Abstract Introduction Collagenase clostridium histolyticum (CCH, Xiaflex®; Endo Pharmaceuticals) is the only FDA-approved non-surgical therapy for Peyronie’s Disease (PD). CCH is an effective alternative to surgery for patients with PD who have a palpable plaque and a curvature deformity of ≥30°. Clinicians who administer CCH must complete risk mitigation training, and access to specialists varies by region across the US.
