碩士<br>國立高雄餐旅大學<br>旅遊管理研究所<br>99<br>觀光旅遊活動隨外在環境與生活方式之變化，旅遊型態亦日趨多元，沙發客和背包客之出現，獨自旅行相關書籍與電影之問世，顯示獨立旅遊風潮日漸興盛，越來越多人從事獨自旅行，享受與體驗旅遊的幸福感。本研究主要目的為瞭解獨自旅行的發展現況為何，並探討獨自旅行者的生活型態、旅遊動機與心理幸福感之間的關係，本研究以有獨立旅行經驗之旅客為研究對象，採便利抽樣方式進行問卷調查與資料蒐集，於2011年1月至3月間進行電子問卷調查，回收有效問卷355份，並透過描述性統計、因素分析、變異數分析、相關分析、線性結構模式等統計方法進行資料分析，之後建立配適度良好之衡量獨自旅行者生活型態、旅遊動機與心理幸福感間之關係模式。本研究發現：（1）獨自旅行者的生活型態為「流行傾向」、「休閒態度」、「品質追求」、「獨身態度」、「生涯規劃」、「價格敏感」等6個因素構面，大致符合ICP「生活型態量表」之因素構面。（2）獨自旅行者可歸納「自我實現」、「刺激」、「放鬆」、「人際關係」與「自尊與自我發展」等5個旅遊動機之因素構面，符合Pearce（2005）所提出之「旅遊生涯階梯」之因素構面。（3）獨自旅行者可歸納「圓通自如」、「幸福記憶」、「快樂情緒」3個心理幸福感之因素構面，亦符合李新民、陳密桃（2006）所提出「心理健康量表」之因素構面。（4）人口統計變數對
