In my thesis, I applied project management in optimizing activities in the implementation of wooden buildings. I used methods of PERT and CPM, and then compared their contribution to practical use in the implementation of the historic wooden buildings of baroque truss. I suggested classification methodology sorting random effects in the implementation of timber, which will be useful in the practice of project management. Then I confronted estimates project duration calculated according to these methods with real historical truss during construction.

We assess and address the problems a delay-based protocol faces when competing with a loss-based protocol such as TCP. We investigate if noise and variability in delay measurements in environments such as cable and ADSL access networks impact the delay-based protocol behavior significantly. Afin de maitriser la qualité d'eau dans les réseaux d'eau chaude sanitaire, des traitements de désinfection thermiques et chimiques sont utilisés. Ces traitements de désinfection peuvent avoir un impact sur la dégradation des canalisations. L'influence de l'addition d'hypochlorite de sodium et de l'augmentation de la température sur la vitesse et le mode de dégradation des canalisations en cuivre, acier galvanisé, PERT/Al/PERT et PVCc a été étudiée. This diploma thesis will deal with optimization of backup system of elementary school in Židlochovice, with possibility of using own technologies or cloud services. The thesis analyzes the current state of the backup system, proposes two variants of optimization and one of them is recommended for implementation.
