Résumé :
Point-of-care (POC) diagnostics presents a giant market opportunity with profound societal impact. In particular, specific detection of DNA and protein markers can be essential for early diagnosis of e.g. cancer, cardiovascular disease, infections or allergies. Today, identification of these markers often requires extensive laboratory work and hence is expensive and time consuming. Current methods for recognition and detection of specific biomolecules are mostly optics based and thus impose severe limitations as to convenience, specificity, sensitivity, parallel processing and cost reduction.

This report presents a project carried out for the company Cybercom by eight students from Linköping University. The aim of the project has been to develop a real-time multiplayer game using an existing system for communication between different devices. The game has been developed as a web app that contains multiple game modes. The specific development methodology that has been used throughout the project is presented in this report. This methodology has been iterative, agile and followed a simplified version of the Scrum framework. The end result of the project is a well functioning product

Wireless sensor networks used in smart cities and elsewhere collect large amounts of sensor data that needs to be made available to respective audiences and have proper visualization. There is a lack of mobile applications capable of visualizing sensor data coming from multiple sources using different protocols and data formats in a clear way; an application that is easy for anyone to use. This paper will present the development and evaluation of Smart City IoT which is an Android application for visualization of IoT data collected from wireless sensor networks. Background. The rapid growth of IoT devices in homes put people at risk of cyberattacks and the low power and computing capabilities in IoT devices make it difficultto design a security solution for them. One method of preventing cyber attacks isan Intrusion Detection System (IDS) that can identify incoming attacks so that anappropriate action can be taken. Previous attempts have been made using machinelearning and deep learning however these attempts have struggled at detecting newattacks.Objectives. Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of devices that are connected through the Internet to exchange the data for intelligent applications. Though IoT devices provide several advantages to improve the quality of life, they also present challenges related to security. The security issues related to IoT devices include leakage of information through Differential Power Analysis (DPA) based side channel attacks, authentication, piracy, etc. DPA is a type of side-channel attack where the attacker monitors the power consumption of the device to guess the secret key stored in it. The increasing use of smart devices for monitoring spaces has caused an increase in concerns about the privacy of users of these spaces. Given this problem, the legislation on the right to privacy has been worked to ensure that the existing laws on this subject are sufficiently comprehensive to preserve the privacy of users. In this way, research on this topic evolves in the sense of creating systems that ensure compliance with these laws, that is, increase transparency in the treatment of user data. In the context of this dissertation, a demonstrator-based strategy is presented to prov

Dissertação de mestrado em Engenharia Eletrónica Industrial e Computadores<br>In recent years there has been an exponential growth of applications that are based on the concept of Internet of Things (IoT) to implement an interface to the physical world through devices accessible from anywhere. Many of these applications are based on wireless networks, known in the literature as Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs).
