Résumé :

Les premiers passages pour le gibier sont construits, en France, dans les années 1960. Dès 1980, les espèces gibiers ne sont plus les seules considérées et les caractéristiques des passages s’améliorent. À partir de 2007, « le Grenelle de l’environnement », une initiative gouvernementale, va placer la conservation de la biodiversité et la lutte contre la fragmentation du territoire au rang de priorité nationale, avec en toile de fond un ambitieux projet de réseaux écologiques. Ce projet porte le nom de Trame Verte et Bleue. Cette situation nouvelle se traduit par des pratiques innovantes en matière de construction des passages à faune et l’émergence d’une politique de requalification des infrastructures existantes. Dans cet article, l’auteur présente un bilan de l’évolution des mesures destinées à éviter ou réduire la fragmentation des milieux ainsi que le concept de Trame Verte et Bleue.

En l?occurrence, dans la basilique m?me ont ?t? d?couverts deux sarcophages miniatures et 13 tombes en briques. Ces petits sarcophages, ainsi que certaines tombes miniatures, contenaient des ossements d?individus adultes, ce qui incite ? conclure que les d?pouilles de d?funts enterr?s dans les n?cropoles de Sirmium, situ?es hors de l?enceinte de la ville, ont ?t? transport?es ? quelque moment dans la n?cropole nouvellement form?e intra muros. La cr?ation de cette n?cropole est li?e ? l??rection de la basilique ? l?int?rieur de l?enceinte de la ville en 426. La n?cropole ?tait en fonction jusqu?? la destruction hunnique de la ville en 441.

Community gardens have emerged in Paris as a way to create green spacesin the city’s densely populated working-class neighbourhoods. One such garden is the Goutte Verte,a temporary, nomadic community garden that, with the agreement of the city and its developers, occupiesvacant lots awaiting the construction of new-build social housing. The continued existence of the GoutteVerte is placed in opposition to much-needed housing in the city, with poor, unemployed, and middle-classgardeners alike caught between a desire for green space and a demand for comfortable housing. Drawingon participant observation and interviews conducted in 2013–14 and 2019, I demonstrate how communitygardens act as a material alternative to urban planning and governance that often fail to account for a rightto a “place to breathe” in the city – a situation that is increasingly fraught as city planners treat newconstruction as the primary solution for affordable housing in Paris.

Résumé Dans cet article, nous nous intéresserons à la question des régions québécoises périphériques à partir de l’étude du cas de Louis Bertrand, un notable qui a marqué le développement de L’Isle-Verte au XIXe siècle. Dans le cadre de cette recherche, nous nous sommes arrêtés aux différentes dimensions du contexte territorial dans lequel se sont déroulés les événements. Trois questions se sont posées quant à la définition du territoire : la question de la périphérie, la question historiographique de la seigneurie et celle de la région au Bas-Canada. Ce type de recherche soulève les difficultés que représentent l’utilisation de notions contemporaines et leur articulation avec des phénomènes territoriaux appartenant au passé. Cette réflexion offre la possibilité d’enrichir et de repenser les études en histoire régionale. De nouvelles méthodes doivent être proposées et mises à l’essai pour que nous puissions saisir les tensions et la complexité qui participent à la construction historique des territorialités.

Cet article établit un examen de l’état de l’art en assainissement non collectif (ANC) à travers les jurisprudences liées à la responsabilité décennale et à travers les connaissances scientifiques et techniques principalement issues des retours de terrain sur le territoire national. Cet article « décrypte » également, pour les ouvrages, les notions des techniques, qu’elles soient classiques, traditionnelles, innovantes, courantes et non courantes, en différenciant les codifications réglementaires, qui constituent par principe un minimum à respecter, de celles à caractère volontaire, dont l’objectif est de renforcer la pérennité et la robustesse des ouvrages. Il ressort de cette réflexion globale trois enseignements principaux. Primo, la sinistralité reste une question centrale en ANC. De fait, elle est fortement liée à la complexité des dispositifs manufacturés, qui a une incidence sur leur durabilité. Secundo, la mise en oeuvre doit être décrite et ce, de façon explicite, spécifique et adaptée à chaque technique, qu’elle soit traditionnelle ou innovante. Tertio, le recours aux techniques décrites dans la NF DTU 64.1 ou à des techniques agréées inscrites dans la liste verte élaborée par la Commission « prévention-produits » (C2P) de l’Agence qualité construction (AQC) permet d’apporter des garanties sur l’ouvrage en matière de stabilité, de pérennité et des usages. A contrario, les exigences portant uniquement sur les produits ne suffisent pas.

This paper uses the terminology of Construction Grammar (Goldberg 1996; 2006) and a corpus-based method to investigate a pair of semantically similar constructions and the lexemes that occur in both of them. The method, referred to as distinctive-collexeme analysis (Gries and Stefanowitsch 2004a), seeks to identify lexemes that exhibit a strong preference for one construction as opposed to another: in other words, to uncover subtle distributional differences between two semantically or functionally near-equivalent constructions. On the basis of the case study dealing with the on the brink of- noun construction versus the on the verge of- noun construction, the paper shows that there are lexemes that prefer one of the investigated patterns over the other. Moreover, the results of the distinctive-collexeme analysis reveal that the frame-constructional semantics is a relevant factor in the choice between these two patterns.

La question de la transitivité sémantique a surtout été envisagée par les typologues dans le but de dégager des invariants inter-langue. Le « prototype transitif » fédère autour de lui les autres constructions verbales en vertu du continuum de transitivité mais cette notion n’aide pas à comprendre en quoi ces autres constructions sont déviantes. Notre approche vise à prouver qu'il est possible de définir la transitivité sémantique non pas comme une propriété du verbe ou d'une construction mais comme la propriété d'une classe de verbes au sémantisme homogène (ici les verbes de contact issus de LVF) classifiés selon des critères de "ressemblance de famille". Les sous-classes transitives sont le résultat d’une analyse statistique multidimensionnelle sur la base de critères sélectionnés que l’on value pour obtenir un score transitif.

In this paper, we consider the problem of constructing hypercycle systems of 5-cycles in complete 3-uniform hypergraphs. A hypercycle system C(r,k,v) of order v is a collection of r-uniform k-cycles on a v-element vertex set, such that each r-element subset is an edge in precisely one of those k-cycles. We present cyclic hypercycle systems C(3,5,v) of orders v=25,26,31,35,37,41,46,47,55,56, a highly symmetric construction for v=40, and cyclic 2-split constructions of orders 32,40,50,52. As a consequence, all orders v≤60 permitted by the divisibility conditions admit a C(3,5,v) system. New recursive constructions are also introduced.

RésuméLe présent article porte sur la structure interne des constructions causatives du français. Son argumentation se base sur deux idées essentielles : que l'interprétation de respectivement révélerait l'effet d'intervention dans les constructions bi-propositionnelles, et que la montée du quantifieur serait soumise à la minimalité et à la Condition d'impénétrabilité des phases. J'utiliserai ces deux phénomènes comme tests pour justifier d'une part la relation morpho-syntaxique entre le verbe causatif faire et le verbe causativisé, et d'autre part la dérivation de l'ordre VOS (verbe-objet-sujet) du complément de faire. Je compte démontrer que les constructions causatives du français sont analogues aux constructions ECM (Exceptional Case Marking), qui impliquent un TP défectif enchâssé; et que l'ordre VOS du complément de faire, dans la construction faire-à et dans la construction faire-par, impliquent deux dérivations différentes. Le premier est dérivé par Object Shift, tandis que le deuxième est dérivé par Smuggling.

Pour rendre visible sa conception du reel, marcel duchamp (1887-1968) tente de repenser les rapports entre le visuel et le conceptuel en art, et fait appel a une approche transformee de la realite mise en relief par la geometrie. Il introduit, en effet, des concepts de certaines theories de philosophie mathematique du dix-neuvieme me et du debut de ce siecle provenant, en particulier, de la pensee du mathematicien et philosophe francais henri poincare (1854-1912), notamment dans ses quatre ouvrages : la science et l'hypothese (1902), la valeur de la science (1905), science et methode (1908) et dernieres pensees (1913). C'est par le biais d'une critique du realisme privilegiant l'expression conceptuelle de l'art que marcel duchamp a ete amene a s'interesser a une pensee de la structure formelle, inspiree du concept geometrique de groupe de transformations, un concept-clef de la philosophie conventionnaliste d'henri poincare. Nous avons essaye de saisir la nature de la recurrence philosophico-mathematique dans l'oeuvre de marcel duchamp, et en particulier en envisageant l'ensemble d'une centaine de notes qui constituent la mariee mise a nu par ses celibataires meme ou boite verte, redigees de 1911 a 1923 et publiees en 1934. Nous avons privilegie certaines connexions signifiantes qui unissent une note a l'autre en cherchant a mettre en lumiere comment le concept de groupe de transformations se configure dans la boite verte et a mieux saisir ainsi la structure generale du grand verre
In order to make visible his ideas of reality, marcel duchamp (1887-1968) attempts to rethink the relationships between the visual ant the conceptual in art, and calls on an approach to reality which is informed by geometry. In this respect, he introduces into the ream of art 19th and turn of this century concepts of philosophy of mathematics, notably those of french mathematician and philosopher henri poincare (1854-1912), in particular from the foundations of science : science and hypothesis (1902), the value of science (1905)n science and method (1908), mathematics and science : last essays (1913). It is the criticism of a notion of realism which favors conceptual expression in art which led marcel duchamp to a reflexion on formal structure inspired from the geometric concept of group of transformations. Group of transformations is a key concept of the conventionalist philosophy of henri poincare. This thesis attemps to understand the nature of the philosophical and the mathematical recurrence in marcel duchamp's work, particulary so in the context of the hundred or so notes which contitutes the green box (the bride stripped bare by her bachelors even) written from 1911 to 1923 and published in 1934. The thesis draws upon certain meaningful connections among the notes in discussing how the concept of group of transformations takes shape in the green box and thus informs general structure of the large glass

Les travaux effectués impliquent la synthèse totale de molécules organiques d'importance biologique incluant des métabolites secondaires et des composés non naturels. Les recherches subséquentes ont amené au développement d'une nouvelle méthodologie verte pour la synthèse d'hétérocycles oxygénés. Tout d'abord, le développement d'une voie biomimétique pour la synthèse du paracaséolide A est rapporté. Cette synthèse a été effectuée en 4 ou 5 étapes à partir de produis commerciaux passant par la formation de l'akolactone A, un produit naturel envisagé lors de la biosynthèse. Les étapes clés impliquent une réaction d'aldolisation régiocontrôlée et l'oxyfonctionnalisation d'un 2 ‑ silyloxyfurane permettant de générer le précurseur du produit naturel. Ce dernier a été obtenu via la dimérisation par voie de Diels - Alder d'un (E)‑α‑alkylidène‑γ‑hydroxybuténolide suivi d'une épimérisation et d'une cyclodéshydratation. Le s détail s concernant l'état de transition de cette transformation seront abordés permettant une meilleure compréhension de la biosynthèse du métabolite secondaire. De plus, ces travaux ont permis la découverte de trois réactions sans précédent dans la littérature concernant les transformations d'un α‑alkylidènebuténolide en γ‑hydroxybuténolide ou en 2‑silyloxyfuranes, ainsi que l'oxydation aérobie de ce dernier. Le développement d'une méthode verte pour la synthèse des γ‑hydroxybuténolides a été entrepris suite à la découverte de l'oxydation aérobie des 2‑silyloxyfuranes. Les détails de l'optimisation des conditions réactionnelles et l'étendue de cette méthode verte sont rapportés. La réalisation d'expérience de contrôle et l'isolation de produits réactionnelles nous ont conduit s à proposer un mécanisme pour cette transformation. Enfin, l'application de cette méthode a pu être illustrée par la synthèse totale de l'isofugomycine qui fût réalisée efficacement en cinq étapes pour un rendement global de 35%. Par la suite, notre intérêt pour les terpénoïdes polycycliques, et plus précisément la famille des labdanes, nous a conduit s à la synthèse totale unifiée de trois métabolites secondaires, amomaxins A et B et ottensidione. Ces molécules sont caractérisées par la présence d'un carbocycle à neuf membres peu représentés au sein des produits naturels. Ces trois composés ont été obtenus via un précurseur commun, obtenu en 16 étapes à partir du (+) - sclaréolide. Cette synthèse fait intervenir des réactions importantes en chimie organique telles que la fragmentation de Grob/Wharton, la métathèse de fermeture de cycle et bien d'autres. Enfin, l'obtention de l'amomaxin A, la réassignation d'un centre stéréogène pour l'amomaxin B et la confirmation structurelle de ottensidione constitue, à ce jour, la première synthèse iv de ces produits naturels. De plus, l 'analyse de données spectroscopiques d'un labdane nouvellement rapporté dans la littérature est discutée en vue d'une révision de la structure, une comparaison avec le cas de ottensinin offre un appui à cette théorie. Enfin, le dernier projet consiste en l'élaboration d'une synthèse orientée vers la diversité de diols peptidomimétiques non symétriques comme inhibiteurs potentiels de la protéase du syndrome de l'immunodéficience humaine (VIH). La synthèse implique l'utilisation de glycoside comme point de départ avec une addition conjuguée comme étape importante. Elle permet ainsi d'effectuer de la diversification à quatre points de divergences précis dans le but d'établir une librairie de composés pouvant potentiellement être impliqués dans une série de tests biologiques.
The work accomplished concerns primarily the total synthesis of biologically important organic molecules including secondary metabolites and non-natural compounds. Importantly, this research also led to the discovery and development of new methodology for the synthesis of oxygen heterocycles. First, a concise, biomimetic route to paracaseolide A is described. This complex molecule was synthesized in 4 or 5 steps via akolactone A, a natural product itself that is assumed to be an intermediate in the biosynthesis of paracaseolide A. Key steps include (i) regiocontrolled aldol reaction of α–angelica lactone with myristyl aldehyde, (ii) oxyfunctionalization of a 2-silyloxyfuran to generate an (E)–α–alkylidene–γ–hydroxy butenolide, and (iii) Diels-Alder dimerization of the latter and in situ cyclodehydration to provide paracaseolide A. The stereochemical outcome of the Diels-Alder cycloaddition is discussed. In addition, the synthesis allowed the discovery of three unprecedented transformations, notably the conversion of α–alkylidenebutenolides to γ–hydroxybutenolides and 2-silyloxyfurans, and the aerobic oxidation of the latter. In particular, a new, green and practical method was developed for converting 2-silyloxyfurans to γ–hydroxybutenolides using oxygen as oxidant. A mechanism for this autoxidation is proposed, supported by control experiments and the isolation of side products. The utility of this method was demonstrated by a short synthesis of isofugomycin (5 steps, 35% overall yield). Following on from our interest in polycyclic terpenoids, and more precisely the labdane family, we developed a unified route to three structurally novel secondary metabolites, namely, amomaxin A and B and ottensidione. These molecules contain a nine-membered carbocycle which is rarely encountered in Nature. All three targets were assembled from a common precursor, obtained in 16 steps from (+) - sclareolide. The route entailed judicious application of several important reactions, including Grob/Wharton fragmentation and ring closing metathesis (RCM). The synthesis enabled establishment of the correct stereochemistry of amomaxin A, which was misassigned in the original publication. In a related project, we corrected the structure of a new labdane natural product, independently isolated from two Alpinia plants by different research groups, by careful analysis of the reported spectroscopic data and NMR comparison of the chemical shifts with those of ottensinin. vi Finally, we developed a diversity - oriented synthesis of non - symmetric, diol - based peptidomimetics as potential protease inhibitors of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The route begins from a readily available carbohydrate building - block and makes use of conjugated addition as a key step. It allows divergence at four distinct points, thereby generating a library of new, drug-like compounds for biological screening.

La construction en terre est considérée comme une construction verte en utilisant des matériaux disponibles localement avec un faible impact environnemental et une performance thermique supérieure. Malgré les avantages de ce matériau de construction, le processus de coulage est très consommateur de temps et d'énergie à cause de l’application de la compaction dynamique. Cette étude a pour but d'évaluer la faisabilité de formuler un béton de terre autoplaçant (BTAP) tout en étudiant ses performances rhéo-thermomécaniques et en identifiant les différents défis. Le premier défi est la présence de particules fines dans la terre, en particulier les particules argileuses, qui peuvent entraver la fluidité du BTAP. L’augmentation du temps de prise est le deuxième défi en raison de la faible teneur en ciment. Le dernier défi vient de la diversité des terres avec des comportements différents, ce qui rend difficile la proposition d'une ligne directrice complète pour la conception des BTAP.Des solutions potentielles ont été introduites pour réaliser le BTAP afin de remédier à l'inefficacité des matériaux en terre. Il s’agit essentiellement de comprendre l'efficacité de différents adjuvants chimiques en présence des systèmes de poudre ternaire (c'est-à-dire l'argile, le limon et le ciment). Une nouvelle approche de mortier du béton équivalent (MBE) a été introduite à la Phase 3. En conséquence, le MBE et les formulations de béton ont été étudiés pour vérifier la faisabilité du BTAP. Les caractéristiques hygrothermiques et microstructurales des BTAP optimisés ont été étudiées. Ce nouveau matériau offre une microstructure conduisant à une performance hygrothermique différente de celle des matériaux en terre conventionnels
The earth construction is identified as a green construction by using locally available materials with low environmental impacts and superior thermal performance. Besides all the advantages of this construction material, the casting process can be very time and energy consuming due to the nature of dynamic compaction. This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of achieving self-consolidating earth concrete (SCEC) with introduction of its potential challenges and investigating its rheo-thermomechanical performance. As the first challenge, the presence of fine particles in earth, especially clay, can hinder the flowability of SCEC. Promoting the setting time is the second challenge due to the low cement content. The last challenge comes from the diversity of earth with different behaviors which makes it difficult to propose a comprehensive guideline to design SCEC.Potential solutions were introduced to achieve SCEC and address the inefficiency of earth materials. The main objective was to understand the efficiency of different chemical admixtures in presence of various ternary powder systems (i.e., clay, silt, and cement). A new concrete-equivalent mortar (CEM) approach was introduced in the Phase 3. Accordingly, the CEM and concrete mixtures were investigated to verify the feasibility of SCEC. The hygrothermal and microstructural characteristics of the selected SCEC mixtures were investigated. This novel material offers a new microstructural system, hence leading to a different hygrothermal performance compared to conventional earthen materials

La communauté maritime apparaît peuplée d'acteurs qui interviennent autour du navire mais aussi qui interagissent pour sa vente, sa future exploitation, et ses performances de navigation. Ces opérateurs sont stimulés par les enjeux logistiques et financiers, d'où cette diversité des recours qui démontre la complexité des liens concernant les contrats attachés au navire, depuis sa construction, sa vente jusqu'à sa mise en exploitation. Le constructeur naval est l'opérateur clé dans ce domaine. Les obligations du chantier naval, déjà lourdement obéré par le régime procédural de la garantie des vices cachés, sont multiples et contraignantes si bien qu'il est tenu de garantir la navigabilité du navire depuis sa recette jusqu'à son exploitation. La subtilité du régime juridique du navire réside dans son statut réel si particulier qui emprunte des règles issues à la fois du droit spécial et du droit commun si bien que le cadre contractuel révèle le particularisme du droit maritime. Ainsi, le navire représente une opération de grande envergure car il fait l'objet de grands enjeux économiques et financiers. L'on observe que le navire est plus sophistiqué, plus onéreux, et par conséquent, les opérations qui en découlent sont sources de litiges fastidieux qui appellent à des mécanismes procéduraux complexes dont les juridictions étatiques et arbitrales s'efforcent de maîtriser
The maritime community appears to be populated by actors who are involved in the ship field while interacting for its sale, its future performance in operation. These operators are given for logistical and financial challenges, hence this diversity of lawsuits which reveal the complexity of the relationships regarding the contracts linked to the ship, from its construction, its sale to its operation implementation. The shipbuilder is the key operator in this field. The obligations of the shipyard, so far constrained by the guarantee of the latent defect legal framework, are numerous and tough so well that the shipbuilder is deemed to ensure the vessel seaworthiness from its delivery to its performance in operation. The cleverness of the ship's legal regime lies in its very special status, which borrows rules derived from bath special and common French law, so that the contractual framework reveals the particularism of maritime law. Thus, the ship represents a large-scale operation because it’s subject to major financial challenges and spin-offs. That’s obvious that the vessel is more sophisticated, more expensive, and therefore, the resulting operations are a source of cumbersome litigation which are solved by complex procedural mechanisms that State and Arbitration courts strive to control

Résumé :

The objective of the present study is to investigate the historical development of negative constructions in ME verse and to provide a descriptive account of it. The central issues analyzed in this thesis are: (1) the usage of the negative adverbs 'ne', 'not' and some other negative elements such as 'never', 'no', etc.; (2) the occurrence of negative contraction as illustrated by 'nam' (< ne am) and 'nolde' (< ne wolde); and (3) the development and the decline of multiple negation. The thesis has both a chronological and a geographical perspective, since it examines changes in usage which took place during the ME period and various dialectal types. The thesis also includes a discussion of pleonastic negation and the omission of negative elements (termed 'unexpressed negation'). For the purpose of these analyses, twenty manuscripts of eighteen verse texts ranging chronologically from early ME to later ME are selected from various geographical areas of England. The texts investigated are: (1) Poema Morale, (2) The Owl and the Nightingale, (3) King Horn, (4) Havelok, (5) The South English Legendary, (6) English Metrical Homilies, (7) The Middle English Genesis and Exodus, (8) The Poems of William of Shoreham, (8) Cursor Mundi, (10) Sir Ferumbras, (11) Confessio Amantis, (12) Handlyng Synne, (13) Kyng Alisaunder, (14) Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, (15) The Affiterative Morte Arthure, (16) Alexander and Dindimus, (17) The Destruction of Troy, and (18) The Stanzaic Morte Arthur. Due to the paucity of suitable material for linguistic analysis at the beginning of the ME period, Poema Morale is investigated in three selected manuscripts (MS Lambeth, MS Trinity, and MS Digby), all of which are localized in different areas of England.

Ce travail porte sur les constructions infinitives du français régies par un verbe de perception et s'inscrit au carrefour des approches sémantico-logique, cognitive et syntaxique. D'un côté, l'analyse syntaxique indique que le sujet interprétatif de l'infinitif fonctionne comme le complément d'objet direct du verbe recteur, l'infinitif occupant ainsi dans la complémentation de ce verbe une position non prévue par son schéma actanciel. D'un autre côté, l'analyse sémantico-logique montre que la construction infinitive forme une proposition constituant l'argument final du prédicat principal. Face à ce décalage dans la correspondance syntaxe -sémantique, nous montrons que la discontinuité morphosyntaxique de la construction infinitive n'affecte pas sa constituance. Nous considérons en effet qu'un même actant peut être fragmenté formellement sans que cela implique sa (sub)division en deux nouveaux actants et nous proposons donc de considérer en syntaxe la construction infinitive dans son entier comme l'actant complément du verbe de perception
This study deals with infinitive constructions in French governed by a verb of percption and falls within crossroads of semantico-logical, cognitive and syntactic approaches. .

The footbridge was built according to the principles of sustainable development. Renewable and recycled local materials and regional know-how were employed in its construction.</p>

The Viaducte des Arts at the Coulée verte René-Dumont in Paris (1993) or the High Lane in New York (2009) have managed to increase the urban quality in large areas of their cities. In both cases, a costly infrastructure of disused highways was reused to generate a planted promenade or a linear park getting back a dynamic point of view at a height of about ten meters above the city.With the perspective of the time elapsed since its construction we must conclude that, although their structural singularity does not make them exportable to other cities, their simple constructive conception does. In them there is a common denominator that we can define as virtual earth. That concept is linked to the current technical capacity to generate green spaces over spaces of any other use. It is a new fertile land that allows the resolution of the complex problem produced by the accumulation of uses and requirements in the same place.In the present study case the objective is to recover an urban garden in Alcoy, known as la the Rose garden, without having to reduce the number of parking spaces of the garage that was built under it. At the same time, the project has to meet the surface requirements of earthen mantle necessary to consider restored the use of green zone. The solution solves in eighty centimeters of thickness a manufactured earth capable of assuming bulky trees that return to the city and to the Rose garden their lost atmosphere.

Résumé :

Abstract This paper gives an approach to construct smooth surfaces on arbitrary quadrilateral mesh. We handle vertex compatibility conditions by making the surfaces conserve the constructed vertex local shapes, lessen the number of constraints along edges by utilizing rational connecting functions and eliminate the surface twist by applying multi-step linear variational optimizations to adjust free control points. The result surfaces not only have tangent plane continuity but also fairness.

Resumen: El artículo presenta un estudio de la relación de Le Corbusier con un mecanismo constructivo y de lenguaje arquitectónico fundamental en su obra como es la ventana. Durante ese recorrido se estudian diferentes aspectos que afectan a la definición de la ventana y su relación con la arquitectura que la contiene; en especial centrados en la idea de continuidad espacial y en la disolución conceptual y física de los límites del espacio. Para ello se cruzan enfoques que van desde lo puramente conceptual hasta las relaciones que se establecen entre las soluciones constructivas y sus repercusiones visuales sobre el objeto arquitectónico. Esta breve historia de la ventana en Le Corbusier está centrada en su obra doméstica a través de una secuencia cronológica que permite tener un panorama de la evolución de este elemento en su trayectoria. Podemos ver cómo se produce la transición desde la fenêtre en longueur hasta el pan de verre aménagé, pasando por numerosas aspiraciones, configuraciones y variaciones sobre el propio tema de la mirada y el mecanismo constructivo-visual que la define. Abstract: The article presents a study of the relationship of Le Corbusier with very a important constructive architectural mechanism in his work as the window is. During that route we study different issues affecting the definition of the window and its relationship to the architecture that contains it; in particular focusing on the idea of spatial continuity and the conceptual and physical dissolution of the limits of space. For that purpose we take different approaches ranging from the purely conceptual to the relationships established between the constructive solutions and their visual impact on the architectural object. This brief history of the Window at Le Corbusier is focused on his domestic work through a chronological sequence that allows an overview of the evolution of the element in his work. We can see how the transition occurs from the fenêtre en longueur to the pan de verre aménagé, through numerous aspirations, configurations and variations on the gaze theme and the constructive mechanism that defines it. Description logic knowledge bases can be used to represent knowledge about a particular domain in a formal and unambiguous manner. Their practical relevance has been shown in many research areas, especially in biology and the semantic web. However, the tasks of constructing knowledge bases itself, often performed by human experts, is difficult, time-consuming and expensive. In particular the synthesis of terminological knowledge is a challenge every expert has to face. Because human experts cannot be omitted completely from the construction of knowledge bases, it would therefore be desirable to at least get some support from machines during this process. To this end, we shall investigate in this work an approach which shall allow us to extract terminological knowledge in the form of general concept inclusions from factual data, where the data is given in the form of vertex and edge labeled graphs. As such graphs appear naturally within the scope of the Semantic Web in the form of sets of RDF triples, the presented approach opens up the possibility to extract terminological knowledge from the Linked Open Data Cloud. We shall also present first experimental results showing that our approach has the potential to be useful for practical applications.
