Moreover, we also study the concepts of pigeta-continuous and almost pigeta-continuous functions in&nbsp;topological spaces. We obtain some properties of pigeta-closed sets and almost pigeta-continuous functions. A subset A of a space (X, T) is said to be pig&eta;-closed if &eta;-cl(A)  U whenever A  U and U is pi-open in X. In this paper we introduce some new classes of generalized closed sets called *λµ -g-closed, *λµ -g µ -closed and g* λµ -closed sets in generalized topological spaces, which are related to the classes of gµ -closed sets, g-λµ -closed sets and λµ -g-closed sets. We investigate the properties of the newly introduced classes, as well as the connections among the above mentioned classes of generalized closed sets. Also, we give a unified framework for the study of several types of generalized closed sets in a space endowed with two generalized topologies.
