The role of employee engagement is even more critical in the service sector, as the organization’s success depends on effective service delivery by the employees who present themselves as brand ambassadors. Consequently, employers need to make strategic decisions to attract, retain and engage talent. This strategy is termed as employer branding. Despite his lack of formal theological training, Saint Porphyrios offered profound experiential insights into divine beauty manifest in nature, art, and music. He passionately argued that the beauty surrounding us is a reflection of divine grace, urging believers to perceive these manifestations as direct links to the Creator. Saint Porphyrios highlighted the spiritual dimensions of beauty, fostering gratitude and reverence for Gods gifts.

Résumé :
The purpose of this study is to present a factual picture of the multiple groundwater governance frameworks that cover the same transboundary aquifers on the Texas-Mexico border. The study can then serve as a foundation to support future research and as a reference for those sharing groundwater resources on the border to use in considering whether and how to coordinate management. Currently, Texas A&M School of Law, the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University, and the Texas Water Resources Institute are collaboratively pursuing a larger interdisciplinary pr

"Despite comprising nearly half of the global workforce, women are still underrepresented in executive roles across industries and countries. Of the 5,400 companies listed in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment, less than 5% had a woman CEO. Although various explanations for gender disparities in career outcomes have been suggested, including unconscious bias, stereotypes, and greater domestic responsibilities, a less explored factor is women's greater engagement in workplace helping. Résumé :
The COVID-19 pandemic outbreak affected most universities, and it severely disrupted their face-to-face teaching and learning processes. The University of Gondar (UoG) and the University of Rwanda (UR) were no exceptions. Before the pandemic, E-learning was not an education norm in both institutions. Education was mainly face-to-face, inside a four-wall classroom experience. As COVID-19 restricted such experience, the two universities adopted a range of online platforms to support teaching, learning, and access to learning resources. Across the globe, E-learning solutions promise institutional

Résumé :
Purpose: Previous research by NatCen identified a potential health-harm paradox for mental wellbeing and gambling, finding that those with poor mental wellbeing or a diagnosed mental health condition were more likely to experience problem gambling despite being less likely to gamble at all. This report aimed to explore this further, testing three specific hypothesis which could account for this association: 1. That people with poorer mental wellbeing who gamble do so more frequently and it is this increased frequency of gambling that drives elevated rates of gambling severity. 2. That people w

Internationalisation is known to contribute to higher education development, particularly through the integration of international, inter-cultural or global dimensions into the purpose, functions, or delivery of higher education institutions (Knight 2004). Within this inter-connected world, higher education institutions are pressured to produce quality human resources with global citizenship characteristics. Students have benefited greatly from this process as they can have access to international/regional standards of education services and the opportunity to be exposed to other countries, pe

Résumé :
Emergency Relief (ER) is a Department of Social Services (DSS) funded program, delivered by 197 community organisations (ER Providers) across Australia, to assist people facing a financial crisis with financial/material aid and referrals to other support programs. ER has been playing this important role in Australian communities since 1979. Without ER, more people living in Australia who experience a financial crisis might face further harm such as crippling debt or homelessness.
