Résumé :

The article provides an in-depth analysis of how International Conventions on Sanitation have influenced the development of sanitary-epidemiological legislation. It investigates the impact of these conventions on the regulation of quarantine measures and their effectiveness in combating pandemics and epidemics on a global level. The study is focused on the late 19th and early 20th centuries, a period marked by heightened international efforts to control epidemics.
