В статті на основі вивчення архівних документів Київському національному університеті імені Тараса Шевченка за 1939 рік та за 1941 – 1951 роки, статей і монографій, що стосуються науково-організаційної та педагогічної діяльності академіка М.М. Боголюбова, спогадів учнів М.М. Боголюбова, уточнено дати перебування М.М. Боголюбова на посаді декана механіко-математичного факультету, завідувача кафедри теорії функцій та кафедри ма-тематичної фізики. Вказано викладацький склад кафедри математичної фізики в період 1945 – 1951 рр. Встановлено, що в аспірантурі Київського державного університеті ім. Т.Г. Шевченка М.М. Боголюбов був науковим керівником наступних аспірантів (в дужках вказано термін навчання під керівництвом М.М. Боголюбова): Авраменко С.О. (вересень 1939 – липень 1941), Гіхман Й.І. (вересень 1939 – липень 1941)., Крейн С.Г. (вересень 1940 – липень 1941), Хацет Б.І. (жовтень 1944 – березень 1948) Стрельцова О.О. (листопад 1946 – листопад 1949), Кац Г.І. (листопад 1946 – листопад 1949), Польський Н.Й. (жовтень 1947 – жовтень 1950), Лось Ф.С. (жовтень 1948 – жовтень 1949), Пахарєва Н.О. (жовтень 1950 – жовтень 1952). У статті відтворено хронологію подій пов’язаних з відновленням діяльності механіко-математичного факультету Київського державного університеті ім. Т.Г. Шевченка в перші післявоєнні роки.

JAV lietuviai tautininkai, 1941 m. pasitraukę iš bendros JAV lietuvių politinės organizacijos Amerikos lietuvių tarybos, pradėjo savarankišką politinę veiklą kovodami dėl Lietuvos nepriklausomybės. Įkūrė savo organizacijas: 1941 m. – Lietuvai vaduoti sąjungą, prie kurios buvo įkurta American Friends of Lithuania, 1943 m. – Amerikos lietuvių tautininkų centrą, 1944 m. – Amerikos lietuvių misiją. 1946–1947 m. susilpnėjęs tautininkų judėjimas ir nuolatinis išeivijos bei Europos lietuvių reiškiamas noras matyti JAV lietuvių politinės veiklos vienybę, vertė tautininkus keisti savo poziciją. 1947 m. prasidėjo JAV lietuvių tautininkų vadų derybos su ALT vadovybe dėl tautininkų sugrįžimo į ALT, su sąlygomis: a) susijungti tautininkų organizacijoms ir b) atskirai nebevykdyti politinės veiklos. 1948–1949 m., praktiškai metus, vyko nelengvas tautinių organizacijų reorganizacijos darbas, kuris baigėsi bendru Seimu, vykusiu 1949 m. gegužės 21–22 d., kuomet buvo įkurta bendra tautininkų organizacija – Amerikos lietuvių tautinė sąjunga. Daugiausia nuveikė tautininkų lyderiai Antanas Olis, Pijus J. Žiūris, Juozas Bačiūnas, Kazys Karpis, Vincas Rastenis, Albinas S. Trečiokas, Juozas Ginkus ir kt. Tautininkų atstovai įėjo į ALT kaip ketvirtoji dalis šalia katalikų, socialistų ir sandariečių. ALTS pagal savo programą įsipareigojo plačiai vykdyti lietuvybės stiprinimo išeivijoje darbą, o ALT sudėtyje – dalyvauti Lietuvos laisvinimo veikloje. JAV lietuvių istorijoje šie klausimai giliau netyrinėti, nors šaltinių yra pakankamai.

Jean-Paul Sartre (1905–1980), nephew of the Alsatian theologian, Albert Schweitzer, was born in Paris, passed his agrégation at the Ecole Normale Superieure in 1929, and was a lycée teacher between 1931 and 1945. He was called up to the French Army in 1939, captured by the Germans in 1940 and released after the armistice. In 1938 he published a novel, La Nausée, translated by Robert Baldick as Nausea (Harmondsworth: Penguin, 1965), and in 1940, L'Imaginaire: Psychologie phénoménologique de l'imagination, translated by Bernard Frechtman as The Psychology of Imagination (London: Methuen, 1972). His major philosophical work, L'Etre et le Neant, was published in 1943, and translated by Hazel E. Barnes as Being and Nothingness (London: Methuen, 1957). As a novelist he is best known for a trilogy, Chemins de la Liberté (Roads to Freedom), comprising L'Age de raison (1945) translated by E. Sutton as The Age of Reason (Harmondsworth: Penguin, 1961), Le Sursis (1945), translated by E. Sutton as The Reprieve (Harmondsworth: Penguin, 1963) and La Mort dans l'āme (1949), translated by G. Hopkins as Iron in the Soul (Harmondsworth: Penguin, 1965). His main work of literary criticism is Qu'est-ce que la littérature? (1947), translated by B. Frechtman as What is Literature? Adam Gajdek brał udział w kampanii polskiej we wrześniu 1939 r., walcząc w 3 Pułku Strzelców Podhalańskich w Bielsku. W 1940 r., przybrawszy pseudonim „Olek”, wstąpił do Związku Walki Zbrojnej, a następnie Armii Krajowej. Po wkroczeniu do Polski wojsk sowieckich pozostał w konspiracji. Brał udział m.in. w nieudanej akcji na więzienie w rzeszowskim zamku przeprowadzonej 7-8 października 1944 r. Na początku 1947 r. wstąpił do Zrzeszenia „Wolność i Niezawisłość”. W kwietniu 1947 r. objął funkcję kierownika organizacyjnego powstałej pod koniec 1946 r. siatki wywiadowczej o kryptonimie „Instytut Bakteriologiczny”, podlegając bezpośrednio kierownikowi Wydziału Informacji IV Zarządu Głównego WiN Mieczysławowi Kawalcowi. Aresztowany 17 października 1947 r. przez funkcjonariuszy Wojewódzkiego Urzędu Bezpieczeństwa Publicznego w Krakowie, przeszedł w tym mieście wstępne śledztwo, a następnie został przewieziony do aresztu Ministerstwa Bezpieczeństwa Publicznego w Warszawie. Jesienią 1948 r. jego sprawę skierowano do stołecznego Wojskowego Sądu Rejonowego. Wyrokiem z 23 października 1948 r. Adam Gajdek skazany został na karę śmierci. Naczelny Sąd Wojskowy oddalił skargę rewizyjną, a prezydent Bolesław Bierut nie skorzystał z prawa łaski, wobec czego 14 stycznia 1949 r. Adama Gajdka stracono w więzieniu przy ulicy Rakowieckiej w Warszawie.

The paper evaluates the growth, structure, production, quality, leaf area index and dendrochronology of 100 years old Austrian pine (Pinus nigra ARNOLD) monoculture situated in the forest type group Fageto-Quercetum in the locality Horné Lefantovce (Nitrianska Streda Forest District, Topoľčianky Forest Enterprise). Codominant trees, trees with stem of high quality, with medium-sized crown, medium dense and straight crown are the most abundant in the stand. The tree number in the stand is 1,024 trees/ha, basal area 51.75 m2/ha, growing stock 571.56 m3/ha, aboveground biomass stock 348.76 t/ha and leaf area index 21.85 ha/ha. Dendrochronological analyses examined the response in individual sample trees and minimum annual ring width was found in 1920, 1922, 1925, 1929, 1933, 1938, 1944, 1946, 1947, 1949, 1952, 1954, 1963, 1968, 1976, 1982, 1990, 1993, 1998, 2001. Marked maximum values of annual ring width in the years 1919, 1923, 1926, 1930, 1936, 1937, 1941, 1948, 1951, 1955, 1959, 1966, 1972, 1975, 1980, 1985, 1997 were found as a positive productive feature. Beginning in the year 1993, dry Austrian pine trees occurred in the stand as a result of the fungal infection by Sphaeropsis sapinea (Fr.) Dyko et Sutton.

Our belief is that the fundamental research of the history of architecture during the communist regime - school, guild and profession - is still in its incipient stages and, hence, all the repressive mechanisms that brutally mutated the Faculty of Architecture in Bucharest between 1944 and 1958 – via expulsions, exclusions, arrests and prison conviction – are quasi-unknown. All these callous interventions of the politics were based and implemented by the hard-core inside people, either students or teachers. Among them, an interesting case refers to the students who proved being compliant with the regime, as they had an unfailing involvement in all the 1945 – 1948 activities and who were later promoted to the position of assistant lecturers (1949), first of all for these merits. The text herein introduces the case of architect Paraschiva Iubu, a student (1939 – 1947) and a teacher starting with 1949, while including a contrastive analysis between her own testimony in 2005 and the lately reclaimed archive documents.

Selected type and non-type material belonging to the genus Orthocladius van der Wulp, 1874 (Diptera: Chironomidae) sensu GOETGHEBUER (1940-1950), deposited in the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences (RBINS), originally comprising specimens dry pinned or stored in isinglass, were mounted on microscope slides and re-examined. Other chironomids present in the RBINS collection belonging to other genera were also examined. Fifty slides were prepared and identified to species, or to generic level when the condition of the specimens did not allow species identification. The following types, representing taxa formerly considered as nomina dubia, were examined and the concerned species are stated here as valid: Georthocladius collarti (Goetghebuer, 1941) comb. nov., Georthocladius scaturiginis (Goetghebuer, 1940) comb. nov., Lapposmittia succinea (Goetghebuer, 1942) comb. nov., Orthocladius (Euorthocladius) tolleti Goetghebuer, 1944 (new subgenus placement), Orthocladius (Orthocladius) timoni Goetghebuer & Timon-David, 1939, Pseudorthocladius hockaiensis (Goetghebuer, 1933). Orthocladius (Orthocladius) mitisi Goetghebuer, 1938, previously stated as junior synonym of Orthocladius (Orthocladius) glabripennis (Goetghebuer, 1921), is reinstated as valid species. The following new synonyms are proposed: Georthocladius (Georthocladius) collarti = Parachaetocladius retezati Albu, 1972: 19, syn. nov.; Cricotopus (Paratrichocladius) rufiventris (Meigen, 1830) = Orthocladius franzi Goetghebuer, 1949, syn. nov.; Cricotopus (Paratrichocladius) skirwithensis Edwards, 1929 = Orthocladius nigritus Goetghebuer, 1938, syn. nov. = Paratrichocladius spiesi Ashe & O’Connor, 2012; Hydrobaenus distylus (Potthast, 1914) = Orthocladius antennalis Goetghebuer, 1944, syn. nov. Lectotypes of Orthocladius collarti Goetghebuer, 1941, Orthocladius antennalis Goetghebuer, 1944, Orthocladius timoni Goetghebuer & Timon-David, 1939, and Orthocladius hockaiensis Goetghebuer, 1933 are designated. Non-type material assigned to Orthocladius was also mounted on slides and identified. Although a list of the non-Orthocladius taxa is also provided, no taxonomic changes are proposed for the latter.

Abstract The present study aims to analyze the religious discourse in the Calendar of the „Good Christian” in the issues of 1945-1949. The paradigm shift of language, which can be clearly seen from the texts presented, begins on August 23, 1944 and continues after December 30, 1947, the date on which the monarchy in our country was abolished. If, at the beginning, the point of view of Metropolitan Nicolae Bălan of Transylvania had been strongly anti-communist, after 1946, the tone of his articles „softened a little”, thus, suggesting an approach to the communist regime that had established the country’s leadership. The number of pro-Soviet and communist texts increased exponentially. The official the official direction of those texts was given after 1948, after King Michael I had already abdicated. After 1949, all references to the Royal House disappeared from the pages of the periodical and new „holidays” were introduced to the people, such as „Labor Day” (May 1), „Victory, Independence and Heroes’ Day” (May 9), as well as „Proclamation of the Romanian People’s Republic” (December 30).

المُستخلص :- يتناول هذا البحث التطورات السياسية الداخلية في لاوس خلال 1945 – 1949، إذ شهدت خلال هذه المدة تحولات سياسية مهمة، كان لها أثرٌ بالغٌ في تحقيق حكمها الذاتي في عام 1949 وتخلصها جزئياً من سيطرة الاستعمار الفرنسي . إذ شهدت هذه المرحلة تعاون كبير بين الملك اللاوسي سيسافانغ فونغ وأنصاره مع السلطات الفرنسية في لاوس، أثمر هذا التعاون عن توقيع اتفاقية بينهما في آب 1946، والتي كان لها أثرٌ واضحٌ على مسار الوضع السياسي في لاوس، إذ سجلت ولأول مرة في تاريخ لاوس ظهور أول حزب سياسي، هو حزب إتحاد لاو الوطني، وكتابة أول دستور في البلاد، فضلاً عن تأسيس أول جمعية وطنية فيها . وإلى جانب هذه التطورات، كان تشكيل حركة اللاو أسارا في عام 1945 عن طريق بعض القادة والأمراء اللاوسيين حدث تأريخي مهم، إذ شكلوا حكومة مؤقتة في العام نفسه، وبعد عودة الفرنسيين إلى لاوس، ألفوا حكومة لهم في المنفى في تايلاند في عام 1946، وكانت متعاونة مع الفيت منه لطرد الفرنسيين، إلا أن انقلاب 1947 في تايلاند واختلاف رؤى بعض زعماؤها، كان له أثر سلبي على هيكل الحركة، ونتيجة لذلك، أعلنت حل نفسها في عام 1949، بعد أن فاتح الفرنسيين معظم رموزها بخصوص إعلان العفو عنهم وتوقيع اتفاقية تضمن إستقلال ذاتي للاوس ضمن منظومة الإتحاد الفرنسي، والتي وقعت في تموز 1949، ولم يتخلف عنهم إلا الأمير سوفانو فونغ، الذي فضل محاربة الفرنسيين والتعاون الإستراتيجي مع الفيت منه حتى يتحقق الإستقلال التام للاوس. قُسم البحث إلى محاور عدة هي :- مُقدمة جغرافية وتأريخية عن لاوس حتى عام 1945 . إستقلال لاوس في ظل الهيمنة اليابانية آذار – آب 1945 . تشكيل حركة اللاو أسارا وعودة الفرنسيين إلى لاوس آب 1945 – أيار 1946 . الموقف اللاوسي من عودة الفرنسيين وتوقيع اتفاقية " الحل المؤقت " أيار – كانون الأول 1946 . تصاعد نشاط حركة اللاو أسارا والموقف الفرنسي منها كانون الثاني – آب 1947 . الأوضاع السياسية في لاوس وتصدع حركة اللاو أسارا آب 1947 – أيار 1949 . المفاوضات الفرنسية – اللاوسية والاعتراف بالحكم الذاتي للاوس أيار – كانون الأول 1949 . الاستنتاجات النهائية .

Juan O'Gorman was one of lhe most inftuential architects of the last century in Mexico. His architecture and his pictorial work have hada big influence to date and have left a trace in the panorama of Mexican contemporary art. The following paper entilled Casa O'Gorman,habitando la cueva, is based on a research study and analysis of the last work of Juan O'Gorman:The house in the a11enue San Jerónimo 162 in Mexico City. Unfortunately,the visual artist Halen Escobado destroyed lhis house in !he year 1969. This house, buillon a cave, used the undulations and cavities of the volcanic land left by the last eruption of the Xille volcano more than one thousand and slx hundred years ago. This habitable cave, which was according to O'Gorman words also his laboralory,has left with its loss an empty space in the historical heritage of the Mexican contemporary architecture . The remaining rests of this work are a barely recognisable figure of what was an experiment of organic architecture. Colourful murals and drawings referring to the pre-Hispanic culture and the history of its inhabitants remain probably under the plaster, which covers some walls and roofs. This paper is divided in three parts: The first part describes an approach to the author's person, his work as an architect and his words. The second part entitled "Dos lugares" is an analysis of two of his works that dueto their influence in time and space influenced the concept and the construction of the house in the Sant Jerónimo Avenue. The third part "De la casa a la cueva" is a graphic reconstruction of the mentioned house using the few available information about it and the often inconsistent finds in several publications. For this purpose photographs, texts ,testimonials and existen! plans of the house were compiled,archived and classlfied in order to draw up a new material that describes the work as precisely as possible. The most significant contribution of this paper is the representation of the existent damage, the redrawing of the lnterweaved figures, the colourful animal mosaics and the undulations of the volcanic rock due to the fact that no plans have been found so far that reflect this information. This study aims also for a reftection addressed to the future generations about the conversation and study of works that belong to the historical memory of Mexico. 1. Juan O´Gorman fue uno de los arquitectos más influyentes del siglo pasado en México. Su arquitectura, como su obra pictórica, ha trascendido en el tiempo, dejando huella en el panorama contemporáneo del arte en México. El presente trabajo titulado "Casa O´Gorman, habitando la cueva" se basa en el estudio y análisis de la última obra de Juan O´Gorman, la casa de la avenida San Jerónimo 162 en la Ciudad de México, la cual desafortunadamente fue destruida en el año 1969 a manos de la artista plástica Helen Escobedo. Esta casa construida a partir de una cueva aprovechaba las ondulaciones y cavidades del terreno volcánico dejado por la erupción del volcán Xitle hace más de mil seiscientos años. Esta cueva habitable, que en las palabras de O´Gorman fue también su laboratorio, deja con su pérdida un hueco en el patrimonio histórico de la arquitectura mexicana contemporánea. Lo que queda de esta obra es una forma apenas reconocible de lo que fue un experimento de arquitectura orgánica; seguramente debajo del revoco que cubre algunos de los muros y techos quedan restos de murales multicolores, de dibujos alusivos a la cultura prehispánica y de la historia misma de sus habitantes. He dividido esta investigación en tres grandes bloques: el primero es una aproximación hacia el autor, es una visión global de s u pers ona, de su trabajo como arquitecto y de sus palabras; el segundo bloque, titulado “Dos lugares”, analiza dos obras dentro de su trayectoria que por su trascendencia en tiempo y lugar influyeron en la conceptualización y construcción de la casa de la avenida San Jerónimo; y el tercer bloque, “De la casa a la cueva”, es una reconstrucción gráfica de dicha casa, utilizando la poca información existente y en muchos casos incongruente hallada en las diversas publicaciones donde se muestra. Para este efecto, he recopilado, archivado y catalogado las fotografías, los textos, los testimonios y los planos que existen de la casa, para formular un nuevo material lo más ajustado posible a lo que fue esta obra. Representar lo ya destruido, redibujar las figuras entrelazadas, los mosaicos de animales de colores y las ondulaciones de la roca volcánica son los mayores aportes de este trabajo, pues hasta la fecha no se han encontrado planos que reflejen esta información. Se espera que esta investigación sirva para que las futuras generaciones hagan una reflexión acerca de la conservación y el estudio de las obras que pertenecen a la memoria histórica de México.

Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, ob und inwiefern nach dem 2. Weltkrieg in der Landwirtschaft der Sowjetischen Besatzungszone (SBZ) bzw. der DDR ein Nachvollzug des sowjetischen Vorbildes stattfand. Nach einer Klärung des Sowjetisierungsbegriffs und einer Darstellung der agrarpolitischen Entscheidungen in Sowjetrussland bzw. der Sowjetunion wird in groben Zügen die Agrarpolitik in Sachsen nach dem Ende des 2. Weltkrieges umrissen. Am Beispiel einer kurz nach der Bodenreform freiwillig entstandenen Kollektivwirtschaft in Steinbach bei Leipzig wird anschließend gezeigt, dass die Machthaber in der SBZ/DDR bereits von Anfang an nicht gewillt waren der politischen Linie widersprechende Strukturen zuzulassen, auch wenn diese den örtlichen Gegebenheiten besser entsprachen als die politisch gewollten, aber oft kaum lebensfähigen Neubauernwirtschaften. So markiert die Zwangsauflösung der Steinbacher Kollektive anderthalb Jahre vor Beginn der Propagierung der Kollektivierung das zynische Primat der Machtpolitik vor der Sicherung der Versorgung der Bevölkerung mit Lebensmitteln.

The thesis analyses Britain's political involvement in Bulgaria during 1943 - 1949. It explores Britain's motives for seeking increased influence in the country and traces the most significant British attempts to shape Bulgarian politics. It examines British strategic decisions and diplomatic activities in Bulgaria against the background of the evolving domestic political situation and of Soviet objectives in the Balkans. Evidence from British archives is tested against recently released Bulgarian and Russian sources. The study clarifies problems central to the interpretation of post-war Bulgarian developments and addresses the question of British attitudes to the whole of Eastern Europe. Bulgaria's marginal place in British political and military thinking is found to be at odds with the country's recognised strategic importance. Towards the end of the Second World War, Bulgaria attracted the attention of the British Government occasionally, mostly in the context of broader regional issues such as that of the Balkan Federation. Although the realisation of limited capabilities to influence Bulgarian developments coloured Britain's wartime approach, never did British policy makers disavow interest in Bulgarian affairs. The research establishes that in the armistice period British policy towards Bulgaria was overwhelmingly governed by traditional geopolitical factors. These focused around Bulgaria's potential military threat of British imperial positions in the Eastern Mediterranean and overshadowed any proclaimed British commitment to democracy. Britain's priorities were complicated by the emerging Cold War as a Soviet-dominated Bulgaria was perceived as a springboard for Communist penetration of Europe. Ironically, British unwillingness to challenge Soviet influence in the northern Balkans exacerbated the very dangers Britain was striving to alleviate. Wavering British support for the Bulgarian anti-Communist Opposition only served to expose Britain's weaknesses and further antagonise the Soviet Union. This engendered continuous restraint and gradually led to the isolation of Britain from Bulgarian politics after British recognition of the Bulgarian Communist Government in 1947.

Cumhuriyetin ilanından önce Birinci Meclis’te kabul edilen ve Zonguldak kömür madenlerinde çalışan işçileri kapsayan, ardından 1923 yılında düzenlenen İzmir İktisat Kongresi’nde işçilerin lehine yapılan birtakım düzenlemeler ile aynı yıl çıkarılan Umumi Hıfzıssıhha Kanunu’nda yer alan hükümler Cumhuriyetin ilk sosyal güvenlik uygulamalarıdır. 1946 yılında İşçi Sigortaları Kurumu ile işçilere, 1949 yılında Emekli Sandığı Kanunu ile memurlara sosyal güvenlik alanında önemli haklar getiren kanunlar kabul edilmiştir. Bu dönemde kurulan çeşitli banka ve meslek odaları sandıkları da her bir iş ve meslek kolunun ayrı ayrı sosyal güvenlik kapsamına girmesine yol açmış, 1965 yılında 506 sayılı yasa ile Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumu, 1972 yılında serbest meslek erbabı ve esnafın sosyal güvenlik ihtiyacını gidermeye yönelik olarak Bağ-Kur kurulmuştur. 1980’li yıllarla birlikte sosyal güvenlik anlayışı, dünyaya hâkim olan neo-liberal politikaları tarafından şekillendirilmiştir. 1999 yılında emeklilik yaşı ve prim ödeme gün sayılarının arttırıldığı bir düzenleme yapılarak birçok sigortalı ve iştirakçinin emeklilik hayali yıllar sonraya ötelenmiştir. Sorun, ancak 2023 yılında yapılan düzenlemeyle kısmen de olsa düzeltilebilmiştir. 2008 yılında 5510 sayılı yasa gereğince kurulan Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu, tüm sosyal güvenlik kurumlarını kademeli bir şekilde bir araya getirme hedefinin bir ürünü olarak varlığını devam ettirmektedir.

Tarıma dayalı, geniş aile yapısı olan Osmanlı toplumunda yaşlı, hasta ve sakatlara gerekli bakım ve destek ailenin diğer bireylerince verilmiştir. Yine dinsel kural ve geleneklere dayanan ‘hayır kurumları’ Osmanlı’da yoksulların korunması açısından önemli rol üstlenmişlerdir. Zekât, fitre, sadaka ve bağışlar yoluyla yoksullara yardım yapılmıştır. Vakıflar ise daha organize sosyal yardım kuruluşları olmuştur. İmparatorluğun son dönemlerinde Darülaceze, Darüleytam ve Hilal-i Ahmer gibi kurumlar sosyal yardım açısından önem kazanmıştır. Cumhuriyetin ilk yıllarında sosyal güvenliğe yönelik doğrudan düzenlemeler yapılmasa da çıkarılan Borçlar Kanunu (1926), Umumi Hıfzısıhha Kanunu (1930) gibi yasalarla dolaylı kimi düzenlemelere gidilmiştir. Yine bu dönemde sosyal sigortalara benzeyen dar kapsamlı birtakım emeklilik ve yardımlaşma sandıklarının kuruluşunu öngören yasalar çıkarılmıştır. 1936 tarihli İş Kanunu ile ilk kez sosyal sigortaların kuruluşu ve sosyal sigortalara ilişkin temel ilkeler öngörülmüştür ancak, Cumhuriyet’in ilanından 1945 yılına gelinceye kadar bir sosyal güvenlik sistemi oluşturulamamıştır. Sosyal sigortalarla ilgili ilk yasa 27 Haziran 1945 tarihli İş Kazaları, Meslek Hastalıkları ve Analık Sigortaları Kanunu'dur. Türkiye, İkinci Dünya Savaşı’ndan sonraki dönemde dünyada sosyal güvenlik alanında ortaya çıkan gelişmelere ayak uydurmaya çalışmıştır. “İnsan Hakları Evrensel Bildirisi” 6 Nisan 1949’da kabul edilmiş; yine Dünya Sağlı Örgütü (WHO) Anayasası, 9 Haziran 1949 tarihinde onaylamış ve Türkiye Dünya Sağlık Örgütü üyesi olmuştur. Bu sözleşmeler Türkiye’ye sağlık ve sosyal güvenlik alanlarında yükümlülükler getirmiştir. 1949 yılında T.C. Emekli Sandığı kurularak genel ve katma bütçeli kuruluşlardan aylık alanlarla, daha önce özel kanunla kurulmuş kimi sandıklara bağlı olanlar Emekli Sandığı kapsamına alınmıştır. Böylece o güne kadar dağınık halde bulunan ve memurlara sosyal güvence sağlayan tüm yasa ve sandıklar birleştirilmişti. 1961 Anayasası’nda sosyal güvenlik ve sağlık kavramları birer hak olarak tanımlanmış ve bu hakların sağlanmasının devletin görevi olduğu kabul edilmiştir. Sosyal güvenlik alanında yoğun düzenlemelere gidilen bu dönemde primli sistem açısından önemli bir gelişme, 1965'te yürürlüğe giren Sosyal Sigortalar Kanunu ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu yasayla dağınık haldeki mevzuat bir bütün haline getirilmiştir. Bu gelişmeyi 1971 yılında kabul edilen ve esnaf, sanatkâr ve diğer bağımsız çalışanlara yönelik olan Bağ-Kur Kanunu izlemiştir. 1976 tarihinde kabul edilen yasayla, en geniş kapsamlı kamu sosyal güvenlik harcaması olarak bilinen “65 yaş aylığı” uygulamasının başlatılması, iyi bir sosyal güvence örneği olmuştur. Bu yasa ile “65 Yaşını Doldurmuş, Muhtaç, Güçsüz ve Kimsesiz Türk Vatandaşları”na karşılıksız aylık bağlanmıştır. 1980’li yılların başından itibaren kamu kesiminde çalışan sivil ve askeri personele yönelik tazminat niteliğindeki ödemeler, 1983 yılında sosyal yardım hizmetlerini tek çatı altında toplamayı amaçlayan “Sosyal Hizmetler ve Çocuk Esirgeme Kurumu- SHÇEK” in yeniden düzenlenmesi bu alandaki önemli gelişmelerdir. 1983 yılında yürürlüğe giren “Tarım İşçileri Sosyal Sigortalar Kanunu” ile tarım kesiminde çalışanlara da sosyal güvenlik sağlamayı hedeflemiştir. 1986 yılında oluşturulan “Sosyal Yardımlaşma ve Dayanışmayı Teşvik Fonu ve 1992 yılında uygulanmaya başlanan “Yeşil Kart” sistemi bu alandaki diğer özgün düzenlemeleri oluşturmaktadır. Birinci 5 Yıllık Kalkınma Planı’ndan bu yana söz edilen “işsizlik sigortası”nın oluşturulması konusu 1999 yılında hayata geçirilmiştir. 1996- 2000 yıllarını kapsayan Yedinci 5 Yıllık Kalkınma Planı’nda tüm sosyal güvenlik kurumlarının tek çatı altında toplanması hedefine yönelik olarak “Sosyal Güvenlik Temel Yasası” çıkarılmıştır. Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de Sosyal Güvenlik alanında yapılan düzenlemeler ve oluşturulan kurumlar kronolojik çerçeve içerisinde ele alınıp, verilmeye çalışılacaktır. Çalışmada kurum arşivleri, kurumlarca yayınlanan resmi yayın ve raporlar başta olmak üzere konuyla ilgili yapılmış kitap, makale ve tezlerden yararlanılacaktır.

5000 yıllık bir mazisinin olduğu iddia edilen çay, Türkler tarafından Anadolu'ya gelmeden önce bilinmesine karşın, çayın üretim bağlamında Türkiye'ye gelmesi ve yaygınlaşması 20. yüzyılın başlarında gerçekleşmiştir. Cumhuriyet dönemi öncesinde 1918 yılında Ali Rıza Erten tarafından Doğu Karadeniz kıyısında çay üretilebileceği önerisi sunulmuştur. Rusya’da yaşanan 1917 Bolşevik Devrimi sonrası Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesi’nde sınır kapısının kapatılmasına bağlı olarak erkek gücünün yoğun şekilde bulunması sermaye birikiminin sağlanması açısından koşulları olumlu yönde etkilemiştir. Cumhuriyet döneminde ise Zihni Derin, Rize’de çay üretilmesi konusunda incelemelerde bulunmuştur. Bu incelemeler sonucunda iklim ve toprak bakımından çayın Rize ve çevresinde üretilebileceği ortaya çıkmıştır. Bölgede erkek gücünün yoğun olması ve iklim, toprak koşullarının elverişli durumu çay üretimini devletin ele almasını sağlamıştır. 2 Şubat 1924 yılında 407 sayılı kanun çıkarılmıştır. 1935 yılında dönemin Tarım Bakanı Muhlis Erkmen, Samsun-Rize arasındaki Karadeniz kıyı şeridinde bölgenin şartlarını incelemek üzere bir gezi yapmıştır. Bu gezi sırasında Rize’de çay konusunda yapılan çalışmaları gözlemlemiştir. Daha sonra çay konusunu yerinde incelemek ve detaylı çalışma yapmak üzere bir ekibi Rize’ye göndermiştir. Bu ekipte daha sonra Tarım Bakanlığı yapacak olan Şevket Raşit Hatipoğlu da yer almıştır. Şevket Raşit Hatipoğlu bu konu ile ilgili kapsamlı bir rapor hazırlamıştır. Bu rapor “Türkiye’de Çay İktisadiyatı” adıyla kitap haline getirilmiştir. Şevket Raşit Hatipoğlu eserinde Türkiye’de çay işinin tarihçesi, çay tüketimi, çay ticareti, çay üretimi, çay politikası ve Türkiye’nin çay ithalatı konularında değerlendirmelerde bulunmuştur. 1937 yılında çay üreticisini desteklemek amacıyla bir kanun teklifi hazırlanmış, 7 Temmuz 1939 yılında TBMM’ye sunulmuştur. Hazırlanan kanun 27 Mart 1940 yılında TBMM’de kabul edilmiştir. Bu kanun ile çay tarımı belli bir plan ve program içinde ele alınmaya başlanmıştır. 1942 yılında Tarım Bakanlığı görevine gelen Şevket Raşit Hatipoğlu, çay konusundaki faaliyetleri hızlandırmıştır. Hatipoğlu’nun 1942-1946 yılları arasındaki Tarım Bakanlığı döneminde çay dikim alanı, çay üretici sayısı buna bağlı olarak elde edilen yaş çay ve kuru çay miktarı artmıştır. Şevket Raşit Hatipoğlu aynı zamanda 1942 ve 1943 yıllarında Gündoğdu ve Uzunkaya atölyeleri, 1944 yılında ise Çayeli atölyesinin kurulmasında etkili olmuştur. Çalışmamızın temel çıkış noktasını, 1930’lu yıllarda tarım konusunda kendine yeten ziraat politikasına bağlı olarak farklı ürünlerin üretimine başlanması ve çayın bu alandaki yerinin ne olduğu konusu oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, çayın Anadolu topraklarında üretilmeye başlanması ve buna bağlı olarak özellikle Rize ili civarında üretimin denenmesi ve hem üretimde hem de üretimin artırılması konusunda Şevket Raşit Hatipoğlu’nun katkılarının neler olduğu araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada arşiv belgelerinden, dönemin gazete ve dergilerinden, başta Şevket Raşit Hatipoğlu olmak üzere, diğer yetkili şahsiyetlerin eserleriyle sonraki dönemlerde yapılmış olan araştırma eserlerden yararlanılmıştır.

The year of 2021 witnesses both the bi-centennial anniversary of John Keats’s death, and the centennial anniversary of the Chinese translation and transmission of his poems. The latter one-hundred-years history can be divided into three stages: the beginning in the first half of the twentieth century (mainly during the period of Republic of China), the development from 1949 (when People’s Republic of China was founded) to 1979 (when the Great Cultural Revolution ended), and the flourishing new stage since China’s Reform and Opening up. It is generally assumed that Keats’s works are underappreciated during the first thirty years after the founding of People’s Republic of China, and thus the translation and transmission of Keats in this period in China has been less discussed than necessary. This paper sorts out the data concerning Keats being translated, introduced, and transmitted in the years of 1949-1979, and makes comments on the achievements obtained by Chinese translators and scholars. It attempts to argue that Chinese translators and scholars have made continuous efforts, and contributed considerably in the following fields: the translation of Keats’s poems and letters, the composition and translation of literary history text-books and literary theory textbooks concerning Keats, the studies and transmissions of Keats’s poems and letters, etc. The translation and transmission of Keats in China (1949-1979) have inherited the tradition created by Chinese Keatsian scholars in the first half of the twentieth century (Stage I), and laid solid foundations for the translation and transmission of Keats in China’s New Era of Reform and Opening-up (Stage III).

Szent István király felesége, a bajor származású Boldog Gizella kultuszával elsősorban Veszprém városában találkozunk, de Budapesten vannak hozzá kapcsolódó emlékek. Ennek egyik példájaként mutatjuk be a Gizella Királyné Leánygimnázium történetét. A belvárosi iskola Gizella tiszteletének erősítése céljából vette fel a királyné nevét 1922-ben. Az intézmény 1941-ben Budára költözött, majd 1949/1950-re a kommunista hatalom először a „Királyné”, ezután a „Gizella” nevet törölte az iskola nevéből.

Автор понад 100 наукових і науково-методичних робіт, зокрема першого українськомовного підручника для вишів із зоології хребетних. Популяризатор охорони природи. Керував аспірантурою, в якій підготував 23 кандидати біологічних наук у галузі зоології. Учасник Другої Світової Війни.
