Résumé :

Die Zoologische Sammlung der Universität Rostock blickt auf eine wechselvolle Geschichte zurück. Phasen des Niederganges wechselten mit Zeiten von Erholung und Weiterentwicklung ab. Auch Unterbringung, Schwerpunktsetzung und Ausrichtung der Sammlung haben sich immer wieder verändert. Von den fünf Perioden der Zoologischen Sammlung an der Universität Rostock, die sowohl chronologisch als auch nach ihrer Ausrichtung und nach spezifischen inhaltlichen Schwerpunkten unterschieden werden können, soll in dieser Arbeit die Rede sein. Dabei wird nur dann auf einzelne Objekte oder Personen eingegangen, wenn sie in besonderer Weise mit der Geschichte der Sammlung verknüpft sind. Die Zoologische Sammlung ist eine der wenigen Einrichtungen der Universität Rostock, die seit ihrer Gründung im Jahre 1775 permanent existiert, allerdings nicht an dem Ort, an dem sie sich heute befindet, und auch nicht mit ihrer heutigen Ausrichtung als universitäres museales Schaumagazin und Forschungssammlung. The Zoological Collection of the University of Rostock over the course of time Abstract: The Zoological Collection of the University of Rostock looks back on an eventful history. Phases of decline alternated with periods of recovery and further development. The accommodation, focus and orientation of the collection have also changed several times. The five periods of the Zoological Collection of the University of Rostock, which can be distinguished chronologically as well as according to their orientation and specific thematic emphases, are presented in this paper. Individual objects or persons will only be mentioned if they are linked to the history of the collection in a special way. The Zoological Collection is one of the few institutions of the University of Rostock that has existed permanently since its foundation in 1775, although not at the present location, nor with its current orientation as a university showroom and research collection.

Résumé :

Es wurden die Flechten, die Dr. Andreas Bick in der Umgebung der russischen Antarktis-Station Bellingshausen zwischen Januar 1986 und März 1987 sammelte und im Botanischen Garten der Universität Rostock liegen, bestimmt. Es konnten 24 Arten nachgewiesen werden, davon gehören der Wuchsform nach zwölf Arten zu den Krusten-, acht Arten zu den Strauch- und vier Arten zu den Laub- oder Blattflechten. Antarctic lichens in the herbarium of the University of Rostock The lichens were determined that Dr. Andreas Bick had collected in the surroundings of the Russian Antarctica station Bellingshausen between January 1986 and March 1987, and that are deposited in the Botanical Garden of Rostock University. Altogether, 24 species have been identified. Concerning the growth form, 12 species are crustose, 8 species fruticose and 4 species foliose lichens.

Ragnar Kinzelbach hat das langjährige Projekt der zoologisch-botanischen Austauschpraktika der Moskauer und der Rostocker Universität mit der ihm eigenen Vehemenz tatkräftig unterstützt und begleitet. Zweimal nahm er am Feldpraktikum in Russland am Weißen Meer teil. In diesem Beitrag wird dieses Randmeer vorgestellt und mit der Ostsee verglichen, einschließlich der postglazialen Entwicklung. Ein bis heute noch nicht endgültig entschiedenes Thema ist die Diskussion um Glazialrelikte der Ostseefauna, die zum Teil mit dem Weißen Meer in Verbindung stehen. Es wird eine Übersicht der Fischgemeinschaft des bis in die Arktis reichenden Weißen Meeres gegeben und auf Besonderheiten verwiesen. Mit weniger als 50 marinen Fischarten, von denen nur 32 etabliert sind, ist es sehr artenarm. 23 Fischarten konnten als Belege für die Zoologische Sammlung der Rostocker Universität gesammelt werden. Twice he participated in the field courses in Russia at the White Sea. This paper presents this marginal sea in comparison with the Baltic Sea, including the postglacial development. A topic that has not yet been conclusively resolved is the discussion of glacial relicts of the Baltic fauna, some of which are associated with the White Sea. An overview of the fish community of the White Sea, which extends into the Arctic, is given and special features are pointed out. It is a very species-poor sea, with fewer than 50 marine fish species, of which only 32 are established. 23 fish species were collected for the zoological collection of the Rostock University

Résumé :

Aus Anlass des 50. Jahrestages der Entstehung einer eigenständigen Kinderneuropsychiatrie an der Universität Rostock und der damit verbundenen Errichtung des ersten Lehrstuhls in der DDR wird die Entstehungsgeschichte untersucht. Einerseits fand diese Entwicklung im Kontext der allgemeinen Autonomiebestrebung der jungen Fachdisziplin statt, wie sie nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg in Europa und auch im deutschsprachigen Raum deutlich vorangeschritten war. Andererseits spielten neben lokalen Entstehungsbedingungen aber auch gesellschaftspolitische Einflüsse eine wichtige Rolle. In diesem Zusammenhang werden zudem zwei Protagonisten der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie, Franz Günther von Stockert (1899–1967) und Gerhard Göllnitz (1920–2003), vorgestellt, die diese Entwicklung in Rostock, wenn auch unterschiedlich, voranbrachten. Durch die Einrichtung eines Lehrstuhles und einer selbstständigen Abteilung konnte sich die Neuropsychiatrie des Kindes- und Jugendalters in der DDR als eigenständiges Fachgebiet zunehmend etablieren. Denn damit wurden letztlich die Voraussetzungen für die einheitliche Lehre, Forschung, medizinische Betreuung und Ausbildung in der DDR geschaffen.

Résumé :

The University of Rostock has generated dimensioning equations to calculate the strength of twistlock systems under non-standard loading conditions on offshore platforms in the POLAR project in the last years. These dimensioning equations have been presented on previous OMAE conferences. In this paper ultimate strength analyses are conducted to assess the safety margin between elastic design and final rupture. The validation of the local system is shown and the results of the experiment and the simulation are analyzed and compared. In these experiments twistlock systems are subjected to cyclic loads, long-term tensile load at design level and ultimate loads. The experiments are conducted with a heavy duty hydraulic test rig. The results show agreement between experiment and simulation with regard to the rupture behavior and the force-displacement relationship.

The study attempts to analyze the university brand management as a positioning strategy component in the international scientific and educational space, examines the relationship between the marketing and brand strategy of Rostov State Economic University (RINH). The purpose of the study is to determine the place of branding in the university innovative development strategy; to analyze the way branding affects the university attractiveness for foreign applicants and to present, using the example of RSUE practical experience, the influence of branding on the applicants motivation to study at a particular university. Considering scientific and theoretical approaches, we can note a multidimensional understanding such category as “branding”. At the same time, both foreign and Russian colleagues refer to common features: the opinion about the consumer brand, popularity and demand in the relevant market. Despite the pandemic and its negative consequences for educational migration, in 2021 RSUE confirmed and strengthened its position in the world and national rankings. Rostov State Economic University entered the top 401-600 best universities in the world in the Times Higher Education University Impact Rankings 2021, took first place among universities in the South of Russia and entered the Top 20 universities in Russia. It seems that the formation of a general strategy of brand management and marketing of the university can be considered as an innovative practice of management of educational organizations and determines the policy of choosing the strategy of educational services as a specific product of the educational institution.

More than once it was said that it is objectively impossible to prepare for four years in the university a universal specialist, ready for legal practice immediately after receiving diploma; that is still not found treatment of a disease called "substandard legal education". In 2006, the rector of the Moscow State Law University Oleg Kutafin said: "We hope that the decision on the switchover to the Bologna system for law schools will be canceled "; "In general, I welcome the Bologna process, but it does not mean that we must blindly copy other systems. In our country law schools used to prepare specialists of wide profile, which can then become a judge, a prosecutor, and a lawyer. We believe that breaking this system is dangerous for the legal field of the country ". Unfortunately, so far the hopes of Academician Kutafin do not meet the expectations. Bachelor - Master programs continue to be realized. Rector of Moscow State University. after M.V. Lomonosov Victor Sadovnichy called a mistake the transition to the Bologna system of higher education and proposed to return to the five-year education. There are more cons of implementation of the Bologna system in legal education in Russia is more than pluses. A serious modernization of the specialty programs is required. No less important is the creation of a system of real motivations for teaching staff of law schools, including a decent payment for teaching activities. To promote the quality of educating of lawyers in our country could the system, similar to existing in Germany. On February 16, 2017 Federal state educational standard of Higher education 40.05.04: judicial and prosecutorial activities (level of specialty) was approved. I would like to hope that in the nearest future relevant standards for all Legal specialties time will be approved. If the legal community of Russia will not unite in such an important issue as the transmission of the legal education on the "modernized specialty", and will not make the state to adopt the appropriate decision, then the worst Oleg Kutafin’s fears regarding legal field of the country may come true.

Résumé :

The aim of the article is to concretize the concept of political ideology in the aspect of its matrix structure and in the context of the cognitive-evolutionary approach. Based on Michael Frieden's morphological approach to the analysis of ideological consciousness, the concept of cognitive-ideological matrices is introduced, which allows us to describe the process of transition from proto-ideological to ideological concepts proper, especially at the level of individual consciousness. The identification of the ideological concept as the main “gene” of conceptual variability and inheritance made it possible to describe the main parameters of the evolution of political ideologies and associate it with changes taking place at the individual consciousness level. The described concept was tested in a series of sociological studies of youth consciousness conducted in 2015-2016 and 2018-2020. As a result of the study, it was possible to first identify the “zero level” of ideology, at which the minds of young respondents are potentially open to the influence of diverse and often mutually exclusive ideological orientations, and second, to pinpoint the changes that have occurred in the cognitive ideological matrices of Rostov-on-Don students over the past five years. This study was conducted by scientists from the southern Federal University.
