<p> Drug-induced long QT syndrome (diLQTS) can lead to seemingly healthy patients experiencing cardiac arrest, specifically Torsades de Pointes (TdP), which may lead to death. Clinical decision support systems (CDSS) assist better prescribing of drugs, in part by issuing alerts that warn of the drug&rsquo;s potential harm. LQTS may be either genetic or acquired.
