RésuméLa centuriation ne peut être étudiée qu’avec des archives écrites (les textes des Gromatici veteres; les plans cadastraux d’Orange) qui sont largement postérieures au principal moment de mise en place de ces grands quadrillages agraires. De même, alors que l’archéologue peine à retrouver la trace matérielle de ces trames, l’archéogéographe qui étudie la morphologie agraire travaille sur des formes qui sont, elles aussi, très largement postérieures aux faits qui leur ont donné naissance. Pour ces raisons, la centuriation change en ce moment et devient objet d’une archéogéographie, entendue comme une archéologie du document afin de savoir de quoi celui-ci est la source.

Abstract. Algeria faces challenges of globalization. It classifies the establishment of the national general urban and rural territory cadastre as top priority. The National Cadastre Agency has implemented a policy aimed at improving the quality and accuracy of the resulting documentation, in order to widen the scope of the latter in the various fields.Since the launching of the first operations to establish the general cadastre of the national territory, the graphic cadastral documentation which was carried out based on aerial images (ortho-photographs or restitution plans) present mismatch either between the external borders or between the section plans that compose the communal (municipal) cadastral plane.This article describes one of the simultaneous plane adjustment techniques inspired by the aero triangulation used in photogrammetry. In a first step, we built the photogrammetric unit where we consider the cadastral planes as photogrammetric models. In a second step, the constructed units will be used to form a superstructure covering a very large area like in the photogrammetric block case. Finally, this superstructure is adjusted, where the discrepancies are reduces relatively between these section plans using Tie Points (TP) and absolutely by relying on an optimal number of Ground Control Points (GCP) in the terrain system suitably distributed on the block.This technique makes it possible to preserve the relationships between the data in a precise way and to guarantee the continuity in the acquisition of the data which can be added later. It also makes it possible to solve the problem of the overlap between the isolated section plans due to the non-optimal distribution, the insufficiency, or the absence of control points.The evaluation results obtained after the experiments report that the proposed adjustment technique is efficient to solve such a problem.

The geometric component of the EEKO plans, cadastral OKS and engineering topographic plans is compared. Their similarities and differences are shown. Errors in geometry are investigated. It is noted as the most accurate and complete engineering and topographic plan, which undergoes a number of controls in the process of creation. Conclusion - in order to exclude gross errors in the metric position of real estate objects, it is necessary to control boundary and technical plans, which are the basis of on-duty cadastral maps.

Abstract This paper concerns changes of the cadastral value of real estate connected with changes in the land use determinations of the local spatial development plan in a given area over the analyzed period of time. The research has revealed a variable course of the determinations of adopted local plans over the years, which would indicate the need to re-appraise the cadastral value of real estates, as well as recharge the tax ad valorem. To demonstrate the effects of the identified changes in spatial development plans in accordance with the assumptions of mass appraisal, the cadastral value of sample real estates located in the area of research was determined. The real estates were covered by a change of intended use resulting from adopting the Local Spatial Development Plan for the City of Krakow. The conducted research confirmed a significant change in the cadastral value of real estates subjected to evaluation. In addition, the characteristics of the knowledge base on real estates on the local market of the City of Krakow have been researched, and the valid legal acts regarding the connection of information contained in the local spatial development plan with the method of determining the cadastral value of a real estate have been analyzed.

Cadastral surveys in Ghana often employ well known surveying equipment such as Total Station andGNSSreceivers or a combination of both. These survey techniques are well-established and widely accepted. However, there are limitations in certain areas. In situations where difficult terrain and inaccessible areas and dense vegetation are encountered or when surveyor’s life may be at risk, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) could be used to overcome the limitations of these well-established survey instruments. This research used high resolution images from UAV (DJI Phantom 4) to survey plots within the University of Mines and Technology land area. Coordinates of the boundary points were extracted using Agisoft Photoscan.GNSSreceivers were also used to survey the land and the same boundary point coordinates obtained and compared. This enabled the establishment of accurate ground control points for georeferencing. The coordinates obtained from both UAV andGNSSSurveys were used to prepare cadastral plans and compared. The difference in Northings and Eastings from UAV andGNSSsurveys were +0.380 cmand +0.351 cmrespectively. These differences are well within tolerance of +/-0.9114 m(+/-3 ft) set by the Survey and Mapping Division (SMD) of the Lands Commission for cadastral plans production. This research therefore concludes that high resolution images from UAVs are suitable for cadastral surveying. Abstract. With rapid growth of urban environments worldwide, there is an increasing need to develop more innovative and efficient land administration systems. In Australia, various jurisdictions are currently in the process of implementing 3D cadastre to support better land administration services to the wider community. The ‘Cadastre 2034 Strategy’ published by the Intergovernmental Committee on Surveying and Mapping (ICSM) for Australia in 2014 indicates that a digital cadastre will be implemented as part of that strategy. As part of development of 3D cadastre, State of New South Wales has used the ePlan model based on LandXML for digital lodgement and validation of cadastral plans. This initiative aims to replace PDF cadastral plans with the digital format of LandXML. However, with the introduction of LandXML as the chosen formats for digital cadastral plans in NSW, there has been a significantly low level of Strata Plan digital capture and submission in LandXML format by the surveying industry. The research aims to identify the main challenges and explore a suitable method to improve the adoption of the digital format for Strata Plan submission and development of 3D cadastre in NSW. In this research paper, a mixed method research approach has been used by integrating both qualitative and quantitative data. The primary data was collected using online questionnaires and surveys of different stakeholders from government and the private surveying industry. The data allowed for the assessment of the effectiveness and implications of the digital system currently maintained by the NSW LRS (Land Registry Services). A case study was used for the creation, validation and lodgement of an existing strata plan using LandXML format. This paper demonstrates that implementation of 3D digital cadastral plans needs to be more structured in order to satisfy all stakeholders involved. More investment into the representation of complex 3D geometric models and classification for validation will improve the uptake by surveyors. The paper concludes with a discussion on the implications of the proposed strata plan implementation strategy and proposes future research within the topic of strata plan validation in NSW, Australia.

Characteristic of the main reasons for emergence of the register mistakes causing suspension of carrying out the state cadastral registration of real estate is given. It constrains processes of fixing of the rights for objects of natural and legal entities and also formation of taxable base. Sources of emergence of register mistakes and possible ways of their elimination or weakening of influence are described. This type of mistakes is made mainly by cadastral engineers in the course of cadastral activity. If the materials containing such mistakes are entered in the Unified state register of the real estate, then as the defendant both the cadastral engineer, and body of registration of the rights can act as the third party. In the course of elimination of register mistakes the court appoints the cadastral engineer who on the catalog of coordinates submitted by court fixes the problem taking place between the adjacent land plots. The practice of elimination of this sort mistakes in foreign countries which is that the cadastral engineer and also his close relatives in case of his death, bear responsibility within thirty years is shown. Recommendations about decrease in the causes of register mistakes are provided in the boundary and technical plans prepared by cadastral engineers.
