The surgical management of splenic disorders has changed considerably over past few years. The increased use of laparoscopic approach for general surgical problems has prompted surgeons to investigate feasibility of laparoscopic splenectomy. However, some unique anatomical features of disordered spleen may limit the application of laparoscopic techniques for this procedure. U radu su dani konkretni primjeri prskalica na kojima su postavljeni automatski sustavi poput Amatron 3, Arag sustav, BoomTrac Pro gdje su ukazane sve prednosti navedenih. Korištenjem suvremene tehnike i dodatne digitalne opreme omogućena je kvalitetna aplikacija zaštitnih sredstava uz višestruke uštede.

When performed for trauma a luxation technique of splenectomy is applied since it allows quick haemostasis. When performed in other indications, the spleen is usually enlarged. Latar belakang: Dampak dari terjadi pemasangan Ventilator Mekanik(VM) begitu komplek, salah satunya adalah kemampuan pasien mengeluarkan sekret ke percabangan trakeo bronkhia lsangat terbatas, sehingga perlu sekali menolong pasien agar jalan napasnya tetap bersih, agar proses pertukaran oksigen dan karbondioksida lancar dan mencegah timbulnya pneumonia.
