Biosystem of the human body is viewed as a whole. First of all adequate mathematical machine selection and class of biosystems needs to be assigned for creation of mathematical model of biological system. Biosystem has two types of appoach. One of them is supposed to be a simple approach, the other is likely to be very complex – indexed approach. Different biosystems with determination properties are usually described by differential and integral equations, linear and nonlinear algebra. In some cases, algebraic polynoms with timed argument are used for presenting determined biosystem dynamics. Adequate mathematical modeling machine, probability theory, Markov and random processes theory and the laws are applied for the description of likely characterized biosystems. Since the introduction of information and telecommunication technologies into the health sector, the demand for medical services has been increasing, and the health system has been developing. In our country and around the world, in early 2020, the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus disease COVID-19 began to spread and the normal life of the whole world came to a standstill. The COVID-19 pandemic has created the need for people around the world to change their usual lifestyle, in particular, self-isolation, staying at home, reducing human activity, including minimizing contact with people. With the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the whole world has realized how necessary it is to develop telemedicine services. In this article, we will study the practice of telemedicine and telemedicine services in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic and what laws are regulated by the states, as well as the digitalization in the health sector during the COVID-19 pandemic. The pros and cons of the process of the COVID-19 pandemic, licensing, and its structure process, statistical data provided by the World Health Organization, payment of fees to doctors for these services, procedures of patients using telemedicine services, and directions of telemedicine services are considered in detail.

Abstract Background: Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia have been encouraged by the Indonesian government to adopt e-marketplace platforms. However, the rate of e-marketplace adoption is shown to be low. In an effort to address the underlying issues this paper reports on the application of a modified form of the Technology-Environment-Organization framework that includes attributes of individual SME owner-managers. The application of the Individual- Technology-Organization-Environment (ITOE) framework is considered necessary given the overwhelming number of micro-SMEs that have one owner-manager and employ less than ten employees. The study takes a case study approach by studying e-marketplace adoption of SMEs in the province of Yogyakarta, a major city of Indonesia. Method: Using a survey instrument, data were collected using randomized sampling from SMEs in Yogyakarta and analyzed using the partial least squares method. Results: The results confirm the validity of the ITOE framework to this study context. The results also indicate that the Individual construct positively affects the organization construct in predicting e-marketplace adoption. The suitability of the ITOE framework for further application to other locations in Indonesia when investigating e-marketplace adoption by SMEs is validated. Conclusion: This study validates use of the ITOE framework in investigating e- marketplace adoption by SMEs in Indonesia. The ITOE framework can be operationalized for e-marketplace adoption, particularly when the research context has relevant factors to the individual context namely, where a predominance of micro-SMEs exists. Aim: To determine the outcome of patients diagnosed with complex fractures of tibial plateau with associated soft tissue compromise treated by using Ilizarov fixator. Study design: Prospective observational study. Place and period of study: Orthopaedic unit, Chandka Medical College SMBBMU Larkana from January 2021 to December 2021 Methods: Patients diagnosed with complex tibial plateau fracture with associated soft tissue compromise fulfilling inclusion criteria were enrolled in study. All participants were managed with Ilizarov fixator and it was removed when fracture was united clinically and radiologically. Outcome of patients was evaluated on the basis aggregate score of knee society score and knee functional score at 6month follow up. Results: Twenty seven consecutive patients met the inclusion criteria, of which 19(70.37%) were male and 8(29.7%) were female. Average age of patients was 32.37 years. All fractures healed by the end of the 4th month. Ring fixator was removed routinely at 16th weeks after initial surgery in all patients. Transient peroneal nerve injury was found in 2 patients; no patients developed deep vein thrombosis, whereas pin site infection was most common complication and occurred in 5 patients (18.5%). According to knee society score results were excellent in 15(55.55%) patients, good in 08(29.62%) patients, fair in 03(11.11%) in patients and poor in 01(3.70%) patient. Practical implication most of proximal tibial plateau fractures with soft tissue compromise are kept under observation till the soft tissue status become favorable for open reduction and internal fixation, while fixing these type of fracture with Ilizarov fixator one can provide early relief to patients and results of this study will be help for operating surgeons while managing complex proximal tibia fractures. Conclusion: complex tibial plateau fracture can be effectively treated with Ilizarov fixation method without any complication, when exposed reduction and interior fixation with plate is contraindicated due to compromised soft tissue. Qo'yilgan masalani yechish maqsadida haqiqiy tibbiy ma'lumotlarga asoslanib, IWD algoritmi asosida ishlovchi dasturdan natijalar olingan. Shuningdek ushbu algoritm yordamida olingan natijalar boshqa umumiy optimallashtirish algoritmlari (Ant) yordamida olingan natijalar bilan taqqoslangan va natijalar jadval ko'rinishida keltirilgan.

Axborotlashtirish &nbsp;faqatgina fan va texnika yutug&rsquo;i bo&rsquo;lmasdan, balki ular ta&rsquo;lim, &nbsp;tarbiya, san&rsquo;at, tibbiyot, iqtisodiyot, qishloq xo&rsquo;jaligi, sanoat va shu kabi sohalarning rivojlanishida ham doimo omil bo&rsquo;la oladi. Axborot- kommunikatsiya &nbsp;texnologiyalari esa o&rsquo;z navbatida motivlarni yuzaga keltiruvchi eng muhim omillardan biridir. Chunki, axborotlarning jamlanganligi, ko&rsquo;rgazmaliligi, ya&rsquo;ni turli xil taqdim etish imkoniyatlarining mavjudligi, animatsiyalardan foydalanish, ta&rsquo;lim-tarbiya oluvchilarning yoshi va fiziologik xususiyatlariga mos axborotlarni taqdim etib borish o&rsquo;quvchilarda &nbsp;ta&rsquo;limga bo&rsquo;lgan qiziqishni va bilim olishga bo&rsquo;lgan ichki harakatlantiruvchi &nbsp;kuchlar (motiv) ni yuzaga keltiradi. Eng so&rsquo;nggi texnik yutuqlar ko&rsquo;pincha ta&rsquo;lim jarayonida o&rsquo;zining munosib o&rsquo;rnini egallagan, bu ma&rsquo;noda axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari ham istisno emas.O&rsquo;quv jarayonida kompyuterlardan foydalanish bo&rsquo;yicha dastlabki tajribalar hisoblash texnikasidan foydalanish ta&rsquo;lim jarayoni &nbsp;samaradorligini sezilarli &nbsp;darajada oshirishi, bilimlarni hisobga olish va baholashni yaxshilashi, qiyin vazifalarni hal qilishda o&rsquo;qituvchining har bir ta&rsquo;lim oluvchiga yakka tartibda yordam berishini &nbsp;ta&rsquo;minlash kabi imkoniyatlarni yaratadi. O&rsquo;quvchi- yoshlarni &nbsp;zamonaviy axborot texnologiyalari va zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalardan foydalanishni o&rsquo;rgatish, ularda o&rsquo;z faoliyat sohasida yangi axborot texnologiyalari va interfaol usullardan foydalanish o&rsquo;rganilayotgan mavzuning yana keng qamrovli &nbsp;tushunib olishga , bilim ko&rsquo;nikma va malakalarning &nbsp;mustahkamlanishiga olib keladi.
