I det første nummeret av Radiography Open ble artikkelen Kunnskapshåndtering: Hvor finner vi beste kunnskap publisert (Nordsteien, 2014). Flere fritt tilgjengelige databaser og ressurser ble presentert i lys av kunnskapsbasert praksis (Nortvedt et al., 2012) og kunnskapspyramiden til Dicenso, Bayley og Haynes (2009). For å finne en spesifikk artikkel, fører et søk på tittel i Google ofte frem, og for å finne en vilkårlig artikkel om et emne, kommer man langt med å skrive inn navn på emnet i søkefeltet i en av disse databasene. Dersom man imidlertid har som mål å finne beste eller bredest mulig kunnskap om et tema, må en mer avansert søketeknikk anvendes. Fremgangsmåten for systematisk litteratursøk vil kort bli presentert i denne andre artikkelen om kunnskapshåndtering. Lenkesamlingen til slutt viser til en bredere innføring i temaet.

Abstract (sommario):

Implementeringen af den ny skolereform inkluderer 45 minutters daglig motion og bevægelse for alle elever. Formålet med artiklen er at præsentere en oversigt over eksisterende videnskabelige studier, der har undersøgt faktorer, som påvirker læreres oplevelse af og villighed til at implementere motion og bevægelse. Vi har søgt i 6 databaser (2000-2016) og inkluderet 24 studier. Vi har brugt en socio-økologisk model i præsentationen af resultaterne og Rogers’ diffusion of innovation teori i diskussionen af hæmmende og fremmende faktorer. Mangel på tid som følge af akademisk pres, og mangel på viden, kompetencer og support er blandt de hæmmende faktorer.

Artiklen er resultatet af en metasyntese om viden om vejledning i nordiske læreruddannelser, udarbejdet fra artikler omhandlende forsknings- og udviklingsarbejder i udvalgte databaser. Forskningsspørgsmålet: Hvilken samlet evident forsknings- og udviklingsviden findes om vejledning i nordiske læreruddannelser fra 2008 – 2014? Hvilke typer af vejledning er beskrevet i relation hertil? 9 ud af 13 artikler blev inkluderet ud fra en kvalitetsvurdering. Den fundne viden handler primært om praktikvejledning. Forskningsviden om vejledning i andre uddannelseskontekster fx karrierevejledning er nærmest fraværende. Metasyntesen viser, at det at kunne praktikvejlede til fortsat professionel udvikling kalder på flere kompetencer og viden, end aktuel praksis viser. The article is the result of a meta-syntheses about counseling in Nordic teacher education, compiled from articles dealing with research- and development work in selected databases. The research question: What kind of evident knowledge is available for counseling in Nordic teacher education from 2008-2014? Which kinds of counseling are described in relation to this? Nine out of 13 articles were assessed as being qualified. The knowledge of counseling is primarily concerning practice guidance, meanwhile research knowledge in other parts e.g. career-counseling is almost absent. The meta-syntheses shows, that continued professional development through practice guidance calls for competence and more knowledge.

För databasutveckling finns en mängd regler och standarder framtagna för att databasen ska bli så effektiv och felfri som möjligt. Ibland följs inte dessa fullt ut av olika anledningar. Detta kan leda till problem som i värsta fall kan få konsekvenser för verksamheten som använder sig av den. Ett exempel på en databas där man avvikit från gällande designregler är den som var tänkt att införas för kalkningsverksamheten för Länsstyrelsen i Gävleborg. I det här arbetet har jag gjort en utredning kring denna databas, identifierat dessa avvikelser, utrett varför dessa uppstått och vad dessa har lett till eller eventuellt kan leda till i det här sammanhanget. Jag har också byggt en ny databas enligt gällande regler anpassad för Gävleborgs kalkningsverksamhet. Resultaten jag kommit fram till är att dessa standardavvikelser och felaktigheter troligen beror på en kombination av bristande gränssnitt i form av formulär samt okunskap om databasdesign och administration hos personalen.

Moment Marketing är ett litet företag som arbetar med webbutveckling. För dem är det viktigt med versionshantering och de använder ett fåtal program som underlättar detta arbete. Idag saknar de dock möjligheten att kontrollera olika versioner av databaser. Tillsammans med Moment Marketing och de program som redan används av dem skapas i detta projekt ytterligare applikationer med mål att lösa detta problem. Först görs en undersökning över programmen Subversion, TortoiseSVN, Trac och MySQL för att se de möjligheter som finns att använda dem till att uppnå målet. Därefter skapas ytterligare applikationer som kompletterar dessa program. Det färdiga paketet innehåller program för att hantera strukturen i en lokal databas tillsammans med ett lokalt arbetsprojekt. Tillsammans med de redan tidigare befintliga programmen har ett system bildats som även hanterar databaser. Dessutom har ytterligare möjligheter till förbättrat arbete med databaser undersökts.

Moment Marketing is a small Company working with web development. Version control is an important part of their work and they already use a few programs to handle this. These programs cannot handle different database versions. In this project supplements will be created so that previously installed programs can be used for handling version control of databases. Before the programming begins a study of the programs Subversion, TortoiseSVN, Trac and MySQL will be made.

The demands on how personal data is handled have recently become much more strict with new regulations such as GDPR. Which means companies need to review how they save and manage data. Furthermore, there is a whole indust- ry that works with analyzing and anonymizing databases to create testdata for companies to use for tests. How can these companies guarantee that they can hand over their database for this particular purpose. Easit AB wants a system to be built for scrambling databases so that the structure and data in the database are unrecognizable, which can then be submitted to Easit for analysis.With the main objective, using existing functionality in the Easit Test Engine ETE, see if you can scramble customers databases and data to unrecognizable so that the handover of the database can be done without risk. But also to validate the scrambling methods that the solution contains.
Kraven hur personlig data hanteras har på senare tid blivit mycket mer strikta med nya förordningar som GDPR. Vilket betyder att företag måste se över hur dom spara och hanterar data. Vidare så finns det en hel bransch som jobbar med att analysera och anonymisera databaser för att skapa testdata för företag att an- vända för tester. Hur kan dessa företag garantera att de kan lämna över deras da- tabas för just detta. Easit AB vill att ett system ska byggas för att scrambla data- baser så att struktur och data i databasen är oigenkännligt som sedan kan läm- nas över till Easit för analysering. Med Huvudmålet att med hjälp av befintlig funktionalitet i Easit Test Engine ETE kunna scrambla kunders databaser och data till oigenkännlighet så att överlämning av databasen kan ske utan risk för tester. Men även att validera de scramblingmetoder som lösningen innehåller.

Bedrifter med sikkerhetskritiske arbeidsoppgaver kan oppnå sikrere og mer effektiv drift gjennom standardisering og formalisering av disse. Slike arbeidsbeskrivelser, eller arbeidsprosessdokumenter, må være tilgjengelige til enhver tid. Presentasjonen av dem bør være tilpasset konteksten de aksesseres i, og må kunne støttes med multimediadata. Ettersom arbeidsprosessene stadig forandres og økes i omfang er det viktig å sikre konsistensen internt og dem imellom.

Vi har sett på rammeverk og lagringsmetoder i et system som skal lagre og tilgjengeliggjøre arbeidsprosessdokumentene. Vi har definert et lagringsformat ved hjelp av et w3c xml-schema, som lar oss spesifisere regler og beskrankninger for dokumentene som vanlige behandlingsverktøy for xml kan verifisere dem opp mot. Et strengt spesifisert format sikrer interoperabilitet mellom de forskjellige systemkomponentene som skal behandle informasjonen.

Vårt dokumentformat beskriver arbeidsprosessene som flytskjemaer med tilhørende informasjon. For at store og komplekse arbeidsprosesser skal bli oversiktlige legger vi opp til at logiske grupperinger av aktiviteter innenfor en arbeidsprosess skilles ut som egne arbeidsprosesser, spesielt dersom en tilsvarende gruppering er å finne som en del av flere arbeidsprosesser. Disse lavere-nivåarbeidsprosessene inkluderes så i denne og andre arbeidsprosesser som subprosesser. Dersom man gjør forbedringer i en subprosess som benyttes i mange sammenhenger sikrer dette at den nye informasjonen er tilgjengelig for alle.

Vi har implementert et system som demonstrerer konseptet vårt, basert på en sql-database og en applikasjonsserver med webgrensesnitt. Systemet lar brukeren legge arbeidsprosesser inn i databasen, og kan vise disse som websider.

Syftet med detta arbete var att utvärdera om NoSQL databaser kunde fungera och erbjuda bättre prestanda än SQL databaser i samband med händelsedrivna MES System. Utvärderingen skedde hos ett utvecklingsteam på Volvo Group It i Skövde som tillhandhåller dessa system. Metoden för arbetet blev ett laboratorieexperiment, där olika databaser testades på en testbänk erbjuden av utvecklingsteamet. Testbänken hade ett befintligt system för att testa prestanda på databaserna. De undersökta NoSQL databaser var kolumnorienterade databaser med tillhörande plattform Cassandra och dokumentorienterade databaser med tillhörande plattform MongoDB. MongoDB hann inte implementeras färdigt och lämnades för framtida arbete. En testapplikation implementerad i .Net med språket C# utvecklat av utvecklingsteamet användes för att testa prestanda på databaserna. Resultatet som arbetet visade var att kolumnorienterade databaser kunde fungera med händelsedrivna MES system och att den kunde prestera bättre på grund av sin förmåga att de-normalisera data. SQL databaser passar fortfarande bra för många system.
The purpose of this work was to evaluate whether NoSQL databases could work and offer better performance than SQL databases with event-driven MES Systems. The evaluation took place at a development team at Volvo Group It in Skövde, which provides these systems. The method of work was a laboratory experiment, where different databases were tested on a test bench offered by the development team. The test bench had an existing system for testing performance on the databases. The examined NoSQL databases were column-oriented databases with associated Cassandra platform and document-oriented databases with associated MongoDB platform. MongoDB was not fully implemented and was left for future work. A test application implemented in .Net with the language C # developed by the development team was used to test performance on the databases. The result that the work showed was that column-oriented databases could work with event-driven MES systems and could perform better because of their ability to denormalize data. SQL databases are still good for many systems.

Rapporten handlar om databaser och olika problem som kan uppstå under arbetet i den. Transaktionshantering är en viktig del av databashantering. Vad händer när två transaktioner försöker att komma åt samma dataobjekt? Vad händer när det uppstår deadlocks och hur hanteras dessa?

Vilka metoder finns det för att få arbetet i en databas att flyta utan att det uppstår några kollisioner mellan transaktioner. Vilka av dessa metoder passar bäst i vilka databaser. Det finns många olika sätt att lösa dessa problem på. Några av dessa är läs- och skrivlås samt tvåfas lås. Alla dessa lås har olika fördelar och nackdelar, ett säkert lås som skyddar väl mot deadlocks kan orsaka längre väntetider. Vad som väljs beror mycket på vad databasen ska användas till. Rapporten avslöjar att användare ofta inte behöver lägga sig i hur databashanterare låser information, däremot är det viktigt att välja när och var låsen ska läggas. För många lås skapar prestandaproblem medan för få lås kan orsaka att datan blir korrupt.

I detta arbete undersöks hur kryptering påverkar prestandan hos en XML-databas. Detta görs med hjälp av ett inom litteraturen populärt dataset, XMark. Kryptering genomförs med hjälp av standarden XML Encryption. Okrypterade dataset jämförs med krypterade dataset genom att ställa Xpath-frågor och mäta tiden för dessa frågeställningar. Resultaten presenteras i tabeller och grafer och analyseras utifrån ett prestandaperspektiv. Även framtida utökning av testerna föreslås som framtida arbete.

Abstract (sommario):

Detta arbete handlar om att ge riktlinjer för hur nivåbaserad åtkomstkontroll kan hanteras vid sammanslagning och replikering av distribuerade databaser. Dagens komplexa distribuerade databaser kräver hög säkerhet och det räcker ofta inte med lösenord för åtkomstkontroll. Nivåbaserad åtkomstkontroll ger möjlighet till att förbättra säkerheten genom att både användare och objekt klassas i olika säkererhetsklasser. Arbetet behandlar, utfrån specifika exempel, hantering av nivåbaserad åtkomstkontroll vid sammanslagning och replikering av distribuerade databaser. Metoden som används i arbetet är litteraturstudie. Material som används i arbetet är artiklar inom området.

Efter att ha givit allmänna definitioner på begrepp som används i den senare delen av arbetet, diskuteras specifika fall med distribuerade databaser som slås samman och replikeras. Utifrån dessa fall och andra forskares teorier skapas det mer generella teorier enligt den problemställning som finns. Det ges även förslag på fortsatt arbete inom detta område.

This article summarizes and analyzes the current situation of clothing human database technology and application of AI technology of the clothing human databases’ using, and looks ahead to the development trend of AI and clothing human body database in future. By means of literature searching, this article mainly investigates the Chinese clothing human body databases and makes analytical comparisons between the AI applied in the construction of clothing human body database, such as data mining and neural network, and database architecture. Within AI, the processing and management of data in the clothing human body databases and the function of size database-basing classification can be improved in the big data environment. Through the investigation and analysis of the clothing human body databases, the article concludes that the AI should be combined with clothing human body databases and new technology should be used to optimize and develop the databases in future.

Database modeling of engineering information is crucial for constructing manufacturing systems because current manufacturing industries are typically information-based enterprises and information systems have become their nervous center. Engineering information can be modeled at two levels: conceptual data model and logical database model. Generally a conceptual data model is designed and then the designed conceptual data model will be transformed into the chosen logical database schema. Imprecise and uncertain information, however, is generally involved in many engineering activities and imprecise and uncertain engineering information are represented by fuzzy sets. Nowadays relational databases are still the most useful database product and IDEF1X is most useful for logical database design of relational databases in engineering. So in this paper, we focus on fuzzy data modeling in IDEF1X and relational databases. The formal approaches to mapping fuzzy IDEF1X models to fuzzy relational database schemes are hereby developed.

In this new cloud-powered web landscape, applications may find it beneficial to focus on both efficient data storage and proper security enforcement. Blockchains provides immutable and irrefutable data, but can be quite slow, while relational databases show great efficiency. MOON is a tool designed to act as a bridge between application and databases to create a hybrid approach to database management. It enables the use of both a Relational Database and a Blockchain-based database. This paper analyzes and proposes improvements to MOON's architecture to increase compatibility, maintainability, and help advance research into the area of convergence between blockchain and traditional databases.

Using object-oriented databases as the primary data source in VR applications has a variety of advantages, but requires the development of new techniques concerning data modeling, data handling and data transfer from a Virtual Reality system’s point of view. The many advantages are outlined in the first part of this paper. We first introduce versioning and collaboration techniques as our main motivation. These can also be used in the traditional file based approach, but are much more powerful when realized with a database on an object and attribute level. Using an object-oriented approach to data modeling, objects of the real world can be modeled more intuitively by defining appropriate classes with their relevant attributes. Furthermore, databases can function as central communication hubs for consistent multi user interaction. Besides, the use of databases with open interface standards allows to easily cooperate with other applications such as modeling tools and other data generators. The second part of this paper focuses on our approach to seamlessly integrate such databases in Virtual Reality systems. For this we developed an object-oriented internal graph database and linked it to object-oriented external databases for central storage and collaboration. Object classes defined by XML data schemata allow to easily integrate new data models in VR applications at run-time. A fully transparent database layer in the simulation system makes it easy to interchange the external database. We present the basic structure of our simulation graph database, as well as the mechanisms which are used to transparently map data and meta-data from the external database to the simulation database. To show the validity and flexibility of our approach selected applications realized with our simulation system so far e. g. applications based on geoinformation databases such as forest inventory systems and city models, applications in the field of distributed control and simulation of assembly lines or database-driven virtual testbeds applications for automatic map generation in planetary landing missions are introduced.

Information sources: We will search the following electronic databases, including 3 English databases (PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library) and 4 Chinese databases (China national knowledge infrastructure database, Wanfang database, Sinomed Database, and VIP database). The filters were English and Chinese language. The following key words in Title/Abstract or MeSH search headings are used: “Er-xian” and “Hormone replacement therapy” or “Femoston” or “Climen” and “Primary ovarian insufficiency” or “Ovarian failure” or “Premature ovarian failure” or “POI” and “random*” or “Randomized controlled trial”. In addition, we also search the grey literature such as conference proceedings and dissertations in CNKI and Wanfang database, and relevant trials will be searched in ClinicalTrial.gov database [20] and Chinese Clinical Trial Registry for unpublished trials and protocols. References of all included studies will be hand searched for additional eligible studies.

Review question / Objective: Shoulder pain is a common musculoskeletal disorder prompting many patients to seek treatment. Thermotherapy is a common treatment for shoulder which has been widely used in hospitals. But its efficiency has not been scientifically and methodically evaluated. This protocol aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Thermotherapy for treating shoulder pain. Information sources: Eight databases will be searched from their inception to October 2021. They are as follows: PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, ClinicalTrials.gov, China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database (CNKI), Weipu Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals (VIP), Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), and Wanfang Database. There will be no limitation to study publication status or language. The search terms include shoulder impingement syndrome, rotator cuff, bursitis, adhesive capsulitis, frozen shoulder, shoulder pain, thermotherapy, diathermy, heat therapy, Moxibustion, and RCTs. The equivalent search words will be used in the Chinese databases.

Review question / Objective: As a common type of clinical dementia, the prevalence rate of vascular dementia(VaD) increased rapidly in recent years, damaging both patients’ health and social-economic prospect. There is currently no effective treatment for VaD, though western medicines can slightly improve patients' cognitive function, but not brought a significant improvement in daily life ability. Chinese herbal medicine(CHM) has been widely employed to treat dementia for more than 2000 years in China. Despite the proliferation of relevant literature, there is still a lack of evidence to prove the effectiveness and safety of such therapy. Therefore, this systematic review and meta-analysis protocol is aimed to assess the efficacy and safety of CHM forVaD. Condition being studied: Schizophrenia is a chronic and severely disabling mental disorder that is associated with impairments in cognitive, emotional and psychosocial functioning affecting the prospect of recovery. (Jablensky, 2010; Leucht, 2014). Information sources: A comprehensive literature search will be carried out by two independent researchers (XX Luo and J Wang). Published studies will be retrieved in common databases including PubMed, Web of Science, ClinicalTrials.gov, Cochrane Library, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Wanfang Databases, the Chinese Scientific Journal Database, the Chinese Science Citation Database, and the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database from inception to May 30, 2022. In addition, we will search and evaluate the relevant systematic reviews and meta-analyses to select the potential studies from their references. No trial is excluded due to publication status or language.

One of the main aspects of studying databases in higher education institutions by future IT specialists is database design and software product development. This, in turn, is the most important problem of the developer’s interaction with the customer. To facilitate the process of database design, ER-diagrams are used, which are based on the concepts of “Entity” and “Relationship”. An ER diagram allows you to present a database in the form of visual graphical objects that define a specific subject area. The article considers the available cloud services for the construction of ER-diagrams for learning databases of future IT specialists and their selection the method expert evaluation. For this purpose, the criteria and indicators for the selection of cloud services for the construction of ER-diagrams of databases by future information technology specialists have been determined. As a result, it was found that the cloud services Dbdesigner.net and Lucidchart are the most convenient to learn. It is determined that for a teacher of a higher education institution the use of cloud services is an opportunity to use licensed software in education without additional costs.
