Negli ultimi anni, lapproccio chirurgico multilivello sta divenendo pratica comune, soprattutto dallintroduzione della chirurgia robotica. La Barbed Reposition Pharyngoplasty nella chirurgia robotica multilivello per OSA potrebbe rappresentare una valida opzione per il trattamento del palato molle.
