Single cell chromosome rearrangements (SCCR) are incidental findings in cell cultures. Nevertheless, some authors have implicated them in habitual abortion. Ninety individuals classified in four groups were prospectively studied: A) individuals with spontaneous abortions, malformed children or molar pregnancies (N = 36); B) azoospermic males (N = 14); C) individuals with one or more children with either de novo or inherited, constitutional, chromosome abnormalities (N = 26), and D) individuals with healthy children and no reproductive failure (control group, N = 14). Lymphocyte chromosome preparations were stained for GTG bands, and 50-100 metaphases were scored per individual. The rearrangements observed were translocations, deletions, duplications, isochromosomes, rings, fragments and markers. Thirty-four individuals (21 males, 13 females) had a range of 1-5 SCCR. Four had rearrangements only of chromosomes 7 and 14. SCCR frequency (with the exception of rearrangements involving chromosomes 7 and 14) was 0.0063, while that of rearrangements between chromosomes 7 and 14 was 0.0010. Statistical intergroup comparisons (<FONT FACE="Symbol">c</font>2 with Yates correction) did not show significant differences. Hence, the occurrence of SCCR in our sample was found to be independent of ascertainment mode and sex.

AbstractThis research at SMP Negeri 2 Kadungora aims to determine how the implementation of individual counseling services through self-management techniques at SMP Negeri 2 Kadungora. This study uses a qualitative method where the researcher reveals and describes the data according to what is happening in the field. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects in this study were teachers of guidance and counseling. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which was purposive sampling in accordance with the required criteria or assessment. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation studies conducted by researchers that the implementation of individual counseling services through the Self-management Technique at SMP Negeri 2 Kadungora is quite good, although there are still some shortcomings such as competent implementers, materials based on need assessment. , strategies according to the needs of students, carried out in a scheduled and incidental manner, the scope is in accordance with the personal field and adequate facilities and infrastructure provided by the schoolKeywords:Individual counseling, Self management techniques.

Relevancy of training future teachers of labor training and technologies for implementation of individual approach to students’ learning has been substantiated. Complex of actions to be taken into account for the successful execution of individual approach to the students' learning has been determined: identification of the basic individual peculiarities of students, which are manifested while studying particular subject; considering age features, defining students’ individual characteristics in order to take them into account in the process of learning, grouping students, developing differentiated tasks for students of different groups. Training of future teachers of labor training and technologies for individual approach implementation in accordance with stages and with gradual complication of tasks has been suggested. Notional stages of students’ training for the implementation of individual approach have been determined: initial understanding of the role of individual approach to students; learning of the essence of individualization and differentiation of training, creation of differentiated tasks; development of creative tasks taking into account individual and age features; formation of professional competencies in future teachers and consolidation of the existing knowledge and skills in implementing individual approach to students; improving the readiness of students to implementation of individual approach. A list of theoretical questions for students in order to understand the essence and peculiarities of implementation of individual approach to teaching students has been suggested. Requirements to the tasks on training future teachers for implementation of individual approach in teaching students in accordance with each stage have been developed.

This article considered the individual features of the use of phraseological units and phraseological phrases in the poetry of Amanhan Alim. It shows the skill and its , diversity, wealth, as well as the artistic phraseology that reveal the life experience of the poet in the paradigm of the characteristics of national knowledge,and furthermore only his inherent view of the world when interacting with the surrounding society. In the poetry of Amanhan Alim, there are many phraseological units and phraseological phrases taken directly from the depths of the national wisdom, but also specific examples associated with indivuduality of the poet, entirely new phrases, in which his personal stylistic skills are emerging. The attractive power of Amanhan Alim's poetry, the internal energy of the individual and individual phraseological phrases, reinforce the meaning and emotional coloring of his poetry, and also contributes to the national treasury of the Kazakh language in general.

Introduction: Oxidative stress has been assumed to contribute to the pathophysiology of schizophrenia. Increased oxidative stress is the result of either an increased production of free radicals or a depletion of the endogenous antioxidants.
 Objective: To assess the levels of oxidative stress and antioxidant status in schizophrenia.
 Materials and Methods: This observational study was carried out in the department of Pharmacology, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University from September 2013 to January 2015. Ninety three schizophrenia patients were enrolled as study group and 30 healthy indivuduals were taken as control group. The peripheral levels of several molecules associated with oxidative stress namely malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione (GSH) and anti-oxidant status like plasma levels of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) and α-tocopherol (vitamin E) in 93 patients with schizophrenia and 30 healthy participants were assessed.
 Results: Study found that the schizophrenia group presented substantially higher levels of oxidative stress than the control group, as revealed by elevated quantities of the pro-oxidant MDA (6.3±0.5μmol/L in study group and 2.1±0.5μmol/L in control group), decreased levels of the antioxidants GSH (0.6±0.2mg/gm of Hb in study group and 2.1±0.5mg/gm of Hb in control group), plasma α-tocopherol and ascorbic acid. Results found were highly significant (p=0.001).
 Conclusion: In schizophrenia there are increased level of oxidative stress and decreased level of the antioxidants.

Each type of work will cause fatigue. Fatigue is decreasing a person’s condition so that no longerable to perform the work or activities. This study is to find out the relationship between individual characteristics such as age, work period, smoking habits, exercise habits, nutritional status with work fatigue complaints of taxi driver. The method used in this research was observational analytic with cross sectional approach. This study uses a questionnaire tools work fatigue Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC), weight scales and height or microtoise Stature Meter. The population in this study was a taxi driver in Rungkut Surabaya who work at night time from 14.00 pm–12.00 pm. The studysample of 50 drivers by used purposive sampling method. The results of this study used Chi-Square. Statistical test results indicate that the age of the driver has a low relationship strength, the driver’s working period has a very strong relationship strength, smoking habits driver has a very low relationship strength, exercise habits and nutritional status drivers has a strong relationship. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of the study there was no association between age, work period, smoking, exercise habits, and nutritional status and work fatigue complaints of taxi drivers. Therefore, need forsocialization or briefing about the dangers of smoking to health, eating vitamin partially substitute for cigarettes and a healthy lifestyle.Keywords: work period, nutritional status, exercise habits, indivudual characteristics, work fatigue complaints, taxi drivers

El Enfoque de las Capacidades de Sen se distingue en el terreno de la justicia distributiva porque ha intentado establecer criterios evaluativos que superen el atomismo de las teorías utilitaristas. Pero algunos pensadores críticos han señalado que el Enfoque aún mantiene una impronta individualista que limita su alcance a la hora de implementar políticas públicas tendientes a transformar estructuras injustas. Para estos críticos, los conceptos básicos de Sen deben complementarse con una noción de capacidad colectiva o común, irreductible a términos individuales, que permita dar cuenta de los procesos intersubjetivos del desarrollo de la agencia y de la constitución de la identidad personal. En este artículo se analizarán algunas críticas comunitaristas al Enfoque y se intentará postular un candidato plausible a capacidad colectiva, que respete el núcleo vivo de los comentarios y que mantenga los conceptos de capacidad y de agencia centrales en la teoría de Sen.---“Communities of Meaning as Collective Capabilities. A Communitarian Revision of Amartya Sen’s Theory”. Sen’s Capability Approach it is distinguished in the field of the distributive justice, because It has tried to set evaluatives terms that exceed the atomism of the Utilitarian theories. But some critical thinkers have pointed out that the Approach still keep an individualistic style that restrict its impact at the moment of implementing public policies. For these critics, Sen’s basic concepts must be complemented with the idea of collective capability, irreducible to indivudual terms, that allows to account to the intersubjective process of agency and the personal identity constitution. This paper will attempt to present a plausible candidate to the collective capability, that respects the live core of the communitarian comments and that keeps the capability and agency concepts, which are fundamental in Sen’s theory.

e20538 Background: In the actual antiemetic ASCO and MASCC guidelines 5-HT3-RAs but not metoclopramide (MCP) are recommended as prophylaxis option for delayed emesis (DE) in moderate emetogenic chemotherapy (MEC). However, MCP was part of the former guidelines in this setting. As there are no clear study results showing a consistent advantage of 5-HT3-RAs over MCP in delayed emesis a metaanalysis would give more conclusive informations. Methods: In a Medline search 15 potential studies comparing a 5-HT3-RA vs. MCP in DE in patients receiving MEC were identified. Efficacy was classified as complete delayed response (no vomiting 24h-120h after chemotherapy). In 4 studies insufficient data for discrimination of acute and delayed emesis were given and in 5 studies additional antiemetics in one arm or MCP/ 5-HT3-RA were administerd only on demand. For each indivudual study odds ratio was calculated. Combined odds ratios were generated according to the methods developed by the Peto group. Results: Six studies (N=700) could be included in the final analysis. The comparison of 5-HT3-RAs and MCP revealed similar efficacy in the prevention of DE in patients receiving MEC (OR fixed 1.01, 95% CI: 0.75, 1.36, OR random 1.26, 95% CI: 0.64, 2.46). A second analysis (N=895) including the study with additional dexamethasone application in the DE phase confirms no advantage of one drug over the another (OR fixed 1.02, 95% CI: 0.79, 1.22, OR random 1.19, 95% CI: 0.70, 2.04). Conclusions: This is the first meta-analysis of all available randomized trials comparing 5-HT3-RAs and MCP in the delayed phase of MEC demonstrating no apparent difference in efficacy. MCP is a less expensive alternative to setrons in this setting. However, the results of this meta-analysis have to be interpreted with cautious due to the potential carry over effect from the acute phase and heterogeneity of the included studies. Despite these limitations, it should be discussed to recommend MCP again for the propyhlaxis of delayed emesis for MEC when preparing the new antiemetic guidelines. ABSTRAKKetahanan pangan pada kondisi pandemi Covid-19 dapat dilakukan dengan cara penganekaragaman pangan, salah satunya dengan usaha budidaya ikan nila, selain usaha utama lainnya. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui pertumbuhan ikan nila dengan pemberian pakan full pellet di KJT kolam tanah. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan April hingga Juni 2020 sekitar 10 minggu bertempat di KJT kolam tanah milik Pesantren Daarul Hasanah Desa Balunijuk, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Metode penelitian meliputi perhitungan pertumbuhan ikan berupa panjang dan berat ikan nila termasuk faktor kondisi (FK), uji kualitas air seperti suhu, kadar oksigen terlarut (DO), pH, TDS, Sulfida, dan amonia, serta perhitungan berat pakan ikan. Hasil menunjukan bahwa pertumbuhan ikan dengan rumus W = 3*10-7 L3,87 dimana R2 = 0,97 dan FK = 1,14. Hal ini termasuk kriteria alometrik positif artinya pertumbuhan berat lebih dominan daripada panjang. Kualitas air kurang mendukung walaupun ikan nila terlihat gemuk, namun pertumbuhan ikan tidak secepat pada kondisi kualitas air ideal terutama parameter pH dan DO. Nilai pH 6,07 dan DO 4,9 mg/l berefek pada pertumbuhan ikan nila yang kurang optimal. Pakan full pellet sangat menunjang terhadap pertumbuhan alometrik positif ikan nila. Pertumbuhan ikan nila dengan rata-rata 48,9 gram/ekor atau jumlah ikan nila sebanyak 20 ekor/kg pada bulan Juni 2020.ABSTRACT Food security due the pandemic of COVID-19 can be done by diversification of food, one of them is tilapia fish farming, in addition to another business. The purpose of this study was to determined the growth of tilapia’s feeding with pellets as a feed in KJT ponds. The research was carried out from April to June 2020 for about 10 weeks located in Daarul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School, Balunijuk Village, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The research method includes the calculation of fish growth included of length and weight of tilapia, water quality tests such as temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, TDS, Sulfida, and ammonia levels, and fish feed weight calculation. The results showed that the growth of the fish showed the formula W = 3*10-7 L3.87 where R2 = 0.97 and FK = 1.14. This includes positive allometric criteria, meaning that weight growth is more dominant than length. The water quality is not support even through the tilapia is looks so fat, but the fish growth is not as fast as in ideal cause the water quality conditions, especially the pH and DO parameters. The value of pH = 6.07 and DO = 4.9 mg/l had an effect on the growth of tilapia which is less than optimal. Full pellet feed is very supportive of the positive allometric growth of tilapia. The growth of tilapia with an average of 48.9 grams/indivudual or 20 fish/kg on June 2020.

Occupational radiation doses in diagnostic radiography Centres of the Lake Zone Regions of Tanzania were measured and analyzed. Thermoluminiscent Dosimeters (TLDs) were distributed to 17 radiation workers from 8 selected medical centres over a period of three (3) months. The estimated ambient doses in the Centers was measured by using a calibrated survey meter RAM DA-3-2000 of TAEC under SSDL Laboratory. The individual dose recorded ranged from 0.09 to 1.12 mSv which were all below the ICRP limit of 5mSv for 3 months. The radiation dose (ambient) recorded at 1 m from the control lead glass window ranged from 2.15 µSv/h to 7.27 µSv/h. The ambient doses were compared to the limit of 7.5 µSv/h set by ICRP. Higher values of ambient doses and indivudual doses were observed in some centres which entails improper radiation safety and protection measures in radiation cantres. But with the use of protective gears, radiation workers receive lower doses hence abide with ALARA principle.

Kelompok Tani Nelayan Kamintong adalah salah satu kelompok tani nelayan yang terdapat di Desa Eris Kecamatan Eris. Kelompok tani ini terdiri dari 10 orang anggota, dimana para anggota tersebut merupakan para pemilik usaha kecil dalam bidang budi daya ikan air tawar. Ikan air tawar yang di hasilkan pada umumnya dipasarkan di wilayah kabupaten Minahasa dan Propinsi Sulawesi Utara pada umumnya. Fluktuasi harga yang terjadi secara nasional juga berdampak pada para anggota kelompok tani nelayan dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan mereka akan pakan ikan dan kebutuhan usaha lainnya. Hal tersebut mendorong para anggota kelompok menyediakan modal lebih banyak untuk menutupi kebutuhan mereka, kurangnya modal akan mengakibatkan penurunan produksi ikan air tawar. Salah satu cara untuk pemenuhan modal usaha adalah dengan mengambil kredit di bank, namun pada saat pengusulan kredit di bank, kadang para anggota kelompok tidak mendapatkan fasilitas kredit tersebut karena mereka tidak dapat memenuhi salah satu persyaratan kredit bank yaitu pencatatan keuangan usaha (proses akuntansi usaha). Dengan latar belakang pendidikan yang beragam, membuat para anggota kelompok memiliki pemahaman yang tidak sama dalam hal pencatatan keuangan usaha. Dari latar belakang permasalahan pengelolaan keuangan Mitra, maka salah satu solusi yang akan dilakukan dalam Program IBM ini adalah pelatihan pencatatan keuangan usaha kecil dengan menggunakan akuntansi sederhana. Metode yang diterapkan adalah klasikal dan individual. Metode pendekatan ini dalam bentuk ceramah dan praktek. Pendekatan indivudual dilakukan pada saat praktek berupa pencatatan transaksi sampai pada penyusunan laporan keuangan.

Abstract Funding Acknowledgements Akershus University Hospital and Vestre Viken Hospital Trust OnBehalf ACE 1950 Background Large surveys have previously reported a prevalence of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction (DD) between 20- and 30 % in individuals above 60 years of age. The new DD guidelines from 2016, however, have emphasized the presence of increased left ventricular filling pressure, and may result in a stricter definition of DD. Purpose The aim of the present study was to compare the prevalence of DD using 2009 and 2016 EACVI/ASE criteria and to identify clinical correlates of DD. Methods The present cross-sectional substudy consisted of 3706 indivuduals born in 1950 included in the Akershus Cardiac Examination (ACE1950) 1950 study. Comprehensive baseline cardiovascular examination was performed, including ultrasound imaging utilizing echocardiographic indices for diagnosing DD according to both the 2009 and 2016 criteria. Results Complete echocardiographic data were available in 3464 (93.5%) individuals. Mean age was 63.9 ± 0.7 years, and 49% were women. 11% had diabetes mellitus and 23% were obese (BMI &gt;30). In the total cohort, 19.8% (685/3464) fulfilled the 2009 criteria for diastolic dysfunction. Of these, 7.9% (n = 273) had grade 1; 8.7% (n = 303) grade 2 and 3.1% (n = 109) grade 3 diastolic dysfunction. Only 2.0% (71/3464) of the total cohort were classified with DD according to the 2016 criteria. In individuals with known diabetes the prevalence of DD was 22% and in obese this number was 28.9% using the 2009 criteria. Conclusions Diastolic dysfunction is present in 1 in 5 of 63-65 years old norwegians, and higher in the obese and those with diabetes, according to the 2009 criteria. However, the prevalence was dramatically lower by applying the 2016 criteria. Our goal was to study the effectiveness of resveratrol in correcting cognitive impairments and in normalization of neurotrophin levels in patients with type II diabetes mellitus. Material and Methods ― In a randomized placebo-controlled trial, 100 patients with a verified diagnosis of type II diabetes mellitus took part, who were subsequently placed into two groups: the treatment group of 50 patients taking a polyphenol therapeutic drug in addition to standard therapy, and the comparison group of 50 indivuduals taking a placebo medication in addition to standard therapy. The control group consisted of 30 individuals belonging to the health group I sensu RF Ministry of Healthcare. Treatment efficacy was assessed using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) scale. The concentrations of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IFR-1), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), and nerve growth factor (NGF) in blood plasma were analyzed before and after treatment completion (10 weeks later). Results ― Before starting treatment, patients exhibited an increase in the level of IFR-1 and a decrease in the content of neurotrophic factors (BDNF and NGF) in their blood plasma. In patients receiving resveratrol in addition to standard treatment, changes in IFR-1, BDNF and NGF in blood plasma were more noticeable relative to the comparison group and approached the values of the control group. According to the MoCA scale, more pronounced dynamics of cognitive functions was observed in patients of the treatment group. Conclusion ― The high efficiency of the polyphenol therapeutic drug resveratrol in the correction of cognitive impairments in patients with type II diabetes mellitus was established. The use of resveratrol promoted the normalization of the levels of IFR-1 and neurotrophic factors in the blood plasma: in the treatment group, a more pronounced statistically significant decrease in the concentration of IFR-1, along with an increase in BDNF and NGF levels, were observed relative to the control group. The clinically significant effect of resveratrol was in the reduction of cognitive deficit symptoms, which was confirmed by the data of dynamic monitoring on the MoCA scale: in treatment group, there was a statistically significant improvements of optical and spatial functions, attention, abstract thinking, and fulfilling delayed reproduction task; in the comparison group, there was a statistically significant improvement solely of completing delayed reproduction task.
