Résumé :

This study aims to understand and explain the phenomenon of luxury prostitution in Abidjan, to propose solutions. The research took place in the municipalities of Cocody and Marcory and were based on 30 participants. This is direct actors, including several prostitutes, their clients and indirect stakeholders such as the populations of these towns, some relatives and acquaintances of prostitutes and some structures’ officials concerned, from which diverse information was collected. Data were collected using a literature review and questionnaires and then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results certainly indicate that several factors, namely, the crisis of the family unit, lack of employment, bad companions realize the luxury prostitution in Abidjan, but the most prominent is poverty. These factors resulting disastrous consequences, such as sexually transmitted diseases and HIV / AIDS to name a few.

Résumé :

The poor management of household waste is responsible for the deterioration of the living conditions and the natural environment in Abidjan. Focusing on the case example of the pollution process of the Marcory- Treichville lagoon bay, this article identifies those responsible for the problem of insalubrity in Abidjan city and proposes palliative strategies. The probabilistic and judgemental methods were used to determine three sampling sites where GIS and other field investigations were conducted. The results of the field investigations show that paper/cardboard (20%), plastics (40%), wastewater and excreta (80%) and household waste (75%) pollute the Ebrié lagoon despite the good eco-citizen’s conscience of 83.1% of households who pay for the services of private pre-collectors; 9.4% prefering the municipal waste collection services. It follows from this that sustainable management based on the Quebec model of integrated waste management (3RV-E) or the creation of landfill sites will contribute to clean Abidjan city.

Résumé :

O presente artigo é resultado de estudo que buscou verificar as possibilidades metodológicas de inclusão de jovens e adultos (EJA) com deficiência sensorial (mudez, surdez, baixa visão, cegueira) no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Para embasar nossa investigação sobre este processo de inclusão no âmbito da educação de jovens e adultos (EJA), utilizamos: Mantoan (2003), Sassaki (1998), Haddad e Di Piero (2000), Soares (2007), Paulo Freire (1997), e Marcory e Tureck (2014), que nos ajudaram a compreender suas inquietações, comportamentos e posicionamentos, mas também discutir sob a visão da escola regular as dificuldades em obter recursos e desenvolver métodos para sua inclusão. Na contemporaneidade, a educação de jovens e adultos enfrenta dificuldades, uma delas é a sua ausência na Base Nacional Curricular Comum (BNCC), reverberando na dificuldade de elaboração e implementação de políticas públicas, e para obtenção de recursos (livros didáticos, materiais didáticos e formação continuada dos professores), repercutindo, principalmente, na inclusão de sujeitos com deficiências Como resultado desta pesquisa apontamos que a prática pedagógica inclusiva na educação de jovens e adultos apresenta-se incipiente, pois a formação docente voltada para esta modalidade de ensino não é considerada pelos professores suficiente, assim como os recursos, que eles consideram muito inferior ao mínimo necessário para realização de um processo pedagógico efetivamente inclusivo.

Cette recherche vise, avant tout, a connaitre les determinants dans les trajectoires sexuelles et amoureuses des femmes d'abidjan. Les comportements mais aussi les sentiments (amour, emotions, intimite, etc. ) et les representations qui les regissent interessent tout particulierement ce travail. Il s'agit notamment de mettre en evidence, a partir d'une enquet e qualitative et quantitative aupres d'un echantillon representatif, ce qui releve du domaine prive, du non-dit et de la confession. Entre autres, sont etudies les determinants dans le choix du ou des partenaires sexuels des femmes, les conditions du choix a la relation effective, les lieux de rencontre, les diverses formes de seduction, la duree de la relation effective, les lieux de rencontre, les diverses formes de seduction, la duree de la relation et les relations des partenaires. Il est notamment question de la presentation et de la perception du corps a travers l'analyse des particularites physiques valorisees ou des manieres d'etre. On releve que de nombreuses pratiques, attitudes et representations sexuelles, frequemment dependantes de conceptions anatomiques ou de perceptions sociales du sida, sont generatrices d'autres comportements tels que l'utilisation de nouveaux moyens contraceptifs et abortifs ou encore l'adoption de nouveaux criteres dans le choix du partenaire sexuel ("bien en forme", etc). De ce fait, le sida engendre des modifications dans le comportement sexuel souvent inadequates aux strategies de prevention des maladies sexuellement transmissibles, en general. Compte tenu de ces remarques, ce travail tient compte de certaines attitudes sexuelles, d'ordre sociologique, directement reliees aux representations du sida et susceptibles d'exposer les individus au risque de transmission retrovirale<br>This research is aimed first and foremost at finding out the determinants of the sexual and amorous trajectories of the women of abidjan. Particular attention is paid to behaviour and also sentiments (love, emotions, intimacy, etc. ) and the representations that govern them. A qualitative and quantitative survey was performed in particular to show what belongs to the private sphere, to the unsaid and confession. The points studied include the determinants in the choice of sexual partner s by women, the conditions of the decision to accomplish the relationship, the meeting place, the various forms of seduction, the duration of the relationship and the relations between the partners. Stress is laid on t he presentation and perception of the body through analysis of the physical features highlighted or attitudes. It was fo und that many sexual practices, attitudes and sexual representations that were frequently dependent on anatomical conceptions or social perceptions of aids generated other types of behaviour such as the use of new contraception and ab ortion techniques or the adoption of new criteria in the choice of a sexual partner ('well-padded' persons, etc. ) aids thus causes changes in sexual behaviour that often do not match strategies for the prevention of sexually transmitt ed diseases in general. In the light of these remarks, the work takes into account certain sexual attitudes in the sociological category that are directly related to representations of aids and likely to expose persons to the risk of retrovirus transmission

En Côte d'Ivoire, dans les villages de Grand-Bassam (1834), de Bingerville (1899) et d'Abidjan (1934), les autorités coloniales françaises ont imposé un modèle urbain basé sur la ségrégation des populations européennes et africaines. Dans ces territoires, des quartiers évoquent aujourd'hui des armoiries qu'il faut essayer de comprendre, en rapport avec leur antécédent de quartiers français au sein du plan d'urbanisme de type colonial, et dont il faut étudier les transformations dans un environnement de crise sociopolitique. Cette étude tente de saisir leurs sens et leurs portées territoriales dans la société ivoirienne. Elle s'est élaborée à partir d'un problème d'approche épistémologique que la géographie peut projeter sur ces espaces avec lesquels les Français expatriés en Côte d'Ivoire entretiennent des relations originales. Il s'avère que la commune de Marcory, notamment en ses quartiers (Marcory résidentiel, Biétri et Zone 4) est l'un des lieux de la territorialité française à Abidjan. Cette recherche propose donc une lecture synchronique des différentes formes de marquage de cet espace communal par les Français. Ce marquage se lit d'une part, par les Français qui s'approprient cet espace en mettant en place un système de sécurité spécifique et d'autre part avec la création d'espaces de loisirs et relations sociales. L'Etat français, notamment par la création d'un réseau scolaire français, d'un régime de protection sociale spécifique et par la mise à disposition d'un budget de fait sinon de droit apporte aussi sa marque dans ces zones où résident les Français au point de laisser l'empreinte d'une "collectivité territoriale française décentralisée outre frontière''<br>A city model based on the segregation between the European and the African populations was imposed by the French Colonial authorities to the villages of Grand-Bassam (1834), Bingerville (1899) and Abidjan (1934).Some areas of these three territories recall today some coat of arms which signification is necessary to be grasped in comparison with the previous French areas history within the colonial town planning scheme. The changes which have occurred since then should be studied in a sociopolitical crisis environment. Through this study, we intend to understand the meaning and the territorial scope of such changes in the Ivorian society. This study is developed on the basis of an epistemological approach to the problem which Geography could forecast in these spaces where the French Expatriates in Cote D'Ivoire have original relationships. It turns out that the Marcory commune chiefly in its areas (Marcory résidential, Biétri and Zone 4), is one of the places of the French territoriality in Abidjan. Through this research, we propose a synchronic reading of the various forms under which the space is marked by the French. The reading of this marking consist in how the French appropriate these spaces by implementing a specific security system in the one hand and by creating leisure spaces and social relationships in the other hand .The French Government, through the creation of a French School System, a Social Protection System and an actual budget if not a law one (programme151),also makes its marks in these spaces .In so doing the French community leaves the impression of an ‘‘Overseas French decentralized territorial collectivity''

O presente trabalho propõe uma tradução integral e anotada da obra epigramática do poeta latino Marcos Valério Marcial (c. 40 - c. 105 d.C.). Para tanto, propõe um modelo de compreensão do texto que envolve sua análise desde as camadas pré-textuais, como a constituição do gênero praticado pelo autor ou a obra de seus modelos, passando por um recenseamento dos leitores para chegar finalmente a um modelo sistematizado de tradução poética e de ferramentas de suporte à leitura<br>This paper proposes a complete and annotated translation of the epigrammatic work of the Latin poet Martial (c. 40 - c. 105 AD). To achieve it, a model of text comprehension is suggested, involving the analysis from the pre-textual layers, such as the constitution of the genre practiced by the author or the poets he uses as models, through a census of the readers to finally get to systematized models for the poetical translation and the reading tools

Le propos de cette thèse est de lire les récits du sous-commandant Marcos ayant comme principaux référents l'Indien et son univers. Plus précisément, nous avons analysé les représentations littéraires et l'investissement indigéniste produits afin d'établir les rapports de ces récits avec l'indigénisme chiapanèque : d'autre part, en repérant les traitements donnés au différend indigène ; d'autre part, en y explorant certaines facettes encore méconnues de cette écriture sur l'Indien. Nous postulons dans ce travail la refonte narrative de l'Indien chiapanèque et de son univers obtenue à travers différents facteurs qui font émerger une construction hétérogène et protéiforme : le procédé du double perspectivisme indigène et occidental adopté, l'introduction d'importants changements génériques, thématiques mais aussi sémantiques, et la tension de l'écriture entre différend indigène et ludisme humoristique. Tout en reprenant certains thèmes récurrents de l'indigénisme chiapanèque - la domination, le religion, l'espace - cette pratique d'écriture signifie un nouveau positionnement esthétqiue qui change au gré de la conjoncture historique et des divers territoires imaginaires sélectionnés par Marcos. Elle offrirait un paradigme narratif en rupture, partiellement affranchi de l'authenticité anthropologique et des contraintes morales faisant du référent indigène un signe subjectif et un pilier central de la stratégie rhétorique élaborée par le sous-commandant Marcos pour catalyser le soutien du lecteur à la cause zapatiste<br>The main objective of this thesis is to interpret the stories written by Sub-commandant Marcos which refer predominantly to Amerindians and the Amerindian world. In particular, we have chosen to analyze the literary representations and indigensit writing techniques employed, is an effort to establish a connection between the author's stories and Chipan indigenism. This is achieved, on the one hand, by examining the way in which the differend is dealt with, and on the other, by exploring some of the less familiar aspects of this literature on Amerindians. This study involves a narrative overhaul of both the Chiapan Amerindians and their world, with the help of several literary components in order to achieve a heterogenous and protean construction, such as the use of an indigenous and occidental dual perspective, the introduction of important generic, thematic and semantic changes and the literary to Chiapan indigenism, such as domination, religion and space, this form of narration offers a new esthetic positioning which is transformed over the course of historical events and over various imaginary territories chosen by Marcos. This style of writing offers a dislocated narrative paradigm, relatively free of anthropological aunthenticity and moral constraints, turning the indigenous reference into a subjective element and making in the backbone of a rhetorical strategy elaborated by Sub-commandant Marcos in an effort to gain the reader's support for the Zapatista cause

Résumé :

El principal problema de la ciudad de San Juan de Marcona está representado por el crecimiento desmedido de la ciudad. El Plan de Desarrollo Urbano (PDU) de la Municipalidad propone la expansión de ésta para contener a la población en el año 2030. Esto representa un peligro para su territorio pues la expansión de la ciudad, en términos de dimensiones, representa un peligro para la sostenibilidad urbana. El proyecto propone para la ciudad de San Juan de Marcona un Desarrollo Urbano Sostenible que le permita crecer sin representar una amenaza para su territorio. Esto se logra aplicando los principios del Urbanismo Ecológico, planteado por Salvador Rueda, en donde se busca una ciudad que sea compacta y diversa y donde el peatón sea el principal actor. Asimismo, la propuesta busca otorgar espacios que permitan conectar a la ciudad con su paisaje y su clima. Se elabora un plan maestro para el desarrollo de la ciudad hasta el 2050 y se profundiza la primera fase de éste. Esta fase implica el desarrollo urbano de un sector de borde de la ciudad. Para lograrlo se plantean supermanzanas cuyas piezas urbanas son producto de la relación entre sol y aire con la ciudad. El espacio público, las redes viales, la vegetación y su ordenamiento en tres niveles es pensado para favorecer al peatón. De esta manera el plan maestro para esta zona logra reconectar la ciudad, diversificarla a través de un programa variado, y naturalizarla a partir de la implementación de una red de espacios públicos y productivos.

El presente trabajo hace un análisis de los diferentes procesos políticos cerca de las leyes sobre aborto en Brasil, teniendo el Congreso Nacional como el principal panorama que concentra las más controversias sobre la cuestión. Para mejor comprendernos la actual coyuntura, es hecha un pasaje por las proposiciones legislativas de la década de 1940 hasta los días actuales en el ámbito de la Cámara Federal. Bajo una perspectiva antropológica, podemos decir que se trata de una realidad de todas las sociedades, pues es parte del proceso de desarrollo de la reproducción humana, la diferencia reside en cómo cada sociedad lida y naturaliza su práctica. A partir del panorama de las prácticas abortivas en el mundo, constatamos que la mayor cantidad de abortos que ocurre en el mundo son en los países que criminalizan su práctica, en su mayoría en situación de ilegalidad. De una década para la otra la discusión del aborto solo se amplia y viene ocupando cada vez más el espacio público. Sin embargo, una característica típica de los años 2000 está siendo el crecimiento de proposiciones que objetivan aumentar la pena de aborto, como también crear nuevos tipos de delitos relacionados a su práctica en Brasil, lo que genera un panorama constante que afronta a los derechos de las mujeres. Entre los principales protagonistas que asumen la discusión pública del aborto, hay las diferentes organizaciones feministas, instituciones religiosas y profesionales de las diversas áreas del conocimiento, y las ideas que permean el Congreso Nacional, representan algunas de esas fuerzas políticas, así como, es posible identificarnos los temas que concentran las mayores controversias sobre la discusión. Viene ocurriendo cambios en el campo de la representación religiosa en el Congreso Nacional, y las vertientes evangélicas viene presentando un crecimiento del número de parlamentares. Lo que está directamente conectado con el poder de intervención de las representaciones religiosas en los procesos de disputas electorales y de relación inconstitucional de la religión hegemónica cristiana en las estructuras del Estado. Además, no hay un posicionamiento único de las iglesias frente al aborto, y la Iglesia Católica permanece como institución que presenta un posicionamiento de completa condenación a cualquier forma de aborto, lo que no representa la misma realidad en el curso de su historia. Vivemos en un país que entre todas sus contradicciones, por una protección “la vida” se genera una máquina de matar personas, y los temas relacionados a la perspectiva sagrada de la vida, subsidia los discursos religiosos y las proposiciones legislativas. Ser a favor de la vida, se presume, es concordar en reducir los números de abortos y de muertes de mujeres víctimas de la práctica insegura e ilegal. Para que posamos enfrentar a las realidades sociales generadas en torno del aborto, es necesario desconstruirmos los mitos que fueron creados históricamente, y apropiarnos de los conceptos que puedan esclarecer y posibilita una mejor comprensión sobre la cuestión del aborto como tema que excede el derecho.<br>O aborto é uma discussão extensa e antiga que atravessa as diferentes áreas do conhecimento, abrangendo as teorias feministas, de gênero e da sexualidade. O presente trabalho faz uma análise dos diferentes processos políticos acerca das leis sobre aborto no Brasil, tendo o Congresso Nacional como o principal cenário que concentra as maiores controvérsias acerca da questão. Para melhor compreendermos a atual conjuntura, é feita uma passagem pelas proposições legislativas da década de 1940 até os dias atuais no âmbito da Câmara Federal. Sob uma perspectiva antropológica, podemos dizer que se trata de uma realidade de todas as sociedades, pois é parte do processo de desenvolvimento da reprodução humana, a diferença reside em como cada sociedade lida e normatiza a sua prática. A partir do panorama das práticas abortivas no mundo, constatamos que a maior quantidade de abortos que ocorre no mundo são nos países que criminalizam a sua prática, em sua maioria em situação de ilegalidade. De uma década para a outra a discussão do aborto só se amplia e vem ocupando cada vez mais o espaço público. Porém, uma característica típica dos anos 2000 está sendo o crescimento de proposições que objetivam aumentar a pena do aborto, como também criar novos tipos de crime relacionados à sua prática no Brasil, o que gera um cenário constante afronta aos direitos das mulheres. Entre os principais protagonistas que assumem a discussão pública do aborto, há as diferentes organizações feministas, instituições religiosas e profissionais das diversas áreas do conhecimento, e as ideias que permeiam o Congresso Nacional, representam algumas dessas forças políticas, bem como, é possível identificarmos os temas que concentram as maiores controvérsias acerca da discussão. Vem ocorrendo mudanças no campo da representação religiosa no Congresso Nacional, e as vertentes evangélicas vem apresentando um crescimento do número de parlamentares. O que está diretamente ligado com o poder de intervenção das representações religiosas nos processos de disputas eleitorais e da relação inconstitucional da religião hegemônica cristã nas estruturas do Estado. Ademais, não há um posicionamento único das igrejas frente ao aborto, e a Igreja Católica permanece como instituição que apresenta um posicionamento de completa condenação a qualquer forma de aborto, o que não representa a mesma realidade no curso da sua história. Vivemos em um país que dentre todas as suas contradições, em nome da proteção “a vida” gera-se uma máquina de matar pessoas, e os temas relacionados a perspectiva sagrada da vida, subsidia os discursos religiosos e as proposições legislativas. Ser a favor da vida, presume-se, é concordar em reduzir os números de abortos e de mortes de mulheres vítimas da prática insegura e ilegal. Para que possamos enfrentar as realidades sociais geradas em torno do aborto, é preciso descontruirmos os mitos que foram criados historicamente, e apropriarmo-nos dos conceitos que possam esclarecer e possibilitar uma melhor compreensão sobre a questão do aborto como tema que excede o direito.

Résumé :

In this thesis, I seek to understand what shaped the development of television, tracing the technology back to its earliest roots. In existing literature, the history of television in its formative years (before World War II), has largely been presented in technologically deterministic terms, culminating in the ‘goal’ of adding ‘sight to sound’ – producing a wireless set with pictures. Most of the existing literature focuses on ‘hero’ figures such as British inventor John Logie Baird and his electro-mechanical television systems, or on corporate narratives such as that of RCA in the United States in developing all-electronic television. In contrast to such an approach, I will concentrate on the transnational networks linking individuals and companies, and on the common external factors affecting all of them. Some networks could operate simultaneously as rivals and collaborators, as was the case with companies such as Marconi-EMI in Britain and RCA in the United States. Senior managers and researchers such as Isaac Shoenberg at Marconi-EMI and Vladimir Zworykin at RCA played significant roles, but so too did relatively obscure figures such as Russian scientist Boris Rosing and British engineer Alan A Campbell Swinton. I will draw on newly available sources from Russia and the USSR, on over-looked sources in Britain and the United States, and on replicative technology to re-examine the story. The new material, coupled with the transnational networks approach, enables fresh insights to be gained on issues of simultaneity of invention and on contingency in the development and initial deployments of the technology. By using these fresh primary sources, and by re-interpreting some aspects of the numerous existing secondary sources, I will show that the ‘wireless with pictures’ model was not inevitable, that electro-mechanical television need not have been a technical cul-de-sac, and that in Britain at least, it was the political desire to maintain and extend the monopoly of the BBC, which effectively funnelled the technology into the model so familiar to us today.

This message is inscribed in the discourses, actions and interactions of Jesus with the disciples and the women in the narrative and is shown in the increasing evolution of the relations and possibilities of performance of the female characters that culminate with leadership roles in the final scenes The methodology consists in the use of feminist theoretical frameworks, the gender category associated with literary tooling, the narratological analysis and the discourse analysis. The objects of analysis are the scenes in which women appear. It starts with an understanding of the historical context of the emergence of the Gospel of Mark and a literary approach to complete narrative, and then become the gender, narratological and speech analysis the following pericopaes: Mark 1,29-31; 3,31-35; 5,1-43; 7,24-30; 12,41-44; 14,3-9 and 15.40-16.8. In most of these passages, women appear as historical narrative subject. These scenes mark important turning points of the narrative. In them, we perceive the criticism of the patriarchal ethos and a positive and liberating construction of the role of women in the Jesus movement and, because of this intentional rescue of Jesus´s practices and relationships, it extends also to the Christian movement of the Markan community. In Mark's story, the women who have contact with Jesus are representative of the kingdom values and have diakonia attitudes and bold, courageous attitudes of great faith and delivery of life. Finally, women are recognized as disciples as they followed and served Jesus from Galilee. Thus, the work aims, through a reinterpretation of biblical texts, provide material that can help to reconstruct respectful and fair gender relations and to prevent of discrimination and violence practices.<br>Esta tese pretende demonstrar que o Evangelho de Marcos é uma peça políticoteológica que, entre suas mensagens, divulga uma mensagem ideológica de componente antipatriarcal, como forma de orientação comunitária que pretende gerar novas identidades de gênero em sua comunidade. Essa mensagem está inscrita nos discursos, ações e interações de Jesus com os discípulos e as mulheres na narrativa e mostra-se na evolução crescente das relações e das possibilidades de atuação das personagens femininas que culminam com papéis de liderança nas cenas finais. A metodologia consiste no uso de referenciais teóricos feministas, a categoria de gênero, associados a ferramentais literários, a análise da narratológica e análise do discurso. Os objetos de análise são as cenas em que aparecem mulheres. Parte-se de uma compreensão do contexto histórico de surgimento do Evangelho de Marcos e de uma aproximação literária à narrativa completa, para fazer, então, a análise de gênero, narratológica e do discurso das seguintes perícopes: Mc 1,29-31; 3,31-35; 5,21-43; 7,24-30; 12,41-44; 14,3-9; 15,40-16,8. Nessas passagens, as mulheres aparecem como sujeito histórico-narrativo. Essas cenas marcam pontos de inflexão importantes da narrativa. Nelas, percebem-se críticas ao ethos patriarcal e uma construção positiva e libertadora do papel das mulheres no movimento de Jesus e, por causa desse resgate intencional da práxis e das relações de Jesus, também no movimento cristão da comunidade marcana. Na história de Marcos, as mulheres que têm contato com Jesus são representativas dos valores do Reino de Deus e têm atitudes de diaconia e posturas ousadas, corajosas, de muita fé e entrega de vida. Ao final, mulheres são reconhecidas como discípulas, pois seguiam e serviam a Jesus desde a Galileia. Assim, o trabalho pretende, por meio de uma reinterpretação dos textos bíblicos, fornecer material que possa ajudar a reconstruir relações de gênero respeitosas, justas e prevenir práticas de discriminação e violência.

The contribution analyses the scattered but numerous indications of a contribution from the friars belonging to the convent of SS. Giovanni e Paolo in Venice at the first Latin diffusion of Marco Polo’s Devisement dou monde starting both from the possible attribution to this milieu of the Latin version Z, realised in the first thirty years of the fourteenth century, and from the presence of Marco in the document of 1323 which certifies the ratification of the legacy of Giovanni delle Boccole to the convent, and finally from the traces of literary activity of personalities in relationship with it, a network of preaching friars emerges in relationship with other nearby convents (in particular Treviso) and with the first two generations of Paduan humanists (in particular Albertino Mussato). These elements, if developed with wider investigations on the patrimony of the Venetian convent, can provide new insights for the interpretation of the Dominican appropriation of Marco’s text.

Este trabajo hace un análisis comparativo de los marcos legales que rigen las Oficinas Nacionales de Estadística (ONEs) de 18 países de América Latina, contrastándolos con las recomendaciones internacionales existentes. Concluye que los marcos son en muchos casos obsoletos, debilitando la institucionalidad y el nivel técnico de las oficinas e impidiendo su habilidad para comunicar sus productos. En casi todos los países, el marco no reúne por lo menos una de las condiciones necesarias para facilitar la producción, el intercambio y la difusión de información, la transparencia, la confidencialidad y protección de datos, o contener las presiones externas que busquen influir en la información producida por la ONE. Un marco legal obsoleto puede ser el canal de conducción de políticas de debilitamiento institucional. No hay leyes perfectas y la legislación requiere ser actualizada para ajustarse a los tiempos, pero está claro que la estabilidad institucional de una ONE no puede estar sujeta a usos y costumbres, sino que debe estar propiamente legislada. El documento identifica áreas de oportunidad y mejores prácticas, y ofrece propuestas concretas en la forma de una ley modelo alineada con las recomendaciones internacionales. La investigación también explora la interacción de la legislación estadística con las legislaciones de acceso a la información pública y de protección de datos personales.

Résumé :

El sistema económico, político y social también ha venido sufriendo cambios constantes, por lo tanto se han visto en la obligación de evolucionar a la par con la globalización, a raíz de esto la gobernanza busca hacer frente a los problemas que surgen en la sociedad, partiendo del diseño y desarrollo de las políticas públicas para promover los emprendimientos en los que tanto los actores públicos como los privados pueden hacerse partícipes para dar una respuesta de manera equitativa a las necesidades actuales. Uno de los problemas que se aborda es que la economía presenta debilidades y que estas deben ser mitigadas por los actores políticos para salvaguardar el empleo, el crecimiento y el desarrollo económico a partir de los emprendimientos, sin embargo, debe involucrarse los actores sociales es decir los ciudadanos mediante mecanismos de participación. La finalidad del presente escrito es brindar las definiciones, características y establecer la relación entre la gobernanza, el emprendimiento y las políticas públicas como generadoras de crecimiento y desarrollo en pro de dar respuesta a las necesidades actuales.
