Abstract – This study aimed to examine the contribution of religiostiy toward marital satisfaction of parents whose child has Down syndrome in Jakarta and Tangerang. The sample of this research consisted of 54 individuals. The Four Basic Dimensions of Religiousness Scale was used to measure the religiosity, while Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS) was used to measure the marital satisfaction. Findings indicated that religiosity is not significantly associated with marital satisfaction. However, the result indicated a significant contribution of Believing dimension of religiosity toward marital satisfaction (10.7%) of parents who had a child with Down syndrome.Abstrak — Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh religiositas terhadap kepuasan pernikahan pada orangtua yang memiliki anak dengan Down syndrome di Jakarta dan Tangerang. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri atas 54 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengukur religiositas adalah The Four Basic Dimensions of Religiousness Scale dan Relationship Assessment Scale (RAS) untuk mengukur kepuasan pernikahan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara religiositas dan kepuasan pernikahan. Akan tetapi, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dimensi believing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan (10.7%) terhadap kepuasan pernikahan orangtua yang memiliki anak dengan Down syndrome.

AbstrakReligiositas menjadi tema yang sangat penting dalam puisi. Tema ini berkelindan mewujud bahasa figuratif dalam berbagai tataran, baik itu kata, frasa, kalimat, larik, bait, dan tipografi. Bahasa figuratif berjenis metafora menjadi bahasa yang paling banyak digunakan dalam puisi. Artikel ini bertujuan memaparkan penggunaan metafora religiositas pada puisi-puisi Sapardi Djoko Damono. Penggambaran metafora religiositas pada artikel ini diwujudkan dalam diksi “Hawa”, “taman”, dan “cinta”. Ketiganya merepresentasikan nilai-nilai religiositas pada tataran kepercayaan kepada Tuhan. Pembacaan metafora religiositas tersebut memanfaatkan penggunaan teori stilistika dan hermeneutika. Selain itu, pendekatan deskriptif analitik kualitatif diharapkan dapat mengejawantah dan mengelaborasi pemaknaan puisi secara lebih komprehensif. Dengan demikian, pembahasan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemaknaan atas nilai-nilai religiositas yang terdapat dalam puisi-puisi karya Sapardi Djoko Damono. This theme manifests figurative language in various levels, be it words, phrases, sentences, arrays, stanzas, and typography. Metaphorical figurative language became the most widely used language in poetry. This article aims to explain the use of religiosity metaphors in the poems of Sapardi Djoko Damono. The metaphorical depiction of religiosity in this article is embodied in the dictions "Eve", "garden", and "love". All three represent the values of religiosity on the level of belief in God. The reading of the metaphor of religiosity utilizes the use of the theories of stilistics and hermeneutics. In addition, descriptive approaches to qualitative analytics are expected to spell and elaborate the meaning of poetry more comprehensively. The religiosity construction of the human body in Indonesian poemsThe body is an integral part of being human. It is physical as well as spiritual, not only natural but also supernatural. In this regards, proper treatment of the body may indicate the level of one’s religiosity. The purpose of this study was to find the religiosity of the human body in poems written by Indonesian poets. Adopting Küçükcan’s (2005) religiosity dimension framework, we examine the body's religiosity from the following dimensions: belief, practice, and spirituality. Our data were a collection of language units in lines and stanzas taken from poems written by Mashuri and Alek Subairi. They were analyzed using hermeneutic approach. The results show that within the dimension of belief reflected in the poems, the body is considered mortal and religious. Within the practical dimension, the body is used to fulfill economic necessity. It is also used as a means to meet God. Within the dimension of spirituality, the body channels God’s presence in various forms: love, caringness, and warmth. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan religiositas tubuh pada puisi-puisi karya penyair Indonesia. Religiositas tubuh dikaji dari segi dimensi keyakinan, praktik, dan spiritualitas dengan memakai teori dimensi religiositas yang dikembangkan oleh Küçükcan (2005). Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang berupa satuan bahasa dalam larik dan bait yang terdapat pada puisi Mashuri dan Alek Subairi. Data lalu dianalisis secara hermeneutik. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dalam dimensi keyakinan yang terdapat dalam puisi, tubuh dipandang fana dan religius. Dalam dimensi praktik, tubuh dipakai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ekonomi dan juga sebagai sarana pertemuan dengan Tuhan. Dalam dimensi spiritualitas, tubuh menjadi sarana kehadiran Tuhan dalam aneka rupa: cinta, kepedulian, dan kehangatan. This research focuses on analyzing the content of poems relevant to religiosity. The data source used is a collection of poems entitled Lamar by Sobih Adnan. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods and data collection techniques with recording methods. The study aimed to describe each verse that contained religiosity values in poems with different titles. The value of religiosity in poetry is indicated in the selection of diction of a natureurrender to God, glorifying all His creation, gratitude, and tafakur. Religiosity is a servant's devotion or action to the religion he embraces and is demonstrated through a form of piety. Religiosity is not only displayed through daily worship but can be channeled also by an array of poems that are obedience to God. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis isi puisi yang relevan dengan religiositas. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu kumpulan puisi yang berjudul Lamar karya Sobih Adnan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode pencatatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan setiap bait yang mengandung nilai religiositas pada puisi dengan judul berbeda. Nilai religiositas dalam puisi ditunjukkan pada pemilihan diksi yang bersifat penyerahan diri kepada Tuhan, mengagungkan segala ciptaan-Nya, rasa syukur, dan tafakur. Religiositas merupakan suatu pengabdian atau tindakan seorang hamba terhadap agama yang dianutnya, dan ditunjukkan melalui bentuk kesalehan. Religiositas ini tidak hanya ditampilkan melalui ibadah sehari-hari, namun bisa disalurkan juga dengan larik-larik puisi yang berdiksi ketaatan terhadap Tuhan.

ABSTRACT Work is a form of endeavor in living life. Individuals who have a good level of faith believe that work is a mandate that must be carried out properly and with full responsibility. The librarian’s behavior at work reflects the maturity level of the religion he adheres to. The relationship between religiosity and performance can be from the activities of librarians at work. The purpose of this study was to determine whether individual religiosity influences the performance of a librarian university in West Sumatera. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The measurement of religiosity uses five dimensions of religiosity: a dimension of religious belief, religious practice, religious feeling, religious impact, and religious knowledge. Data collection was carried out using field observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study are librarians’ universities in West Sumatera. The results from this study show there are three dimensions of religiosity that affect the performance of librarians including dimensions of religious belief, religious feeling, and religious effects. Meanwhile, the two dimensions of religiosity that do not have a positive effect on librarian performance are dimensions of religious practice and religious knowledge. Thus, it can be concluded that religiosity affects the performance of librarians. ABSTRAK Bekerja merupakan salah satu bentuk ikhtiar dalam menjalani kehidupan. Individu dengan tingkat religius yang baik meyakini sebuah pekerjaan adalah amanah yang harus dijalankan dengan baik dan penuh tanggung jawab. Perilaku pustakawan dalam bekerja mencerminkan tingkat kematangan agama yang dipahaminya. Hubungan religiositas dengan kinerja dapat dilihat dari aktivitas pustakawan dalam bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apakah religiositas individu berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pustakawan perguruan tinggi di Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengukuran religiositas menggunakan lima dimensi religiositas yaitu, dimensi religious belief, religious practice, religious feeling, religious effect, dan religious knowledge. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pustakawan yang bekerja pada perpustakaan perguruan tinggi di Sumatera Barat. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat tiga dimensi religiositas yang mempengaruhi kinerja pustakawan, yaitu: dimensi religious belief, religious feeling, dan religious effect. Sementara itu, dua dimensi religiositas yang tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pustakawan adalah dimensi religiousitas practice dan dimensi religious knowledge. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa religiositas mempengaruhi kinerja pustakawan.

ABSTRAK: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat religiositas dan kinerja karyawa bank syariah x; pengaruh religiositas karyawan erhadap kierjanya. Lebih lanjut penelitian ini juga melihat bagaiamana manajer meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan bank syariah X yang ada dikantor pusat. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi kualitaif dan kuantitaif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari wawancara dan juga data sekunder. Dalam menganalisis data kuantitatif menggunakan regression test, sedangkan untuk yang kualitatif menggunakan induktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah; tingkat religiositas bank syariah X berada pada level yang bagus dan juga tingkat kinerja karyawan; tingkat religiositas berpengaruh sebesar 33,8 % terhadap kinerja karyawan dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh factor yang lain.Kata kunci: Religiositas, kinerja karyawan, Bank syariah, dan regresi.ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research is to test : (1) how the religiosity rate and workers performance in x syariah bank; (2) the influence of religiosity rate to workers performance. furthermore, this research will looking for the way how to increase workers performance. The object of this research is the workers of x syariah bank at the head office. The method of this research is the combination between quantitative and qualitative method. Using two types of data, the primer data (questionnaire, interview and observation) and the secondary data (documentation and literature). In quantitative analysis Regression test is used. Whereas for qualitative analysis, using inductive method. The result of this study show that: (1) the religiosity rate of x syariah bank workers is relatively at very religious level, Workers performance rate also relatively at very good level; (2) that there is a significant influence 33,8% between religiosity rate to performance. Whereas 66,2% performance influenced by other aspect such as culture and job environment, leadership from top management, job motivation, job satisfaction, and others.Keywords: Religiosity, performance, Islamic bank, Regression

This study explored religiosity's impact on mental health stigma among 451 adults of various religions in Malaysia using quantitative methods. Participants, including Muslims, Buddhists, Hindus, and Christians, completed the Centrality of Religiosity and Perceived Devaluation-Discrimination scales via an online Google form. Findings indicated high religiosity and moderate mental health stigma levels overall. Pearson correlations showed no significant relationship between religiosity and stigma across all groups. However, Buddhists demonstrated a small to moderate correlation (r = 0.27, p < 0.05) between Public Practice of religiosity and stigma, while Hindus showed a similar effect (r = 0.24, p < 0.05) with Experience of religiosity. One-way ANOVA revealed no stigma differences between religious groups. Addressing mental health stigma is crucial, given its impact on help-seeking behaviors. Future research should focus on fostering inclusive attitudes towards mental illness while respecting religious beliefs.

Abstract
 This article discusses the findings of a study that measures the level of religiosity of students who participated in a tauhidic science education program for six months. The study aims to gauge the worldview and personality of students after being exposed with science education interdisciplinary with Islamic religious education. This study employs the set of Muslim Religiosity Personality Index (MRPI). Based on the findings of this study, this group of students has a moderate level of Islamic Worldview, but high Religious Personality. The findings of this study provide information about the religious experience among students based on the program in which they have enrolled.

 Abstrak
 Artikel ini membincangkan dapatan kajian yang mengukur tahap religiositi murid yang mengikuti program pendidikan Sains secara tauhidik selama enam bulan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memahami tahap pandangan hidup dan personaliti murid yang mengikuti pendidikan Sains secara inter disiplin dengan pendidikan agama Islam. Kajian ini menggunakan set Muslim Religiosity Personality Index (MRPI). Berdasarkan dapatan kajian, kumpulan murid ini mempunyai tahap Islamic Worldview yang sederhana, namun Religious Personality yang tinggi. Dapatan kajian ini memberikan maklumat tentang pengalaman beragama dalam kalangan murid dan berkenaan program yang telah dijalankan.

Bersikap religius intinya adalah berserah diri pada kekuatan yang lebih besar untuk mencapai kebahagiaan yang sifatnya pribadi. Berbicara mengenai religiositas tidak selalu harus dikaitkan dengan agama tertentu. Namun, melalui nilainilai yang diajarkan masingmasing agama akan terefleksikan nilainilai kemanusiaan yang universal yakni cinta, kasih sayang, dan misteri hidup. Aspek religiositas yang universal itulah yang dijadikan inti pembahasan tulisan ini melalui kajian interteks dua karya EricEmmanuel Schmitt: Monsieur Ibrahim and the Flowers of the Koran dan Oscar and the Lady in Pink.
 
 Abstract: 
 The theme of religiosity is something that commonly appears in literature, given its proximity to the problems of philosophy. Being religious is essentially surrender to a greater power to achieve happiness which is private in nature. To speak about religiosity is not necessarily associated with any particular religion. But through the values that are taught in each religion, the values of humanity, that is universal love, compassion, and the mystery of life, will be reflected. It is the universal aspect of religiosity that will be the core of the discussion of this paper through intertextual study of two works of EricEmmanuel Schmitt: Monsieur Ibrahim and the Flowers of the Koran and Oscar and the Lady in Pink.

This opinion piece delves into the nexus between religiosity and nursing practice, emphasizing the need for empirical inquiry to elucidate its role in shaping care dynamics. Drawing upon existing literature, it describes religiosity's multifaceted influence on nursing behaviours and decision-making in EOLC settings. The piece advocates for research efforts aimed at understanding its impact on care quality and equity. By fostering a deeper comprehension of how religiosity interacts with nursing practice, healthcare systems can strive towards delivering more personalized, equitable, and dignified EOLC experiences for patients and families.

Religiositas berperan penting dalam kehidupan seseorang, atas pilihan yang dibuatnya, dan apa yang dikonsumi mereka. Religiositas yang tinggi menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam pembentukan sikap dan perilaku konsumen, serta dapat menjadi pengaruh dalam kehidupannya. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiositas terhadap motivasi boikot pada produk yang diduga terafiliasi dengan Israel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah sebanyak 150 responden berusia 18 – 40 tahun. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan non probability sampling berupa accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel religiositas adalah Religiousity Commitment Inventory – 10 yang dikembangkan oleh Worthington et al tahun 2003 dan alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel motivasi boikot adalah Boycott Motivation Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Klein tahun 2004. Berdasarkan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas yang telah dilakukan pada variabel religiositas diperoleh nilai rhitung > rtabel maka dinyatakan valid dan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0.785 > 0.6. Pada variabel motivasi boikot diperoleh nilai rhitung > rtabe maka dinyatakan valid dan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0.908 > 0.6. Dengan demikian bahwa instrumen dari kedua variabel pada penelitian ini dinyatakan reliabel. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara religiositas terhadap motivasi boikot dengan nilai signifikansi 0.005 p < 0.05. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi religiositas individu maka semakin tinggi pula motivasinya untuk melakukan boikot. Religiosity plays an important role in a person's life, the choices they make, and what they consume. High religiosity is an important factor in shaping consumer attitudes and behaviour, and can be an influence in their lives. So this study aims to determine the effect of religiosity on boycott motivation on products suspected of being affiliated with Israel. This research uses a quantitative approach. In this study, researchers used simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The sample in this study amounted to 150 respondents aged 18-40 years. The sampling technique was carried out using a non-probability sampling approach in the form of accidental sampling. The research instrument used to measure religiosity variables is the Religiousity Commitment Inventory - 10 developed by Worthington et al in 2003 and the measuring instrument used to measure boycott motivation variables is the Boycott Motivation Scale developed by Klein in 2004. Based on the validity test and reliability test that has been carried out on the religiosity variable, the rcount> rtable value is valid and the Cronbach's Alpha value is 0.785> 0.6. On the boycott motivation variable, the rcount> rtabe value is obtained, it is declared valid and the Cronbach's Alpha value is 0.908> 0.6. Thus, the instruments of the two variables in this study were declared reliable. The results of simple regression analysis show that there is a positive influence between religiosity on boycott motivation with a significance value of 0.005 p < 0.05. So, it can be concluded that the higher the religiosity of the individual, the higher the motivation to boycott.

We modelled the effects of sociodemographic variables, anxiety, depressive symptoms, and religiosity measures, delusions on hallucinations severity and distress/impact in the past week, using structural equation modelling.ResultsDirect-effects models supported ENORG religiosity's protective role against experiencing distress or negative impact on daily function from hallucinations. Intrinsic religiosity had positive indirect-effects on hallucinations distress/impact through depression, anxiety, and through EORG but negative (suppression) indirect-effects on hallucinations distress/impact through ENORG. Younger and married from lower socio-economic class participants had comparatively more severe hallucinations and more distress from them.ConclusionWe present evidence of differential associations between the religiosity types, socioeconomic and cultural groups, and past week distress/impact of hallucinations.Our data support the importance of alignment between religious education and mental health and well-being education.

Abstract. Countries differ in their religiosity and these differences have been found to moderate numerous psychological effects. The burgeoning research in this area creates a demand for a country-level religiosity index that is comparable across a large number of countries. Here, we offer such an index, which covers 166 countries and rests on representative data from 1,619,300 participants of the Gallup World Poll. Moreover, we validate the novel index, use it to examine temporal change in worldwide religiosity over the last decade, and present a comprehensive analysis of country-level religiosity’s nomological network. The main results are as follows. First, the index was found to be a valid index of global religiosity. Second, country-level religiosity modestly increased between 2006 and 2011 and modestly decreased between 2011 and 2017 – demonstrating a curvilinear pattern. Finally, nomological network analysis revealed three things: it buttressed past evidence that religious countries are economically less developed; it clarified inconsistencies in the literature on the health status of inhabitants from religious countries, suggesting that their psychological and physical health tends to be particularly good once economic development is accounted for; and finally, it shed initial light on the associations between country-level religiosity and various psychological dimensions of culture (i.e., Hofstede’s cultural dimensions and country-level Big Five traits). These associations revealed that religious countries are primarily characterized by high levels of communion (i.e., collectivism and agreeableness). We are optimistic that the newly presented country-level religiosity index can satisfy the fast-growing demand for an accurate and comprehensive global religiosity index.

Abstract. The religiosity of students on campus tends to decrease during their education on campus because of the secularization of knowledge on campus. Thus, the role of the campus is very important in increasing student’s religiosity. The religiosity of students can be influenced by the campus by developing religious courses such as Islamic Religious Education and also through scientific courses that are widely studied in religious contexts. The problem is the extent to which the ability of scientific lecturers to study religious knowledge in the context of science which is taught in the course. This research uses narrative and explanatory analysis. The result of this research is that there is no curriculum that has been studied in detail and comprehensively in public universities in the world so that religiosity becomes the core basis for the preparation.Abstrak. Religiositas mahasiswa di kampus cenderung mengalami penurunan selama menjalani pendidikan di kampus karena sekulerisasi keilmuan yang diajrkan di kampus. Peran kampus dengan demikian sangat penting dalam meningkatkan religiositas mahasiswa. Religisositas mahasiswa bisa dipengaruhi oleh kampus dengan cara mengembangkan mata kuliah keagamaan seperti Pendidikan Agama Islam dan juga bisa melalui mata kuliah keilmuan yang banyak mengkaji keilmuan itu dalam konteks keagamaan. Problermnya adalah sejauhmana kemampuan dosen dalam mengkaji ilmu agama dalam konteks keilmuan yang diajarkannya dalam mata kuliah. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis naratif dan eksplanatori. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa belum ada kurikulum yang dikaji secara detail dan komprehensif pada universitas umum di dunia ini agar religiositas menjadi dasar inti dalam penyusunan tersebut.

Metode ini berusaha mendeskripsikan sejumlah masalah religiositas dalam novel Nadzar-Nadzar Jiwa karya Budi Sulistyo En-Nafi.Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Nadzar-Nadzar Jiwa karya Budi Sulistyo En-Nafi yang diterbitkan pada tahun 2009. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan dapat diperoleh hasil penelitian, yaitu sikap religiositas tokoh utama yang digambarkan berupa hubungan tokoh utama dengan Tuhan, hubungan tokoh utama dengan sesama manusia, dan hubungan tokoh utama dengan hakikat hidup. The method is as considered suitable to the problem and the aim of the study. This method attempts to describe a number of religiosity problems in Budi Sulistyo En-Nafi’s Nadzar-Nadzar Jiwa. The data source of this study is Budi Sulistyo En-Nafi’s novel “Nadzar- Nadzar Jiwa” published in 2009.The result of the analysis reveals that the attitudes of main character’s religiosity were depicted in the form of God’s relationship with the main character, the relationship of main character with fellow human beings, and the relationship of main character with the essence of life. Based on the findings, it is concluded that Budi Sulistyo En-Nafi’s Nadzar- Nadzar Jiwa contains the story of Anas’ life struggle, as the main character, in his expectation to succeed in life.

This study investigated the social dynamics that underlie the negative association between religiosity and cigarette use among U.S. adolescents. Using data from the 2007 National Survey on Drug Use and Health, the authors used a theory-based conceptual model (vicarious learning networks [VLN]) to examine the role that key reference group norms play in the religiosity—smoking relationship. This relationship is partially mediated by parents’ and close friends’ perceived disapproval for smoking. However, religiosity maintains a strong negative association with smoking. Consistent with the VLN model, cigarette use varied substantively based on reference group normative configurations. To the extent that the protective effects of religiosity arise from its influence in structuring the social milieu, some of religiosity’s benefits could potentially be leveraged through interventions that promote healthy norms among reference groups within the social network. The VLN model may be a useful tool for conceptualizing the transmission of health behavior through social learning processes.

Abstract. This study aims to explore the level of religiosity among Muslim smokers aged 18-29 in Bandung City. Using a descriptive research approach, the study gathers data primarily through surveys. A total of 100 respondents were chosen via convenience sampling from the population of Muslim smokers in Bandung City. The research instrument is a questionnaire that includes a religiosity scale tailored to smoking behavior, as developed by Hanifah & Hamdan (2019). Data analysis was carried out using Spearman’s correlation test to assess the strength of the relationship between the studied variables. The findings emphasize the role of religiosity in reducing internal conflicts faced by young Muslim smokers in Bandung City. Abstrak. The study aims to define the impact of knowledge on religiosity and interest inusing Islamic banking products (studi on Muhammadiyah administrators inGorontalo Province). The population in this study were all Muhammadiyahadministrators in Gorontalo Province, totaling 1003 people. Therefore, thesample in this study was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques employedobservation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniquesused the SEM technique with the help of the SPSS AMOS 23,0 application.The results revealed that (1) knowledge had a positive and ignificant effect onreligiosity, (2) knowledge had a positive and significant effect on interest in usingIslamic banking products, and (3) religiosity positively and significantly affectedinterest in using Islamic banking products. Meanwhile, for the indirect effect,knowledge has a positive and significant effect on interest through religiosity as anintervening variable in Gorontalo Province. The implication of this rescarch areexpected to add perspicuity for practitioners and student in general, includingbanking, so it evolves into a benchmark and can expand sharia-based banks inthe province of Gorontalo.  Adolescents who live in the orphanage usually don’t live with their own family for a variety of reasons. Separation and disappointment with the family often make them hard to show gratitude. Previous studies show that there is a correlation between religiosity and gratitude. But even when they were educated in Christian orphanage that has a routine religious activity, many are found has a hard time to show his or her gratitude. By this research, author wanted to find out the influence of religiosity to gratitude, also the influence of each dimension of religiosity to gratitude. This study used The Four Basic Dimensions of Religiousness Scale and Gratitude Questionnaire – 6 Item Form. The participants of this study are 88 Christian adolescents who live at Christian orphanage, which are 11-20 years old. The result of this study shows that there is a significant influence of religiosity to gratitude (R2= .176, p= .003), with the most significant influence of religiosity’s dimension is behaving (B= .302, p= .019).

Abstract
 Morality in the campus environment tells about the lives of students which talks about the actions and behavior of students from Christian education backgrounds—problems about my actions and behavior that can still do things that violate morality. Students can apply a moral life on campus and in the community. First, this study aims to determine the level of religiosity among students of the Kupang State Christian Institute for the 2019 Christian Religious Education study program. Second, the level of morality in the students of the Kupang State Christian Institute for the Study of Christian Religious Education, class 2019. The third is to prove the relationship between religiosity and morality in students. Kupang State Christian Institute, Class of 2019. This study uses a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the research analysis proves that the level of student religiosity is very high. The percentage level of student morality is high. The correlation test results show a significant relationship between religiosity and the morality of students at the Kupang State Christian Institute, Christian Religious Education Study Program.

 Moralitas dilingkungan kampus yang bercerita tentang kehidupan para mahasiswa yang didalamnya berbicara tentang perbuatan dan tingkah laku/ahklak para mahasiswa yang berlatar belakang mahasiswa pendidikan Kristen. Masalah tentang perbuatan dan tingkalaku yang masih kedapat melakukan perbuatan yang melanggar moralitas. Mahasiswa mampu menerapkan kehidupan yang bermoral di lingkungan kampus maupun di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiositas dengan moralitas, berdasarkan studi kasus pada mahasiswa Institut Agama Kristen Negeri Kupang, Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen angkatan 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian membuktikan tingkat religiositas mahasiswa sangat tinggi. Persentase tingkat moralitas mahasiswa tinggi. Dari hasil uji korelasi terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara religiositas dengan moralitas mahasiswa Institut Agama Kristen Negeri Kupang, Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen.

This article examines religiosity among a sample of Jews living in Windsor-Essex County. This study uses three indicators to measure religiosity, including belief in G-d, prayer routine, and the Sabbath. The researcher interviewed fifty members of this community with an age rage between their early twenties to late eighties. The results show that the community has a somewhat moderate belief in G-d but does not pray or honour the Sabbath at comparable levels. To account for this diminished religiosity, Pippa Norris and Ronald Inglehart’s existential security theory will be applied. The article concludes that given the high degree of existential security derived from the sample’s high education level, there is little personal need to adhere to the major tenets of Judaism.
 
 Cet article examine la religiosité parmi un échantillon de Juifs vivant dans le comté de Windsor-Essex. Cette étude se base sur trois indicateurs pour mesurer la religiosité, notamment la croyance en Dieu, la routine de prière et le sabbat. Le chercheur a interrogé cinquante membres de cette communauté dont l’âge varie entre 20 et 80 ans. Les résultats démontrent que la communauté a une croyance assez modérée en Dieu, mais ne prie pas ou n’honore pas le sabbat à des niveaux comparables. Pour rendre compte de cette religiosité diminuée, la théorie de la sécurité existentielle de Pippa Norris et Ronald Inglehart sera appliquée. L’article conclut qu’étant donné le haut degré de sécurité existentielle découlant du haut niveau d’éducation de l’échantillon, il n’est guère nécessaire, sur le plan personnel, d’adhérer aux grands principes du judaïsme.

Organizational culture, happiness at work, and leadership have been widely studied, yet the complex interactions among these factors and the role of religiosity in employee performance remain poorly understood, especially in the context of Islamic banking. This study investigates these relationships and their impact on the employee performance of Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) in the Palu Branch, with religiosity as the moderating variable. Data were collected using closed questionnaires from all employees at the branch and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that organizational culture and happiness at work significantly enhance employee performance, while leadership does not have a significant impact. Notably, religiosity strengthens the positive effect of organizational culture on employee performance, indicating that religious values can deepen employee commitment and productivity by providing greater meaning and purpose in their work. The study highlights the importance of incorporating religiosity to foster an inclusive and productive work environment in Islamic banking. Future research with a more comprehensive design and a more diverse sample is recommended to further explore these relationships.========================================================================================================ABSTRAK – Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Perbankan Syariah: Peran Moderasi Religiositas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan tersebut dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) Cabang Palu dengan religiositas sebagai variabel moderasi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan BMI di cabang tersebut yang kemudian dianalisis dengan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kebahagiaan di tempat kerja secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, sementara kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Menariknya, religiositas memperkuat dampak positif budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang mengindikasikan bahwa nilai-nilai keagamaan dapat memperdalam komitmen dan produktivitas karyawan dengan memberikan makna dan tujuan yang lebih besar dalam pekerjaan mereka. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi aspek religiositas untuk membangun lingkungan kerja yang inklusif dan produktif di perbankan syariah. Sebagai bagian dari tanggung jawabnya kepada masyarakat, universitas harus memiliki tata kelola yang baik dan menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan good university governance yang diproksi dengan nilai akreditasi dengan tingkat religiusitas mahasiswa baik religiusitas intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik. Penelitian ini menggunakan 123 sampel dari mahasiswa aktif jurusan Akuntansi yang memiliki akreditasi A dan B. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan tingkat religiusitas berdasarkan tata kelola universitas yang baik. Semakin baik manajemen pendidikan tinggi, semakin tinggi religiositas siswa. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa perguruan tinggi tidak hanya menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki kecerdasan tinggi tetapi juga lulusan yang memiliki religiusitas yang baik.

 Abstract: The University that is trusted by the community should have a moral responsibility on students ethics and behavior who are graduated. As part of its responsibility to the community, universities must have good governance and produce quality graduates. This study aims to examine the relationship of good university governance that is proxied by the value of accreditation with the level of student religiosity both intrinsic and extrinsic religiosity. This study uses 123 samples from active students majoring in Accounting who have accreditation A and B. This research is a quantitative study with purposive sampling as a sampling technique. The results of the study show that there are differences in the level of religiosity based on good university governance. The better management of higher education, the higher the religiosity of students. This research implies that universities should not only produce graduates who have high intelligence but also graduates who have good religiosity.

Audit quality is crucial for ensuring accountability in the public interest, yet it remains vulnerable to fraud. Persistent concerns from regulators and investors about the audit quality in public accounting firms highlight the limitations of conventional standards, which primarily focus on technical and ethical dimensions while often failing to prevent fraud. This study aims to develop a sharia-based audit quality model and analyze its influencing factors, with religiosity serving as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach was adopted to evaluate the research variables, using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method for data analysis. SEM-PLS was chosen for its robust measurement capabilities, its ability to explore structural variables, and its suitability for model fitting. The results reveal that the predictor variables—independence, competence, motivation, and time budget pressure—moderated by religiosity, significantly affect Sharia audit quality. This is evidenced by an R-Square value of 0.873 (87%), indicating a high structural impact. However, only independence demonstrated a significant partial effect on Sharia audit quality. While competence, religiosity, motivation, and time budget pressure influence Sharia audit quality, their structural-level impact is minimal. Additionally, religiosity moderates the relationship between independence and Sharia audit quality. The study recommends enhancing auditor religiosity, which has been shown to positively influence Sharia audit quality.========================================================================================================ABSTRAK – Peningkatan Kualitas Audit dengan Model berbasis Syariah. Kekhawatiran terhadap kualitas audit terus diungkapkan oleh regulator dan investor, terutama karena standar audit konvensional yang hanya berfokus pada aspek teknis dan etika sering kali gagal mencegah fraud. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model kualitas audit berbasis syariah dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, dengan religiositas sebagai variabel moderasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), yang dipilih karena keunggulannya dalam menghasilkan pengukuran yang akurat, mengeksplorasi variabel-variabel struktural, serta kemampuannya memodelkan penelitian dengan tingkat kesesuaian yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel prediktor yaitu independensi, kompetensi, motivasi, dan time budget pressure yang dimoderasi oleh variabel religiositas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas audit syariah. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,873 atau 87%, yang masuk pada efek level struktural tinggi. Secara parsial, hanya variabel independensi yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas audit syariah. Sementara itu, variabel kompetensi, religiusitas, motivasi, dan time budget pressure memiliki pengaruh, namun berada pada level efek struktural rendah terhadap kualitas audit syariah. Pada efek moderasi, variabel religiositas terbukti memoderasi pengaruh independensi terhadap kualitas audit syariah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan religiositas auditor, yang terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif pada kualitas audit syariah.

Religiöse Überzeugungen werden in der internationalen Literatur als effektive Ressource bei der Adaptation an chronische und lebensbedrohliche Erkrankungen diskutiert. Die vorliegende Studie untersucht Zusammenhänge zwischen verschiedenen Dimensionen der Religiosität und der psychischen Befindlichkeit an einer Stichprobe von 151 Gesunden und einer zweiten Stichprobe von 191 Krebspatienten. Grundlage ist die Übersetzung und psychometrische Prüfung englischsprachiger Erhebungsinstrumente, die auch in der Adaptation zufriedenstellende interne Konsistenzen aufweisen. Die faktorielle Struktur der einzelnen Skalen konnte repliziert werden. Aus den Skalen der übersetzten Instrumente wurde faktorenanalytisch ein Kurzinstrument mit den beiden Skalen religiöse Verbundenheit und Lebenszufriedenheit entwickelt. In beiden Stichproben bestehen deutliche Geschlechtsunterschiede in verschiedenen religiösen Dimensionen. Zwischen nach soziodemografischen Variablen parallelisierten gesunden Untersuchungspersonen und Krebspatienten finden sich dagegen keine Unterschiede. Die erwarteten korrelativen Beziehungen zwischen verschiedenen Aspekten der psychischen Befindlichkeit und Religiosität konnten nur vereinzelt nachgewiesen werden. Within the international literature, religious beliefs are discussed as an effective resource for the enhancement of adjustment to chronic and life-threatening illness. The present study investigates relationships between several dimensions of religiosity and mental health. A sample of 151 healthy people as well as a second sample of 191 cancer patients were recruited. English questionnaires were translated into German. The investigation of psychometric properties of the adapted measurements indicate high internal consistencies. The original scales were replicated by factor analysis. A brief instrument religious affiliation and well-being was developed. Within both samples, gender differences were found in several dimensions of religiosity. Comparing matched samples of healthy people and cancer patients, no differences in the dimensions of religiosity with the exception of prayer frequency were found. There only exist very few correlations between dimensions of religiosity and quality of life.

This study aimed to establish the significant influence of religiosity on the credibility of the Bids and Awards Committee of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines. There were 300 respondents in this study chosen through the random sampling technique. Respondents were the members of the Bids and Awards committees, office personnel, suppliers, and bidders of the Civil Aviation of the Philippines, excluding the rest of the aviation employees not involved in the procurement system of CAAP. A non-experimental quantitative design utilized a descriptive correlational technique to gather data. Statistics used in data analysis were the mean and standard deviation, Pearson r, and regression analysis. Results showed a very high level of religiosity and a high level of credibility among the respondents. In addition, the correlation test revealed a significant positive relationship between religiosity and credibility. Furthermore, the regression analysis revealed the overall influence of religiosion to credibility. When regressed individually, it was found that responsibility best predicts credibility.

Special needs assistants’ jobs include assisting the children in their learning process and helping them develop their skills and adapt to the environment. Special needs assistants’ happiness is important for critical tasks. Religiosity is one of the many factors that can strengthen the motivation to do prosocial behavior and increase happiness. The study objective is to test religiosity’s role as a moderation variable. The sample included 100 special needs assistants in Malang were chosen using an accidental sampling technique. We used a quantitative method, and the Prosocialness for Adult Scale (PSA), The PERMA Profiler, and the 4 Basic Dimensions of Religiosity Scale (4 BDRS) were used for measurement. We analyzed the data using Moderated Analysis Regression (MRA). As the descendant of Werner Erhard's 1970s Human Potential group est (Erhard Seminars Training), Landmark Education has continuously denied being a religious organization. Despite ample discourse on the religious nature of the group within popular online and print media, a conspicuous void within academia - particularly within Religious Studies - speaks volumes. Rarely are the boundaries of what constitutes a ‘religion’ expanded in order to explore those groups that, though not understood to be ‘religious’ in a traditional sense, clearly contribute to contemporary 'spiritual' life. And yet, that Landmark Education is perceived as being somehow religious demands deeper analysis. This article highlights the problematics of 'religion' within late Western modernity as illustrated by the contention surrounding the religious status of both Scientology and Transcendental Meditation. A discussion of Landmark Education is offered in light of these issues, along with a dissection of the religio-spiritual dimensions of the organisation and its primary product, the Landmark Forum. Incorporating several eastern spiritual practices, the highly emotional nature of the Landmark Forum’s weekend training is such as to create Durkheimian notions of 'religious effervescence', altering pre-existing belief systems and producing a sense of the sacred collective. Group-specific language contributes to this, whilst simultaneously shrouding Landmark Education in mystery and esotericism. The Forum is replete with stories of miracles, healings, and salvation apposite for a modern western paradigm. Indeed, the sacred pervades the training, manifested in the form of the Self, capable of altering the very nature of the world and representing the 'ultimate concern'.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to define the brand religiosity phenomenon and develop a theoretical process model showing the interrelationships between brand religiosity and other related concepts leading to the formation of a distinct brand sub-culture or community. Design/methodology/approach A large volume of prior literature on consumer–brand relationships has been reviewed to develop the conceptual framework. Findings The framework developed shows several actionable antecedents and desirable marketing outcomes of brand religiosity. The framework also depicts that brand religiosity leads to the creation of social anti-structure by forming a distinct brand community that frees individuals from the regular social structure and motivates them to adopt a distinct brand sub-culture formed. Theoretical contributions and business policy-related implications of brand religiosity are discussed. Originality/value Value of the study lies in conceptualizing brand religiosity and developing an integrative process model centering the concept.

In this essay the author explores the thesis that music is by its nature religious, or rather, that it has qualities that correspond well with what religion, in a broad sense, aspires to be. Four musical qualities are explored: timbre, the tonal system of western music, the time relations within the tonal network, and the non-referential nature of music. These qualities are linked to the definition of ‘the religious’ by John Dewey. The main conclusion is that an analogy can be shown between the musical and the religious experience: both composers and musicians challenge the listeners to explore the hidden religiosity in the performance of music.

Despite the low level of new venture survival particularly during the period of economic crisis, extant studies have not explained much about factors that contribute to entrepreneurial persistence. Therefore, this study aims to explain entrepreneurial persistence by testing the effects of religiosity, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial persistence. This study uses a quantitative approach; using data from 150 entrepreneurs living in some major cities in Indonesia. The data was obtained through an online questionnaire and was analysed by using SmartPLS version 4. Our results show the effects of religiosity, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial persistence. In addition, the results show the role of entrepreneurial passion as a mediating variable in the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and persistence. However, the result does not indicate the role of entrepreneurial passion as a mediating variable in the relationship between religiosity and persistence. Overall, the results suggest the important role of self-efficacy, passion, and religiosity in supporting entrepreneurial persistence.Di tengah rendahnya tingkat keberlangsungan usaha baru terutama pada masa krisis, penelitian selama in belum banyak menjelaskan tentang faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap entrepreneurial persistence atau kegigihan entrepreneur dalam menjalankan usaha. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan entrepreneurial persistence dengan menguji peran religiosity, entrepreneurial self-Efficacy dan entrepreneurial passion. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data yang didapat dari 150 pengusaha di berbagai kota di Indonesia. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui sebuah survey online dan diolah dengan menggunakan Smart PLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa religiosity, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, dan entrepreneurial passion memiliki pengaruh terhadap entrepreneurial persistence. This study aims to describe several dimensions of religiosity in Habbiburrahman El Shirazy's novel Pudarnya Pesona Cleopatra. In addition, it is also to illustrate the relevance of literary works as teaching materials in literature learning at the high school level. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative method with content analysis techniques. The results of this study found 18 dimensions of religiosity, including 3 dimensions of belief data, 3 dimensions of worship data, 5 dimensions of experience data, 4 dimensions of religious knowledge, and 3 data dimensions of effects. The data is relevant to Indonesian literature learning related to basic competencies to find elements and features of novel language in high school level. Thus, this novel can be used as teaching material. Keywords: dimensions of religiosity, novel, learning  Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan beberapa dimensi religiositas dalam novel Pudarnya Pesona Cleopatra karya Habbiburrahman El Shirazy. Selain itu juga untuk menggambarkan relevansi karya sastra sebagai bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran sastra di tingkat sekolah menengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini ialah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi. The purpose of this study was to examine and determine the effect of service quality, accountability and religiosity on muzakki loyalty with trust as an intervening variable at the Amil Zakat Institution in Magelang City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with primary data, namely by collecting questionnaires (questionnaires). With a convenience sampling technique with a number of 100 respondents became the sample in this study. Furthermore, SPSS 25 application is used for data processing. Simultaneously service quality, accountability and religiosi have a positive and significant effect on muzakki loyalty. The results showed that partially service quality had a significant effect on muzakki loyalty. Accountability has no significant effect on muzakki loyalty. Religiosity has a significant effect on muzakki loyalty. Service quality has no effect on muzakki loyalty with trust as an intervening variable. <p><em>Abstract — A lot of individuals have lived their lives with a strong attachment towards religion; however some of them still have a high aggressive behavior. This phenomenon is also evident in the youth communities within the church. The core teaching of the Christianity is love, in which love is supposed to inhibit individuals to initiate aggressive behavior. This study aims to explore the correlation between religiosity, which has two components (intrinsic religiosity orientation and extrinsic religiosity orientation), towards aggressive behavior in youth communities within the church. This study used quantitative method. To obtain and collect the data, we used the aid of questionnaire distributed through purposive technique towards 87 subjects. The instruments included the Verbal Aggressive Scale for the aggressive behavior, the I/E-R Scales to measure religious orientation, and Faith Development Scale to measure the development of faith in each individual. The result of this research pointed out that there is no significant correlation between intrinsic religious orientation and aggressive behavior and that is a positive correlation between extrinsic religious orientation and aggressive behavior.</em><br /><br />Abstrak — Banyak individu yang memiliki hidup dengan keterkaitan yang erat dengan agama, namun di sisi lain perilaku agresivitas mereka tetap tinggi. Fenomena ini juga terjadi dalam komunitas pemuda gereja. Inti dari ajaran agama Kristen adalah kasih, di mana idealnya kasih tersebut menahan individu untuk tidak melakukan perilaku agresif. Untuk menjelaskan fenomena ini, dilakukan penelitian mengenai hubungan antara religiositas, yang di dalamnya terdiri dari orientasi religiositas intrinsik dan ekstrinsik, dengan agresivitas pada pemuda gereja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner di mana sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling kepada 87 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Verbal Aggressiveness Scale untuk mengukur agresivitas, I/E-R Scales untuk mengukur orientasi religiositas, dan Faith Developmental Scale untuk mengukur perkembangan iman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya korelasi yang signifikan antara religiositas intrinsik dengan agresivitas, namun terdapatnya korelasi positif antara religiositas ekstrinsik dengan agresivitas.</p>

Information on the absence of basic immunization due to religious reasons and the general overview of immunization coverage among religious believers in Indonesia is still limited. This study aims to examine the relationship between parental religiosity and basic immunization status on children because there are still many children who are not fully immunized in Indonesia. This study used cross-sectional data of the Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) 2007 and 2014 with the unit of analysis for families having children aged 1-5 years. Our estimations using ordered logistic regression confirm that there is a relationship between religiosity on the parents' decision to perform basic immunization on their children. The differences in religiosity patterns in 2007 and 2014 illustrate changes in individual religious behavior towards the basic immunization program. These changes occur through religious social support.

 Informasi tidak dilakukannya imunisasi dasar karena alasan agama masih terbatas dan gambaran cakupan imunisasi di antara pemeluk agama di Indonesia secara aktual belum dapat diketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara religiositas orang tua dengan status imunisasi dasar pada anak dikarenakan masih banyaknya anak yang tidak diberikan imunisasi secara lengkap di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan sumber data Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) Tahun 2007 dan 2014 dengan unit analisis keluarga yang memiliki anak usia 1-5 tahun dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi ordered logistic. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara religiositas terhadap keputusan orang tua untuk melakukan imunisasi dasar pada anaknya. Perbedaan pola religiositas tahun 2007 dan 2014 menggambarkan adanya perubahan perilaku beragama individu terhadap program imunisasi dasar. Perubahan tersebut dapat terjadi melalui dukungan sosial keagamaan.

The study included 181 participants who were members of popular religious groups in Vietnam, including Buddhism, Christianity, and Caodaism. The participants' ages ranged from 16 to 35 years old. Participants in the study completed measures of intrinsic religiosity (IR), attitude towards abortion (AAS), and premarital sexual permissiveness (PSP). The findings reveal differences in these among individuals with different genders and relationship statuses. The findings also indicate that individuals with high levels of intrinsic religiosity exhibit a more pro-life attitude toward abortion. Furthermore, a positive correlation between premarital sexual permissiveness and attitudes towards abortion was also found. Religiosity's influence on abortion attitudes and premarital sexual permissiveness necessitates further investigation due to its widespread appeal.

Subjective well-being (SWB) is often associated with increased productivity, creativity, innovation, and improved social relationships, all of which play a significant role in supporting a country's development. This research was carried out to examine SWB from an Islamic perspective. It also evaluated the importance of religiosity, trust, and altruism to SWB. The library research method was used in this research with data collected from journal articles, books, and the Qur’an. First, journal articles on the topic of SWB from an Islamic perspective were searched. Second, the Qur’an was examined to determine the references to the roles of religiosity, trust, and altruism. Third, the publications on the impact of religiosity, trust, and altruism were reviewed. The topic of SWB, from an Islamic perspective, is associated with happiness, as represented by the terms al-falah and al sa’adah. The implications are for individuals, educators, families, and governments to increase SWB through the enhancement of important indicators. The research strengthens empirical evidence on the positive impact of religiosity, trust, and altruism on SWB. It also proved that Islamic teachings on muamalat (social relations) are universal and provided benefits to non-Muslims. Individu dengan kesejahteraan subjektif (subjective well-being/SWB) yang baik akan lebih produktif, kreatif, inovatif, dan memiliki hubungan sosial yang baik. Hal tersebut merupakan aspek penting dalam pembangunan suatu negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis SWB dari perspektif Islam serta bagaimana peran religiositas, kepercayaan, dan altruisme terhadap SWB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan data berasal dari artikel jurnal, buku, dan al-Qur’an. Pertama, artikel jurnal dengan topik SWB dalam perspektif Islam dibahas. Kedua, peran religiositas, kepercayaan dan altruisme dicari di dalam al-Qur’an. Ketiga, artikel jurnal terkait bukti empiris ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap SWB juga dibahas. Topik tentang SWB dalam perspektif Islam dihubungkan dengan kebahagiaan khususnya dengan istilah al-sa’adah dan al-falah. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk individu, pendidik, keluarga, dan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan SWB melalui tiga variabel yang dibahas di sini. Penelitian ini menguatkan penelitian empiris bahwa ada peran positif dari religiositas, kepercayaan terhadap orang lain, dan sifat altruisme dalam meningkatkan kebahagiaan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan bukti bahwa ajaran Islam dalam muamalat (hubungan sosial) bersifat universal dan memberikan manfaat pada manusia bahkan untuk yang tidak beragama Islam.

In the context of diversity, the Dayak community engages in interfaith encounters based on the philosophy of Huma Betang. Referring to this, this paper analyzes the religiosity of the Dayak community in interfaith contexts based on the Huma Betang philosophy and constructs a model of interfaith dialogue rooted in local wisdom in Central Kalimantan. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and a descriptive-analytical type. The research findings reveal that the Huma Betang philosophy plays a significant role for the Dayak community. It serves as the foundation for social-religious practices that emphasize humanity and hospitality, which shape the religiosity of the Dayak people in Central Kalimantan. In this case, religiosity based on the Huma Betang philosophy fosters humanistic dialogue. The Dayak community practices this humanistic dialogue in both formal and non-formal spaces, grounded in values of humanity and harmony. Thus, the humanistic dialogue model based on Huma Betang plays a crucial role in maintaining interfaith harmony. Dalam konteks keberagaman, masyarakat Dayak melakukan perjumpaan lintas agama dengan didasarkan falsafah Huma Betang. Merujuk pada hal tersebut, tulisan ini menganalisis religiositas masyarakat Dayak lintas agama berbasis falsafah Huma Betang dan mengonstruksi model dialog antar agama berbasis kearifan lokal di Kalimantan Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan jenis deskriptif-analisis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa falsafah Huma Betang memiliki peran yang penting bagi masyarakat Dayak. Falsafah Huma Betang sebagai landasan praktik kehidupan sosial keagamaan yang menekankan pada aspek kemanusiaan dan hospitalitas. Hal inilah yang membentuk religiositas masyarakat Dayak di Kalimantan Tengah. Dalam hal ini, religiositas berbasis falsafah Huma Betang membentuk dialog humanistik. Masyarakat Dayak mempraktikkan dialog humanistik di ruang perjumpaan formal dan non-formal dengan berlandaskan pada nilai kemanusiaan dan keharmonisan. Dengan demikian, model dialog humanistik berbasis Huma Betang berperan penting dalam merawat kerukunan umat beragama.

Beberapa riset menunjukkan kontribusi religiositas terhadap kesehatan mental selama pandemi tidak selalu seperti yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini berusaha melihat kaitan konsep diferensiasi diri dari teori keluarga Bowen dalam kontribusi religiositas terhadap kesehatan mental. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 1574 mahasiswa dari 16 universitas di Jabodetabek. Hasil hierarchical multiple regression menemukan dimensi behaving dari 4-BDRS justru memberikan kontribusi negatif pada kesehatan mental sedangkan dimensi maintaining identity dari diferensiasi diri berkontribusi positif pada kesehatan mental. Implikasi dari hasil ini akan dijelaskan. Some research shows that the contribution of religiosity to mental health during a pandemic is not always as expected. This study seeks to examine the relationship between the concept of self-differentiation from Bowen's family theory in the contribution of religiosity to mental health. The respondents of this research were 1574 students from 16 universities in Jabodetabek. The results of hierarchical multiple regression found that the behaving dimension of 4-BDRS actually gave a negative contribution to mental health, while the dimension of maintaining identity from self-differentiation contributed positively to mental health. The implications of these results will be explained.

This article argues that secular humanists’ scholars like postmodernists are developing great interest in spirituality as though they are beginning to have a positive approach towards religion and as though they are beginning to abandon their secular humanistic beliefs. Despite such positive approach towards spiritualism, they have not changed their position against religion. In fact, in the spiritual practices of Eastern religions such as the transcendental meditation of Buddhism and Hinduism in healing Western troubled souls has however no clear relationship with religiosity. In the same vein, Postmodern preaches that mental growth, development, inner peace and contentment are gained on a personal and individual level instead of developing a relationship with God. This kind of secularization to spirituality is absurd and confusing to Muslims who do not differentiate between the Western conceptions of spirituality and religiosity. Hence, the objective of this paper is to address the issue of spirituality brought forth by secular humanism and postmodern, by drawing the distinction between western secular conception of spirituality and Islamic spirituality, the nature and the significant of spirituality and the relationship between spirituality and religiosity and spiritual intelligence. This paper concludes there is a necessary and positive relationship between religious and spiritual practices and psycho-spiritual wellbeing and life as a whole. From Islamic perspective, no spirituality without religiosity. Spirituality is the essence of religiosity and they are undoubtedly of equal important and significant to understand the role of religion which is revealed from God, as a way of life. Hence, there is no good without God.
 Abstrak
 Artikel ini berhujah bahawa sarjana humanis sekular seperti postmodernis sedang mengembangkan minat yang besar dalam kerohanian seolah-olah mereka mula mempunyai pendekatan positif terhadap agama dan seolah-olah mereka mula meninggalkan kepercayaan humanistik sekular mereka. Walaupun pendekatan positif terhadap kerohanian, mereka tidak mengubah pendirian mereka terhadap agama. Malah, dalam amalan kerohanian agama-agama Timur seperti meditasi transendental agama Buddha dan Hindu dalam menyembuhkan jiwa-jiwa bermasalah Barat bagaimanapun tidak mempunyai hubungan yang jelas dengan religiositi. Dalam nada yang sama, Postmodern mendakwa bahawa pertumbuhan mental, perkembangan, kedamaian dalaman dan kepuasan diperoleh pada peringkat peribadi dan individu dan bukannya membina hubungan dengan Tuhan. Sekularisasi kepada kerohanian semacam ini adalah tidak masuk akal dan mengelirukan umat Islam yang tidak membezakan antara konsep kerohanian dan religiusiti dari percepsi Barat. Oleh itu, objektif artikel ini adalah untuk menangani isu kerohanian yang dibawa oleh humanisme sekular dan pascamoden, dengan membezakan antara konsep kerohanian sekular barat dan kerohanian Islam, sifat dan signifikan kerohanian dan hubungan antara kerohanian dan keagamaan. dan kecerdasan rohani. Artikel ini menyimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang perlu dan positif antara amalan keagamaan dan kerohanian serta kesejahteraan psiko-rohani dan kehidupan secara keseluruhan. Dari perspektif Islam, tiada kerohanian tanpa religiositi. Georg Simmel’s writings on religion have too often been overlooked, notwithstanding his undisputed status as one of the founders of sociology. Simmel’s metaphysical inclination may give the impression that his thoughts on religion are closer to theology than sociology. This article proposes an interpretation of Simmel’s notion of religiosity (Die Religiosität) in conjunction with the notion of self-transcendence, part of the philosophy of life (Lebensphilosophie) he espoused towards the end of his life. The article does not pursue a filologically accurate position, but a development drawing on Simmel’s notions. Accordingly, it is proposed to interpret religiosity as a sensitivity to self-transcendence, the awareness of social conditioning, or “facticity”, and the striving towards going beyond it. The tension between facticity and self-transcendence reflects – what Simmel called – the ‘conflict of culture’, the ‘malaise’ of the fragmentation of the self resulting from the social differentiation of modern society. Religiosity, as a sensitivity to self-transcendence, is expressed in the pursuit of authenticity thus countering the conflict of culture. This interpretation allows us to see religion as a path, albeit not the only one, to authenticity, understood as challenging facticity, which echoes in later existentialist philosophy and contemporary empirical studies.

Temuan studi penulis adalah: Konsep kedalaman religiusitas manusia Jawa mengacu pada hubungan yang dalam dengan Tuhan dan sesama. Yohanes 2: 1-11 menunjukkan keagungan kuasa Tuhan yang bekerja di dalam Yesus melalui perubahan air menjadi anggur. Tuhan menunjukkan kekuatan, serta solidaritas-Nya dengan orang lain. The focus of this paper is to see the actualization of the Gospel of John 2: 1-11 for Javanese human religiosity. The purpose of this paper is to see how contextual the gospel is in the appreciation of Javanese people religiosity. In process of writing this paper the writer used qualitative methods with literature study. The finding of the author's study is: The concept of the depth of Javanese human religiosity refers to a deep relationship with God and others. John 2: 1-11 shows the majesty of God's power at work in Jesus through changing water to wine. God shows power, as well as His solidarity with others.

The aim of the present study was to examine predictors of death anxiety in U.S. funeral directors/embalmers who were part of a larger study ( n = 234). Backward stepwise multiple regression was conducted to determine whether or not spirituality, intrinsic religiosity, extrinsic religiosity, and denial predicted levels of death anxiety. Results indicated that spirituality along with age of the participants accounted for 19% of the variance of death anxiety, R2 = .190, R2adj = .180, F(2, 168) = 19.64, p < .001. Intrinsic religiosity, extrinsic religiosity, and denial were not significant in the regression model. Several items, however, in the model had a significant positive correlation with each other at the .01 alpha level including spirituality with intrinsic religiosity ( r = .63) and age ( r = .21), and intrinsic religiosity with denial ( r = .22) and age ( r = .24). Other variables correlated negatively with one another at the .01 alpha level. Namely, death anxiety with spirituality (–.38), intrinsic religiosity ( r = –.36), and age (–.28); spirituality with extrinsic religiosity (–.22); intrinsic religiosity with extrinsic religiosity (–.45); and extrinsic religiosity with age ( r = –.19). Limitations of the study and implications for practice were discussed.
