Purpose The purpose of paper is to supply a code of ethics that can be easily utilized by working professional in their day to day decision making. The accounting profession plays a vital role in the functioning of modern society. It is essential that members of this profession be ethical and stand fast against the internal and external pressures that might encourage these professionals to engage in fraudulent activities. Codes of ethics provide a coherent articulation of the ideals, responsibilities and limitations of the collective ethic of a profession’s members and can assist in guiding ethical behavior. Design/methodology/approach Our model is based on the professional values of justice, utility, competence and utility, i.e. JUCI model, which is a straightforward and easily understandable ethical decision-making model that the average accounting professional, as well as finance professionals in general, may reference when challenged with difficult ethical quandaries. Findings This code, the JUCI Code, represents a contribution to the literature in that its simple, but not simplistic, approach could be of enormous benefit to busy and pressured accountants who need help in constructing independently achieved and defensible rational ethical decisions in the practice of accounting. Originality/value In this paper, the authors build upon a review of ethical foundations and codes of conduct in other professions to construct our code of ethics for accounting professionals.

Résumé :
The article is a sociological analysis of the ethical discourses of professionals and their transformation. The essence and specificity of professional ethics are analyzed, the difference between professional ethics and labor ethics is revealed. A classification of ethical discourses of professionals is developed: traditional, “Protestant”, modernist, postmodernist. The transition from “classical” professionals to “free agents”, “multipro-fessionals”, “quasiprofessionals”, “transprofessionals” is considered. An applied sociological study of the ethi-cal discourse of modern doctors was conducted using the in-depth interview method. Based on the results of the study, the following trends were identified: inconsistency and plurality of ethics, dependence on “ethical fashion”, constant variability of ethical standards, professional “anti-ethics”. A conclusion is made about the absence of one hegemonic ethical discourse of professional doctors. We can observe several discourses sim-ultaneously (for example, traditional, Protestant, modernist and postmodernist), which are either in a state of conflict or “sliding” coexistence.

Résumé :
ABSTRACT Objective: to investigate nursing professionals' understanding concerning the Code of Ethics; to assess the relevance of the Code of Ethics of the nursing profession and its use in practice; to identify how problem-solving is performed when facing ethical dilemmas in professional practice. Method: exploratory descriptive study, conducted with 34 (thirty-four) nursing professionals from a teaching hospital in João Pessoa, PB - Brazil. Results: four thematic categories emerged: conception of professional ethics in nursing practice; interpretations of ethics in the practice of care; use of the Code of Ethics in the professional practice; strategies for solving ethical issues in the professional practice. Final considerations: some of the nursing professionals comprehend the meaning coherently; others have a limited comprehension, based on jargon. Therefore, a deeper understanding of the text contained in this code is necessary so that it can be applied into practice, aiming to provide a quality care that is, above all, ethical and legal.

Résumé :
In the field of health care ethics, we have two separate academic associations here in Korea, i.e., The Korean Society for Medical Ethics Education and The Korean Bioethics Association, both of which have common goals and mission. However, it is also true that each of the two has its own specific field of research. The former puts stress on ethics arising from daily clinical practices whereas the latter has specific interest in philosophical and sociological problems arising from advanced biotechnology. Although Korean society has gone through unprecedented general strike of doctors in 2000 and still is in big turmoil, there are very few who openly evoke ethical problems arising from such extraordinary activities. Some tried to explain and justify this phenomenon using basic ethical principles, which originally were meant to be applied in clinical situation and not in strike. I argue that we have very critical void in health care ethics, that is, professional ethics which tries to explain ethical problems at the level of social groups instead of individuals. I propose that dentistry is very good candidate for the research subject of professional ethics. I explored some possible ethical ground on which professional ethics of dentistry could be built, i. e., moralism, professionalism and unionism. And I propose that we should have more doctors, ethicists and sociologists as well as lay people who are interested not only in medical ethics and bioethics but also in professional ethics, which does not exist in itself but is continuously being produced through interactions between and among various agents.

Résumé :
The ethical nature of human transformation in general and psychotherapy in particular means that therapists function as applied ethicists. Efforts to relate or integrate theology and therapy must therefore address ethical issues. Disciplines that might provide a basis for ethical positions–-science and ethics (including Christian ethics)–-are reviewed, along with the adequacy of the scientist-practitioner model to inform the ethical aspects of practice. The specific contributions of Christian ethics to the dialogue needed between ethicists, theologians, and psychotherapy theorists and practitioners are discussed. Implications for training and continuing professional development are considered.

Résumé :
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine how Aristotle’s ethics can be applied to the ethics of professional accountants (PAs), in relation to the approach adopted by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), and to consider the reasons that justify the Aristotelian approach. Design/methodology/approach The paper outlines IFAC’s approach and identifies several weaknesses. Three themes of Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics are applied to the work of PAs. Reasons why this perspective is more suitable for PAs are then articulated. Findings Several aspects of Aristotle’s ethics can be fruitfully applied to the ethics of PAs. These include the relationship between function, goals and the good, an awareness of the human goal to achieve eudaimonia, the development of both excellences of character and of intelligence, and the significance of non-rational aspects of morality, including emotions, will, responsibility and choice. Research limitations/implications This perspective provides an alternative conceptualisation of the ethics of PAs. Although it does not provide concrete guidance regarding what the ethical approach to specific situations may be, it presents a useful counterpoint to existing approaches that are largely deontological and utilitarian. Practical implications This paper provides accountants in practice with a more comprehensive and adequate perspective on what it means for a PA to be ethical, and raises several issues related to how ethics is included in the education and training of accountants. Originality/value Investigating the philosophical basis for professional ethics approaches professional codes of ethics in a way that it is not typically considered. The paper also provides a more comprehensive application of Aristotelian ethics than previous work.

Résumé :
Abstract Throughout history, medical ethics has taken on different perspectives. Nowadays, the indisputable understanding seems to be that of the supremacy of normative ethics as the one that best meets the needs of the relationship between medical professionals and their patients. Given this context, this investigation sought to understand how the ethics of virtues can contribute so that medical deontology can be effective and virtuous targeting the well-being of patients. To seek this understanding, a bibliographic search of narrative and critical theoretical-conceptual character was carried out. The hypothesis is that although deontology is the most accepted and practiced guide in the professional-patient relationship, if it is not accompanied by an ethics of virtue to guide medical action, there is no guarantee that the mere fulfillment of the rule is virtuous with regard to the patient's well-being.

Résumé :
In this PhD by publication, the author’s work concerning what it is to be a psychologist operating - sometimes simultaneously - within different ethical domains will be examined using conference papers, journal publications and book chapters. This material, which spans a period of 20 years, demonstrates a fundamental concern with the normative ethical question of “what we ought to do” as psychologists in complex situations; it will be argued that this work has contributed to the academic debate and influenced policy and thus practice. In order to position the body of work, and to introduce Codes of Ethics (which seek to operationalise ethics within prescribed domains), the thesis begins by introducing normative ethics. It is argued that psychology’s stance is essentially deontological, whilst organisations are utilitarian in orientation. This implicit tension is addressed in the author’s contributions, which are examined within their (historic) academic context using a comparison of the British Psychological Society’s 1985 and the significantly revised 2006 Code of Ethics. These codes, rather than the more usual positioning within one specific literature, are used to provide a coherent narrative concerning the development of the author’s thinking in this domain, though, necessarily, different overlapping academic literatures are accessed depending on context. The cumulative academic contribution of the published work has been to advance ethical ideas in some areas of professional applied psychology. For example, in the 1985 code, the complexity of operating within organisational contexts was barely acknowledged; this has now significantly changed. The body of work examined here has emphasised how psychologists must consciously and deliberately coexist and act The contribution of ethical concepts to the development of professional applied psychology within overlapping, and sometimes competing, professional and organisational ethical contexts, domains and philosophical positions. In this synoptic piece, after the presentation, positioning, and examination of the contribution of extant published material, possible future directions for research and practice are indicated. For instance, preliminary material will be presented suggesting that, in occupational psychology, where complex differing ethical perspectives are present, public ethical debate appears to be relatively neglected; some hypothesis are presented. More theoretically, areas for development include the extension of recent philosophical ethical ideas to these particular domains of applied psychology, including thinking that suggests that ethical considerations precede other kinds of social obligation. Finally, and linking the academic more firmly to practice and policy, a brief theoretical examination of the possible impact of statutory registration on different branches of psychology is briefly attempted, and potential practical and philosophical ethical consequences for UK psychologists and psychology are briefly outlined.

Résumé :
A great many people in the community experience a range of chronic debilitating diseases that threaten their wellbeing and eventually lead to their death. The challenge for many practitioners is to provide care that is responsive to the needs of the patient, family and friends. This study seeks to examine this complex relationship and to explore the challenges, particularly the ethical challenges, faced by the practitioners in providing care that is acceptable to the individual, family and friends. The scope of this study, therefore, is upon the practices of oncology and palliative care nurses in three different organisational settings; an acute oncology ward, an acute palliative care unit and a specialist palliative care unit. An exploration of these practices is elicited by encouraging narrative accounts from the nurses working in these different care settings. The nurses were invited to explain their work as practitioners and encouraged to describe the challenges that they faced in the performance of that work. The accounts are devices for provoking reflection upon and questions about oncology and palliative care nursing practice. Therefore, these accounts should be seen as contributing to the conversation about how to care for people in these environments, not as definitive and universalistic claims about what happens in these settings. An analysis of the narratives of the participating nurses revealed many significant themes. There were also significant accounts of the quality of relationships nurses have with their surroundings which impact upon the quality of the care they provide. The key relationships mentioned by the nurses were: relating with patients; relating with family/significant others; relating with colleagues; relating with other health care professionals; relating with the institution; and relating with their profession. The significant themes, or meta-themes, to emerge from the accounts of the nurses were the types of agency encountered, the types of engagement encountered and the conditions experienced in their day to day practice. To be able to explain the significance of these accounts, the thesis provides a framework, based on previous studies of nursing practice and accounts about the nature of social and professional practices. This framework is utilised to introduce the narrative accounts of the nine nurses in Chapter 1 and to integrate and extend the findings emerging from these accounts in the final chapter. This study seeks to contribute to the discourse about the nature and quality of oncology and palliative care nursing practice. The accounts given by the nurses reveal significant aspects of the nature of oncology and palliative care nursing practice. These accounts highlight the challenges faced by these nurses and encourage careful consideration by those who are committed to and play a part in providing care for those who receive oncology and palliative care. An assumption which underpins the entire study is that an understanding of the challenges and perspectives of oncology and palliative care nurses is a crucial element in any deliberations or endeavours to improve these areas of nursing practice. A more explicit statement and a major conclusion of the study is that the responsibility for improvement in these practices, predominantly, but not exclusively, lies with the nurses themselves.

Résumé :
While journalistic ethics exists in the Untied States today, it works primarily to address dilemmas in the profession, as opposed to working to comprehensively understand journalism in relation to its public duties. This role in United States journalism is not only misunderstood by the majority of journalists working in the media industry, it is also misunderstood by the public. This misinterpretation is directly linked to the concepts of cultural separation between the 'natural' laws that run the market place and those things in society that influence everything else. In this sense, journalism has become an industry working in the market place. Essentially, the product of completely corporatising the media industry has created a gap between the role of journalism in a democratic society and the current state of journalism in the United States. That said, the relationship between the media and democracy can be traced back through the history of United States democracy and the subsequent history of journalism as a profession that was an essential part to keeping the public sphere of democratic debate healthy. A section of journalists, public journalists, currently attempt to heed the public responsibility needed to create this space for democratic debate. However, these journalists, though earnest in their pursuit to rebuild the type of journalism needed to create this democratic sphere, cannot reach the masses effectively without more funding and more autonomy. Likewise, the public broadcast station (PBS) in the United States could be enhanced in many ways with more funding and more autonomy. Such funding and autonomy for media in the United States could come from a tax-payer funded public broadcast station. And though not all media need to bear the responsibility of journalism focused on public life and politics, a section of the mass media should commit itself to creating a sphere to enhance democratic debate. This thesis explores the necessity of a government funded mass media source in the United States. Given that United States media and democracy are inherently linked, as I will aim to show through the development of democratic history and the development of liberal democracy in the United States today, the ethical need for a media source that can fulfil its democratic duties.

Résumé :
The emphasis of the inquiry is on the domain of education and the relationship present between the teacher and student more specifically. Essentially, the first part of the thesis outlines how the larger social-political system impacts the domain of public education, with the predominant issues of adversity becoming manifest at the level of the relationship that exists between teacher and student. The second part of the work utilizes the problems discovered and their impact on human experience to propose a virtue/care based method for approaching the relationship with the student in a way that both aligns more closely with the movement of experience, while also functioning to assist the student in shaping their own moral character. Essentially, the method being proposed is something that is meant to assist the teacher in her attempts to communicate with the student in a more personal sort of way, thus allowing for a higher degree of understanding of the unique personality of each student, with this understanding leading the teacher to form a more flexible approach that takes into account the various personalities of the students. In so doing the teacher is working to bring the experience of the student into the educative process, which should thereby increase student performance through their feeling more involved in the education being received.

Sarvarian, A. "Professional ethics at the International Bar." Thesis, University College London (University of London), 2012. http://discovery.ucl.ac.uk/1355960/.

Texte intégral
Résumé :
This thesis poses the research question of whether it would be desirable and feasible to articulate common ethical standards for counsel. It conducts original research into the issues arising from the nascent process of professionalisation of advocacy before international courts and tribunals. Its methodology includes: historical narration, comparison between national standards, detailed examination of the procedures and practices of international courts and analysis of international codes of conduct. Its research sources include: national and international rules and cases, published secondary sources, interviews with judges and advocates and unpublished archival materials. The thesis first sets out the theoretical and historical framework in which the research question is situated. It defines key conceptual terms such as 'advocacy', 'professionalisation' and 'procedural integrity' in placing the problem of common ethical standards within the sociological context of the wider international judicial system. It describes the historical origins of advocacy, compares the ethics of major national jurisdictions and sets out the historical evolution of international advocacy. It then examines the procedural architectures and practical experiences of the International Court of Justice, European Court of Justice and International Criminal Court in a comparative study. In seeking to determine whether the articulation of common ethical standards would be desirable, it identifies areas of commonality and difference amongst three distinct international courts. Finally, it addresses the question of whether the professionalisation of advocacy through common ethical standards would be feasible. It considers the competence of international courts to prescribe and enforce such standards as well as early efforts to articulate common ethical standards. It analyses whether an international bar of centralised regulatory authority is feasible and the potential consequences of professionalisation. In answering its research question, the thesis argues that common ethical standards are both desirable and feasible. It suggests that the rationale for such standards is the protection of the integrity of judicial proceedings. It contends that such standards are feasible through a coordinated process that involves carefully articulated principles by senior counsel with the involvement of national bar authorities and judges.

Résumé :
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals have recently challenged organizations to start consistent transformation in order to foster sustainability in future economy and society. One of the key enablers of this trnsformation was the European Unions Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, which amended non-financial reporting with sustainability reporting. As a result, the first global sustainability standards have been developed, which gave the accountancy profession a key role in helping organizations navigate through this new challenge. Sustainability reporting presents a great responsibility for professional accountants to create and communicate comprehensively and transparently the long-term value of organizations. Due to their genuine integrity, backed with ethical behavior and professional expertise, many believe that accountants are best positioned for that role. However, to be able to understand and quantify the environmental, social and corporate related risks, to identify materiality and to prepare quality disclosures for sustainability-related information, professional accountants need to develop their professional skillset. This paper aims at outlining the main effects of sustainability development over the accountancy profession and to highlight the new competences, needed in accountants professional profile through the lens of the new sustainability reporting framework. Main implication is that the new elaborate roles within the sustainable organization will enhance their skillset and will place new development opportunities in front of professional accountants. A combination of interpretive and critical scientific research methods has been applied to this study.

Résumé :
Teachers are moral agents. Acting professionally in loco parentis teachers have a legal and moral duty of care to students (DES, 2017). Moreover, they can be regarded as moral ‘role models’ (Bergen, 2006; Lumpkin, 2013). Professional codes of practice assist teachers in their moral agency (Alberta Teachers’ Association, 2004; CDET, 2017; DfE, 2011; Education Council, 2017; Teaching Council, 2012; 2016; World Class Teachers, 2017). In conjunction with official codes of conduct, TE ethics programmes contribute to the development of “a moral language” and raise awareness of moral agency in teaching (Shapira-Lishchinsky, 2010). In 2014 the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG) and the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT) jointly developed a cross-institutional training programme entitled ‘The Ethical Teacher Programme’, designed to facilitate student teachers to reflect upon professionalism and ethics during School Placement. The programme incorporated both a study of the Teaching Council Code of Professional Conduct for Teachers (Code) (2012) and explorations of selected ethical ‘case studies’ in teaching, using collaborative learning (CL) and role play strategies. The ‘ethical dilemma’ approach employed mirrored literature studies (Colenerud, 1997; Husu & Tiri, 2003; Klassen, 2002). Unique to the approach, however, was the method of application of selected classical and contemporary ethical philosophies to moral dilemmas in teaching. The programme was designed to include a one-hour introductory lecture on professionalism and ethics (from the perspectives of moral literacy and ethical theory) followed by a two-hour applied workshop. The workshop employed student-centred, active teaching and learning methods, specifically, collaborative learning, role play and case study analysis. Six ethical philosophical principles (or ‘lenses’) were integrated into programme delivery - teleology, deontology, virtue ethics, justice ethics, care ethics and relationality ethics. These lenses were applied to real-world teaching case studies. One cohort to which this training programme is offered annually is the student teachers on the Professional Master of Education (PME) programme in NUIG. The PME cohort (2015-2016) is the focus of the present study. The study sought a critical reflection on, and evaluation of, this training programme, from a student perspective. This study is phase one of a larger on-going study.

Résumé :
The paper analyzes the ethical dilemmas and regulations of AI from five perspectives, grounded in Nietzsche's Übermensch philosophy. The aim is to provide theoretical support and multiple case studies for the establishment of an ethical order in AI. Firstly, it addresses kinship ethics dilemmas and regulations concerning AI within the context of dual ethics. This section examines the ethical challenges posed by AI through both human-centric and alien-centric lenses. It raises critical questions regarding whether kinship ethics should be predicated on a clear distinction between humans and animals. Secondly, it explores social ethics dilemmas and regulations related to AI against the backdrop of artificial ethics and professional standards. Ethical judgments alongside legal boundaries give rise to significant social ethical challenges associated with AI. The technology exacerbates social inequalities while undermining principles of equal opportunity. This segment poses essential inquiries about whether social ethics necessitate that AI assumes certain social responsibilities, as well as what specific forms these responsibilities should take. Should we redefine social ethics based on fairness when individual circumstances are similar, or justice when they differ? Thirdly, it delves into political ethics dilemmas and regulations pertaining to AI within contexts shaped by imagery suggestions and ethical reinforcements. Using Alien: Romulus as a case study, this section discusses how one might explore the moral imagination surrounding AI driven by its moral autonomy through visual representations. It raises pertinent questions about whether loyalty and integrity constitute political or ethical obligations that must be addressed by AI systems. Fourthly, national ethics dilemmas concerning regulation of AI are examined in light of digital transformation processes and advancements in technological security development. This part prompts reflection on whether a great power’s responsibilities represent a matter of national ethics for AI. Finally, the ethical dilemmas surrounding Earth and the regulation of AI within the framework of bioethics and ethical care are examined. This paper poses the question of whether concepts such as co-assistance, co-integration, co-sharing, and co-prosperity represent essential issues of Earth ethics that AI must address.

Résumé :
In this paper Nicholson’s (1994) four-fold conceptual framework has been applied to ethical issues in research by postgraduate students undertaking theses or dissertations in computing. Ethical dilemmas are explored showing how knowledge in this area is acquired, shared and integrated from one research project to the next and within any one postgraduate cohort. Ethics of performing research within computing rather than professional codes are discussed. A major challenge in raising the level of awareness of professional ethics is in encouraging students to make the upwards shift from not only learning and applying technical skills but also integrating these skills with knowledge of the larger social system in which technology sits. A broad overview of how research ethics is practiced by postgraduate students undertaking thesis or dissertation is also discussed.

Résumé :
They say wisdom “comes” with age... that's because life experience teaches us everything, we need to know to make the right decisions and achieve professional, emotional, mental and physical fulfillment alike. And I think that with age we develop a kind of respect for ourselves, for the work done up until then, but also for all those dear to us in our personal lives, and professionally, for those who were and are our teachers, mentors, guides, coaches, superiors or even disciples. I believe that this respect grows as we discover more details, hit more obstacles and store more “life lessons”, which delivers a moral conscience that will be a kind of constant guide in everything we do, undertake in all fields of activity. Applied in our doctoral research, I feel the ethical conscience both towards the supervisor, towards my mentor and towards the evaluation committee of the final doctoral thesis, as well as towards the topic of the paper that I have chosen and towards its consistency, but with security and towards the obligation and responsibility that I think I have in the field in which I work, towards all those involved in the field, actively or passively alike; this is due to the fact that our doctoral thesis entitled “Key Points Of Rhythmic Gymnastics And Ballet In The Effective Training And Improvement Of The Professional Dancer”, in addition to the ongoing rigorous research, aims to extract all the concrete, truthful and indisputable details that form the content of the thesis, from all sources of information, but especially from experience as a practitioner in several sections of this field of activity, dance.

Résumé :
Professional ethics consists of rules of conduct and prescribed deontological codes. If education is the basis of any human society, we will consider the teaching profession a very important construction of the social environment, normatively influenced by it. Social rules and expectations will be reflected in the behavior of teaching staff and will have a long-term influence on the evolution of society. For this reason, we consider it necessary to study the character traits of people who choose a teaching career. The results can predict subsequent behaviors and compliance with social norms and requirements influencing educational policies. The study was conducted on a group of students from different specializations who intend to pursue a teaching career. Since the human being is multidimensional, to establish the psychological and social dimensions that make up the profile of future teachers, three types of tests were applied that evaluate personality traits, interest in the profession, and the hierarchy of professional values: The personality questionnaire with five factors (Big Five), the Professional Interests Questionnaire, and the Professional Values Questionnaire. These tests are part of the CAS psychological assessment platform of the Cognitrom company, which was data processed with. The data processing results allowed highlighting of the dominant features of the people who chose the teaching career and highlighted social and gender stereotypes regarding the teaching profession. These results may predict an at least incipient relationship with ethics and professional deontology and may reflect the impact of public policies on the interests and axiological values of future teachers.

Résumé :
Integrity is the code that defines the personality of an institutional manager, a university teacher, a student, an economic agent, etc. Not coincidentally, the authors Ludmila Roşca and Constantin Lazari emphasize that the purpose of universities is to „seek and transmit the truth under the sign of science and morality.” In the same vein, the authors Valentin Mureșan and Mihaela Constantinescu state that universities must also create a moral context, which can be created through seven organizational virtues: 1- clarity in moral requirements; 2- consistency in the ethical regulations of the university (ethical policies and strategies); 3- feasibility (feasibility) in implementing the moral requirements of behavior; 4- motivating university members in supporting the adoption of ethical behavior; 5- visibility in monitoring immoral behaviors; 6- evaluation of the formal and informal means through which the members can openly discuss the ethical problems and dilemmas they face in the academic environment; 7- the sanctionability of immoral behaviors. The integrity of an educational organization can be created through the prism of an „organizational culture”, and the 360⁰ Feedback can serve as a way to re-evaluate the behavior of an employee / manager, etc. The integrity of an organization can also be quantified. For this purpose, for example, the IntegrityMeter Test can be applied. Integrity in the educational and professional environment can be cultivated through morality, reasoning, fairness, honesty, respectful treatment of all parties involved in educational and organizational processes, but also through the „Six-element model that can ensure integrity”, namely: ethics organizational; corruption prevention and control; organizational and business skills; competitive effectiveness and efficiency; the possibility of external control; conflict resolution. An „Integrity Agreement” or „Voices of Academic Integrity” and „Voices of Corporate Integrity” can be a true philosophy of European integration.

Résumé :
This document is the result of a collaborative effort involving specialists in ethics, philosophy, computer science and economics. Its goal is to detail and clarify the role ethics should play in the age of Artificial Intelligence (AI) by highlighting how this notion can be applied and implemented effectively and successfully. It advocates for an ethic focused on reflexivity and dialogue, and it concerns all those involved in the development of AI, whether directly or indirectly. The document also highlights the practical methodological approach used to construct the Montreal Declaration, and also proposes a number of recommendations. In short, this paper argues for the inclusion of a genuine ethical reflection at all stages of the AI developmental process. It is a call for collaboration between ethicists, developers and members of the industry, to truly put ethics at the heart of AI.
