L'érythroblaste, qui dispose d'une quantité de fer normale, synthétise de l'hémoglobine en plusieurs étapes, dont la dernière est l'incorporation de Fe++ dans la protoporphyrine sous l'action de la ferrochélatase mitochondriale. Lorsque pour une raison ou une autre, l'érythroblaste manque d'ions Fe++, la ferrochélatase va incorporer du Zn++ à la place et synthétiser ainsi la ZnPP. Then, nanoporous structure was prepared using anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) process, and after process optimized, it was employed as a mask to produce nanoporous structure on the surface of the Si substrate by plasma etching. Subsequently, an ZnPc film was formed on Si substrate with nanoporous structure by spin coating. Anode and cathode were produced on the front side and backside, respectively.
