Whilst there is evidence of a range of effective treatments available for people with severe mental health problems (SMHP), people frequently disengage from mental health services (MHS). Resumen
The objectives of this observational study were to describe and evaluate the impact of emergency services on trauma mortality in Montreal. Urgences-Sante provides pre-hospital care in the greater Montreal region. Physicians provide on-scene care including advanced life support (ALS). Basic life support (BLS) is provided by emergency medical technicians or physicians. The study was conducted over a one-year period from April 1, 1987 to March 31, 1988.<br>The results of this study showed that the response and total pre-hospital times of Urgences-Sante were similar to those in other North America
