Resumen
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to evaluate the success of the closed-loop E-waste supply chain operations, primarily focused on achieving sustainability objectives related to the manufacturing, distribution, reusing, and discarding of electrical components. Methodology: The supply chain operations reference model offers suggestions and benchmarking tools to monitor the performance of supply chains and enhance the processes. This study illustrates a conceptual framework to show how these standards could be used in the E-waste supply chain to link business processes, metrics, industry standards, and technology to enhance the relationship and coordination between the supply chain members and to increase sustainability throughout the supply chain. Findings: According to an assessment of the literature, insufficient attention has been paid to the SCOR model's sustainability criteria. Consequently, in the wake of portraying the structure of the Supply Chain Operation Reference model, we make sense of which credits should be included in the Supply Chain Operation Reference to reflect manageability and which cycles and practices are related to every standard or should be remembered for Supply Chain Operation Reference to lay out the connection between execution, cycles, and practices. Conclusions: When a company's supply chain has achieved a desirable degree of eco-friendliness in all regards, its performance will be improved and satisfactory from a sustainability perspective

Resumen
The key to success in SCM is designing a supply chain that involves customizing and designing the ultimate supply chain to support firms' needs to serve customers better. Today the roles of SCM have been changed drastically to attend to high levels of customer satisfaction. This paper highlights converting cotton yarn into fabric and understanding the application of the SCOR model in the textile industry to obtain customer satisfaction and improve the supply chain process for other products that may not perform well with an organization's product line. An MBA Student attending classes online attempted the paper during the peak time of COVID 2019. Since the student's father had a textile business, he used the opportunity to improve business using SCOR Model. The unique proposition demonstrates a conceptual framework in actual life business situations so that business units learn to apply the Model to benefit. Applying the Model in any business situation throughout the world by any organization to improve both the top and Model line is the primary motivation for the researcher. The research can help others see how Model in any business in real-life situations leads to benefits.

Resumen
Becoming country prone to the occurrence of natural disasters, determination on risk variables affecting successful operation of disaster response service supply chain using supply chain FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) is undeniably important to support successfulness of humanitarian operation. However, scientific studies concerning on integrating SCOR into Risk evaluation of disaster response supply chain is rarely found in references. To response such gap, this paper presents a conceptual model on integrating disaster response supply chain FMEA with Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) to determine a conceptual risk-based performance evaluation model in disaster response supply chain. A framework on integrating Service Supply Chain FMEA with SCOR is presented coupled with a decision support model for evaluating criticality of risk-based performance index and followed with discussions and new opportunity for further investigations.

Resumen
Considering the four “collaboration paradoxes” that commonly referred to, this paper introduces the automorphism theory and metadata ontology approaches into SCM. With an objective of providing a theoretical lens to show and solve the essential supply chain collaboration issues, this paper proposes the Extended Supply-Chain Operations Reference-Model (eSCOR), and its associated definitions, layers, sub-models followed by the discussions of two typical business elements: objects versus flows. Specifically, this paper confirms the supply chain automorphism within the eSCOR, and discusses its characteristics of self-symmetry as the solution to the four paradoxes mentioned before. This paper closes with insights gained from this study and extensions for future researches.

Resumen
The role of the Supply Chain affects the value of domestic products that arise in an area is not the same as the income received by residents of the area. It can be seen that the staple products sector dominates 61.55% of the distribution of products in Central Java. So, this is an important factor in measuring the Supply Operations Chain that occurs in these commodities. The high costs incurred in this sector encourage us to continue to improve our operational performance to reduce costs as low as possible. The condition is what the public/consumers want so that the gap between production costs and distribution costs of existing products is not too far away. This study aims to measure consumer satisfaction with the Supply Chain in the area and optimize the Supply Chain model that can be done to improve operational processes in the upstream (supplier) and downstream (distribution channels) of the Supply Chain in Central Java. The data analysis method used is the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). This model serves to weigh the importance of measuring customer satisfaction with the Supply Chain in the area, and efforts to improve operational performance can be made by minimizing failure in the process so that delivery to consumers is on time. The results of the SCOR model show that Asset, Agility, and Cost are variables that must be improved in the logistics process in Central Java.

Resumen
The research aims to map the process and measure supply chain performance in the palm oil industry using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) Model 11.0 approach. It was considered that this industry could influence the country’s foreign exchange. The object of research was PT Perkebunan Nusantara I (PTPN I), Aceh. It was chosen because, compared to other PTPNs in the Sumatra region, the lowest productivity rate for palm oil processing was around 2,8 tons/ha, inversely proportional to the land area owned by state plantations of 42.233 ha. Data were collected using field survey methods and interviews with company managers involved in the company chain process. This measurement process was useful for measuring achievements and correcting ineffective supply chain processes. The results show that supply chain performance analysis for performance metrics has not reached the expected target. It describes Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF) with a gap of 98%, Order Fulfillment Cycle Time (OFCT) of 3,93 days, Total Cost to Serve (TCTS) of 71%, Cash to Cash Cycle Time (CCCT) of 242,32 days, and Return on Supply Chain Fixed Assets (ROF) of 0,123 times, when viewed from the calculation of the Lost Opportunity Measurement (LOM). In the research, four recommendations for improvement are given based on the problems that occur in the company using the best practices of the SCOR model. They are manufacturing reliability improvement, batch reduction, Single Minutes Exchange of Dies (SMED), and make-to-order fulfillment strategy.

Resumen
According to the increasing trend of online shopping through social media and reduced international trade barriers and tariffs, there is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to import fresh fruit. However, operations throughout the supply chain have suffered from product quality control and cold chain management. The research aimed to analyze the supply chain of import chilled fresh fruit based on the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Model and suggest optimising cold chain management. The data are collected from case study executives and operators using in-depth interviews and observation. The main problems are price markdown due to the overestimation of slow-moving products and food loss and low productivity, no standard operations in receiving and distribution, and lack of proper metrics to measure the supply chain performance. Finally, the suggestions of improvement include establish demand planning and forecasting, implement supply chain optimization and inventory monitoring, develop a lot tracking system, standard operating procedures for receiving process, enhance worker efficiency, use the sensor with the Internet of Things (IoT) solution, implement supply chain risk monitoring, and online marketing. In summary, this research will be useful for other traders to reduce food loss throughout the supply chain.

Resumen
A service supply chain (SSC) is a supply network that transfers resources into services with or without physical products, to satisfy cus-tomer needs. So it’s evident that without offering the right service at the right time to the right person, the service is incomplete, inconsistent and ineffective. In the same context, the retirement field faces the challenge of offering the correct pension to the right pensioner the first month of his retirement. This paper approaches this challenge from a SSC perspective as a case study for dealing with continuity in service supply chain. It uses a methodology that combine Analysis-Specification-Design-Implementation (ASDI), Office Support Systems Analy-sis and Design (OSSAD), Business Process Management (BPM), and Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). It analyzes and mod-els the Moroccan retirement SSC, simulates the behavior of "the management of civil pension rights" process, and proposes a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to evaluate the continuity in the service supply chain. Hence, this work provides guidance on the performance analysis of a SSC.

Resumen
This paper incorporates fairness concerns and consumer reference price effects into a two-echelon building-material closed-loop supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer. By establishing four differential game models, we investigate the sustainable operations and cooperation of this supply chain. The four game models are a Nash noncooperative game, Stackelberg game with cost sharing, Stackelberg game with fairness concerns and cost sharing, and centralized decision model. By using dynamic models and optimal control theory, we obtain the two members’ optimal equilibrium strategies in the supply chain. Analytical results show that the consumer reference price effect has a positive impact on the manufacturer’s effort level, retailer’s publicity level, and product brand goodwill, which can improve the supply chain performance. The retailer’s partial commitment to cost sharing can enhance the production enthusiasm of the manufacturer, improve the brand reputation of the product, and enhance the two members’ individual profitability. The distributional fairness concerns of the manufacturer not only prevent the manufacturer and retailer from achieving Pareto improvement but also lead to the decline of the manufacturer’s effort level and profitability. The research conclusions of this paper can provide some insights into the cooperation and sustainable development of the supply chain.

Resumen
Purpose Blockchain technology offers a lot of potential benefits in supply chain management. However, there is a need of a reference model which addresses the gaps in existing frameworks. This paper aims to propose a blockchain technology-based reference model which can be applied to global logistics operations. Design/methodology/approach The researchers have integrated the fit-for-purpose theoretical framework and prototyping methodology to design the reference model, a blockchain-based logistics, tracking and traceability system (BLTTS). The researchers demonstrated the application of the reference model through a health-care supply chain case study. The proposed BLTTS can be implemented across global logistics operations for business performance improvement. Findings The research provides a framework and recommendations for global companies to consider when adopting the blockchain technology for implementation. The researchers found that the Ethereum blockchain technology improves security of the data shared within the block through the secure hashing algorithm 1. The hash algorithm ensures anonymity of the involved parties. The model integrates blockchain with supply chain thus creating transparent process, efficiency and real-time communication. Research limitations/implications The reference model will offer a better solution to global logistics operations challenges. It provides recommendations to key stakeholders involved in logistics operations segment of the logistics industry while adopting blockchain technology. Apart from the methodological limitation of the study, the system compatibility and the layer configuration aspects might be posing potential challenges while upscaling the implementation. Originality/value The proposed reference model overcomes the drawbacks of existing models as it integrates Ethereum technology. In addition, the researchers have applied the model to demonstrate its functioning in real-time environment, which could guide for future research.

Resumen
Purpose – Extant research on supply chain integration defines integration in different ways, and mainly discusses a limited number of integration elements. The purpose of this paper is to develop a conceptual integration model which consists of comprehensive elements that are important to academic research and industrial practices. Design/methodology/approach – Key literature survey with drawing threads of existing practices together for developing a systematic referential model and then verify the model with a real case. Findings – Developed a model consisting of integration elements residing at the strategic, managerial, operational, and fundamental levels (bottom line). Based on the benefit alignment, the total integration requires supply chain partners to integrate resource flows (material, information, knowledge, and finance), processes and organization, planning and control activities and strategy. Research limitations/implications – The research is based on secondary data and a case study illustration. Further empirical research is required. Practical implications – The normative model can guide managers to integrate resources and activities in their efforts for an effective supply chain management. It supplements the Supply Chain Operations Reference Model developed by the Supply Chain Council with an interface description, which may guide the development of information systems for supply chain integration. Originality/value – The comprehensive model provides a more inclusive and integrated perspective of supply chain integration. It is expected that the consensus of supply chain integration could be achievable based on this model. The conceptual framework will assist the researchers to determine integration variables of supply chain.

Resumen
Coping with rapid urbanisation and the impacts of climate change requires effective land management. Quality land information is essential for this. A land information infrastructure is a collaborative and coordinated initiative aimed at providing land information from different organisations, such as municipalities, government departments and private companies, to diverse user communities. A land information infrastructure is complex, spanning information streams through many organisations and technical systems, and presenting challenges for managing and monitoring the production of land information. In the manufacturing field, a supply chain refers to the stream of activities from the initial source to the delivery of end products to customers, and supply chain management is directed at optimising the creation of the products of such a chain. The Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model is widely used for analysing supply chain processes in order to quantify and improve product and service delivery, and it has also been applied to geographical information supply chains. In this study, the SCOR model is applied to the supply chain processes in a South African case study of a land information infrastructure focusing on the production of cadastral information products. The supply chain comprises a land developer, a land surveying firm, the Surveyor General’s and Deeds Offices, a geospatial data vendor and the end customer. This supply chain is mapped and analysed using supply chain mapping and the SCOR model, and based on this, the complexity of the land information infrastructure is revealed. The study shows that supply chain management and the SCOR model can be used to analyse, monitor and manage the production processes of land information within a land information infrastructure.

Resumen
This research aims to identify and propose an analysis and redesign methodology for Supply Chain (SC) processes, leading to better performance and financial results. Our study focuses on the Ecuadorian flower industry redesigning processes and allowing higher levels of competitiveness. The methodology here proposed combines the SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) and a Multi-Criteria Evaluation methodology, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The SCOR model allows mapping and describing the supply chain. By consulting with experts, the AHP helps examine and select decisive chain operational aspects for successful performance allowing redesign. According to the proposed methodology and expert consultation, those metrics, attributes, and processes with lower weight, should be improved. Although few research articles have applied the SCOR and AHP models to the agricultural sector, this study on the supply chain of the Ecuadorian floriculture sector leads us to conclude that model combination is a suitable methodology for supply chain analysis of any perishable product and, more specifically, the flower industry. Highlights Supply chain (SC) management is a crucial and decisive element in improving efficiency, productivity, and overall distribution and sale process. In perishable and temperature-sensitive products, like flowers, supply chain management (SCM) is imperative for avoiding financial losses. SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) is a good model to measure SC performance. AHP helps examine and select decisive chain operational aspects for successful performance allowing redesign.

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of organic vegetable supply chains in each member chain to determine the direction of improvement in the fulfillment of consumer needs optimally. The performance of supply chains at the farm level will be differentiated by individuals and commodities. The analytical method used is the Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) model taking into account the internal and external attributes. The primary data used is taken through observation and interview process, meanwhile secondary data obtained from related institutions. The results of measuring the performance of organic vegetable supply chains at all levels of the responsiveness and flexibility attributes have achieved the superior performance position. Meanwhile, the value of organic vegetable supply chain performance on asset attributes at the farm level only reaches a good position. But at the corporate level has reached the best performance position (superior). In general, the performance of the organic vegetable supply chain on the cost attribute still has not achieved good performance. So there is the need for improvement efforts through minimization of cost in each supply chain activity to improve performance.

Resumen
Construction supply chain management (cSCM) requires planning such that construction stages and logistics are coordinated and integrated to reduce costs, improve productivity, and generate a win–win situation for different parties. The supply chain operations reference (SCOR), which has been widely applied in other industries, is a standardized operational modeling methodology for analyzing supply chain processes. This study considers construction industry characteristics in applying the SCOR model to develop a dynamic cSCM model using computer simulation. Furthermore, this study developed a novel cSCM performance evaluation method using the SCOR method to evaluate cSCM performance and identify and solve cSCM problems. This study uses a bridge construction project as a case study, which determines the relationships among supply chain participants to enhance communication efficiency and identify problems related to materials management. The case study results demonstrate that the proposed hybrid modeling methodology helps construction supply chain participants identify their roles and communicate easily, helps project managers identify bottlenecks in a supply chain, and significantly improves cSCM performance.

Resumen
The growth of secondary market in retail garment trade has been a major boost to economic growth in developing nations. This paper highlights the importance of effective forward and reverse supply chain the garment sector as driver for this booming secondary market. A conclusive research technique has been adapted to study the supply chain practices followed in the garment business those in the primary and secondary market. Structural equation modelling is used to validate and test the proposed model for supply chain performance. Cluster sampling method was incorporated. Owners of garment manufacturing firms in and around Coimbatore, Tirupur, Salem, Bargur and Bengaluru region would form the respondent group. A structured questionnaire was given to them to understand their supply chain practices, supply chain flow velocity and flow efficiency and its impact on their business performance. The firms operating under uncertain circumstances in the secondary supply line have adopted practices which lead to appropriate velocity and efficient flow of money, material and information which has been proved through the testing of the model. The velocity and efficiency in the supply line has improved the performance thereby ensuring a more sustainable business for the firm operating in the secondary markets. This study has contributed in understanding the various dimensions of best supply chain practices and its effect on the flow velocity and flow efficiency of the money, material, and information in the secondary market garment supply chain. An assessment of the results of the study has opened a window to the operations of the secondary garment supply chain line in the Indian cloth market which have been more or less camouflaged under the primary market operations. The outcome of the research also shows that these secondary market players have evolved their own strategies to sustain in volatile and uncertain circumstances. These strategies have proved to be very effective in minimizing wastage and increasing profitability of the manufacturing firms. The implications of this study is bound to give much needed support and leverage to the frail and underperforming secondary garment cluster which is a major contributor of Gross Domestic Product and employment ratio.

Resumen
Adopting the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model, this study aims at investigating the impact of big data (volume, velocity, variety, veracity, and value) on supply chain performance through the mediating role of supply chain management (plan, source, make, deliver, and return) assuming four hypotheses. Data were collected using a questionnaire from managers of food processing companies. The results showed that big data affected supply chain management significantly and positively, which in turn affected supply chain performance significantly and positively. In addition, big data exerted a significant and positive impact on supply chain performance. Based on these links, it was found that supply chain management mediated significantly the effect of big data on supply chain performance. The study contributes to the literature showing that big data plays a pivotal role in improving supply chain performance and supply chain performance from the SCOR model perspective is critical for the relationship between these two constructs.

Resumen
Purpose – The purpose of this study is to develop a model for an agile supply chain in the pharmaceutical industry. In a continuous changing global competitive environment, an organization’s supply chain agility directly impacts its ability to produce and deliver novel products to its customers in a timely and cost-effective manner. While the beneficial effect of supply chain agility is generally appreciated, the literature addressing how a pharmaceutical company can achieve supply chain agility is limited. Design/methodology/approach – This paper analyzes the three parts of pharmaceutical supply chain including supply of active pharmaceutical ingredient, manufacturing and distribution based on the supply chain operations reference model to assess agile supply chains by using three diverse questionnaires. In addition, to prioritize critical factors, TOPSIS (technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) algorithm as a common technique of multiple attribute decision-making (MADM) model has been used. Findings – Achieving supply chain agility is dependent on other capabilities; including flexibility, responsibility, competency and quickness. Findings reveal several factors identified as critical factors to being agile in each part of pharmaceutical supply chain. Research limitations/implications – This research was challenged with some limitations such as novelty of the subject in this environment, and the lake of data in this area is also another constraint. Originality/value – This is an initial and pioneering study to highlight the importance of agility concept in the pharmaceutical industry. The present study also provides a new aspect of supply chain management for such industry, and would be a good topic for further research. Finally, this study contributes to highlight and prioritize factors involved in this area.

Resumen
In cleaner production, all management processes of member enterprises come into being a closed-loop operation which needs integrated evaluation and effectively quantitative analysis tool. A Life Cycle model of cleaner production based on popular and practicable supply- chain operations reference model is built here, whose closed-loop framework structure and process decomposition ensure management performance of a multi-layered cleaner production system. Based on its performance system, operational performances are measurable and form an insightful conceptual framework that can be used to guide operation coordination in the whole life cycle of cleaner production. To measure and integrate performances including costs and benefits in different kinds of members, a Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) based on Vague set is employed. For application, a cleaner production case is simplified for illustration.

Resumen
As a main new business model of Internet plus foreign trade, cross-border e-commerce has become an important way and breakthrough for China creating new foreign trade requirements in Internet economy. Cross-border supply chain management is one of the most important supports for cross-border e-commerce. Compared with domestic e-commerce, the supply chain of cross-border e-commerce faces more risks. In order to effectively identify and avoid the operational risks in the cross-border e-commerce supply chain, this article firstly analyzes the cross-border e-commerce supply chain risks from the operation process of the cross-border e-commerce supply chain. The risks include product selection management risks, cross-border transaction risks, and customs clearance risks that exist in the operation of cross-border e-commerce. Secondly, the cross-border e-commerce supply chain risk evaluation index system is established based on the risk elements. Finally, the risk evaluation is carried out through the FUZZY-ISM evaluation method, and the internal connection of each risk factor and the risk generation mechanism are revealed through structural model analysis, which provides a theoretical reference for cross-border e-commerce enterprise supply chain risk management.

Resumen
This work is a unique integration of three different areas, including smart eye status monitoring, supply chain operations reference (SCOR), and system dynamics, to explore the dynamics of the supply chain network of smart eye/vision monitoring systems. Chronic eye diseases such as glaucoma affect millions of individuals worldwide and, if left untreated, can lead to irreversible vision loss. Nearly half of the affected population is unaware of the condition and can be informed with frequent, accessible eye/vision tests. Tonometry is the conventional clinical method used in healthcare settings to determine the intraocular pressure (IOP) level for evaluating the risk of glaucoma. There are currently very few (under development) non-contact and non-invasive methods using smartphones to determine the risk of IOP and/or the existence of other eye-related diseases conveniently at home. With the overall goal of improving health, well-being, and sustainability, this paper proposes Eye-SCOR: a supply chain operations reference (SCOR)-based framework to evaluate the effectiveness of smartphone-based eye status monitoring apps. The proposed framework is designed using system dynamics modeling as a subset of a new causal model. The model includes interaction/activities between the main players and enablers in the supply chain network, namely suppliers/service providers, smartphone app/device factors, customers, and healthcare professionals, as well as cash and information flow. The model has been tested under various scenarios and settings. Simulation results reveal the dynamics of the model and show that improving the eye status monitoring device/app factors directly increases the efficiency/Eye-SCOR level. The proposed framework serves as an important step towards understanding and improving the overall performance of the supply chain network of smart eye/vision monitoring systems.
