ABSTRACT In the spirit of the Traditional Medicine Strategy 2014-2023, published by the World Health Organisation, for the first time in Bulgaria an empirical study was conducted aiming to improve the quality and organization of homeopathic treatment. A direct individual questionnaire on paper, filled in anonymously, was used to investigate patients’ and doctors’ attitudes and satisfaction with homeopathy.
