AbstractRecently, Bondarko constructed a DG category of motives, whose homotopy category is equivalent to Voevodsky's category of effective geometric motives, assuming resolution of singularities. Soon after, Levine extended this idea to construct a DG category whose homotopy category is equivalent to the full subcategory of motives over a base-scheme S generated by the motives of smooth projective S-schemes, assuming that S is itself smooth over a perfect field. In both constructions, the tensor structure requires ℚ-coefficients. In this article, it is shown how to provide a tensor structure

In civil proceedings medical cases are considered, that is cases in the field of medical care, the peculiarities of proceedings in this category of cases are determined and general disputes arising from civil cases in practice are determined. Regulatory gaps have been clarified, proposals for improving the legislation of Ukraine have been developed and also practical algorithms that can be useful for ensuring human rights in the field of health care are highlighted. After conducting a study of the outlined issues, a number of conclu sions have been formed that may be useful for law enforcement and law application, when considering medical cases in civil proceedings and also for law making in the process of preparing a new edition of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine. The study has established that most of the problems that arise in practice are caused not so much by legislative shortcomings as by spectral legal understanding, and therefore, different approaches in the exercise of rights and application of the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine. The study has formed the following regulatory proposals to the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine: 1) to amend Article 228 (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine to read as follows: «The court, having heard the opening remarks of the participants in the case, if necessary, their additional explanations, finds out the circumstances to which the participants in the case refer, as the basis of its claims and objections, and examines, in the manner prescribed in the preparatory meeting in the case, the evidence by which they are substantiated»; 2) change the name of the legal structure from “opinion of an expert in the field of law”, which is enshrined in paragraph 7 of chapter 5 of section 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine to advisory opinion of a specialist. The following practical advices on law implementation and enforcement in medical cases has been prepared:1) when conducting an examination in criminal proceedings, the expert’s conclusion will be evidence in civil proceedings in a medical case because it contains information about the subject of evidence in a medical case;2) the statement of the Article 82 (6) of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine is uncontested and imperative, therefore, in all cases, the decision to close the proceedings and exemption of a person from criminal liability is the basis for exemption from proof in the question of whether these actions took place (inaction) and whether they are committed by that person;3) the Civil Code of Ukraine guarantees the right to compensation for damage caused by unlawful behavior in relation to both a family member and a close relative;4) family members and close relatives are entitled to compensation for non-pecuniary damage if the death of a relative is not in direct causal connection with the actions of medical workers, but the actions of doctors were illegal, during the life of the patient, illegal behavior was committed against him;5) father and mother will be entitled to compensation for non-pecuniary damage in case of intranatal and antenatal death of the fetus, when establishing the composition of the civil offense;6) in the absence of an autopsy or forensic autopsy, the case has a civil law perspective, therefore, family members or close relatives have the right to file a claim for compensation for moral damage if there is evidence of illegality of the actions of doctors.

In contrast to the desolate environments that characterize much of the Arabia’s surface, the surrounding waters are home to a high level of biological diversity, including hundreds of species of fish. This is particularly true of the seas around the Musandam Peninsula of far north-eastern Arabia, where shallow gulf waters give way to open ocean. This chapter provides an inventory, description and analysis of fish names in Kumzari, an endangered language spoken in a handful of towns and city neighbourhoods in the wider region. The scope of fish as a semantic category is first delimited, followed by comments on the defining and labelling of fish species. The central section of the article proposes a typology of Kumzari fish names based on factors including association with other species, descriptions of their physical appearance and other, more complex kinds of descriptive labels. The article closes with reflection on fish names in their wider linguistic context: structural characteristics, use of fish names elsewhere in the lexicon, and the relevance of fish names for understanding the history of the Kumzari language. An explanatory lexicon of the 198 fish names in the data is provided as an appendix.

Cyberbullying is the online fight between individuals or groups, and it can be viewed like harassment, rumor, denigration, exclusion, etc. Social networks are the main source of cyberbullying as various types of users interact with each other through text, audio, video, and images. One set of users uses the social media for the benefit of the whole society and the other set of users uses the social media for destructive purpose in the form of spreading rumors, harassment or to threaten others, etc., which is also called anomalous behavior. This article worked to detect the anomalous patterns using an exponential function and then proceeds to find the category of cyberbullying to which user belongs using subtractive clustering and fuzzy c-means clustering. The identification of category helps to find the extent to which these messages are harmful and based on which the culprit is apprehended or entrapped. State-of-the-art studies are focused on the detection of cyberbullying but this article captured different categories of cyberbullying.

Polymers are macromolecules with a very high molecular weight that are formed as a result of one or more small molecules bonding to each other, typically by covalent bonds. The concept of macromolecules consisting of many repeating units are published in the article titled “Uber Polymerization,” which was first published in 1920 by Hermann Staudinger. The idea of polymers, which have been in our lives for a long time, has thus become an important field of study. Polymers are commonly used in tissue engineering because of their properties such as biocompatibility and biodegradability. In addition, polymers have a wide range of applications in tissue regeneration, drug delivery, and wound healing. Polymers have varying structural properties based on their backbone structure, molecular weight, and crystallinity. For this cause, a great deal of study in the medicine has been based on this category of materials. This work focuses on the importance of polymers in the medicine, 3D printed polymer composites and Fourier transform infrared, and Raman spectroscopic investigations of polymeric structures.

The article clarifies the essence and structure of the innovative potential of the enterprise. Modern approaches to the definition of the category "innovation potential" are analyzed. It is established that the innovation potential as a set of innovative resources, the implementation of which leads to the improvement and optimization of production, makes it possible to create and implement innovations in order to achieve strategic competitive advantages of the enterprise. It was found that the innovation potential organically connects the main potential of the enterprise for innovative development. It is determined that under the conditions of effective realization of all main components of innovation potential the enterprise strengthens its position on the market and achieves sustainable development. The levels of innovation potential of the enterprise are considered, which allow to determine the ability of the enterprise to introduce new technologies into the economic turnover while providing for the financial needs of the current production and economic activity. It is proved that the analysis of innovation potential by components provides an opportunity to develop procedures for assessing its sufficiency for the development, production and promotion of specific innovations.

Résumé :
Abstract In the history of Western linguistic analysis there are two distinct but not totally unrelated traditions, the grammatical tradition and the logical tradition. In the grammatical tradition, which originated in classical antiquity as an application for practical (normative) purposes of the existing standard system of logical analysis, quantifiers never occupied a special place: they were not recognized as a separate category. But in the logical tradition they were. In the Aristotelian system of predicate calculus (APC) the general distinction between subject and predicate was applied, and, as we shall see presently, a calculus was developed that took into account only quantified subjects, not other nominal constituents under a quantifier. Traditional grammar owes its parsing method mainly to this Aristotelian tradition of the subject-predicate distinction, but since grammar was (and remained for a long time) an applied and normative discipline, not at all concerned with the logical calculus of entailments, no need was felt to distinguish quantified subjects as a separate category. Quantified NPs were considered to have the same structure as non-quantified NPs, and quantifying determiners were not taken to differ in any essential way from definite determiners such as the definite article or demonstrative or possessive pronouns.

From the perspective of computer processing, challenge lies in making computer understand the meaning of the given sentence. Semantics interpretation methods of natural language varies from language to language, as grammatical structure and morphological representation of one language may be different from another. Résumé :
The article deals with the systematisation of trends focused around the category of “imaginary world”. The productivity of its study is due to the possibility of its application as a linguistic and cultural unit of translation in the development of the scientific concept of Kazakh rhetoric and the creation of new translations of works of Kazakh literature reflecting the formation and originality of the national rhetorical tradition. The new approach to the study of identity based on the creation of the worldview in the aspect of the “imaginary world” brings forth the review and the generalisation of philosophical, ethnolinguistic, anthropological and cultural studies. The interpretation of the category “imaginary world” as a factor of national consciousness allows us to describe the ways of cognition and perception of the world from the positions of ethnic translation, psycholinguistics, and anthropology. A study of perception as a “special imaginative power” with a real cognitive value, consideration of the “imaginary world” as a source of spirituality for the author and the listener illuminates the nature of influence and perception by activating the consciousness of the addressee with the help of symbols, archetypes and allegories. The reasons for the multiplicity of explanations and interpretations of the worldview in zhyrau literature and legends about biys are explained in the article. The description of the behaviour and worldview of the man of the Middle Ages as a concept of the rhetorical ideal emphasises the role of imaginative perception and imaginative consciousness as a source of formation of the linguistic personality of the author and the addressee of the text. The way of objectifying the reality such as the law of creating and functioning of the “imaginary world” enables considering the mystical poetics in zhyrau poetry and the peculiarities of Sufism manifestation. The analysis of scientific trends contributes to the understanding of the semantic, stylistic and pragmatic impact on the listener through the “imaginary world”. The development of the category the “imaginary world” as a cultural unit of translation and a tool of national identity justifies the attention to the ideas of ethnolinguistics and anthropocentrism. The relevance of the research is conditioned by the extrapolation of “being on the string” as the basis of the worldview to the content and structure of the rhetorical ideal.

Danish Name Lexicon (“Dansk Navneleksikon”) is an ongoing project that establishes a web lexicon with Danish personal names. This first edition includes data on the meaning and origin of the most frequent first names in Denmark today. As in other countries, Danish personal names originate in many different languages and have come to Denmark in different cultural contexts and periods. Nevertheless, many names are related in terms of origin and linguistic formation. In the lexicon, we use the relationships between names and name forms to illustrate their development. At the same time, tags are added to each name and name form to characterise their linguistic origin, semantic category, etc. The article explains the data structure that utilizes the relationships between the individual names, allowing all entries about names with shared origin to share this info in the end-user interface, as well as explaining how a suitable format for editing the first edition was established, based on freeware and without substantial financing. The lexicon has been available for the public since 2021 at https://ordnet.dk/dnl, and the results of the first edition show that the innovative data structure is promising and that a continuation of the project with additional name material would seem feasible.
