<em>Different economic downturns and recent pandemic have shown a rising tendency in Bridge debt finance. This study looks at the types and trends of bridge loan arrangements and financing around the world. Using annual data from 120 countries between 2007 and 2020, this study applies independent group t-test and descriptive analysis to uncover substantial variations in the global flow of Bridge loan funding and deals.
