This study investigated the effects of health promotion behavior after self-stretching on scalp care attitude. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed against cosmetologists in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do, and a total of 191 copies were collected. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA, and the results found the followings: First, according to analysis of self-stretching, self-stretching behavior, health promotion behavior and scalp management behavior, 46.6% revealed ‘good health condition’. For centuries, people in India have utilized Maharashtrian wild onion oil as a traditional hair oil to support healthy hair and scalp. This study analyzes the production method, quality evaluation, and efficacy of this oil for hair and scalp health. In this study, 22 middle-aged women in their 40s and 60s in the Seoul area were enrolled and assigned to the control group (11 participants) and the test group (11 participants) for the measurement of scalp oil, scalp keratin, scalp pH, scalp erythema, scalp microorganisms, and scalp surface color by applying pomegranate seed extract scalp tonic. The claims of the traditional texts and teachers of Buddhist meditation include the enhancement of mental health. Twenty five meditators sitting a ten day retreat in Vipassana and Metta meditation were measured on a compassion scale and an androgyny index. The androgyny index was used to measure mental health.
