Beim Stanzen von Verdrahtungskanälen aus Polymerblend PC/ABS treten Grate und Flusen auf. Diese machen einen zusätzlichen, teuren Arbeitsschritt zur Entgratung nötig. Die Methode DoE (Design of Experiments) zur Prozessoptimierung stellt Zusammenhänge zwischen den Eingangsgrößen (Faktoren) und den Ausgangsgrößen (Qualitätsmerkmale) dar. Durch Optimierung der mathematischen Modelle zeigt sich der Schneidspalt als entscheidende Größe.

Résumé :

Abstract CVD-Diamantschichten werden aktuell bei der spanenden Bearbeitung herausfordernder Werkstoffe eingesetzt und führen zu einer deutlichen Erhöhung der Standzeiten. Insbesondere nanokristalline Diamantschichten ermöglichen geringe Rauheiten bei gleichzeitig höchsten Härten. In der vorliegenden Studie wurden diese Schichten erstmals auf Hartmetall-Schneidstempel für das Stanzen von federharten Bändern appliziert und ihr Einfluss auf den Verschleiß untersucht. Untersuchungen mit Hubzahlen von bis zu 100.000 haben für Schichtdicken im Bereich von 8 μm sehr gute Ergebnisse gezeigt. Derartige Nano-Diamantschichten besitzen folglich großes Potenzial zur Reduzierung des Verschleißes von Hartmetallstempeln in Stanzprozessen.

Zusammenfassung Ziel: Ermöglicht die erleichterte Mikrokalkdetektionsmethode (EMD) die sonografische Mikrokalkdarstellung an stereotaktisch gewonnenen Mammastanzzylindern im Vergleich zur Mammografie? Material und Methoden: In einer prospektiv randomisierten Studie wurden 105 stereotaktisch gewonnen Stanzzylinder mammografisch und sonografisch untersucht. Die EMD-Methode, integriert in ein High-end-Ultraschallsystem, bestand aus 3 Einstellungsstufen (0 – 2 blau, 3 – 5 violett und 6 – 8 schwarz-weiß, 14 MHz). Die Anzahl der Mikroverkalkungen pro Stanze wurde für beide Verfahren bestimmt. Die EMD-Bildqualität konnte auf einer Skala von 1 – 9 beurteilt werden. ANOVA und Post-Hoc nach Sidak, Regressionsanalyse nach Pearson (r) und Spearmansche Rangrelationskorrelation (rho) wurden ermittelt. Der Intraklassen-Korrelationskoeffizient (ICC) wurde berechnet und eine ROC-Analyse durchgeführt. Ergebnisse: Die blaue Farbmappe 1 wurde mit 1,5 ± 0,7 (MW) am besten bewertet (p< 0,05 im Vergleich zu schwarz-weiß und violett). Bei einer guter Korrelation der Verfahren (r = 0,708 und rho = 0,694) lag die Anzahl der erkannten Mikroverkalkungen pro Stanze bei 3,5 ± 3,1 sonografisch und 4,3 ± 4,8 mammografisch (p> 0,05). Der ICC zeigte mit 0,773 eine nur geringe Abweichung der Verfahren. Basierend auf dem histologischen Nachweis der Verkalkungen war die Mammografie der Sonografie in der ROC-Analyse überlegen (AUC = 0,837 vs. AUC = 0,728). Schlussfolgerung: Die sonografische Mikrokalkdetektion mittels EMD-Methode korreliert gut mit der digitalen Mammografie an stereotaktisch gewonnenen Stanzen. Die Verfahren weichen gering zugunsten der Mammografie voneinander ab.

Als Auslöser für eine akute Pankreatitis kommen selten auch Medikamente in Frage. Dabei gehören die Wirkstoffe, die mit solch einem Ereignis in Verbindung gebracht werden, einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Wirkstoffgruppen an. Für die Hydroxymethylglutaryl-CoA-Reduktase-Hemmer (HMG-CoA-Reduktase-Hemmer oder auch Statine) liegen mittlerweile Fallberichte zu allen Einzelsub-stanzen vor.Wir berichten von einem 60-jährigen Patienten, der zweimal unter einer Pravastatin-Therapie eine akute Pankreatitis entwickelte. Da bei einigen Patienten in den publizierten Fallberichten nach dem Wechsel auf ein anderes Statin erneut eine Pankreatitis auftrat, gestaltet sich eine Therapieempfehlung nach einer Statin-induzierten Pankreatitis schwierig. Während auch unter Fibrat-Therapie bereits Pankreatitiden beschrieben wurden, sind für den neuen Wirkstoff Ezetimib selten auftretende unerwünschte Arzneimittelwirkungen noch nicht ausreichend bekannt.

Als vor 90 Jahren das Patent für Reluktanzmaschinen erteilt wurde, ahnte niemand die Entwicklung. Obwohl die Maschinen seither immer wieder für spezielle Fälle eingesetzt wurden, gab es keine breite Anwendung. So blieb die Maschine weitgehend unbeachtet, weil ihr Makel der schlechte Wirkungsgrad bei gleichzeitig hoher Blindstromaufnahme aus dem Netz sowie die Kostenfrage bei der Läuferfertigung waren. Heute kann man durch Stanzen optimaler Blechkonturen mit Flussstegen und Flusssperren den Läufer kostengünstig gestalten und erhält Maschinen mit hoher Effizienzklasse. Und plötzlich ist sie für viele Einsatzfälle interessant und könnte die Asynchronmaschine verdrängen – nur keiner will das Versuchskaninchen sein.Wie das Betriebsverhalten zu werten ist und welche Eigenschaften der Antrieb mit Synchron-Reluktanzmaschinen (Bild 1) hat, zeigen die Messungen, über die im Folgenden berichtet wird. So erhält der Interessierte neutrale Entscheidungshilfen an die Hand.

Résumé :

Concentration breakthrough data collected by the USGS at Stanton, Texas during tracer injection tests of the Ogallala aquifer are simulated using an approximate and an exact analytical solution of conservative solute transport in a radial flow field from an injection well. Data were collected at selected depths in the aquifer and at fully screened observation wells. The concentration breakthrough data were simulated with the analytical solutions by finding the values of hydraulic conductivity and dispersivity which provided the best fit of the data. The exact analytical solution is the appropriate solution for analyzing data collected at the Stanton site. Both dispersivity and hydraulic conductivity vary greatly at the site. Bromide is considered to be conservative. Boron distribution coefficients are determined by using hydraulic conductivities estimated by simulation of boron and bromide breakthrough curves. Additional tracers used in the experiments at the Stanton site include aniline, phenolphthalein and benzoate.

S’interroger sur le décor de cinéma parait ouvrir un champ de recherche illimité, surtout lorsqu’il s’agit de la création cinématographique de Stanley Kubrick. Indéniablement le décor nous transmet l'état émotif des personnages, illustre l’ambiance des séquences et est même source de jouissance esthétique. Le décor de cinéma chez Kubrick apparaît alors comme un élément prépondérant de son langage cinématographique. Certains décors de ses films font même partie de notre mémoire cinématographique collective. Parmi ses treize longs métrages, cette recherche analyse plus précisément le décor dans A Clockwork Orange / Orange mécanique (1971), décor aussi polémique que le film lui-même. Avec une approche pluridisciplinaire : cinématographique, esthétique, sémiologique, sociologique, historique, cette recherche montre le caractère symbolique et esthétique du décor qui est lié à son aspect iconique, plastique et à son rapport à l’élément sonore du film. L’objet principal est de faire comprendre le « sens » du décor et la façon de le construire au sein du film. L’étude du décor chez Kubrick permet de connaître ses sources d’inspiration et son goût pour l’architecture, le design et les Arts. De surcroît, cette recherche atteste son caractère perfectionniste grâce auquel il est considéré comme l’un des plus grands cinéastes visionnaires de l’histoire du cinéma
Questions on film sets always seem to open up new fields of research, especially when the film is by Stanley Kubrick. Certainly, his scenic design conveys the emotional state of the characters illustrates the atmosphere of the sequences and even arouses our aesthetic pleasure. Kubrick’s film sets are a dominating element for his film language. Many of them are a part of our collective film memory. Among his thirteen films, this research focuses on the scenic design in A Clockwork Orange / Orange mécanique ( 1971 ) which caused as much debate as the movie itself. Thank to a multidisciplinary approach: cinematography, aesthetics, semiology, sociology, and history of art, this research shows the significance and artistic value of the film sets which are linked to its iconic and plastic aspects and to its relationship with sound. The main objective is to clarify the "meaning" of the film sets and the way they are conceived within the movie. The study of the Kubrick’s film sets allows us to know his artistic tastes, his sources, classical and contemporary, of architecture, design and Arts. Furthermore, this research gives evidence of his perfectionist character, thanks to which he is considered as one of the greatest visionary filmmakers of cinema’s history

Résumé :

The actions to control the COVID-19 pandemics should be based on scientific facts. However, Brazil is facing a politically polarized scenario that has influenced the population’s behavior regarding social distance or vaccination issues. This paper addresses this subject by proposing a BERT-based stance classification model and an attention-based mechanism to identify the influential words for stance classification. The interpretation mechanism traces tokens’ attentions back to words, assigning word attention scores (absolute and relative). We use these metrics to assess if words with high attention weights correspond to domain intrinsic properties and contribute to the correct classification of stances. Our experiments revealed good results for stance classification (F1=0.752), and that 74% of the top-100 words with the highest absolute attention are representative of the arguments that support the investigated stances.

Résumé :

Opinions shared over the Web constitute big volumes of data. Moreover, they may contain stances that are expressed directly or indirectly. Hence, stance detection may help to define the polarity related to a target idea. Here, we present the characterization of a broad set of tweets in Portuguese about the 2018 Brazilian presidential race. Such a set serves as the basis for automatic stance detection through a semi-supervised approach. In our evaluation, we find clues on the presence of bots in the network. We also evaluate three classifiers with paired statistical test, and our results present F-Measure above 94%.

Samy Maki Al_A' ni, the Academic, Iraqi researcher, who had studied in the University of Harvard 1956-1957 A.C. He had participated in establishing the British Encyclopedia and Al_Ma'arif Department. He contributed in publishing many books such as (Dumiet Al_Qasr Wa Ussrat A'hl Al_A'ssr), (Asha'r Al_Nisa' Lil Mizrbany), (Ka'ab bin Malik Al_A'nsary (the poet of Islamic faith)), (Dirasaat fi Al_A'dab Al_Islamy), (Islam and the poetry) and (Nadhrat fi sha'r Sadr Al_Islam). The professor had gained the king Faisal's reward in 1989 A.C. He made a documentary study of the Islamic stanzas poems. With respect to his studies which are mentioned above. Throughout his focusing on the Islamic poetry, he had shed light on many new Islamic purposes such the new images that had been crystalized within the Islamic war poem. And also, the evaluation of the Islamic poem due to the introductions, meanings and purposes which will be standed on and discussed in this study.

Passive leg exoskeletons are currently being investigated for offsetting the weight of tools and other loads from workers performing maintenance and assembly tasks. By providing power-assist to the knee joints with pneumatic artificial muscles (PAMs), a wider range of stances could be used by maintenance workers without drawing significant power. A simplified kinematic model of the exoskeleton is developed, and the array of potential user stance configurations is then bounded. A static analysis is performed to define the torque required for actuation of the knee joint to support the tool loads carried by the exoskeleton. Finally, an exemplary transmission model is used to verify that it is feasible for a PAM to provide the range of motion and forces required for knee joint actuation. Upon demonstration of the viability of PAM actuation, development of an exoskeleton leg prototype is underway to provide validation of the proposed scheme. The knee actuation system will be retrofit to the FORTIS exoskeleton, and tests on its effectiveness will be conducted.

Résumé :

The aim of this study was to determine the differences in static balance between female athletes and rhythmic gymnasts. The sample of respondents consisted of 15 female athletes with mean age of 10.47±1.73 and 17 rhythmic gymnasts with mean age of 10.18±1.98. Static balance testing consisted of three stances (stand with both feet, stand on one foot and tandem stance) that were performed on soft and firm surfaces. The results of this study indicated that there was a statistically significant difference between female athletes and rhythmic gymnasts in the static balance mistakes achieved on a hard surface as well as the total number of mistakes achieved. The difference was in favor of the rhythmic gymnasts. It can be said that although static balance is more prevalent in rhythmic gymnastics than in athletics, it is necessary for athletic trainers to develop this basic motor ability of their athletes in order to improve sports success and prevention of possible injuries.

Résumé :

The main means which organizes the verse in popular Faroese poetry is end rhyme. In four-line stanzas the rhyme connects the second and the fourth lines, in two-line ones both present lines. The Faroese rhyme is not strict. It is enough only to repeat the stressed vowel, the consonant following after might vary. The part of the word which follows the stressed vowel may undergo significant changes. The masculine ending sometimes rhymes with the feminine one. Even the stressed vowel might vary to some extent. The Faroese rhyme is often trivial. The ballads on the Faroese Isles were oral. So, some special formula technique was applied for their transition. The means of the formula technique are formulas and repetitions. The formulas are metrically conditioned reproducible word groups having the length of one line, meanwhile the repetitions are metrically non-conditioned sequences of different length. The formulas and repetitions, as well as they perform the same function of the building material for the oral poetic text, also possess the same structure. They both are composed from permanent end variable parts. In repetitions their entwinement takes different forms. They may follow one another, usually first comes the permanent part then the variable one. The permanent part sometimes occupies the second half of one stanza and then the first half of the following stanza. The permanent end variable parts might cross one another. In this case the permanent part occupies unpair lines and the variable part occupies pair ones. The distribution of these parts of both formulas and repetitions is tied to the rhyming places of the verse. The rhyming word is usually located in the variable part but sometimes it is found in the permanent part. This one more time proves that there is no impenetrable boundary between formulas and repetitions. Refs 8.
