Résumé :

Trendem dnešní doby je nejen zefektivňovat, ale i šetřit náklady. Tento článek je zaměřený na snížení nákladů na provoz čistírny odpadních vod. Čist.renský proces je nepřetržitým procesem vyžadujícím pro svou funkci elektrickou energii. Největší množství elektrické energie je spotřebováno v aktivační nádrži, kde je nutné provzdušňování. Zmíněné energetické náklady se v mnoha případech dají snížit pouhou optimalizací procesů v aktivační nádrži. V případě našeho výzkumu se jedná o řízení aerace pomocí pevného nastavení doby nitrifikace a denitrifikace, kdy na základě předchozího pozorování byla snížena doba provzdušnění. Následně bylo prokázáno, že došlo ke třetinovému snížení elektrické energie spotřebované pro aktivační nádrž a to bez jakéhokoliv zhoršení odtokových parametrů.

Résumé :

Příspěvek je zaměřený na optimalizaci procesů použitých při tvorbě Atlasu mezinárodních vztahů (Waisová at al. 2007). Tento atlasový projekt vznikl v létech 2006-2007 na půdě Západočeské univerzity v Plzni. Jednotlivé mapy tohoto tištěného atlasu byly generovány metodami webové kartografie, přičemž šlo o první rozsáhlý projekt, kdy byly použity XML (eXtensible Markup Language) technologie pro generování tematických map ve formě klasického atlasu. Proto se během tvorby atlasu a po jejím ukončení objevily nedostatky, které by měly být v případě dalšího využívání vytvořených postupů odstraněny nebo alespoň částečně eliminovány. Příspěvek se skládá ze tří částí, které popisují vytvořenou publikaci, princip generování map atlasu a navrhovaná zlepšení používaných postupů.

Résumé :

V tomto článku je popsána výroba izolačních desek z odpadních polyesterových vláken spojených bikomponentními vlákny. Při výrobě lze připravit požadovanou objemovou hmotnost vyrobené izolační desky dávkováním suroviny a jejím stlačením. Právě objemová hmotnost je jedním z důležitých faktorů, které ovlivňují hodnotu součinitele tepelné vodivosti izolační desky. Funkční závislost hodnoty součinitele tepelné vodivosti na objemové hmotnosti desky je popsána v experimentální části článku.

Résumé :

SHRNUTÍ Tento članek popisuje metodu automatickeho navrhu siluety vozu. V průběhu historie vzniklo mnoho automobilů jejichž rysy jsou do značne miry podobne. Tyto rysy (siluety) můžeme extrahovat pomoci statisticke metody analyzy hlavnich komponent a použit je pro navrh nove siluety, ktera je dale optimalizovana pomoci genetickych algoritmů. Proces optimalizace zohledňuje zadane fyzikalni parametry jako je objem prostoru pro motor, zavazadla a pasažery. Vysledek produkovany algoritmem pak slouži jako inspirace pro člověka-designera a může byt zobecněn na vybrany typ produktu.

Résumé :

SHRNUTÍ Članek popisuje simulaci elektrickeho vozidla s pohonem všech kol včetně implementace jednoduche optimalizačni funkce pro určeni optimalniho rozloženi vykonů mezi napravy s ohledem na minimalni ztraty v pohonnem řetězci. Model zkoumaneho elektrickeho vozidla je popsan vicehmotovou soustavou v programu Matlab/Simulink. Optimalizačni funkce určuje v každem časovem kroku simulace poměr rozděleni vykonu mezi motorem na předni a motorem na zadni napravě tak, aby celkovy ztratovy vykon obou motorů byl minimalni. V članku je na přikladu simulace jizdy vozidla v NEDC ukazan přinos optimalizace rozděleni vykonů mezi jednotlivymi elektromotory pro různa uspořadani pohonneho řetězce.

Résumé :

Shrnutí Článek se zaměřuje na popis termodynamiky reálného Stirlingova motoru pro stacionární výrobu elektrické energie a tepla z obnovitelných zdrojů. Byly zaznamenány úhlově indexované - v závislosti na natočení klikového hřídele záznamy rychle proměnných tlaků ve studeném a horkém válci nad písty a v prostoru pod písty při různém zatížení. Měření byla uskutečněna na vývojové zkušebně výrobce motorů. Tlakové průběhy byly analyzovány pomocí softwarových nástrojů vyvinutých na univerzitě. Článek dále popisuje nástroje pro analýzu experimentálních dat, které byly využity pro kalibraci detailního 1-D termodynamického modelu motoru vyvinutého na univerzitě s využitím komerční ho kódu GT-Power. Model bude využit pro optimalizace konstrukce motoru.

Throw accuracy is not being currently quite developed within school PE lessons; it is being developed only as part of skills of a particular sports discipline. Th is shortcoming may stem from the lack of a suitable test assessing this skill. In the literature we have seen only three throw accuracy tests intended for school youngsters (Bös 2001, Mecner 1975, Měkota; Blahuš 1983). Th ese tests consist of a few repeated series of throws, failing to distinguish a throwing distance for boys and girls and even age groups, and requiring a rather complicated graphic record of successful target hits that cannot be assessed easily and quickly during a PE lesson. Th e purpose of the study is to create a test of measuring throw accuracy at a target eliminating the aforementioned shortcomings. Th e optimisation of a throwing distance is based on the condition of a normal Gaussian distribution of data related to individual throwing distances, and on the condition that an average number of target hits within a concrete throwing distance will be close to 7.5 target hits. To assess the importance of the diff erence of the observed throwing distances one-factor ANOVA (One Way Analysis of Variance) was used. Th e assessed group consisted of 105 boys and 114 girls of three randomly selected schools in Ostrava between 11 and 14 years old. Th ree throwing distances were determined (boys 6; 8; 10 m, girls 3.5; 5.5; 7.5 m) in combination with a vertical round target of 0.7 m in diameter. Th e tested person used an overarm throwing technique and made 20 throws for each throwing distance. Th e test score was the number of the target hits from the 6th - 20th throw (training: 1st -5th throw). Th e optimum throwing distances were identifi ed for the accuracy test of a target throw for boys of the 11-12 year category (6 m), 13-14 year category (8 m), for girls of the 11-12 year category (5.5 m), 13-14 year category (7.5 m) while using a target of 0.7 m in diameter.

The aim of this research conducted is to optimalize the zakat distribution using economy variabel measurement. Design/Metodology. The Quantitative Research Method is used to analyze financial data, with Optimalize Model as Z variable design, Measurement of Economy as Y variable and Objective Output as X variable, using AMOS program and SEM as tool analysis to confirm that the model can be used as a measurement tool. Playing is a learning method that best suits learning in early childhood. The clap hand games is one of the types of play that is applied in Early Childhood Education. The purpose of education in early childhood is to develop six aspects of its development namely; aspects of religious and moral norms, aspects of the physical and motor, aspects of cognition, aspects of the emotional social, aspects of language and aspects of art. This study aimed to know the utilization of deep pat game on improving aspects of cognitive in early childhood. The subjects of this study were children of group B Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Flamboyan Mekar Tapung District Kampar regency a number of 14 girls and 8 boys. Data collection Technic used is documentation, questionnaire, and interview. This research involves the Ikatan Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak Indonesia (IGTKI) Tapung District to gain input in the development of game pat in order to obtain results. Regional budget control system is implemented through an audit and evaluation to ensure that its implementation is in accordance with the plan that it can be efficiently and effectively used. Regional budget efficiency measurement then aims to measure the efficienty of budget use of each Regional Work Unit (SKPD) and to optimalize its use. The efficiency of Regional Work Unit is measured using CCR Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model with one input variable and eight output variables, in which this CCR DEA applies Linear Programming approach and evaluates relative efficiency of Decision Making Units (DMUs). The sample was in a total of sixteen DMUs. The result revealed that seven DMUs were efficient, in which their reference set was then used to optimalize the input and output variables of other inefficient DMUs. This result was validated through paired sample t-test, proving to meet the hypothesis of Ho -2,042 ≤ tcount ≤ 2,042 showing that CCR DEA can be used as a method to measure regional budget efficiency with accurate results.

Résumé :

This study aims to describe: (1) prior and retrospective knowledge, (2) untrained skills, and (3) attitude to be induced as the knowledge, skills, and attitude to support students’ future career. This study used descriptive design and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results show that practices on career development for vocational schools indicate that (1) the knowledge on capitalization, persuading potential customers, and product efficiency are trained shortly to students, (2) skills to optimalize online media, capitals, banking, and networking for cooperation are not yer trained by the local schools, and (3) few schools provide pieces of training on the benefits of product marketing as the future prospect.

The acrylic acid copolymerized with allyl polyethenoxy ether, to produce the dispersant for LiFePO4 lithium ion battery slurry. Taking the quality of acrylic acid as a benchmark, the orthogonal experiment was used to optimalize the burden: the acrylic acid (AA) is 100%, maleic anhydride (MA) is 10%,ethyl acrylate (EA) is 2%, sodium allylsulfonate (ALS) is 6%, allyl polyethenoxy ether (APEG1200) is 60%. The effect of dispersant concentration to slurry fluidity was studied,LiFePO4 content in pulp was 75%, graphitized carbon black was 0.75%,the optimum amount of the dispersant is 0.3wt% of the LiFePO4, the slurry initial viscosity is 1806 mPa.s and 2337 mPa.s after 90min which meet requirements for coating technology.

VDL Bus and Coach has presented new generation of Futura 2 coaches on June 2018, 8 years after premiere of the first generation. Since that, Valskenwaard factory has been left by 3500 vehicles, which makes 8,5% share of european touristic buses market. Almost 250 buses are used by polish carriers, with FHD2-129 as the most poppular model. However, Futury 2 technical parameters are still satisfying, VDL decided on the next step in order to optimalize eksploatation costs TCO and reducing environmental influence. Drive system has been improved, what is more weight of vehicle has been reduced. As a result, has been increased reliability and fuel usage has been reduced by 3,5% in comparison to previous generation.

Předmětem studie je teoretická analýza historických a sociokulturních vztahů mezi euroamerickou západní kulturou (Okcident) a východní islámskou kulturou (Orient). V článku jsou popsány a interpretovány příčiny a důsledky akulturačních procesů, které mezi Orientem a Okcidentem probíhají po dlouhé období. Základní historický zlom ve vztahu křesťanské a islámské kultury znamenala koloniální expanze Západu ústící ve vojenskou, politickou a ekonomickou nadvládu nad zeměmi Orientu. K nastolení hegemonie Západu nad Východem však výrazně přispěla také západní věda. Zájem vědců, spisovatelů a umělců o orientální kultury vedl již v koloniálním období ke zrodu orientalismu jako nové vědní disciplíny usilující o popis a interpretaci Orientu. Jak upozornil palestinský literární kritik Edward W. Said, orientalismus nikdy nebyl objektivní a ideologicky nezaujatou vědou, ale diskurzem moci, neboť prostřednictvím vědeckých a literárních textů vytvářel zkreslený, falešný a stereotypizovaný obraz Orientu, který legitimoval nadvládu Západu. Zamyslíme-li se nad problémem střetu civilizací z perspektivy orientalismu jako diskurzu moci, je zřejmé, že k optimalizaci vztahu mezi Západem a Východem nestačí nastolit rovnoprávnost v oblasti politických a ekonomických vztahů. Neméně důležitá je dekonstrukce kulturního diskurzu orientalismu, který v sobě odráží tradiční koloniální a postkoloniální nerovnost.

In education, one crusial issue of development is the disparity of primary education access. Using 440 regions database from 2005-2009, this study is aim to analize the impact of fiscal decentralization in reducing the enrolement of primary education in Indonesia. Three factors were included, i.e fiscal decentralization, socioeconomic factors and regional characteristics. The result of panel data estimation using fixed-effect approach on this study is that DAK for Education, DAK Non Education, and PAD have significant impact in reducing education acess disparity along with poverty and regional characteristic such as Java-non Java regions. For education level, another variable was also found significant including education of the society and regional characteristic such as proliferated-non proliferated regions. In general there is a facts and proves that fiscal decentralization improve education access equality, but several effort need to done to optimalize the equalization of primary education access in Indonesia.

To the effective control of invasive weeds are essential to prevent establish, if has already happened obstacle to massive accumulation, and promoting the efficient and rapid eradication, if it is possible. The Woolly cupgrass (Eriochloa villosa /Thunb./ Kunth) belongs to weeds which “hard to control” especially in corn. One of the difficulties of effective control is the prolonged emergence causing avoidance of several individuals the contact with pre-emergent herbicides. Another problem arises due to the intensive use of post-emergence herbicide products with short duration of action. To optimalize of timing of treatment is essential for successful control of later emerging weeds. The recently established Woolly cupgrass in Hungary shows resistance or reduced susceptibility to substantial portion of herbicides used in corn. The data collected from small-plot trials demonstrates that application of sulfonylurea or selective monoctyledonous herbicides can be effective against the Woolly cupgrass.

Diploma III Electrical Technology Study Program is a institutional vocational education institutional in Department of Electrical Engineering and Informatics that aims to produce graduate who are ready to work in operation and maintenance of power system. Since phenomena of scarcity of fossil fuels, study program meet the 2 major problems, namely the limitations of electrical energy for practical lab work and increased job skills on the electrical energy conversion of electrical energy from renewable energy. The purpose of this research is to optimalize capacity of solar and wind energy contained in the environment of the laboratory on the microgrid configuration, namely PV-Wind turbine-Battery. Software HOMER is used to simulate microgrid configuration with AC-DC load, AC load, and DC load. The results show indicate that microgrid PV-Wind turbine-Battery is more economically to meet the need AC-DC load than the others.

Background:Parents’ skillsin taking care of premature babies need to be developed to promote parents role in nurturing. The application of Family-Centered Care (FCC) through associated family program is one of the interventions to optimalize parent’s capability. Objective:This study aimed to identify the parent’s skill in the care of premature baby before and after the application of FCC. Methods:The research design was quasi-experimental,employing pre- and post-test with nonequivalent control group. Data were collectedin a non-probability sample with consecutive sampling method. Sample wereparents who hadpremature babiesandwere hospitalized at Perinatology Unit Saras Husada HospitalPurworejo.This research involved 36 respondents. Data were analyzedwith the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Result:There was not a significant difference on parents’ skills in control group (p= 0.083). Parents in intervention group showed difference in skills after the intervention (p= 0.025). Résumé :

The existing life skill education program is not effective to reduce community poverty as the program just focus on producing more community hardskills than community softskills. This research aimed to create a model of entrepreneurship based 4-H lifeskills to decrease rural poverty. This research was conducted as from May through November 2013, in three regions of Gunung Kidul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The data were collected by interview, documentation, observation and questionaire then analysed qualitatively and quantitatively. Research result shows: (1) most of the target research group members have dificulties in implementing several skills they obtained in the previous training; (2) the 4-H lifeskills model designed on the basis of empirical community condition is able to optimalize the use of the target group member resources; and (3) the model testing shows all of the three target groups have increasing mean of 4-H lifeskills perception. It means the model 4-H developed by researcher are effective.

Eclecticism tends to be the most popular approach in current foreign language learning (FLL) methodology. This does not mean that the differences between methods or a diversification in the market have disappeared. On the contrary, diversified approaches continue to serve the different needs and styles of different learners and teachers. Therefore, the notion of 'method' is re-defined as the selection and programming of tasks. Instead of adjusting the learner and the teacher to the method, as was done before, choices are now made to optimalize the learning process of particular learners in a given learning environment. These choices should be sustained by research, a didactic FLL vision and by an array of materials and designs. Only then will the individual teacher or curriculum designer be able to fulfil his or her role as filter to adopt a method, adapt the approach and apply strategies. This task is not an obvious one.
