Texto completoThe research has its origin in the reflection on the practice of community social work. The main objective has been to make a contribution to the discipline in relation to the understanding and clarification of the ethical dimension of the profession, specifically in its community dimension. The study elaborates a proposal for an ethical framework, made up of three ethical theories, selected for their significant contributions to community social work; four ethical principles that guide the design, implementation and evaluation of community projects; and an ethical decision-making model that takes into account the specificities of community contexts. For the last chapter in-depth interviews were conducted with professionals in different areas, such as social work, social education in academic field and direct intervention, as well as participants in community projects developed in urban contexts today. We wanted to contrast our proposal with the opinions of those who are involved in in community social work. The thesis extensively reviews structures and tools available to social workers to identify and address the ethical issues they face in their daily work, questioning them in order to decide those adaptations and updates that can be made to be useful for community social work.

Texto completoEste estudio pretende dar respuesta a una gran pregunta: ¿se puede promocionar socialmente a adolescentes en situación de riesgo desde el arte comunitario en contextos de calle e institucionales? La finalidad, es pues, validar la supuesta e intensa relación entre la construcción de promoción social y la utilización de metodologías próximas al arte comunitario o el desarrollo cultual comunitario desde contextos de calle con adolescentes en situación de riesgo social. La metodología aplicada es la del estudio de caso desde la orientación de la metodología comunicativa critica, el carácter es puramente cualitativo. Como avance de resultados podríamos afirmar que en el proceso de la investigación los adolescentes se convirtieron en los protagonistas del proceso artístico, desde el inicio y hasta el final; En este sentido, es clave la consecución de Actitud como una forma de afrontar la vida; Se ha demostrado, también, clave la posibilidad de que los adolescentes pudieran enseñar sus logros artísticos a otros ciudadanos; El proceso es un aspecto clave en la consecución del empoderamiento, a través de la educación del esfuerzo y de la consecución de actitud. La participación protagonista de los adolescentes en el proceso artístico, no sólo permite el empoderamiento, sino que mejora las relaciones con el educador de calle. El trabajo ha generado expectativas y momentos de superación personal. Los adolescentes, dueños del proceso educativo, se mostraron totalmente confiados a lo que los educadores les proponían. La relación se basaba en que ellos eran los dueños de ese espacio y los educadores eran agentes que ayudaban al grupo. Consideramos que el proceso generó un modelo de autoridad en el que los adolescentes reconocen la valía y saber de los educadores y esto es lo que genera la relación educativa.
The focus of the present study is to answer a great question: can adolescents at risk be socially promoted through community art in an urban context? The goal is therefore to validate the theoretical, intense relationship between the development of social promotion and the use of methods related to community art or cultural expansion in the context of streets with adolescents at risk. The methodology applied arises from the case study from the orientation of the critical communication methodology, and its character is purely qualitative. It can be stated that, in this research exercise, the adolescents became the main roles of the artistic process, from the very beginning and to the end. In this respect, the key was the acquisition of “Attitude” as a way to approach life. It has also been found crucial the adolescents’ opportunity to show their artistic achievements to other people. This whole process is a key point in the accomplishment of the empowerment through the education in sacrifice and the attainment of attitude. The lead participation of the adolescents in the artistic exercise not only allows the empowerment, it also improves the relationship with the street educator. The present work has caused expectations and moments of self-improvement. The adolescents, as owners of their education experience, showed absolute trust in the educators´ suggestions. The relationship was built on the premise of them being in control of their own space, with the educators playing a support role helping the group. We consider that this process generated a model of authority, in which the adolescents recognise the educators’ ability and knowledge, and that this is what created the educative relationship.

Texto completoThis thesis presents the results of the comparative analysis of community interventions carried out in two social service centres in Barcelona (Catalonia) and Montreal (Quebec). The aim of the research was to understand what role these community practices play in both territories, what the factors that explain the differences in the evolution of these practices are in each context, and to analyze the profile and the characteristics of professionals who develop these actions. Consistent with these objectives, the methodological framework of this research was that of comparative research and we chose the method of qualitative case study as the particular strategic research. This strategy has been developed based on the study of two cases: the Centre of Social Services in Poble Sec (Barcelona) and the Centre of Health and Social Services in Jeanne-Mance (Montreal). The selection of cases was based on extreme or deviant case sampling. Both cases selected are characterized for being centres that are promoting interventions in community work. The instruments to collect information were interviews, observation, and written materials. We tried that these strategies incorporate the views of the professionals of the two centres, as lead actors of community involvement in specific social settings. The contrast between the two cases has allowed us to identify the common dynamics between regions and to know the variables that explain their differences. A comparative study is justified because it can help to enrich the debates about the community-based intervention model of social services in both territories.

Texto completoThe doctoral thesis explores the phenomenon of those known as "Latin bands" in the city of Barcelona, in the period 2005-2015, based on two basic elements. First of all, we focus on the young person participating in these groups, or susceptible to participation, and on the impact that they have in their socio-educational process of belonging or relating to these groups, as well as the factors that they influence the loyalty or abandonment of them. Secondly, the study explores the different visions of this phenomenon that have the professionals who work with these guys from different professional fields. Once the previous elements have been explored, conclusions are formulated, and based on these; tools and socio-educational intervention strategies are attached to these groups. In order to reach these conclusions, as a result of the observation of these two elements, the work is structured in three parts: a first part in which we find an approach to the history, the typology and the functioning of these groups and to the characteristics of its members, in order to identify those aspects that favor the belonging and the abandonment of the group; a second part in which we find an exploration of the characteristics of the young participants or in situation of being and an exploration of the different images of the Latin groups, understanding by image the different visions of the phenomenon that exists from the agents that are working, in one way or another, with these groups; and a third part that corresponds to the conclusions reached on the basis of the information obtained throughout the work and which should allow us to obtain tools for the intervention with these young people.

Texto completoThe plans of rehabilitation in the neighborhood the Besòs (Barcelona) were applied and accepted essentially in a linear way: under a restricted conditioning -simple pattern between the municipal administration and the neighborhood 'official' association- about a relationship of dependency that obstruct a favorable dynamics a “the common” processes (interrelations and interdependencies) such as networks of community organization and consolidation of social capital for a continuous improvement of the habitat and its corresponding social mobility. This situation leads to affirm two questions in the neighborhood in relation to the real value of built space in front of the estimated land value; the first is the loss of market value (process of devaluation) refers directly to the structural conditions for soil quality and the deterioration of the properties by the use of aluminous cement; and second, housing class allow to concentrate and consolidate socio-economic levels generated only-one type of resident (low income). Comparatively examine the institutional proposals of urban development (rehabilitation) for the Besòs, it is to expose contradiction between social affectations and institutional actions by the recognition of chronic poverty, deteriorating buildings as opposed to the proper location (urban land bank) makes the concept of rehabilitation a "euphemism" for their real estate goals. The compared to the institutional proposals of rehabilitation further explains the inability of a community dynamic transformation of their habitat. Texto completoBased on the framework of a participatory action project for the prevention of child labor, this research explores the relationship between community participation and readiness in a community of Lima, and willingness of the community for getting involved in intervention initiative on child labor. It has been used two modes of information gathering, surveys for community members and semi-structured interviews to key. In the mode of surveys (N=76), dimensions obtained from the adaptation of community participation scale in community leader (Seminario, 2014), support and social action, social cohesion, trust, esteem and influence and agency, were correlated with the dimensions of the adaptation of community readiness scale (Holgado & Maya-Jariego, 2012a), commitment, knowledge of problems and ingroup relationship; revealing meaningful inversely relationship between the two the components of the two constructs. Furthermore, multiple linear regressions suggest that dimensions of community readiness could significantly influence the components of community participation. Besides, key informants interviews were quantified according to the model of community readiness (Edwards et al., 2000) to determine the level of readiness for change in the community, placing it at “denial/resistance” level for child labor.

Texto completoLa presente investigación es un estudio acerca de los trabajos comunitarios como instancia de reinserción social a partir del caso de la pena de Prestación de Servicios en Beneficio de la Comunidad (PSBC) en la región Metropolitana. Entendiendo la reinserción social como un proceso bidireccional en el cual se requiere la participación tanto del infractor como de la comunidad, es que desde el enfoque basado en las fortalezas (Modelo del Buen Vivir y Justicia Restaurativa) se buscó identificar elementos presentes en la PSBC que contribuirían al proceso de reinserción del penado. Para ello se realizaron en total 18 entrevistas en profundidad a delegadas de la pena (funcionarias de Gendarmería de Chile), a entidades beneficiarias dónde se realiza la prestación de servicios y a penados que al minuto de ser entrevistados se encontraban realizando la PSBC. Para responder a la pregunta por la contribución de los trabajos comunitarios, las entrevistas se articularon en torno a dos ejes: la responsabilización del ofensor y el rol de la comunidad en el proceso de cumplimiento. Entre los resultados encontrados se evidencia que existiría por parte de los penados una responsabilización incompleta y una alta valoración de la entidad beneficiaria como comunidad que recibe y apoya al penado durante su cumplimiento. A partir de lo anterior, se discuten las implicancias de estos resultados para la comprensión de los servicios en beneficio a la comunidad en general, y de la PSBC en particular
Abstract This research analyzes community work as an instance of social reintegration, taking as a case study the Provision of Services in Benefit of the Community (in Spanish, PSBC) in the Metropolitan Region of Chile. Having understood social reintegration as a two-way process in which the participation of both the offender and the community is required, this research endorses an strength-based approach (Good Living Model and Restorative Justice), seeking to identify the elements present in the PSBC that would contribute to the process of reintegration of the offender. To achieve that, a total of 18 in-depth interviews were done with the officers of the service (civil workers of Gendarmería de Chile), the beneficiary organizations where the community services are carried out, and with offenders who, by the time of their interviews, were completing the PSBC. To answer the question about the contribution of community work, the interviews were structured around two core ideas: The accountability of the offender, and the role of the community in the process of completing the service. The findings shows that, among the convicts there is an incomplete accountability and a high appreciation of the beneficiary organization, as a community that welcomes and supports the convict during their serving. Following those results, their implications are discussed, so as to understand the services that benefit the community in general, and the PSBC in particular

Os agentes comunitários de saúde (ACS) são uma categoria profissional em expansão dentro do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). Mas a ampliação da utilização destes trabalhadores flexíveis trouxe a tona diversos problemas relacionados a sua identidade e representação social para a equipe e para a população atendida. Acreditamos que estes trabalhadores são sub-qualificados e mal remunerados frente às atribuições que lhes são imputadas. Esta condição tem gerado ansiedade e um sentimento generalizado de impotência e desprestígio dentro da categoria. Na interação cotidiana com os outros atores que compõe a equipe de saúde da família, percebem que o contraste entre os conhecimentos em saúde que possuem daqueles que os demais profissionais carregam é insuperável. No mais se vêem como incapazes de desenvolver um trabalho educativo e preventivo em saúde que não é devidamente valorizado pela comunidade atendida e nem mesmo pela equipe de saúde. Temos em mente que o trabalho do ACS pode e precisa ser potencializado. A saída está na requalificação destes trabalhadores e na sua conseqüente profissionalização. Mas também pressupõe uma mudança estrutural no atendimento público em saúde, com a manutenção de serviços especializados e de maior complexidade de qualidade capazes de suprir a demanda da população. Envolve ainda a democratização dos serviços e a ampliação do acesso, com um maior envolvimento da sociedade na condução destas reformas. E finalmente, o Programa de Saúde da Família (PSF) quando implantado em grandes centros urbanos, não pode ficar restrito as suas periferias, o que significa que este modelo de atendimento também precisa ser readequado as necessidades da população.
The communitarian agents of health (ACS) are a professional category in expansion inside of the Only System of Health (SUS). But the magnifying of the use of these flexible workers brought on the surface diverse related problems its identity and social representation for the team and the taken care of population. We believe that these qualified workers are sub and badly remunerated front the attributions that are imputed to them. This condition has generated anxiety and a generalized feeling of impotence and disreputation inside of the category. In the daily interaction with the other actors whom the team of health of the family composes, they perceive that the contrast enters the knowledge in health that they possess of that the excessively professional ones load are insuperable. In more if they see as incapable to develop an educative and preventive work in health that duly is not valued by the taken care of community and not even for the health team. We have in mind that the work of the ACS can and needs to be powerment. The exit is in the requalification of these workers and its consequent professionalization. But also it estimates a structural change in the public attendance in health, with the specialized complexity and maintenance of service bigger of quality capable to supply the demand of the population. It still involves the democratization of the services and the magnifying of the access, with a bigger envolvement of the society in the conduction of these reforms. E finally, the Program of Health of Family (PSF) when implanted in great urban centers, cannot be restricted its peripheries, what it means that this model of attendance also needs to be adequate the necessities of the population.

Siendo relevante para poder concretar la modificación de la ordenanza de participación ciudadana a nivel local pero también para dar respuesta y potenciar procesos internos que limitan y restringen la participación de la comunidad en materias de incumbencia de todos los actores de una comuna. Sin embargo, uno de los principales resultados arroja la importancia de la relación que existe entre los actores involucrados en la investigación, los que poseen diferencias importantes al momento de definir la participación ciudadana, lo que conlleva a pararse en distintos niveles al momento de actuar y pensar la comuna

Texto completoThis paper aims studying the relation between religiosity and social participation on the work with adolescents and young people in school pastoral. For such a aim, it was make a case study at the college Nossa Senhora Auxiliadora, from Rio Pardo City, Rio Grande do Sul State. As the analysis done has, as its background, the school pastoral of a confessional Catholic school, the concept and the directions on youth and education present in the ecclesial documents including the Projeto Educativo das Irmãs do Imaculado Coração de Maria, which support the college Auxiliadora de Rio Pardo constitute the first part of this dissertation. Influenced by a pastoral comprehension, with principles on the Theology of Liberation and on the care with the marginalized people, many Latin American ecclesial documents including the one from the Irmãs do Imaculado Coração de Maria has a social and educational youth comprehension, and a concrete spirituality. Over time, this liberating comprehension starts giving attention to a more moderate position, which fragments into parts the human being, separating religiosity and political dimension. However, the preferential option for the youth and the poor in Latin America continued being affirmed by various bodies of the Church, which includes schools. The last chapter of this paper and its final considerations portray research on this options by the Catholic Church in a specific community: the college Auxiliadora de Rio Pardo. Eight youth students and theirs parents were interviewed. The aim here was investigating how the school pastoral service helps in the relation between religiosity and social participation. It was realized that the relation between these human dimensions, de facto, exist in the students life and that their faces and relations are diversified. It was seen that, among others elements, the existence of a vibrating, dynamic, friendly and enchanting faith, that is part of the daily life of the students, and that school is also a community where they do develop their faith.

Texto completoIntroduction: Understanding the social determination of health enables care actions and response to health needs in the areas of health promotion, prevention, treatment and recovery. The actions of community health agents in the Family Health Strategy contribute to the knowledge of these determinations. These professionals strengthen the integration between the health services and the community, especially because they are residents and workers of the communities, and are therefore more sensitive to occurrence and listening to the problems present in the territory. Objective: to analyze the performance of community health agents in relation to working conditions and the social determination of health in a District Health Management, in the city of Porto Alegre, RS. Methodology: descriptive research, qualitative in nature. The study scenario was the Family Health Strategies located in the Glória / Cruzeiro / Cristal district management. Participants in the survey were the community health agents of each of the 28 teams in the Family Health Strategy. The generation of data occurred through a focus group and semi-structured interview, from August 2015 to February 2016. The analysis of the material produced was analyzed by content of the thematic type. Results and discussion: In understanding the working conditions in which community agents are frequently exposed, as well as the phenomenon of social determination of health, three empirical categories were constructed: "Contextualizing management and labor relations: felt absences"; Second, "Social determination of health: aspects that influence the life of the population," and this section is composed of two topics. The first describes the most concrete conditions of life, such as the absence of sanitation, waste with inadequate disposal, illiteracy and health problems per se, and the second, with a more social aspect, violence and drug trafficking and The last category is entitled "Strategies for coping with working conditions and the social determination of health". Final considerations: the identification and analysis of the social determination of health can help in the establishment of practices, with the purpose of assisting the decision-making process, the critical evaluation of the health-disease process and the redirection of care. CHWs experience different obstacles in their daily lives that tend to undermine the effectiveness of their work. In this scenario, due recognition and good working conditions for the development of health actions are paramount. In addition, it is necessary an instrumentalization focused on the development of the skills that are desired for the community agents, with a view to the satisfaction of this worker and recognition by the health team.
Introducción: La comprensión de la determinación social de la salud posibilita acciones de cuidado y de respuesta a las necesidades de salud en los ámbitos de promoción, prevención, tratamiento y recuperación de la salud. La actuación de los agentes comunitarios de salud en la Estrategia de Salud de la Familia colabora en el conocimiento de tales determinaciones. Estos profesionales fortalecen la integración entre los servicios de salud y la comunidad, especialmente por la característica de ser habitantes y trabajadores de las comunidades, siendo, por lo tanto, más sensibles a la ocurrencia y escucha de los problemas presentes en el territorio. Objetivo: analizar la actuación de los agentes comunitarios de salud frente a las condiciones de trabajo y la determinación social de la salud en una Gerencia Distrital de Salud, en el municipio de Porto Alegre, RS. Metodología: investigación descriptiva, de naturaleza cualitativa. El escenario del estudio fueron las Estrategias de Salud de la Familia ubicadas en la gerencia distrital Gloria / Cruzeiro / Cristal. Los participantes de la encuesta fueron los agentes comunitarios de salud de cada uno de los 28 equipos de la Estrategia de Salud de la Familia. La generación de datos ocurrió por medio de un grupo focal y una entrevista semiestructurada, en el período de agosto de 2015 a febrero de 2016. El análisis del material producido ocurrió por el análisis de contenido del tipo temático. Resultados y discusión: Al comprender las condiciones de trabajo en que los agentes comunitarios están frecuentemente expuestos, así como el fenómeno de la determinación social de la salud, se construyeron tres categorías empíricas: "Contextualizando la gestión y las relaciones de trabajo: ausencias sentidas"; En segundo lugar, "Determinación social de la salud: aspectos que influyen en la vida de la población" siendo que esta sección está compuesta por dos tópicos. El primero describe las condiciones más concretas de vida, como la ausencia de saneamiento, la basura con descarte inadecuado, el analfabetismo y los problemas de salud propiamente dichos, y en el segundo, de aspecto más social, la violencia y el tráfico de drogas y la la última categoría se titula "Estrategias de enfrentamiento a las condiciones de trabajo y la determinación social de la salud". Consideraciones finales: las situaciones vivenciadas por los agentes comunitarios dialogan con problemas macrosociales, en ese contexto, la identificación y el análisis de la determinación social de la salud pueden auxiliar en el establecimiento de prácticas, con el propósito de auxiliar el proceso de toma de decisión, el proceso salud-enfermedad y la redirección del cuidado. Los ACS experimentan diferentes obstáculos en su cotidiano que tienden a perjudicar la efectividad de su trabajo. En este escenario, es primordial el debido reconocimiento y buenas condiciones de trabajo para el desarrollo de las acciones en salud. Además, se hace necesaria una instrumentalización orientada al desarrollo de las competencias que se anhela para los agentes comunitarios, con vistas a la mayor satisfacción de este trabajador y reconocimiento por el equipo de salud.

A noção de ethos vem, há muito, percorrendo vários caminhos. Da Retórica antiga, passando pela Pragmática e chegando à Análise do Discurso. Mas foi a partir dos anos de 1980 que o termo passou a ser objeto de reflexão nos estudos do discurso, suscitando comentários acerca do conceito do ethos retórico, assim como abrindo espaços a novas acepções em disciplinas que se interessam por esses estudos (MAINGUENEAU, 2008c). Como o fio condutor da pesquisa aqui desenvolvido gira em torno do objetivo de analisar o trabalho de construção do ethos nos discursos produzidos pelos atores sociais que integram a comunidade da UFPA (nos seus 50 anos de existência), no trabalho da imprensa institucional, por meio Jornal Beira do Rio, necessitou-se dedicar atenção mais especificamente aos estudos do conceito de ethos e cena de enunciação. O interesse pelos discursos dos atores sociais que integram a Universidade, no ano de comemoração do cinquentenário, levou à busca de respostas para o seguinte questionamento: de que maneira o trabalho discursivo de comemoração dos 50 anos da Universidade Federal do Pará, empreendido pela imprensa institucional, por meio dos atores sociais que compõe a Instituição, é instrumento revelador do ethos? A escolha da UFPA deve-se ao fato de a Instituição ser considerada a maior instituição de ensino superior do Estado, por ter assumido, ao longo de 50 anos, grande importância no atual contexto educacional brasileiro. Constituem o corpus deste trabalho as edições mensais do Jornal Beira do Rio, publicadas durante o ano de 2007. Com base na observação e estudo do corpus em questão, esta dissertação deteve-se nas abordagens teóricas necessárias a uma melhor fundamentação do que está em jogo em torno da noção de ethos, na perspectiva da Análise de Discurso de linha francesa. Para tanto se estabelece a articulação entre diferentes conceitos e categorias desenvolvidas por Dominique Maingueneau. A apropriação de tal fundamentação teórica permitiu a análise dos textos selecionados e a consequente identificação da figura de um fiador homogêneo, sujeitos sociais investidos nos papéis de gestores, docentes, discentes e técnico-administrativos, que legitimam e fortalecem a imagem da Universidade como a maior agente de transformação da região amazônica.
For a long time, the notion of ethos has taken multiples ways, from the Ancient Rhetoric, passing by Pragmatics until Discourse Analysis. But it was since the 1980s the term became to be object of reflection in discourse studies, raising comments on the concept of rhetoric ethos as well as opening space to new meanings related to disciplines interested in these studies (MAINGUENEAU, 2008c). As the guiding principle of this research has to do with analyzing the work of the ethos construction in the discourses produced by the social actors who make up the UFPA community (in its 50 years of existence), in the institutional press work, exactly the Beira Rio Journal, it was necessary to pay more specific attention to the studies concerning the concept of ethos and scene of enunciation. The interest for the social actors’ discourse during UFPA 50th anniversary led to search for answers to the following question: How can the discursive work of the institutional press through the social actors who make up UFPA concerning the celebration of its 50th anniversary reveal the ethos? The choice of UFPA is due not only because it is considered the greatest higher education institution in the state, but also because, throughout these 50 years, it has assumed a great importance in the current Brazilian educational context. This research corpus is constituted by monthly editions of the Beira do Rio Journal, published in 2007. From the observation and the study of this corpus, this dissertation used the theoretical approaches to the best basis concerning the notion of ethos, in the perspective of French Discourse Analysis. For this, it was established the articulation between different concepts and categories developed by Maingueneau. This theoretical basis allowed the analysis of selected texts and the consequent identification of the figure of a homogeneous guarantor, social individuals who play the role of managers, professors, students and administrative officers, who legitimate and strengthen University’s image as the greater agent of transformation in the Amazon.

Texto completo[ES] Se quiere validar un modelo de capacitación, sustentado en una concepción humanista, crítica y constructivista de la educación y expresiva del arte, con aportes del arteterapia; para colaborar con la promoción y protección de los DDHH; capacitando actores sociales para actuar en ámbitos de salud, educación, justicia penal, comprendiendo la relación creatividad-arte-salud. El modelo es un proyecto de investigación-acción, con metodología de taller expresivo-reflexivo, para actuar en diversos escenarios, facilitando el aprendizaje significativo. Objetivos de la investigación: Analizar concepciones, del Arte, el Arteterapia y la Educación, haciendo referencia a fuentes documentales y conceptos claves de la hipótesis. Comprender la práctica educativa como ámbito donde aplicar investigación-acción. Describir/analizar, fundamentos, objetivos, contenidos y criterio evaluativo de la acción formadora promovida por el proyecto. Explicar la metodología de taller expresivo-reflexivo del modelo de capacitación, analizar el concepto de secuencia didáctica, presentar secuencias didácticas del mismo y de prácticas a cargo de participantes del taller. Métodos de investigación aplicados en la tesis: Descriptiva: diagnosticar e identificar problemáticas dentro de los contextos donde se desarrolla la hipótesis. Proyectiva : plantear un modelo de formación de formadores. Evaluativa: apreciar los efectos de la investigación-acción, referidos al proyecto que está en investigación. Comparativa: identificar diferencias y semejanzas durante la experimentación práctica del proyecto. Metodología aplicada en la experimentación práctica del modelo a validar: Investigación-acción Metodología de enseñanza-aprendizaje del modelo a validar: Taller expresivo-reflexivo con dispositivos del arteterapia Resultados y aportaciones más relevantes: En las facultades de Bellas Artes de la UPV y ULL, fue la primera capacitación que permitió a estudiantes enseñar arte a jóvenes en contextos de encierro (España 2008/09). En Argentina, el proyecto facilitó a penitenciarios, a considerar el eje ético de su tarea; por primera vez en 2009/10, en centros de privación de libertad de adolescentes (Salta y Orán); éstos dictaron talleres expresivos a los adolescentes. En Provincia de Bs. As., Promotores Comunitarios de Salud (Marcos Paz) y alumnos del Bachillerato de Adultos con Orientación en Salud (Lomas de Zamora); por primera vez recibieron una capacitación para comprender la función expresiva del arte como promotora de salud (2011/12). El proyecto se incluye en una asignatura de Tecnicatura Superior en Trabajo Social (Moreno); el alumnado incorporó estos nuevos saberes, para aplicarlos en sus prácticas territoriales. (2011/12). Si bien la investigación que presentamos, abarca el desarrollo del proyecto 2009/12; es importante decir que valorado por el Ministerio de Educación de la Nación, se firmó Carta Acuerdo entre Secretaría de DDHH de la Nación, desde donde el proyecto actúa desde 2009, y la Modalidad Educación en Contextos de Encierro de ese Ministerio, para dictar el proyecto como seminario a nivel federal. En 2015 se dictó en Salta, Tucumán y La Pampa.

Resumo: O trabalho do Agente Comunitário de Saúde na Estratégia Saúde da Família é de ordem técnica, no cuidado e na assistência a população e político, na organização da manifestação popular, compreendido como o elo entre a população e a equipe. A especificidade do trabalho do Agente Comunitário de Saúde é permeado por dificuldades no processo de identidade e sofrimento psíquico, identificados em pesquisas anteriores. O referencial teórico foi a Psicologia Social, Psicodinâmica do Trabalho e Saúde Coletiva. O objetivo deste estudo foi investigar a influência da atividade do Agente Comunitário de Saúde na sua privacidade por morar próximo ao local de trabalho. A metodologia foi de natureza qualitativa, utilizando uma combinação de recursos na coleta de dados: grupo focal e observação participante. De maneira geral, os resultados apontaram alguns pontos de intensificação do desgaste do agente comunitário de saúde, uns diretamente relacionados a perda da privacidade, por morar no território que trabalha, dificilmente contornáveis, pois lidar com o processo saúde-doença de pessoas que fazem parte da convivência diária, às vezes amigos e parentes é uma situação que dificilmente algum manejo técnico dê conta de resolver. Outros, como a falta de espaço para discutir os casos atendidos, desvalorização, poderiam ser minimizados por meio de mudanças na gestão e formação permanente.
Abstract: The Community Health Agent?s work in the Family Health Strategy is technical, in the care and assistance to population and political organization in the popular demonstration, understood as the relationship between the community and staff. The specificity of the Agent?s work is permeated by difficulties in the process of identity and psychic suffering, identified in previous researches. The theoretical framework was the Social Psychology, Work?s Psychotherapy and Collective Health. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of the activity of the Community Health Agent in your privacy by living around workplace. The methodology was qualitative, using a combination of resources in data collection: focus groups and participant observation. Overall, the results indicated some points of increased wear of the Community Health Agent , some directly related to loss of privacy, living in the territory that works, hardly manageable because dealing with the health-disease process of people who living daily, sometimes friends and relatives, is a situation that hardly any technical account management get resolve. Others, such as lack of space to discuss the cases treated, devaluation, could be minimized through changes in management and continuing education.

Particularly the way this two elements have been brought together nowadays in Barcelona-after the latest economic crisis and its resulting social protests. Several projects adopt different methods and agree to avoid as much as possible all commercial or institutional mechanisms when it comes to distributing or showing film material. They suggest critical, independent and denunciative content. How are they born? How they connect with past references? How are they organized? How they understand culture? Why they use cinema as a tool for politics? What topics are being produced and spread? How they affect their surroundings? All this questions will be answered reveling their experiences, difficulties, achievements, and daily contradictions, as well as the way they have assumed the cinematographic task from collective empowerment, inter cooperation and self-organization.

Texto completoThis study aims to gather elements to explain the crisis that dissolved Unilabor, a workers\' self-management experience in São Paulo that was unique in its time, through the analysis of the company\'s internal documentation, through information provided by some of the participants who were interviewed, as well as by resorting to the hypothesis of prevalence of an instrumental rationality, at one point, in place of the substantive rationality assumed in the fundamentals of the community. The elements for the formulation and analysis of this hypothesis come from Marxist theories of labor, as reformulated and updated by authors such as Robert Kurz, Roberto Schwarz, Moishe Postone, Jürgen Habermas, André Gorz, and Ricardo Antunes, who, albeit not uniformly, have pointed out the current elements of a crisis of the category \'work\' as a central element in the creation of wealth. Additionally, the concepts of community, solidarity, hope, and friendship, as defined and analyzed by Giorgio Agamben, and Terry Eagleton will be used to open the conclusions of this paper up to discussion. The aesthetic aspect, embodied in the industrial design of the furniture produced by Unilabor is present as a background for the substantive insufficiency hypothesis that is presented, since it intends to function as a factor that is pedagogical, thus concerning the learning of one\'s craft by workers involved in the self-management. This aesthetic program, as much as the solidarity, friendship, and substantive rationality, also proved to be insufficient for the maintenance of community ties.
