<p> Guided Autobiography is a process of writing, sharing and preserving one’s life stories and life experiences. It leads one down a path through vast stores of memories, leading to an increased awareness and appreciation of having lived through so much. </p><p> The purpose of this study was to adapt Birren’s Guided Autobiography (GAB) program for U.
