Resumen
We use Principal Component Analyses (PCA) to describe components of social relationship quality in bonobos. We find a three component structure, with the first two components, labelled Value and Compatibility, closely matching the theoretical constructs as well as components reported for chimpanzees and other primates. The third component differed but was abandoned based on Parallel Analysis. Among bonobos, female–female dyads have higher Value and Compatibility. Relationships between males are characterised by low Value and Compatibility. Dyads that had been housed together for a longer time and maternally related ones also have more valuable relationships, while individuals close in rank have low compatibility. The results confirm the strong bonds among female bonobos, but for the first time can describe how they differ qualitatively from close bonds reported for captive chimpanzee females. We suggest future studies should also include Parallel Analysis to more accurately describe the number of components in relationship quality.

Resumen
Abstract Background To investigate the relationship between the accumulation of metabolic syndrome (MS) components and orthostatic hypotension (OH). Methods A total of 2,201 subjects were enrolled and divided into 0 component (n = 199), 1–2 components (n = 1,003), and 3–4 components (n = 999) groups based on the number of MS components according to the criteria of 2018 Chinese Guidelines for Prevention and Management of Hypertension. Stratified analyses and binary logistic regression analysis were performed. Results The incidence of OH was significantly increased with the number of MS components (5.0% in 0 component group, 13.5% in 1–2 components group, and 17.9% in 3–4 components group, P < 0.05). Compared with subjects without OH, the incidence of MS in those with OH was significantly elevated (55.2% vs. 43.7%, P < 0.05). The incidence of OH in the elderly subjects was significantly higher than that in the young and middle-aged subjects (22.3% vs. 10.9%, P < 0.01). Binary logistic regression analysis showed that the number of MS components was associated with OH in all subjects, and the risk of OH was increased with the increment of MS components. Compared with the subjects without any MS component, the risk of OH increased by 2.3 times in the subjects with 4 MS components (odds ratio = 3.274, 95% confidence interval 1.626–6.594, P < 0.05). Stratified analyses found that the number of MS components was independently associated with OH in young to middle-age, female and non-MS subjects. Conclusions The incidence of OH is elevated with accumulations of MS components, especially in young to middle-age, female and non-MS subjects.

Resumen
Distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAEs) recorded in the ear canal are a composite or vector sum of two underlying components. The relationship between hearing thresholds and DPOAE-component level, rather than composite level, has been of recent interest. Two different signal-processing methods, inverse fast Fourier transform (IFFT) with time-windowing and low-pass filtering, were used to obtain estimates of the levels of the two components. Component estimates were then correlated to behavioral thresholds. Improvement in the strength of the correlation was not significant over that of the composite. While the signal processing methods were found to yield similar estimates of the generation component, application of the IFFT with time-windowing method was more complex due to the overlap of the components in the time domain. This time domain variability was observed both within and between subjects. These results highlight the complexities of DPOAE generation and the related difficulties of component separation.

Resumen
Aggressive and impulsive behaviors have shown sufficient genetic influences and high co-occurrence, thus the question is whether dispositions for these behaviors share unique genetic or environmental contributions. The aim of this research was to explore etiology of phenotypic relationships between aggressiveness and impulsiveness. More precisely, we tested which component of aggressiveness (affective, behavioral, or cognitive) shared the most underlying genetic and environmental influences with impulsiveness. There were applied Serbian adaptation of the Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire as a measure of three aggressiveness components, and Behavioral Activation System scale from the Revised Sensitivity Theory Questionnaire as a measure of impulsiveness, on a sample of 208 adult twin pairs (132 pairs were monozygotic). Results of a multivariate biometric method showed that the aggressiveness and impulsiveness could be explained by the common additive genetic (6% of impulsiveness and 16- 31% of aggressiveness components), and common non-shared environmental contributions (1% of impulsiveness and 11-47% of aggressiveness components), but those contributions were rather small. An affective component of aggressiveness (anger) showed the most genetic similarity with impulsiveness, indicating that the lack of anger and behavior regulation shared partially the same genetic basis. However, aggressiveness and impulsiveness contained a larger proportion of the specific genetic and environmental effects, which confirmed a distinction between these phenomena.

Resumen
Purpose – Since the multi-component of powder metallurgy was dispersed, and each component sheared flow and tiered under the action of friction force, it was difficult to disclose the evolution characteristics of each component. Meanwhile, third body mixing with particles of each component covered on the friction surface, which further increased the difficulty of understanding evolution of each component and the corresponding third body in the friction process. To solve this problem, this paper aims to propose a mechanical assembled method which compact several component sheets in order. Design/methodology/approach – Pure copper, aluminum and artificial graphite sheets with thickness 0.5, 1 and 2 mm, respectively, were assembled into a jig by mechanical compact method. The relationship between arrangement patterns of the components and its friction coefficient was studied by using fixed speed friction test machine, the speed range from 200 to 2,000 r/min and the pressure range from 0.25 to 0.64 MPa. Findings – The testing results showed that when the distribution of same components was congregated, friction coefficient dropped from 0.6 to 0.4. While the distribution of different components was dispersed, friction coefficient dropped from 0.6 to 0.25. The friction coefficient decline was caused by performances changes of third body fluidity. The sufficiently mixed third body made third body adhesion weaker and increased third body fluidity. That provoked friction coefficient decreasing obviously at high speed. On the contrary, with the high congregation of same components, strong third body adhesion led to a rougher surface which contributed to a higher friction coefficient. Originality/value – By means of the mechanical-assembled multi-layer components to reveal the influence mechanism of every component on friction properties, will provide a new test approach for tribology.

Resumen
Introduction: In an educational organization, because of its important function in human resources development and training in the community, respecting the values, spirituality, leadership, and management strengthening, based on spirituality and good citizenship behavior and commitment have greater importance. Aim: This study examined the relation between spiritual intelligence with organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment of secondary school teachers. Methods: The research method was correlational and its population included all teachers in education districts 2 and 5 in 2015 from which 358 teachers were selected by using Cochran formula and simple random sampling method as a sample. To collect data, three questionnaire: the King Spiritual Intelligence questionnaire (2007) and Padasakof et al. citizenship behavior questionnaire (2000) and organizational commitment questionnaire of Meyer (2001)were used .The reliability of the tools obtained by Cronbakh Formula 0/85,0/84, 0/7 respectively. For statistical analysis, the descriptive statistics (average, percentage, Standard deviation) and inferential statistical tests (Kolmogorov - Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient test and stepwise regression analysis) were used. Conclusion: The results showed that none of the components of citizenship behavior has a significant relation with a critical thought component of spiritual intelligence. Regarding the personal meaning making component of spiritual intelligence, only the components of sportsmanship and social customs have a significant relation, and other components have no significant association. All components of citizenship behavior are significantly associated with a transcendental consciousness component of spiritual intelligence and have no significant relation with self-awareness extends component. None of the organizational commitment components have a significant relation to the critical thinking component and high awareness of spiritual intelligence and only the emotional commitment of the organizational commitment component have a significant relation with the personal meaning making of spiritual intelligence, as well as with the expansion of consciousness component.

Resumen
This study investigates how customer-bank relationship strength dimensions, reflected by relationship length, depth and width, influence the associations between customer-perceived relationship quality and relational outcomes in retail bank service industry. To date, it’s still unclear whether relationship strength could contribute to, or detract from, customer relationship quality and outcome. A total of 2,029 bank customers in Kuwait are surveyed and data collected is analyzed using PLS-SEM modeling to validate the proposed conceptual framework followed by Multi-Group Analysis to test study hypotheses. Obtained findings show that the linkages between relationship quality components (satisfaction, trust and commitment) and relational outcomes (loyalty and Word-of-Mouth) are affected by the level of relationship length and depth, while relationship width only influenced the association between satisfaction and relational quality. The inclusion of relationship strength that represents past customer behavior provides a more accurate and comprehensive view of the dynamics of the interrelationship between key antecedents and consequences of relationship marketing in the retail banking industry.

Resumen
AbstractRecords of the war service disability claims for Australian Vietnam veterans in Tasmania (n = 751) were analysed to establish patterns of interrelationships between categories of disability. The predicted relationship between psychiatric disability and stress related skin disabilities was strongly supported and relationships between psychiatric and other medical disabilities were found. An exploratory principal components analysis produced three independent components which accounted for 21.2 percent of total variance. Component 1 was interpreted as a general military service component and components 2 and 3 were labelled as stress components. The most likely interpretation of the two stress components was that they reflect differences in profiles of records for disability claims depending on the time when the disability presented. The relevance of the findings is discussed.

Resumen
Abstract We investigated the distinctive characteristics of jean fabrics (denim fabrics obtained from jeans) and compared the physical properties and the hand. We used 13 kinds of jean fabric from commercial jeans and 26 other fabric types. The physical properties were measured using the Kawabata evaluation system, and the fabric hand was evaluated by 20 subjects using a semantic differential method. To characterise the hand of jean fabrics compared with other fabrics, we used principal component analysis and obtained three principal components. We found that jean fabrics were characterised by the second principal component, which was affected by feelings of thickness and weight. We further characterised the jean fabrics according to ‘softness & smoothness’ and ‘non-fullness’, depending on country of origin and type of manufacturer. The three principal components were analysed using multiple linear regression to characterise the components according to the physical properties. We explained the hand of fabrics including jean fabrics using its association with physical properties.

To test the hypothesis that major dietary constituents are related to quantity or quality of sleep, 27 adult volunteers participated in a five-day study. Subjects completed detailed dietary logs each day, and each morning completed the St. Mary's Hospital Sleep Questionnaire. Dietary data were converted to seven major nutritional constituents and these were averaged over the 5-day period. None of the 98 correlations between diet and sleep were significant. These findings provide no support for a link between sleep and diet in adults.

Resumen
The object of this study relates to the level of importance of emotional intelligence and emotions in the process of decision making, and how these elements intervene in interpersonal relationships. In this sense, the general goal of this research project is centred in the ability of the human being to understand and manage his emotions, as well as his capacity to conduct those of others, in the interpersonal relationships established in organizations, at both endogenous and exogenous levels. An extensive revision was carried out, of the literature which contributed to the building of a logical theoretical frame, and which located reflections on the thematic of emotions, emotional intelligence, facial expressions and decision making. To carry out this research, the methodological procedures used consisted in the development of a descriptive research, a case study, co-relational and transversal; and the method employed was quantitative, based on the use of a questionnaire. The sampling was, non-probabilistic by convenience, limited to 60 people, having presented the inevitability of the representation of the chosen population, in a way to adequately reflect the needs showed in the study. The generated data were processed by software. From the analyses of the generated data, it was possible to obtain an answer to the question posed by the study, having been shown the need for a stimulus to occur, in order to generate an emotion, and a consequent making of a decision, where the emotional intelligence is a means which should positively intervene, in compliance with the elements retrieved from the analysis of the referred bibliography. The results obtained supported the formulated hypothesis. The greater part of the respondents showed ease in the contact with other individuals around them, having established stable proximities, and revealing an elevated predisposition to interact, even if that interaction should imply the need for behaviour adjustments. One can infer that from behaviours of this nature only positive relationships can occur, in which case the emotional component of the individuals can be considered balanced, revealing emotional intelligence.

Resumen
We conducted a narrative review on the interaction between dietary patterns with demographic and lifestyle variables in relation to health status assessment. The food pattern has the advantage of taking into account the correlations that may exist between foods or groups of foods, but also between nutrients. It is an alternative and complementary approach in analysing the relationship between nutrition and the risk of chronic diseases. For the determination of dietary patterns one can use indices/scores that evaluate the conformity of the diet with the nutrition guidelines or the established patterns (a priori approach). The methods more commonly used are based on exploratory data (a posteriori): cluster analysis and factor analysis. Dietary patterns may vary according to sex, socio-economic status, ethnicity, culture and other factors, but more, they may vary depending on different associations between these factors. The dietary pattern exerts its effects on health in a synergistic way or even in conjunction with other lifestyle factors, and we can therefore refer to a ‘pattern of lifestyle’.

Resumen
Background and Study Aim. It is stated that genetic factors, lifestyle and demographic components affect the morphological properties of the muscle; moreover, there is a relationship between adiposity indicators and skeletal muscle. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the somatotype components and obesity markers and the percentage of the fast twitch fibril type of skeletal muscle. Material and Methods. Nine male students of sports sciences voluntarily participated in the study (age = 22 ± 3.24 years). By applying the isokinetic fatigue test protocol, which is a non-invasive method, the percentage of fast twitch fibril of the vastus lateralis muscle was estimated. Body fat ratio and somatotype body types of the participants were determined as indicators of obesity. Results. There was a high positive linear correlation between the obesity indicators (endomorphy and body fat ratio) and the percentage of fast twitch fibril (r=0.738; r=0.809, p<0.01 respectively). The variance between the endomorphy and body fat ratio expressing fatness and the fast twitch fibril percentage were found to be acceptable (54-65% explained variance). A moderate negative linear correlation was found between the ectomorphy and percentage of fast-twitch fibril (r= -0.674, p<0.05). Finally, a moderate positive but statistically insignificant linear correlation was found between the mesomorphy and the percentage of fast twitch fibril (r=0.623, p>0.05). Conclusion. The findings show that the total fatness level of the body and the percentage of fast twitch fibril are not independent parameters and have a positive effect on each other.

Resumen
Abstract We aimed to study the associations of 5 adipocytokines, two endothelial damage markers, and hs-CRP with the MetS components to distinguish the most significant cytokines likely related to distinct metabolic profiles. Methods: Cross-sectional study with 202 Chilean subjects (18–65 years old), categorized by MetS, and No-MetS according to Harmonizing ATP III. Adipocytokines profiling included adiponectin, leptin, hs-CRP, CTRP-1, PAI-1, FABP4, and metalloproteinase (MMP)-9 and MMP-2 activity. Results: Subjects with MetS showed higher levels of the most proinflammatories molecules but significantly lower adiponectin than subjects with No-MetS. Among the studied adipocytokines, PAI-1 and adiponectin showed the strongest associations with most of MetS components. PAI-1 was associate with MetS OR 1.107 [1.065–1.151], p< 0.0001, and adiponectin inversely associated with MetS OR 0.710 [0.610 -0.825], p< 0.0001). Following adjustment by sex, age, BMI, and 24 h sodium urinary excretion in a multivariate analysis, the association of PAI-1 OR 1.090 [1.044–1.137], p< 0.0001) and adiponectin OR 0.634 [0.519 - 0.775], p < 0.0001) with MetS remained significant. Multivariate analyses support a model where PAI-1associate to waist_hip, SBP, DBP, and glucose (all p< 0.0001) and adiponectin associate to TG (p=0.03) and HDL-cholesterol (p=0.0001). Conclusion: PAI-1 and Adiponectin rendered the most robust associations with MetS components in a general population, indicating that unfavourable adipose tissue performance is a key contributor to these metabolic anomalies. Further prospective analyses should allow establishing whether these adipocytokines can anticipate the progress of MetS and cardiovascular risk. Conflict of interest: The authors declared no conflict of interest. Resumen
Purpose This paper aims to empirically examine the proposed framework that incorporates multiple business relational ties as components in a composite that can provide strength to relationships. Strength is conceptualized as tensile strength or an ability to withstand stress without permanent deformation of the relationship. Design/methodology/approach The study uses dyadic survey data collected by mail survey from the organizational buyers and suppliers. Analysis is through moderated multiple regression. Findings Results indicate that stressors can disrupt individual components of relationships. However, the overall relationship outcome of behavioral loyalty remains intact with tensile strength coming from other components of the relationship. Originality/value This research introduces the concept of tensile strength from the material sciences as relevant to dyadic business relationship strength. The outcomes indicate that looking at multiple components of the business relationship provides greater insight into the tensile strength of business relationships.

Resumen
Visual evoked responses to dichoptically presented multifocal stimuli were recorded for 92 eyes. Two stimulus variants were explored: temporally sparse and rapidly contrast reversing. We used hierarchal decomposition (HD) to represent the multifocal responses in terms of a small number of potentially unique component waveforms that are interrelated in a multivariate linear autoregressive (MLAR) relationship. The HD method exploits temporal correlations over a range of delays in the responses to estimate parallel, feedforward and feedback relationships between the HD components. Three HD components having temporal interrelationships constrained (at P < 0.05) to a moving ∼20 ms window could describe the multifocal responses well (median r2-values up to 90%). HD components were similar for both stimulus types and the component waveforms were temporally correlated, especially the first and third components. The data set was large enough to estimate separate HD components for each multifocal stimulus region. The component waveforms differed somewhat by region but the MLAR relationships were similar. At short delays parallel processing dominated. At longer delays the proportion of response drives that were attributed to feedback and feedforward relationships grew. Overall HD analysis seems to provide an informed summary of multifocal responses and insights into their sources.

Resumen
The article represents the results of mathematical and statistical analysis of the links between the levels of the identity of employees (group, micro-group and interpersonal) by three components (cognitive, affective and behavioral) in 37 industrial groups with expertise in different fields. The significant linear relationship between micro-group and interpersonal identity (for all components), high linear relationship between group identity and micro-group identity (only for affective component) and the lack of linear relationship between the components of inter- personal and group identity are revealed. Higher influence of group identity on micro-group (for all components) and interpersonal identity (for cognitive and behavioral components) is found out in the totality of intercorrelation between group, micro-group and interpersonal identities. Non-linear relationship between group and micro-group identity for all components is revealed. This non-linear relation indicates that increase in expressiveness of one of the components of group iden- tity leads to decrease in expressiveness of the respective component of micro-group identity. This effect occurs until definite moment, after which, on the contrary, further reinforcement of the components of group identity leads to the increase in expressiveness of micro-group identity. These established consistent patterns are interpreted in the article.

The main purpose of this article is: given a score matrix called S, find out the joint proportional contribution of factors due to persons (conditions, situations, and so forth) and factors due to variables, for any sij observed score, where i identifies persons, and j, variables. This approach makes it possible a) to show that the same score in a given variable may have a different quantitative interpretation in terms of persons or conditions, and b) to find out how subjects differ in the way in which they relate variables.

Resumen
The shape of the femoral canal is variable, much more so than most contemporary designs of femoral components would suggest or can accommodate. In the face of this variability, line-to-line or surface-to-surface contact is not expected between the cementless implant and much of the endosteal surface. It is also apparent that changes in implant design are still needed if the normal biomechanics of the hip joint are to be restored in each patient and if component fixation is to be optimized. Most cementless components aim to achieve proximal load transfer to the femoral canal. However, increasing clinical evidence suggests that distal filling of the femur is also necessary to minimize the incidence of postoperative symptoms, particularly in revision procedures. If this is indeed the case, more accommodating designs of femoral components are needed that will permit proximal and distal fitting at the femoral canal so that stable fixation may be achieved regardless of variations in bone geometry.

Resumen
In recent literature, attempts have been made to apply Independent Component Analysis (ICA) techniques to the modal identification problem. Paramount to this task is establishing a relationship between the source components realized using the suggested ICA technique and modal responses. In this paper, the relationship between independent components and free-vibration modal responses is discussed. Theoretical arguments are presented for responses of undamped systems and arguments are extended to damped responses.

Resumen
The capacity to maintain stability in a system relies on the components which make up the system. This study explores the relationship between component-level resilience and system-level resilience with the aim of identifying policies which foster system-level resilience in situations where existing incentives might undermine it. We use an abstract model of interacting specialized resource users and producers which can be parameterized to represent specific real systems. We want to understand how features, such as stockpiles, influence system versus component resilience. Systems are subject to perturbations of varying intensity and frequency. For our study, we create a simplified economy in which an inventory carrying cost is imposed to incentivize smaller inventories and examine how components with varying inventory levels compete in environments subject to periods of resource scarcity. The results show that policies requiring larger inventories foster higher component-level resilience but do not foster higher system-level resilience. Inventory carrying costs reduce production efficiency as inventory sizes increase. JIT inventory strategies improve production efficiency but do not afford any buffer against future uncertainty of resource availability.

Resumen
ABSTRACTMoral obligation, reciprocity, and affection contribute to the development of strong interpersonal relationships. An indigenous notion in Chinese culture, jiangyiqi, captures these three component principles of strong relationship development in one concept.Jiangyiqihas been held anecdotally as a common code of conduct for building strong, trustworthy relationships in China. We explore the possible integration of these three components of interpersonal relationships in Chinese society in our introduction of the construct ofjiangyiqi, based upon Confucian ethics and the circles of relationships delineated in past literature on Chinese societies. Drawing from social exchange theory as well as the perspective of reciprocal altruism in evolutionary biology, we propose thatjiangyiqimakes an individual a good candidate for developing strong non-kin relationships. We discuss the managerial implications ofjiangyiqifor relationship building in a Chinese cultural context.

Resumen
Because of the complexity of the components in Traditional Chinese Medicine formula (TCM formula), it is still a challenge to identify its effective components, to elucidate the mechanism of the components, and to discover the relationship between components and therapy objectives. In this paper, a method called directed TCM grammar systems (dTGS) for effective component identification was proposed using entity grammar systems (EGS) as the theoretical framework. The component-disease relationship of a TCM formula (i.e., Bai-Hu decoction plus Wasting-Thirsting formula, BHDWT) and one disease (i.e., type 2 diabetes mellitus) treated with it was studied, and the effective component groups (ECGs) were identified. 19 compounds were found acting on 20 proteins in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2D) disease network, and 15 compounds were determined as the candidate effective components. Results indicated that this method can be used to identify the effective components and provide an innovative way to elucidate the molecular mechanism of TCM formulas.

Resumen
High somatic cell count (SCC) affects milk quality and cheesemaking, resulting in a reduction in cheese yield and quality. In dairy cows, quarter milk samples with >200000 cells/ml are considered to have subclinical mastitis, while there is much uncertainty on the corresponding levels of SCC in buffalo milk. In this study 30 lactating water buffaloes were selected and SCC, differential somatic cell counts and several whey components were tested in quarter milk samples to assess the relationship between inflammation markers and milk quality. Overall 236 quarter milk samples were considered. To evaluate the relationship between cellular markers (SCC, polymorphonuclear leucocytes, PMN, and N-Acetyl-β-glucosaminidase, NAGase) and other milk components, three classes were defined (low, medium and high). Analysis of milk yield showed a significant reduction in the high class of each of the three markers chosen. Overall, the highest class was characterized by significant changes in milk composition and a lower milk quality. The presence of an inflammatory status of the udder was frequent after the first trimester of lactation and in buffaloes with two or more parturitions. This study showed that significant changes in milk components can be observed when SCC are >400000 cells/ml, PMN are >50% and NAGase is >100 units. These thresholds could be suggested as levels to define udder health status in buffalo cows.

Resumen
One of the objectives of this paper was to determine relationship between grain yield and yield components, in S1 and HS progenies of one early synthetic maize population. Grain yield was in high significant, medium strong and strong association with all studied yield components, in both populations. The strongest correlation was recorded between grain yield and 1000-kernel weight (S1 progenies rg = 0.684; HS progenies rg = 0.633). Between other studied traits, the highest values of genotypic coefficient of correlations were found between 1000-kernel weight and kernel depth in S1 population, and 1000-kernel weight and ear length in HS population. Also, objective of this research was founding the direct and indirect effects of yield components on grain yield. Desirable, high significant influence on grain yield, in path coefficient analysis, was found for 1000-kernel weight and kernel row number, and in S1 and HS progenies, and for ear length in population of S1 progenies. Kernel depth has undesirable direct effect on grain yield, in both populations.
