The purpose of this paper is to analyze the strategies carried out by Supply Logistics in the supply chain using supply chain management analysis also to facilitate the logistics chain in Indonesia. SCM previous research did not have a studio that discussed supply chain by manager logistics strategies and what methods they used to maintain logistics inventory. The research methodologists carried out using qualitative adopted an exploratory data analysis (EDA) approach to qualitative research that defines and explains the issues obtained. Open coding was applied to find issues the most dominant and was used to classify the number of issues related to the data and visualized into word cloud obtained using NVIVO 12 Plus. Data were collected from Indonesia logistic supply chain sites. The findings of this article is ROI (Return on Investments) is a logistics strategy will support for reducing the investment costs by logistics provider company. Analysis of supply chain management can develop better emphasizes logistic chains in Indonesia.Dalam artikel ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis strategi dalam tantangan penyaluran logistic yang merata. Dengan menggunakan analisis sistem Supply Chain Management (SCM) yang akan memetakan strategi apa yang dilakukan Indonesia dalam tantang penyaluran logistik. Studi SCM terdahulu telah banyak adanya, namun tidak berfokus pada penyaluran logistik dalam strateginya untuk menjaga keseimbangan rantai pasokan logistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang mengadopisi pendekatan Exploratory Data Ananlysis (EDA) untuk menjelaskan dan mendefinisikan temuan masalah. Open Coding dikukan untuk menemukan topik dan mengklasifikasikan yang dominan dan memvisualisasikannya menjadi word cloud dengan NVIVO 12 Plus. Data diperoleh dari website logistic supply chain Indonesia. Temuan dari artikel ini adalah Return on Investments (ROI) adalah strategi yang digunakan dalam strategi logistik yang akan membantu mengurangi dengan melakukan investasi dari beberapa perusahaan penyaluran logistik. Analisis SCM dalam penyaluran logistik dapat mengembangan tekanan tantangan logistik di Indonesia.

Abstract Logistics is defined as an interdisciplinary science, which deals with coordination, harmonization, connection and optimization of material, product and service flows including flows of information and finance. The main aim of logistics is to satisfy needs of the customer with importance of quality aspect and optimal costs. The paper is focused on practical logistic problems within the company, its suppliers and customers so overall supply chain is analyzed there. The aim of the paper is to provide practical simulation and calculation of selected logistic examples such as procurement, storage and distribution on case studies. These logistic aspects are analyzed in way, how are they explained to students in university educational process on school subjects that deal with logistics in some case. The simulation of storage process is done with specialized software called Byron, which is also used for educational purposes.

The article explores theoretical and methodical aspects of managing dual relationships that arise between participants in logistic cooperation in the process of formation and functioning of supply chains. The use of a behavioral approach to defining supply chains has allowed identifying and justifying the priority role of behavioral factors that influence modern logistics entities and determine the effectiveness and long-term satisfaction with logistics cooperation. Given the literature summary, the study has classified types of cooperation in logistic activity and proved that among the behavioral factors influencing the of logistical cooperation efficiency, the trust is of particular importance, which remains a limitation, a bottleneck in the process of formation and development of dual relationships in logistics chains. It is proposed to introduce a generic indicator, namely the level of confidence in the supply chain to assess the social, economic and strategic aspects of logistics interaction. A methodological approach to assessing the level of trust in logistic cooperation was adjusted based on determining the composition of criteria that directly affect this indicator and using the expert survey of supply chain participants. The study proposes to use the confidence indicator to form and improve networks and supply chains, taking into account its value when constructing a generalized outsourcing model.

Nowadays, companies offer various logistics services to their customers. Diversity of these services is essential for business. The range of services that logistics companies cover depends on various factors; it can be solely transport, but can also be a complex service that includes organisation of raw materials delivery, warehousing, delivery of finished goods to customers and dealing with documents like invoices, waybills and others. The increasing popularity of logistics in services is noticeable. This is connected with global changes. This is a complex phenomenon that connects aspects and features of services and logistics. The three most important areas for logistics in services are: minimisation of waiting time, management of service potential and service delivery. The goal of this article is to reveal the difference between these two subjects and review the literature connected with them. The main conclusions are that logistics services can be seen as belonging to logistics in the services phenomenon. In every area of logistics in services, three phases can be distinguished: supply, production and sales. Germany has the leading position in Europe when it comes to the logistics services market. Dynamic changes in logistics have led to the development of a new classification of logistics enterprises. The European Commission is analysing changes in the sector in order to prepare new strategic objectives.

Purpose – Globalization has led worldwide organizations to balance their economic and environmental performances in order to achieve a concrete sustainable development. In an environmental centered world, logistics is called to put into action advanced programs based on technological and organizational improvement, in order to gain or maintain a concrete competitive advantage. The purpose of this paper is to investigate how logistics organizations try to face the recent ecological challenges and the role that the emergent green technologies play in making them finally “green” and competitive. Design/methodology/approach – Green supply chain management (GSCM) practices have been investigated to better understand their influence on economic performance and corporate competitiveness. After providing a background discussion on Green Logistics and GSCM, the authors have also identified specific research questions that are worthy of investigation, also thorough the DHL case study. The case study analysis has been conducted according to a specific conceptual model (Rao and Holt, 2005), which allows a deeper understanding of literature review results. Findings – The present paper offers some insights on innovation influence on supply chain management (SCM) greenness, a process oriented to a sustainable and environmental-friendly approach to management of supply chain. According to DHL case study evidence, in logistics innovation, often based on emerging green technologies, is strictly related to the development of a much more sustainable and environment-friendly approach to SCM, based on reduction of core activities’ ecological impact, cost saving, quality, reliability, performance and energy efficiency. In this context, the respect of environmental regulations is fundamental to achieve not only a reduction of ecological damage, but also to overall economic profit. Research limitations/implications – There is a concrete need of further research to better understand the potential link between GSCM, green innovation and logistic organizations competitiveness. In fact, this research area still represents a source of interesting challenges for practitioners, academicians and researchers. Concluding, the research findings cannot be generalized to all logistic organizations, even if DHL is on of the most important and globalized logistic companies. Future researches should empirically test the achieved results also through comparative studies based on a large sample. Originality/value – The suggestion of literature review and the result of case study analysis represent a first attempt to better understand the real and potential influence of GSCM on corporate image and competitiveness. In fact, the present investigation has pointed out that logistic organization can achieve environmental goals and acquire a better positioning than their competitors also cooperating with stakeholders. Therefore, it is necessary that organizations contribute to make them able to participate in corporate activities and develop a concrete environmental-friendly orientation, based on the respect of market’s requests and environmental regulations in order to get their corporate reputation strong than ever.

The paper discusses a number of construction project logistics problems, with focus on supply systems, and presents the results of recent survey of Polish contractors’ supply routines. On the basis of the survey, patterns of development of logistic systems have been described. The enclosed results of cost simulations indicate that outsourcing supply logistic processes, considering the current state of Polish construction market, may reduce costs. The paper emphasises that creating logistic guidelines of a project at its early stages of planning and then a design of integrated logistic service to the project may help find ways of making a construction project more effective.

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems address the problem of disparate information in an organization and coordinates mechanisms to eliminate supply chain sub-optimization. Logistics costs are a substantial part of an operation and this research provides insights into the relationship between ERP implementations and logistics costs. The research uses a two-step approach, conducting a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to assess the psychometric properties of our measures and then conducting an independent sample t-test between two groups, one which experienced decreased logistic costs and the second which experienced the same or increasing logistic costs. By examining the effects of ERP implementations on a specific area of the firm, logistics costs, this research has provided insight into the areas of ERP implementation and firm impact.

Regional integration into the Gulf Cooperation Council has enabled respective countries to effectively participate in global supply chains. To ensure effective integration of this region into global supply chains, logistics operations are a very important determinant. The aim of this study was to assess logistical performances of GCC countries, and to identify which country has the best conditions for establishing a regional logistic center. For this study, we used relevant data from Logistics Performance Index (LPI) developed by the World Bank. The research was conducted using a hybrid multicriteria approach based on the CRITIC and MABAC methods. The findings of this study indicate that the United Arab Emirates has the best conditions for establishing a regional logistics center. This study also releveled the areas of logistics in which other GCC countries should make an improvement to improve their logistical performance.

Purpose – of the study is to indicate the path of much needed segmentation in the Croatian tourist supply. Therefore, it aims to identify the destination-specific elements of bicycle destinations in Europe, within the context of cycle tourism demand. Design – While the quality of the tourist product is proportional to the level of logistics implementation and the rivalry on the tourist market is supply chain-based, the focus is on a crucial element of tourist supply chain management—information. Methodology – The study recognizes both counterparts on the market, although highlighting the tourist supply. The data on supply was collected by researching the internet information sources available to cycle tourists while making travel decisions. Findings on the destinations’ logistic product variables are compared to criteria set by the researched cycle tourism demand. Approach – This small-scale research of bicycle tourism supply aims at testing the selected criteria for the purpose of a sequential wider research oriented towards providing a list of possible upgrades for Croatian destinations. Findings – Among all features attributable to a destination, research demonstrated that the cycle tourists’ primary focus is on information accessibility. The cycling-specific supply recognizes this information dependency and targets the market by a variety of needed information, while general tourist sites often lack complete information. Value – Similar research of bicycle tourism does not exist. The field is mainly contributed to trough conceptual discussions and studies of existing practice. This research establishes to what extent the demand and supply side match by identifying the common attributes of cycle tourism destinations.

Abstract Nowadays in logistics integral processes between the material and related flows in supply chains are getting developed more and more. However, in spite of increasing volume of statistical data which reflect the integral processes, the influence evaluation issues of the logistic operations reliability indexes on the total logistics costs remain open and require the corresponding researches implementation. In this article we offer the methodological approach based on the existing approaches analysis. This approach allows to evaluate the influence of the logistic operations implementation reliability on the total logistic costs constituents. At the same time, the supply chains are regarded as recoverable (reserved) systems. In the article you can see calculations examples for the supply chains with the set level of reliable work probability.

The research paper considers theoretical foundations for the concept of “logistic costs” and introduces a new definition for this term. The concept is viewed as a component of operating costs of enterprise related to supply of market, purchase of supply stock, warehousing, storage, shipment and outward transportation. The need of using the term “logistic costs” in accounting is emphasized. In this context, the authors suggest viewing it as the costs of material, financial and human resources used for logistic operations. A number of scientific papers related to estimating costs of logistic operations have been analyzed, and it is found that some issues of accounting of logistic costs are not sufficiently researched and require more detailed study. The existing classifications of total logistics costs given in educational and research literature are considered, and some proposals for their improvement are developed. It is pointed out that any optimization of costs cannot be performed without taking into account the factors that affect these costs. It is proved that logistic costs are influenced by quantitative and qualitative factors, which are systematized with respect to the following logistic operations: taking, accepting and proceeding orders; production planning; purchase and supply of products; warehousing and storage of products; sales of products; delivery of products to customers. The structure of logistic costs in overseas enterprises is analyzed. The tasks of accounting of logistics costs are outlined. Information on logistic costs in terms of financial and managerial accounting as well as tax calculation is grouped.

The purpose – The purpose of this paper is based on the fact that managing supply chains as a separate area of business management opens up numerous possibilities for improving the competitive position of business systems. Supply chain management is increasingly often named as the key offensive factor to increasing the efficacy and effectiveness of economic systems. Design – The purpose of the paper is to point to the fact that hospitality logistics fulfils its basic mission only then when high quality products are delivered to the right place, at the right time, in the appropriate assortment, with the lowest internal and external costs, while doing their maximum to meet the wishes, needs and the demand of the customers. Methodology – The methodology is based on proving the proposed hypothesis: Modern logistics traffic represents a condition sine qua non of rational supply chain management in hospitality. Approach – The approach of the paper is based on the fact that supply chain management represents a broader, strategically significant concept which includes the entire supply chain and has the following goals: customer satisfaction, formulating and implementing appropriate strategies and effective supply chain management. Findings – Although each modality of the traffic logistic system has its own specific mission, they all have a common basic mission: to prepare material goods for manipulation, transport and distribution, the actual transport and distribution of material goods and conducting various logistic activities connected to preparing, manipulating, transporting and distributing material goods. The originality of this research – The originality of this research is revisiting the traffic logistics model as an exclusive factor of the competitive micro-hospitality industry in tourist destinations on a theoretical level, which can be set up via simple, complicated and multimodal traffic logistic models in micro-hospitality industries.

Reverse logistics differs significantly from such fields as management of waste, of which the goal is, above all, efficient and effective collection and processing of waste. Therefore, it can be said that reverse logistics refers to such streams of flows in which it is possible to recover the value from discontinued products and situation, in which solution is contribution to a new supply chain. Therefore, in this aspect, the fundamental pillar is transport, in which the crucial element is management of transport process, above all, planning of changes improving this process to better control the degree of their execution. In this article, the authors examined transport process in a real object in the context of improvement. As a result, practical aspects of planning and control of organization of transport were presented.

The role and tasks of production logistics in an enterprise depends on many factors, as well as the appropriate definition of logistics. Development of the concept of supply chains has caused a broader view of logistics. The fundamental goal of production logistics can thus be formulated as the pursuance of greater delivery capability and reliability with the lowest possible logistic and production cost. Currently, the integration of production planning with logistics become more common in many companies. Production systems are special performance systems which transform input material into physical goods. As logistic networks supply the input and distribute the output of production systems, production and logistics are closely interrelated. Many designers still do not take into account the supply chain and does not use the system approach. Interesting approach is proposed as part of Lean enterprises. It requires a determination of value stream, then the mapping and improvement.

The aim of the Paper is to identify the types of short food supply chains (SFSCs), their spread today, and to demonstrate the advantages or disadvantages they provide, especially the logistical problems and solutions that can be identified in the chain. In order to achieve this goal, we carried out a review of international and Hungarian literature sources and secondary data. It can be stated that SFSCs can be a viable alternative to conventional supply chains pursuing a global distribution strategy. Establishing a restricted geographic range of supply provides several benefits to local producers, consumers and society. However, there are serious concerns about logistical costs and associated emissions. To overcome this, there is a need for compromises. The practical example we present shows that the use of conventional „less short” sales channels in the distribution mix is reasonable even in the case of local foods.

In terms of the performance evaluation in logistics service supply chain, the paper developed an index evaluation system based on the analysis of research status at home and abroad and the characteristics of logistics service supply chain; did comprehensive evaluation of performance in logistics service supply chain based on entropy method and gray analysis; the numerical example indicated that the comprehensive evaluation of performance in logistics service supply chain can help logistics enterprises improve the quality of their logistic service and offer reliable data for the selection of third logistics enterprises.

The article is aimed at defining the role of improving the management of logistic processes as a method of improving the activity of enterprise. The relevance of application of logistic approach in the management of enterprise and definition of the concept of «management of logistic processes» is explored. The reasons for the relevance of the problem of improving the management of logistic processes of enterprise, especially during the period of instability in all countries of the world because of the COVID-19 pandemic, are allocated; factors influencing the efficiency of the supply chain are defined. The goals of supply processes management and supply chains management for the enterprise and logistic system are indicated. The importance of established communications and transparency of information flows of the logistic system in the process of regulation of activities at different levels of organization of logistic processes is substantiated. It is emphasized that the most common type of organization of logistic processes is outsourcing. A definition of logistics outsourcing is provided, the advantages and disadvantages of using outsourcing in logistics activities are considered, since the cost-efficiency of its use is quite a complex parameter, as is the service itself. The expediency of using a methodical approach in the management of logistic processes is examined, according to which the effectiveness of outsourcing of logistic functions is considered as the difference between the costs of the process. The research showed that improvement of management of logistic processes is of particular importance, since their competent organization is the key to improving the efficiency of production and economic activity of enterprise along with rapid adaptation to a changing environment.

Topicality. The issues of improving the management of logistics activities of enterprises are currently actualized. The logistics component is becoming strategically the most important factor that appear in the financial results of the enterprises. Logistics activity is the main centre of cost optimization and, as a consequence, the lever to raise the level of profitability, as the supply chain accounts for a substantial part of the cost of the enterprise. Thus, in modern conditions of managing one of the most important reserves of cost reduction and increase of efficiency of functioning of domestic enterprises is formation of system of management of logistic activities using a systematic approach.Aim and tasks. The aim of this study is to develop scientific and methodological support of improving the management system of logistic activities of the company.Research results. The concept and definition of the main elements of the term «management system of logistic activities of an enterprise» have been clarified. The structural and structural-functional schemes of formation of management system of logistic activities of the enterprise have been proposed.To improve the management system of logistic activities of the enterprise a set of proposals has been developed on: the management of material and technical supply, the inventory management, traffic management, management of customer service processes, sales activity management, risk management of logistics activities in the risk management system of enterprises, improvement of pricing, information support of the organization of processes of logistic activity on the basis of use of modern digital technologies.Conclusions. It is proved that the implementation of proposals for the formation of the management system of logistic activities promotes cost savings for the organization of the processes of material and technical supply, reserves, transportation and sales.

Annotation. Introduction. The article examines the services of logistic outsourcing from the point of view of Ukrainian manufacturing companies, analyzes the results of the survey, compares them with global trends. It was determined that Ukrainian companies use logistic outsourcing less often than companies in other regions of the world. Also, the most often outsourced fields were identified. Purpose. Analysis of logistics outsourcing services from the viewpoint of Ukrainian manufacturing companies and comparison of survey results based on the survey with global trends. Results. It was found that from the list of enterprise groups classification (micro, small, medium, large) all categories use the services of freight forwarding companies. The following types of logistic processes are most often outsourced: transportation, lease and maintenance of equipment, warehousing, logistic chain optimization. It was found that among other countries in the study of third-party logistics, Ukraine occupies the lowest position in the usage of outsourcing services in logistics. The reasons for outsourcing logistic processes in logistics are significant: lack of own resources and capacity, cost reduction. The relationship between causes and logistic processes has shown that in order to reduce logistic costs in the enterprise it is necessary to outsource transportation. Conclusions. Statistical research has shown a small relationship between the areas of logistic outsourcing and the main causes of outsourcing of logistic activities. Therefore, it is not appropriate to say that some logistical measures should be outsourced and others should not. Menimbang kurangnya penelitian sebelumnya di Kalimantan Barat dan Pontianak khususnya, penelitian ini berupaya menjawab pertanyaan bagaimana dampak dari perkembangan SCM dan e-logistics secara praktik dalam rantai distributor di Pontianak Selatan. Metode kualitatif dengan pertanyaan semi terstruktur diutilitasi untuk penelitian. Penelitian mengacu pada teori Protection Motivation Theory untuk membahas dampak perkembangan SCM maupun penerimaan teknologi e-logistic. Alat analisis data menggunakan NVivo 12. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan SCM mempengaruhi bisnis distributor dan terdapat persiapan yang unik di antara distributor dalam mengatasi dampak tersebut.

The aim of the study was to develop an optimisation method for management of current assets of an industrial enterprise by the concept of logistics supply chains. The ways of acceleration of working capital turnover at the stages of supply, production and marketing of goods and services have been identified. The necessity of applying the concept of supply chain management to working capital management has been justified. This allowed defining the management principles in the supply chain of an industrial enterprise. As a result, a method for optimization of enterprise current assets of an industrial enterprise as a central element of a supply chain has been offered. It has been proved that the presented method makes it possible to determine the effect of working capital acceleration both in the material and financial subsystems. A tool for realisation of this effect is the structuring of working capital by title deeds.

This study aims to examine differences in private and government third-party logistics companies in Indonesia in terms of improving supply chain performance. In this research, supply chain performance testing is influenced by collaboration, radical innovation, and incremental innovation. The sample used is the third-party logistics industry in West Java and DKI Jakarta, totaling 100, which is divided into private third-party logistic companies and government-owned third-party logistics companies. The results showed that there are differences in the effects of collaboration. There is supply chain performance where there are differences in the influence of collaboration and radical innovation on supply chain performance between private companies and government. There is no difference in the influence of collaboration and incremental innovation on supply chain performance between private companies and the government. The findings of this study indicate that radical and incremental innovation acts as a partial mediation on the effect of collaboration on supply chain performance in private and government companies.

This article considers the importance of assessing the environmental impact of logistics supply chains in the transition to a circular economy. We propose to use product life cycle analysis as a base assessment, decomposing raw milk supply chains and assessing the environmental im-pact of packages of various process options and supply chain configurations. As a result, we have obtained the checklist for assessing the environmental sustainability of supply chains and developed a three-level scale. An example of applying the developed methodology for evaluating three different enterprises of the Tyumen region is given. Based on the results ob-tained, we can draw conclusions about the possibilities of practical use and the directions of the following studies.

Blending technologies play an important role in manufacturing. The design and operation of manufacturing processes using blending technologies represent a special range of manufacturing related logistics because the integrated approach of technological and logistic parameters is very significant. This research proposes an integrated model of supply of manufacturing processes using blending technologies. After a careful literature review, this paper introduces a mathematical model to formulate the problem of supply chain design for blending technologies. The integrated model includes the optimal purchasing strategy depending on the characteristics of components to be mixed in the desired proportion and the costs of supply. The integrated model will be described as a linear programming problem. Numerical results with different datasets demonstrate how the proposed model takes technological and logistic aspects into consideration.

Transformational processes in modern supply chains are experiencing a significant impact of global environmental problems and are focused on increasing the level of efficiency of the supply chains’ operation and ensuring the competitiveness of goods passing through them towards the end consumer. On the one hand, the parameters of all parts of the logistics chains must be in line with the international environmental requirements; on the other hand, compliance with the principles of environmental friendliness serves as a prerequisite for meeting the needs of modern consumers with a high level of environmental awareness. Logistics operations are a source of negative impacts on the natural environment. First of all, this concerns greenhouse gas emissions during transportation, waste products and packaging materials, noise and dust pollution, landscape changes and the use of natural resources. Therefore, environmental challenges stipulate the cooperation of all participants in supply chains, aimed at creating and implementing the effective environmental strategies and logistics concepts. The need for ecologization of Ukraine’s transport and logistics system is dictated by the need to achieve a high level of its competitiveness as an element of the global supply chain network. And although the domestic logistics system by a number of indicators is characterized by a low level of environmental friendliness, there is a consoling positive tendency to realize the need for an environmental orientation of its development both among the state authorities, and the logistics operators themselves.

The challenges that logistics faces in the retail industry must be investigated in the context of the specific retail sector as well as the degree of development of the retail market. The research focus in this paper is on logistic processes in supermarket supply. The aim is to deepen the understanding of logistic processes and then to investigate the possibilities of their enhancement by applying radio frequency identification (RFID) as a higher level of information technology for product identification in retail supply chains. The research was conducted in one of the top ten trade companies in the emerging Serbian market. Simulation modelling was performed for one supply chain category, followed by quantification of time and cost performance of the current logistic processes (AS-IS model). Then, in accordance with the capabilities of RFID system, improvements are proposed and integrated into a new simulation model (TO-BE model). The obtained results can be utilised as part of a broader research when deciding on the implementation of modern information technologies in supply chains.

In a tough competitive environment, you can survive and develop only by orienting your business activities to a logistic approach. The gold mining industry plays a key role in the global economy. This industry has a high asset value, large-scale production lines and large infrastructure. One of the main tasks of strategic planning of gold mining enterprises is the choice of a rational marketing system. Planning and selection of schemes for the supply of precious metals is an important condition for the effective functioning of the marketing activities of gold mining enterprises. For these purposes, the need for improving logistics flows and creating an information system for sales planning is growing. The article explores the planning and selection of precious metals supply schemes using the example of PJSC “Vysochaishy”. Much attention paid to the construction of the company’s logistics flows. The main problems in the supply chain of PJSC “Vysochaishy” are identify. The algorithm of the process of introducing a new supply chain planning system for Vysochaishy PJSC is considered, and an improved strategic planning process for PJSC “Vysochaishy” is present. A new scheme of operation of the transport and logistics system for the direction of logistics flows of PJSC “Vysochaishy” proposed.

The network cascade topology structure of large logistics supply chain and its invulnerability were researched. Logistics supply chain is the combination set of entities such as warehouse, highway, railway, aviation, etc. And its stability of network structure determined the survival and development of the user in the network and supply chain. In order to improve the stability and robustness of logistics supply chain network, an improved cascaded topology structure of large logistics supply chain network with Internet of things in complex environment was proposed based on metric uniform random distribution, and cascading invulnerability of mathematical analysis model was proposed. The probability distribution and critical value of logistics and supply chain network cascading failure was solved in complex environment, and the logistics supply chain network paralysis and damage problems were analyzed from the view of probability and critical value analysis. Take the intelligent car supply chain as the example, simulation result shows that the invulnerability analysis effect is perfect, and the cascading invulnerability critical value is solved precisely, research results provide important theoretical support to realize the intelligent logistic management, it has good application value in the research of logistics supply chain network security and stability.

Supply chain management represents new business philosophy and includes strategically positioned and much wider scope of activity in comparison with its "older brother" - management of logistics. Philosophy of the concept of supply chain is directed to more coordination of key business functions of every link in distribution chain in the process of organization of the flow of both goods and information, while logistic managing instruments are focused on internal optimum of flows of goods and information within one company. Applying the concept of integrated supply chain among several companies makes the importance of operative logistics activity even greater on the level of one company, thus advancing processes of optimum and coordination within and between different companies and confirms the importance of logistics performances for the company?s profitability. Besides the fact that the borders between companies are being deleted, this concept of supply chain in one distribution channel influences increasing of importance of functional, i.e. traditional business managing approaches but instead it points out the importance of process managing approaches. Although the author is aware that "there is nothing harder, more dangerous and with uncertain success, but to find a way for introducing some novelties (Machiavelli), it would be even his additional stimulation for trying to bring closer the concept and goals of supply chain implementation that are identified in key, relevant, modern, theoretical and consulting approaches in order to achieve better understanding of the subject and faster implementation of the concept of supply chain management by domestic companies.

Resumen
This paper describes the structure of the logistic maturity model (LMM) in detail and shows the possible improvements that can be achieved by using this model in terms of the identification of the most appropriate actions to be taken in order to increase the performance of the logistics processes in industrial companies. The paper also gives an example of the LMM's application to a famous Italian female fashion firm, which decided to use the model as a guideline for the optimization of its supply chain. Relying on a 5-level maturity staircase, specific achievement indicators as well as key performance indicators and best practices are defined and related to each logistics area/process/sub-process, allowing any user to easily and rapidly understand the more critical logistical issues in terms of process immaturity.

Quality of game is more and more important for customers. How can we supply customers with good quality meat? Logistics process of meet of wild animals is a special field of foodstuff. We use it for supply chains, buy and sell products, for information and our knowledge. I try to understand the logistic methodology for a special process. In agri-business sector we can speak, talk a lot about necessity of well organized networks, chains but there are not enough experts, workers organizing and doing this. You can find many parts of business activities using logistics at acceptable level and quality, but some area is not written in scientific style. In my paper I would like to speak about a very special segment of agri-business sector, which is game in logistics process. I mention some information about quality and food safety aspects of it.

Companies which wish to operate on the market must constantly discover and shape new potentials and abilities to create benefits that might ensure them long-term increase in efficiency and development. One of the ways to gain economic advantage is to reduce costs in all possible areas of their generation and maximize consumer satisfaction through more efficient and rational flow of primary products and goods (Manzouri &, Ab Rahman, 2013). Logistics, understood as a modern management concept, allows to achieve such economic and market effects. Comprehensive management of all activities related to material flows, goods or services from supply sources to users of finished products brings benefits in reducing total costs, which results in better economic results. Companies use various sets of indicators for measuring economic and operational efficiency and the most commonly used ones are profitability rates. The main goal of the article is to present an assessment of the efficiency of logistics processes based on the unit costs which arise in the areas recognized as logistic. The research problem is to indicate the method of measurement in order to examine the relationship between logistics management and the reduction of total costs and thus to study the impact of supply chain management on the efficiency and effectiveness of an economic entity. The applied research method is based on calculating the value of logistic cost-effectiveness coefficients and presenting them in dynamic terms. Lower values of the logistic cost-effectiveness coefficients will mean better logistic effects and more rational use of resources. The use of the presented measurement methods will allow company managers to create the most optimal supply chains in their business ventures. The article presents the cost-effectiveness rates calculated for logistics processes in the period 2018-2019 in the Large-area Multi-Branch Materials Warehouse in Kutno (centrally located, modern logistics warehouse) and the Materials Warehouse Jawidz

Smart logistic system is one of the IOT technology application in supply chain which solve difficult problems, such as acquisition underlying data, information transfer and so on. we need to achieve higher level application and solve more complex problems such as improving inventory management accuracy, reducing supply chain management cost, improving accuracy of supply and demand prediction, supply chain's rapidly react ability,these need to use complex event processing technology. It will introduce how to apply complex event processing technology to supply chain system based on IOT. By this way we can sort out valuable information by processing a large number of simple event.
