Testo completoSystem thinking concepts and simulation tools are used to model the risk prevention plan and operational modes designed to enforce safety constraints at a French liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage and distribution facility. In France, such facilities are classified and the subject of special legislation and safety regulations. Their supervision is the responsibility of a control and regulatory body. A technological risk and prevention plan is provided, where all the dangerous phenomena likely to occur in addition to the safety control measures are listed in the safety report. Safety is therefore addressed through rules, and control mechanisms ensure that the system complies with safety constraints. Taking this facility as a case study, we use the STAMP theoretical framework together with AnyLogic simulation software to model technical elements and human and organizational behavior. We simulate how the system evolves over time and the strategies that are deployed in a loss of control scenario. The aim is to assess whether the prescribed safety program covers all of the system's phases; namely operations and audits. The results enrich other research that focuses on the contribution of system dynamics to risk analysis and accident prevention

Die proses waar twee of meer doelwitte, wat in konflik staan met mekaar, gelyktydig optimiseer word, staan bekend as multi-doelwit optimisering (MOO). 'n Aantal metaheuristieke is al suksesvol aangepas vir MOO. Die doelwit van hierdie studie was om ondersoek in te stel na die lewensvatbaarheid van die toepassing van 'n agent gebasseerde modelerings benadering tot MOO. As toepassingsveld vir hierdie benadering was die (s; S) voorraad probleem gekies en Anylogic was gebruik as model platform. In die model was agente verantwoordelik vir voorraad- en verkope bestuur. Hulle moes onderling met mekaar onderhandel om die optimale bestelling strategiee te verkry. Konsepte soos agentbevrediging, aggressie faktore en herinneringsvermoens is ingestel om die onderhandeling tussen die agente te bewerkstellig. Die resultate het gewys dat die agente oor die vermoe beskik om met goeie strategiee vorendag te kom. Die Pareto fronte wat gegenereer is deur hul voorgestelde strategiee was 'n goeie benadering tot die bekende front. Die benadering was ook suksesvol toegepas op 'n erkende MOO toets-probleem wat bewys het dat dit oor die potensiaal beskik om 'n verskeidenheid van MOO probleme op te los. Toekomstige navorsing kan daarop fokus om hierdie benadering verder te ontwikkel vir meer praktiese toepassings soos komplekse voorsieningskettingstelsels, finnansiele modelle, risiko-analises en ekonomie.

Testo completoThe main objective of this thesis is to develop a multi-agent approach to designing a model to overcome risks of maintenance activities. The aim is to explore the maintenance complexity and to indicate the interactions between the maintenance function and the risk assessment.Firstly, we are interested in designing a systemic model to identify and model the industrial system, to show the different interactions between its elements, to analyze and to evaluate risks of maintenance activities. We propose the MOSAR method and the UML language to design a cognitive reference model. This model served as a starting point for designing a database using the SQL language, which is operated by Multi-Agent model to acquire the necessary information for its operation.On the other hand, we develop a framework of a multi-agent system that aims to anticipate failures scenarios and the decision-making by simulating the studied system behaviour. A comparison between the existing platforms dedicated to Multi-Agent Systems is performed to choose the appropriate platform for the simulation.Finally, the developed models are applied in the LPG supply chain (Liquefied Petroleum Gas). A simulator was developed using the AnyLogic platform in order to study the system behaviour and to simulate the failure scenarios chosen by the industry, for the calculation of the criticality from three parameters (Frequency, severity, detectability), and for obtaining a Dashboard containing a set of maintenance performance indicators. Testo completoThe operational level in semiconductor manufacturing can be divided into a global level and a local level. The global level refers to the scheduling decisions and production control for the whole manufacturing facility (fab), while the local level deals with those issues in each work area. The global level provides objectives or constraints for the local level. In this thesis, we propose a general framework which aims at supporting and controlling the decisions taken at the local level to deal with consistency problems between global and local scheduling decisions. The framework is composed of two layers. The bottom layer includes local policies used in each work center. The top layer consists of global objectives, global information and a global strategy which is the core of this framework. The proposed global strategy aims at controlling local policies as well as production processes. The idea is to periodically run the global strategy while production is performed to guide the production process towards achieving global objectives, and thus ensuring consistency between decisions taken at the global and local levels. We propose two types of global strategy: (1) An evaluation-based strategy which aims at improving the production process with no guarantee to determine an optimal solution and (2) An optimization-based strategy, based on a Linear Programming model. In order to evaluate the performance of the proposed framework, we develop a data-driven generic simulation model for semiconductor manufacturing facilities. The simulation model is a combination of Agent-Based and Discrete Event modelling methods developed with the software AnyLogic. Since the standard solver IBM ILOG CPLEX is used to solve the linear programming model, we describe its integration with AnyLogic. A set of experiments on industrial instances are presented and discussed. In addition, this thesis deals with the management of time constraints. In a semiconductor manufacturing facility, time constraints are associated to two process steps to ensure the yield and quality of lots. A time constraint corresponds to a maximum time that a lot can spend between the two steps. If a time constraint is not satisfied by a lot, this lot will be scrapped or reprocessed. Therefore, because manufacturing equipment is expensive and cycle times must be minimized, efficiently controlling the start of lots in time constraints is important. We propose an approach which estimates the probability of satisfying a time constraint before starting a lot in the first step of the time constraint. This approach was implemented and validated on industrial constraints

Industrial 4.0 is the industrial upgrading program which is actively promoted by the government in recent years. Its main concept is based on the upgrade transformation promoted by several technological advancements, including big data, autonomous robots, simulation, etc. The main development direction is ”smart manufacturing” as the goal, and the technologies of the Internet of Things, virtualized factories, cloud services, communications and other technologies are closely linked to create a cyber-physical industry. Among them, simulation plays an important role and tool in Industry 4.0. Currently, it’s mostly used in high-tech factories, and its applications in the construction industry are still rare. In the construction industry, the steel structure factory has the characteristics of standardization, mass production, and customization. Among them, the first-part column processing is a production line with standard operation flow. However, in the current situation, the component production process is complicated and each component has inconsistent characteristics. For example, the length of the component, the number of shear stud, etc. In addition, the operation in the field work highly depends on the manpower. The number of employees in a working station may affect its efficiency. This study aims to simulate the production line of the first-part column for steel structure factory. Based on the actual operation and the resources available on the production line, the parameter configurations and the simulation logics will be carried out for each working station to form the virtual production line on Anylogic, which is a commercialized simulation software. Besides, the simulation results are visualized in a realistic 3D scene to support decision making on production management in an intuitive way.

В работе рассмотрены сущность и особенности системы электронных закупок. Было проанализировано практику использования электронных закупок на предприятии «Профи Продукт». В дипломной работе создана модель поведения предприятия при электронной закупки, а именно во время обратного аукциона, с учетом ценовых и неценовых показателей на электронной торговой площадке в Украине. Модель поведения предприятий во время обратного аукциона позволяет просчитать возможность победы при известных неценовых показателях.
The article examines the nature and characteristics of electronic procurement. It analyzes the practice of using e-procurement in the company "Profi Product". In the thesis work, is shown established pattern of behavior in the enterprise's e-procurement, namely during the reverse auction, given the price and non-price factors for electronic marketplace in Ukraine. The behavioral model of enterprises during the reverse auction allows you to calculate the chance of winning with known non-price conditions.

The purpose of writing the thesis is to develop a simulation computer model of stock market with the possibility of varying trader parameters and environment parameters that will help to predict the behavior of the stock market. Object of research supports stock market. A subject is trader behavior. In this paper, the features of the stock market; theoretical approaches to the study of the behavior of market participants; scripts that implement stable and unstable market behavior; multiagent model developed with Anylogic; were run simulation experiments on which conclusions regarding the sustainability of the market.

Author analysis the current state and dynamics of the shadow economy, in particular in Ukraine; as well asfactors which causes of informal employment in Ukraine; employment statistics is analyzed; threats to the financial stability of the Pension Fund are determined. The multiagent model of employment of the population of Ukraine in the shadow economy is proposed, based on the calculations of the shadow economy researchers, and conclusions are drawn about the factors that induce the population to participate in the shadow economy.

Cerca il testo completoThis dissertation examines the impact of active shooters upon patrons attending large outdoor events. There has been a spike in shooters targeting densely populated spaces in recent years, to include open-air venues. The 2019 Gilroy Garlic Festival was selected for modeling replication using AnyLogic software to test various experiments designed to reduce casualties in the event of an active shooter situation. Through achievement of validation to produce identical outcomes of the real-world Gilroy Garlic Festival shooting, the researcher established a reliable foundational model for experimental purposes. This active shooter research project identifies the need for rapid response efforts to neutralize the shooter(s) as quickly as possible to minimize casualties. Key findings include the importance of armed officers patrolling event grounds to reduce response time, the need for adequate exits during emergency evacuations, incorporation of modern technology to identify the shooter’s location, and applicability of a 1:548 police to patron ratio.
