military personnel have a high risk for the health concerning the impact of external and internal factors. According to the review of the medical cards of the cadets group we indicated the main problems which are fixed after the combat training course. These are acute respiratory infections, dermatological problems, locomotor system problems, gastro-intestinal problems.

Resumen
ABSTRACT This paper describes the development of an oil spill training program for the Venezuelan National Oil Spill Contingency Plan. The courses in the program will be offered to the different personnel levels of the Venezuelan oil industry which will be assigned to the national, regional, and local response teams. Training details will vary with the type of oil installation (drilling platform, refinery, terminal, etc.), the geographical location (Lake Maracaibo, mangroves, coral islands, etc.), the type of organization (regional, local, etc.), and the level of the personnel involved (supervisory, operational, etc.). The course objective will be to train 200 individuals a year from the Venezuelan oil industry, and will be open to other non-industry organizations with involvement in the National Contingency Plan (such as the armed forces, and transportation and environmental agencies). The program emphasizes practical hands-on training using the containment, cleanup, and dispersant applications equipment acquired for the national plan. The courses also will give the participants practical experience in other pertinent aspects such as: legal, organizational, reporting, and use of decision support aids available to the plan. The program also includes at the end of the year an exercise/drill which will be hosted by the regional areas in order to review the previous instructions and/or detect operational problems in the current national plan.

Resumen
SummaryVisual impairment as a congenital condition or acquired state is due to: eye diseases, physical injuries, falls, brain injuries, infections, etc. In relation to the degree of visual impairment, there are blind and low vision persons.Due to insufficient or non-existent visual information at an early stage of development, children with visual impairment are not aware of their own body and space, therefore they have problems with their own motion. The motor development of children with visual impairment is slow, which manifests through delayed walking, inaptitude, clumsiness, frequent fall and bad coordination. On the other hand, it is possible that the ultimate level of motor abilities of people with visual impairment can be approximate or the same as people without visual impairment. For an appropriate approach to physical exercise it is necessary to consider the following in a person with visual impairment: the amount and type of vision, physical, functional, health and mental state. The basic characteristics of implementing physical exercises with this population include: adaptation of teaching methods, adaptation of the exercise space and selection of appropriate requisites and equipment. The way of acquiring knowledge of the low vision children is visual information (regardless of the poor quality of their reception), and for blind children there are audible and tactile information. A constant, detailed verbal description of motions and movements is necessary in order to explain incomplete visual information and associate it with successive tactile information. An individual-led activity ensures understanding of the person with VI on the required movement. The analytical method is the dominant method during instructions and training.Sports in which people with visual impairment can participate are: athletics, chess, judo, ninepin bowling, tenpin bowling, shooting, swimming, torball, football 5, golf, showdown, golf, powerlifting, skiing, riding ... IBSA (International Blind Sport Federation) is an international sports organization that takes care of sports of persons with VI and is a member of the IPC (International Paralympic Committee). Competitions involving people with VI include: Paralympic Games, IBSA Games, world, continental, regional and national championships, as well as many international and national tournaments.

Resumen
Universities globally have continued to strategically increase work-integrated learning (WIL) opportunities for students to enhance graduate employability. However, meeting the needs of the increasing number of placements in industry settings places challenges on employers and academic programme coordinators. This paper examines an innovative teaching and learning initiative demonstrating non-placement WIL practice on-campus and online through an exercise prescription clinic (EPC). The benefits provided by these opportunities have not only been for student learning, but for clients, in particular those impacted by neurological and/or muscular skeletal problems. The development of the on-campus EPC has focused on key elements of good practice in WIL highlighted by Agnew, Pill and Orrell (2017). The recent Covid-19 pandemic and the related government restrictions have resulted in the on-campus EPC being flipped online, requiring adaptability and flexibility of both students and clients. This paper reinforces the importance of developing WIL experiences that enhance the learning outcomes for both the student and the client. It also highlights the transferability of authentic industry non-placement WIL clinical experiences for future health professionals to both on-campus and online settings, which enable students the opportunity to engage with a range of clients in a safe environment, enhancing both personal and professional learning outcomes.

Resumen
Why determine detection limits? A natural question to ask about any quantitative technique, including EELS in the STEM, is “How little of <x> can be observed?” Detection limits serve as a guide to what problems are solvable and what are the best techniques to analyze specific systems, e.g., EELS vs. EDXS vs. SIMS, etc. The exercise of determining EELS detection limits provides a sobering reminder of sizable uncertainties of numerous EELS variables, e.g., cross-sections, analyzed volumes, interaction delocalization, etc. Minimizing detection limits require optimization of many issues of the field, such as beam size and energy spread, the spectrometer and detector, quantitation techniques and specimen preparation. Additionally, comparing obtainable detection limits with theoretical values allows assessment of the rate at which a major portion of the field of EELS is maturing. Such assessments provide useful clues to if and where further development work is justified.Traditional detection limit calculations. Typically there have been two types of detection limits discussed in EELS, the minimum detectable mass (MDM) and the minimum mass fraction (MMF).

Resumen
For the moment, ECtHR is one of the most respected and effective human rights institutions, so its decisions have the potential to create a platform to optimize and improve the application of legal rules and legal relations in case of gaps in national law. The study of the civil law category of property rights in the context of ECtHR jurisprudence is a significant step towards modernizing the consciousness of modern Ukrainian society and unifying the regulation of issues related to property. The authors used the method of analysis and the synthesis method as well as the comparative legal method in this research. In conclusion, the authors highlighted that since ECtHR decisions are binding in the administration of justice in Ukraine, there are many problems regarding the correlation between the concepts of "property", "ownership", "intellectual property", etc. The Ukrainian legislator and the law enforcer need to adapt to the flexibility of these concepts to minimize the divergence of views on legal categories that play a decisive role in the exercise of the applicant's right to judicial protection.

Resumen
Numerous publications have described measurements of breath isoprene in humans, and there has been a hope that breath isoprene analyses could be a noninvasive diagnostic tool to assess blood cholesterol levels or cholesterol synthesis rate. However, significant analytic problems in breath isoprene analysis and variability in isoprene levels with age, exercise, diet, etc., have limited the usefulness of these measurements. Here, we have applied proton transfer reaction-mass spectrometry to this problem, allowing on-line detection of breath isoprene. We show that breath isoprene concentration increases within a few seconds after exercise is started as a result of a rapid increase in heart rate and then reaches a lower steady state when breath rate stabilizes. Additional experiments demonstrated that increases in heart rate associated with standing after reclining or sleeping are associated with increased breath isoprene concentrations. An isoprene gas-exchange model was developed and shows excellent fit to breath isoprene levels measured during exercise. In a preliminary experiment, we demonstrated that atorvastatin therapy leads to a decrease in serum cholesterol and low-density-lipoprotein levels and a parallel decrease in breath isoprene levels. This work suggests that there is constant endogenous production of isoprene during the day and night and reaffirms the possibility that breath isoprene can be a noninvasive marker of cholesterologenesis if care is taken to measure breath isoprene under standard conditions at constant heart rate.

The invention of depth sensors for mobile devices, has led to availability of relatively inexpensive high-resolution depth and visual (RGB) sensing for a wide range of applications. The complementary nature of the depth and visual information opens up new opportunities to solve fundamental problems in object and activity recognition, people tracking, 3D mapping and localization, etc. One of the most interesting challenges that can be tackled by using these sensors is tracking the body movements of athletes and providing natural interaction as a result. In this study depth sensors and gesture recognition tools will be used to analyze the position and angle of an athlete’s body parts thought out an exercise. The goal is to assess the training performance of an athlete and decrease injury risk by giving warnings when the trainer is performing a high risk activity.

Resumen
The article deals with the issues related to the definition of the conceptual framework of the new legislation of Ukraine on local referendums in the context of the requirements of the Additional Protocol to the European Charter of Local Self-Government on the right to participate in local government affairs, which was ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on September 2, 2014. The proposals on the legislative consolidation of the subject of local referendums, the order of their appointment, the legal force of decisions taken at referendums, etc. are formulated. The authors emphasize that legislative regulation of the initiation, organization and conduct of local referendums requires significant legislative improvement. To date, enough legislative initiatives have been developed in the field of initiation, organization, holding of local referendums and the implementation of their decisions. To implement such work in the current legislative field, a coordinated and coordinated work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the President of Ukraine is necessary. The article concludes that the adoption of the Law «On Local Referenda» has long been overdue, and therefore the adoption of any legislative initiatives in this direction will be a step forward towards the development of a legal, democratic state in which citizens will be able to exercise their right to participate in the management of state affairs not only through state authorities and local self-government bodies, but directly – through a referendum.Consideration in the legislative activity of the Parliament of the directions of improvement of the legislation on local referendums given by us will significantly increase the role of the local referendum in the mechanism of solving local issues by the territorial community, will help to create real ways of direct solving local community issues by a territorial community.

Resumen
Background: Cognitive approach to teaching foreign languages at high school proves rather effective given the level of intellectual development and interests of learners in their early youth. The approach, based on conscious learning, currently finds support in the documents on school reform being conducted in Ukraine. Purpose: The purpose of the article is to discuss provisions of cognitive approach to teaching a foreign language at high school and establish correlation between logical operations of thinking and types of syntactic exercises in the process of learning grammar. Discussion: Teaching grammar is a challenging task, especially if combined with the basic vocabulary taught parallelly. However, cognitively and thematically oriented exercises facilitate the learning process, making it more sensible and smoother. Cognitive grammar exercises also meet the learners’ expectations and develop their intellectual abilities, deepen memory, train attention and logical thinking. Besides developing their grammatical and lexical skills, the students acquire cognitive abilities to make a choice, find out necessary answers, solve problems, etc., which can be exceptionally useful in everyday life and professional setting. The proposed grammar exercises which are classified according to their types into multiple choice, transformation, comparing, grouping, logical thinking, formulation of definitions and language games can be further completed with different variations which will add additional quest to the learners. Results: The latest achievements of cognitive linguistics and cognitive psychology have a powerful impact on the development of new methods and approaches to language teaching. Cognitive approach to teaching foreign languages proves to be one of the most effective instruments of teaching-learning process, especially based on the knowledge of psycho-physiological development of the object of study.

Resumen
The technical infrastructure is one of the essential elements of the system associated with the idea of sustainable development. Urban transport is one of the components of technical infrastructure, and its quality and intensity are often a consequence of "urban sprawl". The phenomenon of uncontrolled spread of the city is currently encountered in many urban centres. It increases the length and time for travels and therefore transport costs. This phenomenon can also have many other negative consequences: – excessive use of land for communication purposes, – the increase of exhaust emission, – the increase in costs related to the use of the car, – the increase of noise on the streets, – increased number of road accidents, – social costs which include lack of exercise, sedentary lifestyle etc. There are various solutions proposed worldwide, the aim of which is to reduce the number of kilometres travelled by car. Such activities are possible due to all initiatives related to changing lifestyles that are introduced and supported by local government units in cities and municipalities. The goal of all actions aimed at efficient urban transport is to create an economically effective system that also reduces the nuisance to the environment. The problems related to the redesigning of existing streets are focused in particular on safety and limiting traffic. The efficient urban transport system is integrated with the issues related to the close neighbourhood and multi-model solutions connected with the choice of means of transport, as well as the high quality of public spaces and the quality of life of residents. The article discusses the above course of action on the example of the city of Oświęcim.

AbstractNowadays, there are several contrasted procedures and other proposals [1] for the self-assessment of exercises or exams of subjects which are evaluated using numerical exercises. Intermediate or final values are compared, and an automatic qualification of self-assessment is assigned. It is possible to extend this classic correction procedure by the teacher [2]. The automatic assessment of exercises based on texts is more complicated because the appearance of certain keywords or their synonyms could offer a possible approach as a mechanical assessment of those exercises. However, the difficulty in the assessment of these exercises is the interpretation of their meaning [3].In the case of 2D graphic exercises, which are typical of technical drawing, the problem is very different, since there are no alphanumeric chains to compare. Similarities between images and the comparison of primitive entities (vector objects) may be possible ways for evaluation [4]. The problem is more complicated when we want to evaluate 3D models mechanically. This article presents a compilation of possible procedures to use in the generation of a self-assessment tool for industrial solid modelling exercises, that is, of mechanical parts [5]. In these cases, certain parameters such as volumes, surfaces, centres of gravity or moments of inertia can be a first approximation to their corrections [6]. These evaluations could continue with the analysis of the constructive operations that exist in the modelling of the object, such as solid parts, emptying, holes, threading, etc., all of them included in their modelling trees or lists of operations. The generation of a utility that helps in the correction of 3D modelling exercises would be of great interest, since it would bring effectiveness and agility to the evaluation process, as well as greater objectivity when using a computer system that isolates similarity factors and implements rules of measurable evaluation automatically.

Resumen
The prevalence of childhood obesity has increased greatly during the past two to three decades in developed countries. With industrialization and urbanization, obesity is now becoming widely prevalent in developing countries as well. Childhood obesity is the result of persistent adverse changes in food intake, life style and energy expenditure. Although less common, there may be some underlying pathological conditions as well. Obese children and adolescents are at increased risk of having type 2 diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance, mixed features of type 1 and type 2 diabetes, hypertension, dislipidaemia, fatty liver disease, metabolic syndrome, psychosocial complications, obstructive sleep apnoea, orthopaedic problems, polycystic ovarian syndrome etc. Management of obesity need lifestyle intervention and the benefits are most likely to be achieved when diet and exercise programmes are coordinated with individual and family counseling and behaviour modification. A coordinated approach is needed involving families, school authorities, communities, healthcare providers and government to provide a continuum of population based interventions.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.3329/birdem.v2i2.12323 (Birdem Med J 2012; 2(2): 93-98)

Resumen
Over the past few years there has been considerable interest in both the use of creatine (Cr) supplementation by athletes and the documentation of its effects by scientists. Some believe that this nitrogen-containing compound found in meat and fish has a performance-enhancing capability as important for brief intense exercise efforts as dietary carbohydrate is for activities where glycogen supplies limit performance. The mechanisms thought to be responsible for any ergogenic effect of acute (few d) Cr supplementation include: increased stores of muscle phosphocreatine (PCr), faster regeneration of PCr during exercise recovery, enhanced adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production from glycolysis secondary to increased hydrogen ion buffering, and/or possible shortened post contraction muscle relaxation time. With chronic (wk & mo) supplementation when combined with strength training, Cr may alter muscle protein metabolism directly (via decreasing protein breakdown or increasing synthesis) and/or indirectly as a result of a greater training load made possible by its acute ergogenic effects on strength and power. Cr supplementation is not banned by the International Olympic Committee and, with the exception of a small increase in body mass (∼1 kg) over the initial 3-6 d, does not appear to have any adverse side effects, at least with short-term use. Few scientific data are available for more prolonged use (mo or y) but considering the large numbers of athletes using Cr over the past 6+ y and the absence of reported problems, it may be that the often discussed somewhat nebulous long term adverse effects are presently being overestimated. Intakes of 285-300 mg Cr/kg body mass • d−1 over 3-6 d or 30-50 mg/kg body mass • d−1 over ∼4 wk are sufficient to produce benefits (muscle mass and high intensity power gains); however, not all study results are consistent. The focus of this review is to outline some possible explanations for the inconsistent observations reported in the literature. Clearly, if proven to be consistent the benefits of Cr supplementation could extend far beyond the athletic arena to include individuals who experience muscle weakness for a variety of other reasons (e.g., age/disuse, muscle disease, exposure to microgravity, etc). Key words: creatine monohydrate, phosphocreatine, adenosine triphosphate, intense exercise, performance benefits, adverse effects, dosage

Resumen
Background: Based on the opinions of the World Health Organization (WHO), the elderly period begins at the age of 60 in third world countries. During this period the amount of social activities are reduced and as a result of which, the person is far more exposed to solitude and physical problems (i.e. high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.) and mental illnesses (i.e. depression etc.). Therefore, considering the continuous growth in the population of the elderly in Iran, management of stress is crucial in order to lengthen their quality life-time, and reduce direct and indirect compensations to the government and also to families. Methods: This survey was conducted in a descriptive- analytical method in Qazvin in 2019, and the questionnaires were filled by eligible participants after reforming the questionnaire twice based on 0.71 (Cronbach’s alpha) confirmation. In order to prove the validity and reliability of the data, mentioning any personal information were strictly avoided, and later 30 participants were taken part in the research. Results: Considering the fact that in order to manage the stress, the participants’ mental conditions need to be mainly addressed, which are indeed source of numerous diseases, conducting daily activities, trusting families and societies is very effective in their self-acceptance. Addressing personal requirements including: 1. Individual quality life-time. 2. Medical facilities and services, 3. Public transportation services, and self-care, are potentially the most important issues to the elderly. Conclusion: Based on the conducted survey, many activities have been done to help the elderly manage their stress. However, considering the increasing population of the elderly, there are many more activities yet to be done operationally and tangibly. Although holding training sessions might be promising and motivating, but as a result of countless social difficulties, caused by lack of facilities, and lack of positive or supportive view by the community, the role of such phenomenon will most probably be passive and fleeting. Doing physical exercise can be an effective and cheerful element, and also preventive to the occurrence of many physical and mental illnesses. It should also be noted that many of the current problems are actually caused by urban factors (e.g. sidewalks, sport centers, etc.) which need to be immediately addressed by the government. Resumen
The former system and practice of planning in Yugoslavia collapsed as early as towards the end of 1980s, not to be substituted for in the sequel by a new and legitimate development planning mode that has been compatible with the key processes and factors of the post-socialist transition, i.e., political pluralisation, privatisation, marketisation, and so forth. Under the recent circumstances, a number of new ?ideologies of planning? came to the surface, thereby rendering the current practice a peculiar mix of various concepts of ?quasi/pseudo planning? exercises, imbued with new biases, partisanship dominating the public scene, the notion of public interests almost lost, low transparency regarding the value and interest background of planning, etc. In effect, two general practices have been dominating the planning area, i.e., ?crisis management?, and ?planning-supporting-the-wild-privatisation-and-marketisation?. To a large extent, this has been caused by a poor experience, i.e., a lack of planners/experts to work under the new circumstances (?transition?), paralleled by a lack of critical mass of social and economic actors interested in the sustainable development matters and supportive to them, and a wide spread anti-planning stance among the political and economic elites (?architects of the transitional reforms?). A more modernising and emancipatory model, e.g., ?planning-supporting-complex-transformation of society?, seems to be still out of sight for some time to come. As the new coherent planning theory might not be expected for a longer period, preferably a preliminary planning heuristics would have to be elaborated, to more or less ?safely? direct the practice within the strategic framework defined. In this context, a number of specific issues of expertise would also have to be resolved, ranging from general theoretical and methodological issues, via practical methodologies, to the key issues within the triangle power ? knowledge ? action. Specifically, this should also apply to the majority of development planning policy documents that have been worked out in the recent period.

Aim. To study the clinical problems and develop the symptomatology of the foreign bodies (FB) of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT). Materials and methods. Ninety patients with GIT foreign bodies were observed over the period from 1997 to 2017. To diagnose, a complex of endoscopic and radial methods was used. Localization, size and type of the detected foreign bodies were compared with the symptoms revealed. Results. Fifty patients intentionally swallowed foreign bodies, 40 – accidentally. Altogether, 90 patients swallowed 193 items (nails, needles, pieces of wire etc.). On the basis of the study, three forms of clinical course regarding the swallowed GIT FB were singled out: latent, manifest and complicated. The pathognomonic symptoms of GIT FB are “migrant” abdominal pains associated with migration of FB along the GIT lumen, intensification of pains while moving, exercise stress and palpation, feeling of “heaviness” in epigastric region. Multiple gastric FB cause the auscultative symptom of “ringing”. Pains, available with GIT FB, are not connected with taking food and are not ceased after taking antacids. Conclusions. Introduction of the developed GIT FB symptomatology into healthcare practice and training of physicians will contribute to earlier and more accurate diagnosis.

Resumen
Over the past decade, the problems arising from social communication have yet again become burning issues on social and political agendas. Information disorder, hate speeches, information manipulation, social networking sites, etc., have obliged the most important European institutions to reflect on how to meet the collective challenges that social communication currently poses in the new millennium. These European Institutions have made a clear commitment to self-regulation. The article reviews some recent European initiatives to deal with information disorder that has given a fundamental role to self-regulation. To then carry out a theoretical review of the normative notion of self-regulation that distinguishes it from the neo-liberal economicist conception. To this end, (1) a distinction is drawn between the (purportedly) self-regulating market and (2) a broader conception of self-regulation inherent not to media companies or corporations, but to the social subsystem of social communication, is proposed. This involves increasing the number of self-regulatory mechanisms that may contribute to improve social communication, and reinforcing the commitment of those who should exercise such self-regulation, including not only media companies but also the professionals working at them and the public at large.

Resumen
In an environment where improvement initiatives are commonly run out simultaneously in all different parts of the system, many applied sciences are employed to address organizational problems. This results in competition between various departments within the same organization for infrastructure support, compliance needs, resource requirements, etc., and an inevitable waste of costs occur due to overlapping efforts, eroding the main objective of most organizations, namely cost reduction. This trouble can be abridged if the section works together to handle the landscape when it comes to implementing several technologies and processing models simultaneously. Furthermore, systems are required to possess a thoroughgoing discernment of the chosen IT framework and best exercises for carrying out this framework simultaneously. A common idea in all case studies is the behavioral challenges regarding resistance from employees. It has handled by appropriate change management. Another typical behavior is that all organizations only implement features of the IT framework that they consider more important rather than performing an IT framework holistically. Recommendations based on these key findings have been included in the mix of existing best practices meant to lead to the academic community.

LANGUAGE NOTE | Document text in Chinese; abstract in English only.Sit-up is a popular exercise for both athletes and health fitness participants. It is almost universally accepted as an effective training method of abdominal strength and endurance. The 1-minute timed sit-up (modified sit-up) test, modified from the straight-legged sit-up with hands locked behind the head, is widely used in the health fitness testing such as Physical Best of AAHPERD, National Children and Youth Fitness Study (NCYFS & NCYFS II) of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, and Survey of Health Related Fitness & Lifestyle of Working Population Aged 20-39 in Hong Kong conducted by Hong Kong Physical Fitness Association etc. Although the modified sit-up was assumed to be a safer test than the straight-legged sit-up, researchers are still not satisfied with it. Are there any problems with sit-up test? Is the curl-up test developed by Robertson and Magnusdottir (1987) safer and more valid and reliable than the modified sit-up test? All such queries are being discussed in this article.

Resumen
States should take appropriate steps to ensure the effectiveness of domestic judicial mechanisms when addressing business-related human rights abuses. These steps may include ways to reduce legal, practical and other relevant barriers that could lead to a denial of access to remedy. To a certain degree, these problems exist in Indonesia’s judicial remedy mechanism. This article examines court decisions in five cases involving Transnational Corporations (TNCs). These decisions are examined to identify challenges and opportunities in bringing a case on ESC rights violations against TNCs. It is found that claim on ESC rights violation may be brought to the court, and the court has jurisdiction to entertain the case. However, of the five cases filed against TNCs, only in one case has the court decided in favour of the plaintiff. Most of the cases were rejected on procedural matters. This situation suggests that it remains burdensome for the victims of ESC rights violations to seek remedy at the court. There are procedural burdens that has to be faced by plaintiff when bringing ESC rights case against corporations, particularly TNCs. Nevertheless, there are new develop-ments in relation with pursuing ESC rights in court. One of the important development is private business contract between the govern-ment and private corporations may be annulled by the court, if the exercise of the contract would violate the government's obligation to fulfil human rights of the citizens

Resumen
This article is focused on a description of how a group of academicians deals with radicalism in Islamic preaching (dakwa). The main problem is basically related to shifting paradigm in conveying religious message. The paradigm emerges in form of fundamentalism, extremism, radicalism and disappearance of belief and tolerance towards other people of different religious adherences. Some models and approaches of dakwa exercised by Islamic preachers are variousand therefore need preachers’ commitment, creativity, knowledge, skills, time allocation, etc. As preachers, academicians of STAIN SAS Babel should fulfill such requirements and qualifications. One of the models performed by STAIN’s academicians is dakwa bi al-hal (dakwa by practicing). The academicians write their religious views and understanding in books, journals and newspapers, attending scientific meetings and discussions, and involving in community empowerment programs. In addition, the academicians also use a phenomenology approach in which religious doctrine and understanding are clearly explained and comprehended to cope with social problems. By doing so, the academicians hope that people of Bangka Belitung could live peacefully and harmoniously whatever their religious belief and practice.

Resumen
Control engineering and sensing engineering improve productivity and save resources and energy in industry, and they are also deeply related to the solving greater societal, economic, and environmental problems. Control engineering and sensing engineering have become dynamic forces that enrich various phases of life through interdisciplinary or cross-sectional study. Furthermore, in recent years, due to the development of information technology, as symbolized by terms such as “big data” or “AI,” “sensing and control at a higher level” has become possible, premised by big data processing that is faster by orders of magnitude than conventional data processing. All this has increased the importance of control engineering and sensing engineering. In response to the development of the fields of control engineering and sensing engineering associated with the advance of the “information society,” education in these fields has also needed to be enhanced. On the national scale, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology will introduce Japanese elementary school computational thinking education into elementary school in fiscal year 2020, and the new Courses of Study for High School Information Education in fiscal year 2022. At the same time, individual companies, educational institutions, etc. have also been experimenting with various forms of education in control engineering and sensing engineering. During these changing times, the most advanced studies related to the development of instruction and evaluation methods for educational materials on control engineering, sensing engineering, and control technology have been collected, and the present special issue was planned. This special issue is a collection of practical papers related to measurement and control education, including one paper on Model-Based Development education in a company and eight papers on education in an educational institution. These eight papers include two on education using a robot contest in a university, one on introducing measurement and control engineering education in a national institute of technology college, three on introducing it in a junior high school, and two on introducing it in an elementary school. We hope that this special issue serves to support the readers’ future efforts in control engineering and sensing engineering education, and we thank the authors and reviewers of the papers.

Resumen
Childhood obesity is a growing concern, and while progress has been made to understand the association between multiple biological factors (i.e., genetics, nutrition, exercise etc.), little is known about the relationship between mental health and childhood obesity. In this paper, we offer a review of current evidence about the association between mental health and childhood obesity. A systematic literature search of peer-reviewed, English-language studies published between January 2000 and January 2011 was undertaken and resulted in 759 unique records, of which 345 full-text articles were retrieved and 131 articles were included. A theoretical model is proposed to organize the paper and reflect the current state of the literature and includes psychological factors (i.e., depression and anxiety, self-esteem, body dissatisfaction, eating disordered symptoms, and emotional problems); psychosocial mediating variables (i.e., weight-based teasing and concern about weight and shape), and wellness factors (i.e., quality of life and resiliency/protective factors). We conclude with a number of recommendations to support the creation of solutions to the rise in childhood obesity rates that do not further marginalize overweight and obese children and youth and that can potentially improve the well-being of all children and youth regardless of their weight status.

Resumen
The methodology of teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language is considered in the article; the issues of the language adaptation of foreign students are emphasized. The ability to communicate not only in the educational setting but also in the extracurricular time is stated as the objective of studying the educational course “Ukrainian as a foreign language”. Traditional and innovative approaches that simulate real life situations, offer problems for shared resolutions, enhance students' creative ability, mobilize their attention, and teach them how to develop speech constructs quickly are analyzed. The focus is on a person-centered approach to the classroom, in particular, the game approach as a casual way of submitting starting material. Communicative activity, its main components, and intercultural competence issues were significantly analyzed. The authors share experience in developing tutorials and test assignments; an easy-to-use and informative distance course in the Atutor system; additional training materials in the form of tables, diagrams, exercises, crossword puzzles posted on the social network Facebook. This course allows monitoring the level of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of students-foreigners in educational-training and game forms. The role of identification as a basic principle of eidetics is analyzed, namely: multimedia presentations that allow both visual and auditory perception of information; qualitatively designed slides; study cards; photos, etc. Examples of the application of different methods of eidetics are given: a chain method, a method of combining a verbal apparatus with the imagination, a method of reconciling fantasy and imagination with the ability to express clearly own thoughts, the method of phonetic associations, work on eidos-abstract, etc. The authors emphasize the benefits of training in an atmosphere of psychological safety and comfort.

Resumen
The combustion of fossil fuels is intensifying global warming and destructing the ecosystem with negative human health impacts as well. Even so, other anthropogenic activities have unfortunately constituted pollution also to our environment, say, in the form of waste waters. Beside these, the existing technologies for waste water treatment have problems such as high costs, sludge disposal challenges, etc. Thus, it is now important to find economically viable and safe alternatives to decontaminate waste waters. Hence, low cost, renewable, easily accessible, and readily prepared biosorbents have become favourable alternatives to traditional counterpart for the elimination of pollutants from aqueous systems. Fortunately, these biosorbents also have requisite and comparable properties necessary for adsorption of pollutants. Many studies have been reported on the application of biosorbents for pollutants removal. However, this paper provides an overview of biosorbents preparation, properties, their applications in pollutants removal and related use. Biosorbents are usually used in raw or processed forms such as activated carbon (AC), biobar (BC), and charcoal (CC) for removal of pharmaceuticals, pesticides, organics, inorganics, mycotoxins, etc. from aqueous systems. Besides classical sorption of the pollutants, biosorbents have prospect of applications as electrodes in the microbial fuel cells, green packaging materials, energy storage devices, catalysts, soil remediation agent, carbon sequestration, etc. Hence, further concerted investigations should be exercised to develop feasibly best conditions for the preparations and modifications of biosorbents. In addition, mean pore size, pore size distribution, porosity, surface functionality, and zeta potential studies are necessary to be had about biosorbents, especially novel types. There is need for development of biosorbents for specific tasks. Another essential thing is to determine desorption studies of these novel biosorbents. Focus should also be directed on more economically viable and sustainable biosorbents to enhance their use. Again, it is suggested that more suitable biomasses be identified to enable successful preparation of efficient biosorbents. More so, biosorbents can be recycled after use to avoid littering and possible pollution.

Resumen
The Russian school of gymnastics is distinguished by the high performing skills of female athletes, a wide range of styles, the composition integrity, which is achieved with the help of choreographic training. The concept of “choreography” includes everything that relates to the art of classical, folk, historical and everyday, modern dance. Choreographic training in gymnastics is understood as a system of exercises and influence methods aimed at nurturing the motor culture of the gymnasts, at expanding their arsenal of expressive means. In addition, when practicing chore-ography, flexibility and coordination of movements develops, strengthens the musculoskeletal system, increases the density of the workout, which has a positive effect on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems of the body, contributes to the development of special endurance. Along with this, choreography lessons solve technical training problems: mastering various elements and combinations, an individual image in the composition. To create an image, expressiveness is in-dispensable, which is inextricably linked with the beauty of the movements, grace, dancing character, etc. A choreographer in rhythmic gymnastics has to work with a constant shortage of time, since choreographic training is only part of the training process. This time is not enough for the full development of the “rhythmic” gymnasts’ choreography. A characteristic feature of training in jazz gymnastics is the performing of exercises that fully activate the body’s motor system, with the participation of the greatest possible number of muscle groups. Also for those engaged in jazz gymnastics is characteristic dynamism, expression, together with wide and smooth movements. The nature of the movements is expressive. All this contributes to the development of “rhythmic” gymnasts’ choreography. Analysis of scientific literature and practical experience indicates the lack of jazz gymnastics use in the choreographic training of “rhythmic” gymnasts. Our research is related to the development of this particular direction, which determines its relevance.
