Résumé :
People with disabilities often carry much of the responsibility for the process of making adaptations to their homes and look to the professionals involved for support. The study described in this article asked people with disabilities whether they believed that they received appropriate professional support, information and practical help when adapting their homes and sought to learn more about their feelings about the adaptation process. A qualitative research method, using three focus groups in different geographical areas, was carried out with a purposive sample of participants who had received adaptations to their homes and had been assisted by their local authorities. The groups comprised participants from urban and rural populations, who had a mix of housing tenure and a variety of professional support. The findings demonstrated that this method was appropriate as a means of both discovering how people felt about the process and identifying what they found to be the most helpful assistance from the professionals involved. The study suggested that when problems arose or delays were experienced during the building process, an occupational therapist was not the only appropriate professional to provide support because this could be given in a variety of ways by different professionals and helping agencies. The study also suggested that, given sufficient information and choice, some people with disabilities preferred to organise their own adaptations, could manage with minimal professional intervention and should be empowered to do so.

Résumé :

Résumé :
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Ukraine, almost every area of life has undergone global challenges and changes during the first lockdown, in March–May 2020. In particular, healthcare professionals faced the need to change their traditional activities of providing psychological assistance to children with special educational needs. Inclusive education has not been adapted to distance education in Ukraine. The aim of the study is to identify the impact of personality traits and the activity features on the use of remote educational tools by inclusive education specialists during quarantine. The study involved 50 professionals working with children with special educational needs. The surveyed professional included 26 psychologists, 13 speech therapists and 11 correctional educators. The survey was conducted online, covered six Ukrainian cities and was based on psychological questionnaires. The paper concludes that work effectiveness of healthcare specialists in remote form depends on the following personality traits: the level of tolerance for uncertainty and novelty, generosity, orientation toward the specialist’s achievements; it also depends on the method of assistance and the children’s nosologies. The paper provides three “psychological portraits” of specialists who find themselves in quarantine. Most of the specialists who participated in the study (more than 75%) expressed the opinion that remote learning was less effective than traditional education. Only applied behavior analysts believed that online corrective classes were good enough to use this form of activity in the future.

Résumé :
Currently, the research of personal resources of professional adaptation rescuers is socially significant, as extreme factors and activity conditions impose increased requirements for professionals, their professional and psychological training. The results of the empirical study of the features of adaptability, values and meanings of rescuers with different levels of professional socio-psychological adaptation are presented in the article. The survey involved 60 employees of the “Fire and rescue center”, all of them are men: the average age — 38.5 years; average experience — 11.7 years. The results showed that the professional adaptation success of rescuers is largely determined by the level of personal adaptive capacity, and its specific components — neuro-mental stability, communication skills, moral normativity. The material reward, spiritual satisfaction, achievements and social contacts were the most significant values for all specialists. However, the professional socio-psychological adaptation success increases if these values relate with the professional sphere of life. Existential values (acceptance of life and itself, ontological security, responsibility, death acceptance, the presence of crisis situation meaning and its concept) are the basis for both professional activities of rescuers and their adaptation to extreme conditions. At the same time, rescuers with a high level of professional socio-psychological adaptation have such characteristics as integration of life and death meanings in their crisis situation concept, acceptance of life changes, understanding of life as an opportunity to realize existential motives and meanings, ignoring death feelings and experiences.

Résumé :
The article «Theoretical analysis of the problem of professional adaptation of secondary school teachers» is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of the adaptation of young teachers to the professional activity of secondary schools. The presented research uses a set of interrelated methods: theoretical (analysis of pedagogical, psychological literature and teaching materials to determine the real state of training of future secondary education teachers), empirical (questionnaires, surveys and interviews). allows to calculate and assess the level of socio-psychological adaptation of future teachers ZZSO.In the process, a set of research methods was used: theoretical: analysis of philosophical, managerial, psychological and pedagogical domestic and foreign pedagogical literature on the research topic to clarify the state of the problem; systematization, comparison, generalization and modeling of scientific and theoretical material for studying the essence and content of professional adaptation of teachers. The methodological and theoretical basis of the study are the leading provisions of pedagogy, psychology, philosophical concepts devoted to the study of socio-professional adaptation of young teachers); conceptual ideas for self-realization of the individual; provisions on activity - personal orientation of the pedagogical process; creating a comfortable environment; theoretical and practical developments on aspects of adaptation of young professionals. The method of analysis allowed to generalize the essence of the basic concepts: "adaptation", "professional adaptation", "maladaptation". Based on the analysis and synthesis of scientific and pedagogical literature, professional adaptation is mostly understood by managers as a one-sided process of mastering the existing requirements for professional activity (with adaptation to specific requirements of a particular school) and is not considered as a process of active introduction of new ideas. activities. As a result of such an approach, sufficient conditions are not created for a high level of activity, creativity of teachers, their self-expression in professional activities. Analyzing the content of primary adaptation as a whole, school principals do not clearly understand and comprehend the content of secondary adaptation of teachers (related to changes in the type of educational institution, changes in student assessment, introduction of new information and computer technologies, rather dynamic changes in mental development of children, crisis stages in the professional development and professional career of teachers themselves, as well as transformational processes in society).

He management of jobs and skills is a phrase belonging to the manager vocabulary which gives it a distinct and original organizational dimension. By law the concept has since appeared in the Labour Code of undeniable advertising although it existed before this juridification. She keeps nevertheless a certain dose of mystery partly due to the relationship it has long maintained with redundancies, with the plurality of themes that compose it and the constant changes in its legal system. Since it became an object of social law, she received multiple legal and jurisprudential enrichment. Accordingly, this study which commanded an overall approach to the concept, tends to determine the contours of the management of jobs and skills of the labor law perspective

Résumé :
Indian academics leave India in large numbers to study or work abroad, primarily in the U.S.A., Great Britain, and Canada. Some subsequently return to India with new skills, knowledge, behaviour patterns, views and expectations.
This study focuses, within the context of the migration process, on the professional and personal adaptation of returning Indian academics. It examines adaptation in relation to motivations for emigration from India, life abroad, and return motivations.
Professionally, returnees face conflicts with the nature of the institutional environment, with limited opportunities to maximize the skills and knowledge acquired abroad, with the lack of support for research, and the resulting constraints on the contributions they could otherwise make to science and development.
At a personal level, they face conflicts with regards to salary and living conditions, differences in culture and value systems, and conformity with the expectations of others.

Résumé :
Understanding factors that impact teacher utilization of learning from professional development is critical in order maximize the educational and financial investment in teacher professional learning. This study used a multicase mixed quantitative and qualitative methodology to investigate the factors that influence teacher adoption, adaption, or abandonment of learning from science teacher professional development. The theoretical framework of activity theory was identified as a useful way to investigate the phenomenon of teacher appropriation of pedagogical practices from professional development. This framework has the capacity to account for a multitude of elements in the context of a learning experience. In this study educational appropriation is understood through a continuum of how an educator acquires and implements both practical and conceptual aspects of learning from professional development within localized context. The variability associated with instructional changes made from professional development drives this inquiry to search for better understandings of the appropriation of pedagogical practices. Purposeful sampling was used to identify two participants from a group of eighth-grade science teachers engaged in professional development designed to investigate how cyber-enabled technologies might enhance instruction and learning in integrated science classrooms. The data from this investigation add to the literature of appropriation of instructional practices by connecting eight factors that influence conceptual and practical tools with the development of ownership of pedagogical practices in the appropriation hierarchy. Recommendations are shared with professional development developers, providers, and participants in anticipation that future science teaching experiences might be informed by findings from this study.

The Adaptation Challenges of Quantitatively Minded Professionals: Certain Individuals in Uncertain Times This dissertation focuses on a particular mentality found often in the quantitative and technical, professions. It is one of mathematically minded individuals (Toulmin 2001), with a fairly closed mentality, who sometimes struggle in dealing with the more ambiguous and uncertain reality of today’s organizations. These individuals, referred to as Quants in this analysis, are usually obsessed with objectivity and prediction (Porter 1985) and form part of a particular strong culture (Kunda 2002) usually within Quantitative disciplines, but can also be found in all types of professions. The study takes a professional identity development approach to looking at this subject using narratives as the form of analysis. The objective is to study the narratives of the individuals in each case using ethnographic and open-interview methods so as to understand how the professionals sometimes struggle to “keep their narratives going” (Giddens, 1991) and use identity work techniques (Ibarra 1999, Pratt 2006) to resolve tensions. The Four cases of Quants in the study show four prototypes of professional identity transformation and how each individual reacts differently in each case with the subsequent different effects on the individual mentalities. Much of the study takes part during the Economic crisis of 2008 and in one case the affects of this Crisis on the individual’s identity transformation is quite dramatic. While this study has not focused on the Economic Crisis of 2008, it does focus on a mentality which was very prevalent during the Crisis, and influenced it to some extent, that of individuals who seek to predict social outcomes, reduce uncertainty to risk calculations, argue that markets are self correcting and believe that the more information the more certainty (Blyth 2010, Taleb 2007, Fox 2009).

Rajabieslami, Natasha. « Professional identity adaptation of native English speaking ESL teachers in the state of Qatar Contact Zone ». Thesis, University of Exeter, 2017. http://hdl.handle.net/10871/30896.

Texte intégral
Résumé :
Sachs (2005) argues that a conceptual framework of identity can guide teachers on how to construct their own ideas regarding “how to be”, “how to act”, and “how to understand” their work (p. 15). However, teachers who work in a foreign context may need to adapt their conceptual framework of identity in order to improve the fit between themselves and their workplace. With this thought in mind, the current qualitative, exploratory study is concerned with the professional identity adaptation of a group of ten native English speaking teachers working at two governmental institutes in the state of Qatar. The aim of this study was two-fold: first, to discover what factors affect teachers’ self-perception and professional identity; second, to explore implications for the practice of these native English speaking teachers (NESTs). Research data collected through in-depth semi-structured interviewing and classroom observations revealed that both institutional and intrapersonal factors were involved in the adaptation of the teachers’ professional identity and the teachers’ approaches to adapt their pedagogy. In other words, one of the noticeable features of the teachers’ professional identity adaptation was the conflict between the teachers’ expectations and the realities of the local context (interpersonal conflicts). There was evidence that teachers’ intrapersonal negotiation lead them to develop multiple identities in order to avoid any troubles at the workplace. Consequently, the mismatch between the teachers’ expectations of their professional life and the realities of the local context caused an apparent inconsistency between the teachers’ beliefs and behavior, which was considered to be a form of cognitive dissonance among the teachers. This study provides English teachers who work in a new context with pragmatic information and insights about the professional identity adjustment process. It also heightens their awareness of the possible professional identity transitions that they may go through. The study should help expatriate ESL teachers in the State of Qatar, in particular, to cope with a possible discrepancy between the idealism of their pedagogical and cultural theory, and their perceived reality of classroom practice.

Résumé :
Adaptation in professional sport is the professional athlete’s capacity to act and react effectively to destabilizing stress episodes so that an internal sense of emotional and psychological balance is restored (Schinke, Tenenbaum, Lidor & Battochio, 2010). Professional ice-hockey players must overcome numerous stressors throughout their careers in the National Hockey League (NHL). Though sport researchers have conducted preliminary studies about the stress and adaptation processes of NHL players, small participant numbers and the use of a structured interview guide limited to rookie and veteran career stages limit the conclusions. Based on these limitations, the purpose of the present dissertation was to provide a comprehensive depiction of the stress episodes and processes that lead to adaptation and maladaptation in the NHL. Twenty-three current and former NHL players were recruited for individual interviews, which were then analysed using Braun and Clarke’s (2006) inductive thematic analysis. As a result, stress episodes and the subsequent strategies attempted to reach adaptation or maladaptation could be housed either within a career stage or across an NHL player’s career. Career stages were (a) entry into the NHL, (b) remaining in the NHL, and (c) becoming an All-Star. Across-career stress involved (a) high profile team, (b) injury, and (c) relocation. Subsequently, the participants identified pathways designed to alleviate or manage the stressors situated within each stress episode. Through retrospection, the participants decided whether their pathways taken during various stress episodes were adaptive. Recommendations were then proposed by these athletes for aspiring NHL players or maladaptive. Implications for sport researchers and practitioners (e.g., coaches, mental performance consultants) are also provided within the conclusion.

Le, Moigne Jacques. « Passage : passerelle, passeur, figures du passage. Du lycée professionnel au lycée ». Paris 8, 1997. http://www.theses.fr/1997PA081277.

The thesis examines the meaning, for young students, of the passage from technical high school to high school, generally by way of classes created specifically for that purpose (special sophomore / 10th form or adaptation classes). Part i deals with epistemological and methodological issues. Taking into account the experience and implications of the researcher, it specifies his relationship to the research object and his adoption of the position of practitioner-researcher, following a psychological orientation. The author let himself be affected by the perturbations inherent in the study, subsequently formalising the different processes contributing to the construction of the research as a whole, and the tension between objectivity and subjectivity. Furthermore, the author employs an approach by complementarities in reference to different aspects of the research object, treating both the fields of education and of professional activity, solliciting quantitative as well as qualitative methods. According a privileged position to interviewing, he develops a paradigm which postulates the mutual enrichment of practice and research. Part ii deals primarily with the research object, as a single form (passage) and as a triple form (bridge, guide, those who pass). It thereby develops the relationships between institutional context, persons, and processes. Numerous forms of passage are presented : detour with return to norms, contemporary rites of initiation, promotion or social revenge, inscription in a filiation,. . . The two parts of the thesis are inseparable, representing the bi-sexuality of the research. The first part, feminine, considers the non mastery of the research process, necessary in order to construct the object, the latter representing more particularly the masculine side. It is through the acceptance of this double face that the author was able to risk his own personal expression

Résumé :
AbstractPort Harcourt, Nigeria, as with many cities in Africa, is already experiencing impacts from climate change while also facing development challenges and compounding vulnerabilities. There is often a gap between the adaptation recommendations of academia and international organizations and the conditions needed to achieve these recommendations given the realities on the ground in cities with vulnerable populations, pressing challenges, and minimal capacity. This gap can make it difficult to translate theoretically persuasive plans and guidance into practically sustainable actions. This chapter builds on the experience of CMAP, a Port Harcourt-based NGO leading participatory mapping, community media, and public space design programs in the city’s informal waterfront settlements. Drawing on the perspectives of Chicoco Collective, the youth-led volunteer network which CMAP supports, and the datasets that they have built, the chapter explores local awareness and skills for climate change adaptation. This chapter concludes with recommendations relevant for Port Harcourt and similar African cities to build on such local skills and experiences and advocates for a partnership-based approach that brings together adaptation professionals and community-based actors for more effective critical analysis of local conditions and prioritization of actions to meet the development and climate change needs of local communities.

Résumé :
AbstractSince the mid-1970s, the high plateaus of eastern Morocco have experienced proven trends of climate change (CC) such as a significant decrease in rainfall amounts and an increase in the droughts’ frequency. Consequently, the CC threatens the sustainability of this pastoral ecosystem and negatively affects the breeding of small ruminants, the main local-level livelihood, which becomes more vulnerable due to its high dependence on climatic conditions. This chapter aims to analyze breeders’ adaptation practices by taking into account their social stratification based on the size of the sheep flock in possession. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests to examine the differences in the adoption’ frequency of CC adaptation measures according breeders’ classes and Chi-square independence test to identify the factors explaining these observed differences. The analysis of local adaptation practices reveals that they are endogenous but above all curative, aiming at a short-term logic and have a low to medium relevance compared to the specific objective of adaptation to CC. In addition, there are significant differences in the frequency of adoption of CC adaptation strategies (chi-square value = 8.1112, p = 0.017, df = 2) within categories of breeders, in particular between small and larger breeders (U statistic = 58.000, p = 0.008). The significant factors explaining these differences are socioeconomic (age, household size, equipment, training, and membership of a basic professional organization). It is therefore recommended to target small breeders as a priority and to set up support measures (equipment, training, funding, organization of breeders).

Résumé :
AbstractIn a bid to reinforce the efforts of agricultural professionals within the domain of climate change studies and with particular emphasis on rural farmers in Nigeria, this chapter explores the mechanics for adoption of climate smart agricultural practices among rural farmers for an increased agricultural productivity. Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) is paramount to the success of farming activities today in the face of the menace of the impact of climate change. Climate Smart Agricultural Practice (CSAP) is one of the major keys that agricultural development approaches aimed at; to sustainably increase productivity and resilience, while also reducing the effects; as well as removing emissions of greenhouse gases. It is pertinent to note that most of the CSAPs adopted by the rural farmers in this study are conservation agriculture, use of organic manure, crop diversification, use of wetland (Fadama), planting of drought tolerant crops, relocation from climate risk zones, prayers for God’s intervention, and improvement on farmers’ management skills. This study divulged and showcased the import of CSAP in boosting agricultural yield and also highlights the bottlenecks inhibiting agricultural farming practices such as lack of practical understanding of the approach, inadequate data and information, lack of suitable tools at local and national levels, supportive and enabling policy frameworks, and socioeconomic constraints at the farm level. The study concluded by recommending an aggressive awareness and mobilization campaign to boost the adoption of CSAPs in Nigeria.

Résumé :
The article considers the results of an empirical study of the characteristics of the adaptation of subjects to a situation of a change in the type of professional activity. The respondents were students of the postgraduate programs (qualification master) and undergraduate programs (qualification bachelor), students of the professional retraining program, employment service clients. Adaptation is considered as a permanently running process, which has its own dynamics, substantial and other features. With the help of the construction of neural network models, it was found that in the process of adapting to the situation of changing types of professional activity, people show general individual and personal properties. Its made it possible to identify five psychological types of subjects that have different opportunities for successful adaptation to new conditions of activity.Successful adaptation to a situation of changing professional activity is more likely for psychological types that have resistance to difficulties, a developed regulatory sphere, and labor motivation for achievements. It determined that in relation to the representatives of different psychological types require different methods of psychological, social, tutor support during their preparation for the change of the type of professional activity. The results can be demanded in the practice of employment services, personnel services of enterprises, in the educational process for the training of specialists.

Résumé :
The paper considers psychological adaptation in the conditions of military service. The author argues that adaptation to a new social role, a new professional environment, and military relations requires a person to mobilize all his adaptive resources and developed self-regulation skills. As the main indicators of readiness for psychological adaptation, the adaptation experience of a serviceman in the pre-conscription period and psychological resistance to adaptation processes are considered. An indicator of psychological adaptation in the narrow sense of the word is the quality of the military personnel’s development of a military accounting specialty. As a result of psychological diagnostics and analysis of adaptive indicators of the subjects, all participants of the study were divided into three groups. The first group of military personnel needs additional time to fully master the military accounting specialty, because they have problems with psychological readiness to learn new types of activities, and they perceive the service situation as stressful and impossible for them. The second group includes military personnel who have shown a high level of development of military accounting specialty, but have insufficient psychological ability to adapt and have not had extensive experience of social adaptation in civilian life. The third group includes military personnel who demonstrate a high level of development of military accounting specialty in the initial period of military service. Recommendations on adaptation have been developed for each group, which are presented as a threelevel model of psychological adaptation of military personnel to the conditions of military service. The model is a complex of organizational, psychological, educational and professional activities aimed at the development of personal qualities of military personnel that contribute to improving the level of adaptive development. The implementation of the proposed model allows you to build working relationships in the military team; to form a belief in the need to improve the quality of knowledge for successful military professional activities; to successfully perform their professional military duties; to implement personal adaptation resources.

Résumé :
Data on the types of labor motivation, features of conscious selfregulation and adaptive abilities of subjects who are in a situation of changing the type of professional activity are presented. The role of these indicators in adapting to the situation of changing the type of professional activity is revealed. The purpose of the series of empirical studies is to test the model of the relationship between regulatory and motivational predictors of successful adaptation. The hypothesis of the research is the assumption that conscious self-regulation makes a significant contribution to the adaptation of the subject to a change in the type of professional activity and mediates the influence of motivational predictors. We discuss the empirical materials collected on a sample of subjects in a situation of changing the type of professional activity (unemployed, students of professional retraining programs, undergraduates) (N = 137). The analysis of the obtained data showed that the respondents, in the situation of changing the type of professional activity, have a predominant instrumental type of motivation (the validity of the labor price is important) and a predominantly low level of adaptive abilities. Conscious self-regulation is a system-forming factor in the system of predictors of adaptation. On the one hand, it allows you to compensate and overcome some limitations of work motivation, on the other — to act as a mediator of the influence of motivation on the results of adaptation

Résumé :
The article presents a differential analysis of the adaptation strategies of fly-in-fly-out personnel. The study involved 359 fly-in-fly-out workers operating in the south and north of Russia. Empirical material was collected through five scientific expeditions in the fields of diamond, oil and gas production, the construction of gas pipelines, the construction of a bridge and an offshore oil platform. Research methods are questioning, psychophysiological and psychological testing aimed at the diagnosis of functional conditions and personal characteristics of the staff. Statistical processing was carried out using descriptive statistics and Pearson’s X2. In the framework of this work, we proceed from the understanding of adaptation strategies as the holistic management of an employee by his ergatic system, aimed at maintaining the necessary level of working capacity and functional state in the process of fulfilling professional duties in various conditions while preserving the employee’s physical and mental health, and considered for a long completed period of time . The study revealed the prevailing types of adaptation strategies (economical and emergency) among representatives of various industries and depending on the region where the industrial facility is located. The study was carried out in continuation of the empirical studies series on the socioenvironmental professional adaptation of fly-in-fly-out personnel.

Yatsymirska, Mariya. SOCIAL EXPRESSION IN MULTIMEDIA TEXTS. Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, février 2021. http://dx.doi.org/10.30970/vjo.2021.49.11072.

Résumé :
The article investigates functional techniques of extralinguistic expression in multimedia texts; the effectiveness of figurative expressions as a reaction to modern events in Ukraine and their influence on the formation of public opinion is shown. Publications of journalists, broadcasts of media resonators, experts, public figures, politicians, readers are analyzed. The language of the media plays a key role in shaping the worldview of the young political elite in the first place. The essence of each statement is a focused thought that reacts to events in the world or in one’s own country. The most popular platform for mass information and social interaction is, first of all, network journalism, which is characterized by mobility and unlimited time and space. Authors have complete freedom to express their views in direct language, including their own word formation. Phonetic, lexical, phraseological and stylistic means of speech create expression of the text. A figurative word, a good aphorism or proverb, a paraphrased expression, etc. enhance the effectiveness of a multimedia text. This is especially important for headlines that simultaneously inform and influence the views of millions of readers. Given the wide range of issues raised by the Internet as a medium, research in this area is interdisciplinary. The science of information, combining language and social communication, is at the forefront of global interactions. The Internet is an effective source of knowledge and a forum for free thought. Nonlinear texts (hypertexts) – «branching texts or texts that perform actions on request», multimedia texts change the principles of information collection, storage and dissemination, involving billions of readers in the discussion of global issues. Mastering the word is not an easy task if the author of the publication is not well-read, is not deep in the topic, does not know the psychology of the audience for which he writes. Therefore, the study of media broadcasting is an important component of the professional training of future journalists. The functions of the language of the media require the authors to make the right statements and convincing arguments in the text. Journalism education is not only knowledge of imperative and dispositive norms, but also apodictic ones. In practice, this means that there are rules in media creativity that are based on logical necessity. Apodicticity is the first sign of impressive language on the platform of print or electronic media. Social expression is a combination of creative abilities and linguistic competencies that a journalist realizes in his activity. Creative self-expression is realized in a set of many important factors in the media: the choice of topic, convincing arguments, logical presentation of ideas and deep philological education. Linguistic art, in contrast to painting, music, sculpture, accumulates all visual, auditory, tactile and empathic sensations in a universal sign – the word. The choice of the word for the reproduction of sensory and semantic meanings, its competent use in the appropriate context distinguishes the journalist-intellectual from other participants in forums, round tables, analytical or entertainment programs. Expressive speech in the media is a product of the intellect (ability to think) of all those who write on socio-political or economic topics. In the same plane with him – intelligence (awareness, prudence), the first sign of which (according to Ivan Ogienko) is a good knowledge of the language. Intellectual language is an important means of organizing a journalistic text. It, on the one hand, logically conveys the author’s thoughts, and on the other – encourages the reader to reflect and comprehend what is read. The richness of language is accumulated through continuous self-education and interesting communication. Studies of social expression as an important factor influencing the formation of public consciousness should open up new facets of rational and emotional media broadcasting; to trace physical and psychological reactions to communicative mimicry in the media. Speech mimicry as one of the methods of disguise is increasingly becoming a dangerous factor in manipulating the media. Mimicry is an unprincipled adaptation to the surrounding social conditions; one of the most famous examples of an animal characterized by mimicry (change of protective color and shape) is a chameleon. In a figurative sense, chameleons are called adaptive journalists. Observations show that mimicry in politics is to some extent a kind of game that, like every game, is always conditional and artificial.
