Résumé :
Graph embeddings have emerged as the de facto representation for modern machine learning over graph data structures. The goal of graph embedding models is to convert high-dimensional sparse graphs into low-dimensional, dense and continuous vector spaces that preserve the graph structure properties. However, learning a graph embedding model is a resource intensive process, and existing solutions rely on expensive distributed computation to scale training to instances that do not fit in GPU memory. This demonstration showcases Marius: a new open-source engine for learning graph embedding models

Résumé :
In the era of emerging computing paradigms and artificial neural networks, hardware and functionality requirements are in the surge. In order to meet low power and latency criteria, new architectures for in-memory computing are being explored as alternatives to traditional von Neumann machines, which requires technological breakthrough at the semiconductor device level such as vertical gate-all-around junctionless nanowire field effect transistors (VNWFET), that can address many process challenges such as downscaling, short-channel effects, compactness and electrostatic control. Résumé :
This article presents the results of an experimental verification of the New Non-Quasi-Static (NQS) Small-Signal MOSFET Model proposed in [1,2]. This model is valid in all operating modes, from weak to strong inversion and from nonsaturation to saturation. For the purpose of verification test transistors with de-embedding, dummy structures in 0.35 m technology were designed. The procedure of de-embedding was based on the open-short [3] method, optimised for RF measurement up to 30 GHz. The results obtained have confirmed aplicability of the model for the small-signal MOSFET simulation.

Résumé :
Differential signaling is very common for high frequency integrated circuit design. Accurate multimode de-embedding at multigigahertz frequencies, however, is a major challenge. The differential and common-mode parameters can be obtained by converting the measured four-port nodal S-parameters into the mixed-mode form. Under certain conditions, it is possible to separate the modes and consider only the entries corresponding to the differential S-parameters. This allows to reduce the measured 4 × 4 matrix to a 2 × 2 matrix and consider the differential device as a two-port network. Thus, the sta

Résumé :
Nowadays, more and more MMICs (Microwave Monolithic Integrated Circuit), such as limiters and switches, are designed to have balanced and unbalanced test pad structures to solve the challenging size restrictions and integration requirements for MMICs. Hybrid balanced and unbalanced RF (Radio Frequency) probes are adopted for an on-wafer test of the heteromorphy structures. The thru standard based on single balanced or unbalanced structures cannot meet the impedance matching requirements of the hybrid RF probes at the same time, which leads to a dramatic decreasing of the calibration accuracy a
