One of the economic development efforts in Chihanjuang village is to develop a Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes). The purpose of this activity is to help improve the economy of the people of Chihanjuang village by providing people with understanding and skills in processing bananas into sale. Bananas are a considerable agricultural product in the village of Cihanjuang. The production of bananas is quite abundant at a low price, making BUMDes attempt to produce more high-value products. A lumpy banana sale is a finger sale process wrapped in a lumpy skin. Banana sale is a semi-wet food made from ripe bananas by drying, and frying. This community service activity was carried out on 15 August 2022 in Chihanjuang village by overseeing the development of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) in agriculture, and practicing how to process lumpia banana sales to PKK cadres into a program that can boost the economy in the community.

The relevance of the research topic is that the manifestation of criminal relations in various spheres of public life, including the economy, is increasing quantitatively. The main factors contributing to this process are the weakening of control in the administrative sphere, insufficiently dynamic and timely improvement of the legal framework for combating crime. In the system of illegal economic activity, a fairly independent direction has emerged, associated with the acquisition or sale of property obtained by criminal means. Today it is a pronounced way of carrying out the illegal circulation of material values, the responsibility for which is provided for in Art. 171 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Little has been studied about the personality of criminals who have committed crimes in the sphere of the economy, whose characteristics differ significantly from the characteristics of subjects who have committed other crimes, both in terms of age, level of education, and social status.

The rate of development of information and communication technology today is increasingly massive and almost every time gives birth to new. Consumer activity has also shifted to the digital sector, or more massive in the artificial sector than in the real world. This is an era that is influenced by digital-economy, namely posteconomy. With its advantages, space-time freezing and freezing occur or in short space-time efficiency. The output of a human being created as a thinker, which uses his passion through the use of digital literacy in economic lines. One marketplace for buying daily necessities that are often visited by real people is Shopee. For the sake of maintaining the existence in the minds of consumers, Shopee began to aggressively take actions to link consumers or the community, one of them by making a flash sale. Furthermore, through descriptive-explanative qualitative methods with the type of library research; praxis loading and freezing of space-time (dromology) that happened as described by Paul Virilio in digital development, as a responsive substitution of real economic activity into the digital economy. Shopee uses strategic reality, the power of knowledge and the power of movement, even to make the body a commodity repertoire.

Purpose This study aims to examine previously identified hotel automated valuation models (AVMs) using a more extensive and updated sample of hotel sale transaction data, introduce economic conditions as a new determinant for hotel market value and test the moderating role of economic conditions on the relationship between the previously identified indicators and market value, operationalized as sale transaction price. Design/methodology/approach This study performs simple and multiple regression analyses to examine the proposed relationships. The sample period is from 2000 to 2012, because the economy prior to 2000 is likely to have been a less-relevant economic environment for the contemporary business world. Findings As hypothesized, there is an insignificant main effect of economic conditions on hotel sale prices. A moderating role of economic conditions on the relationship between average daily rate (and net operating income) and market value was found, while no moderating effect was found for occupancy rate and hotel size. Results also find certain support for AVMs previously presented in the literature, as described herein. Originality/value This study attempts to make contributions to the existing lodging and real estate literature by investigating a main effect of economic conditions on hotel sale prices and a moderating role of economic conditions on the relationship between various hotel performance indicators and hotel sale prices. In addition, this study operationalizes a relatively extensive (large base sample size of 2,441 hotel sale transactions) and recent (since 2000) database compared to previous studies.

The Grossman-Helpman “Protection for Sale” model, concerning the political economy of trade protection, yields clear predictions for the cross-sectional structure of import barriers. Our objective is to check whether the predictions of the Grossman-Helpman model are consistent with the data and, if the model finds support, to estimate its key structural parameters. We find that the pattern of protection in the United States in 1983 is broadly consistent with the predictions of the model. A surprising finding is that the weight of welfare in the government's objective function is many times larger than the weight of contributions. (JEL F1)

This study examines the effect of short-sale constraints on a stock market, in particular, on stock prices, trading volume, and the relationship between stock price movements and output cycles. The economic model features incomplete markets and heterogeneous agents. The short-sale constraint is endogenously determined in the economy and is a function of agents' risk aversion, time preference, and exogenous driving forces. The dynamic model is solved using a policy function iteration algorithm. We find that, for an array of reasonable time-preference parameters and risk-aversion coefficients, the short sale limits range from 27 to 45% of total outstanding shares. Imposing short-sale constraints causes stock prices to move upward. Trading volume is high when some agents have a large amount of stock holdings but incur a negative shock on their nonfinancial income and is low when some agents have few stock holdings and also incur a negative shock to their nonfinancial income. Stock prices are found to be countercyclical and the expected stock returns are procyclical. These countercyclical stock-price movements are shown to be related to the imposition of a short-sale constraint.

In international legal-business relations, problematic issues are inevitably outnumbered and different, thus, more difficult to be sovled. International legal-business transactions, on the other hand, are of particular importance, especially in the continuum and intences of political-economic globalization and integrations of the countries with more developed economy in different international structures such as European Union, etc. Legal regulation of sales transactions in international relations is, above all, practised with CISG, United Nations Organization Convention on International Sale of Goods which is extraordinarily important for the well-being and progress of international sales.

The article is devoted to the shadow digital economy as part of the shadow economy. The authors believe that, unlike the traditional shadow economy, the digital shadow economy is aimed not only at making a profit, but also at getting access to valuable digital, financial resources and/or databases. This topic is poorly studied in Russia, while foreign research centers have already started a serious analysis of statistical data on the digital shadow economy for commercial purposes. Most of the sources of this study are foreign publications, which indicates the international nature of the analyzed phenomenon. The lack of consensus of the world community on the shadow markets and cryptocurrency as products of the shadow digital economy leads to the lack of joint and more effective international cooperation in combatting financial cyber-crime, as well as international criminal syndicates engaged in the sale of illegal products. The authors give arguments about the relevance of this phenomenon to the realities of the Russian Federation, offer their own scientific definition of the shadow digital economy and give appropriate recommendations to combat this phenomenon.

While numerous reports in the ethnographic and historical literature on West African societies document the sale of kin into slavery during the era of the Atlantic slave trade, theorists of the trade have not dealt with the logic of selling close relatives. This article examines an instance of such sale among a Voltaic people, the Kabre, located in the hinterland of Dahomey and Ashanti, and attempts to theorize its meaning as a way of maneuvering between complementing sets of values, both human and material, that emerge at the intersection of the local Kabre ‘gift’ economy with the larger regional political economy of slaving. The essay thus examines Kabre prestational forms – and the complex conceptions of value, wealth, alienation and personhood that accompany them – and the ways in which they interacted with the currencies and slaving practices, and the distinctive forms of alienation these entailed, that entered the area during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. Understanding such local forms and practices, however, requires us to depart from neoclassical modes of analysis like those typically employed by economic historians of the slave trade.

Introduction. The formation of a full-fledged market of agri-food products provides a comprehensive justification of the theoretical and methodological foundations of its operation, ensuring adequate to the task of expanded reproduction of economic efficiency level in the main activities of its subjects. Such justification should be based on the generalization, clarification and systematization of basic economic categories and concepts that reveal the essence that occurs in the formation and functioning of the market in socio-economic processes, the genesis of relations with participants. At the same time, the deepening of the functional disconnection of the latter against the background of the need to intensify exchange processes in the economy become the main reason for market development. The issues of identifying the economic essence of the market and determining the principles of its development are considered in detail in the works of classic and contemporary economists, but the study of the agricultural market remains relevant, particularly in the context of improving sales of its subjects. The purpose of the article is to identify the essential characteristics of the agri-food market, determine its functions and principles of development, as well as their impact on the effective implementation of marketing activities at agricultural enterprises. Results. In the research, the generalized functional load of the agrarian market and its influence on economic behavior of the enterprises – commodity producers is offered. The functional structure of the products market in agricultural enterprises is determined. It is established that the target product markets of agricultural enterprises can be classified by competitive structure as markets of oligopsony and monopsony at the level of the enterprise-producer. The economic prerequisites and structural tendencies for competitive development of target object markets of agricultural enterprises products were identified. Conclusions. In order to implement rational competitive behavior, each agricultural enterprise must identify the target market as a system, assess the factors of competitiveness, as well as timely mobilize the levers to manage the competitiveness of their products at different stages of the reproduction process. A significant portion of the local economy depends on the sale of locally produced goods. Moreover, the rapid advancement of information technology has intensified business competition, further impacting the development of local products. Unfortunately, the potential of information technology, particularly Marketplace platforms, to boost the economy and facilitate transactions between customers and sellers has been overlooked. To address these issues, this research aims to develop a Marketplace application to assist the community in selling and promoting their locally made products. The research involves several stages, including analysis, design, simulation prototyping, implementation, monitoring, and management. The result of this study is an Android-based Marketplace application designed to support the sale of local products.

The article finds that the main reasons for the movement of the main volumes of vegetable production in the PF are the inconsistency and incompleteness of market reforms in agriculture, which has affected the state of the corporate sector of agrarian production, as well as the need to solve the problem of forming the family budget of a significant part of the rural population, mainly due to proceeds from the sale of grown products. Such a redistribution of production has both positive and negative moments: production has become low-profitable, the bulk of products are used for domestic consumption, the population consumes vegetables extremely unevenly throughout the year and depending on the region. It is proved that the primitive way of using labor and conservatism in the organization of the production process, the avoidance of progressive technical techniques negatively affected the yield of vegetable crops, and, as a consequence, reduces the potential volume of gross tax. The main problems hampering the further development of vegetable growing in individual peasant farms are: low competitiveness of vegetable products, in the price range through the use of high-cost technologies with low level of mechanization of production processes; reduction of the role of science in the development of vegetable growing; low product marketability; lack of quality seed material of vegetable crops meeting the requirements of local soil-climatic conditions. To increase the production of vegetables in the personal peasant economy and increase the income of rural residents on this basis, it is necessary to provide them with support at the state and local levels. Favorable lending is among the most important support measures; creation of specialized service structures, including the sale of vegetable products; stimulation of economic entities providing assistance to households; the development of cooperative ties of private peasant farms with agricultural, processing enterprises, trade establishments. Proposed measures of state and regional support to private peasant farms will promote sustainable development of rural areas and ensuring food security of Ukraine. Due to the transformation of the agricultural subjects realized after 1990, the new ownership relations occurred in the sectors of agriculture and food processing. The entrepreneurs started to build their activities on the base of market economy principles. The farmers started founding of specialized or universal-trading organizations aimed to sale of the agricultural production. The legal forms of the companies were cooperatives or companies incorporated. In practice, the subjects proved the reasonability of their existence not only on the side of agricultural production sale, but also on the side of purchasing inputs necessary for the agricultural production process. One of the best trading organizations is Agropork-družstvo in Brno, which is specialized in purchasing and sale of pigs, cows and recently poultry as well.

In recent years, the banking industry around the world has been undergoing a rapid transformation.As India is moving towards a service economy marketers require knowing more about marketing service product. Service has increasingly assumed a vital position in the Indian Economy. There is a prospective market for services and increasing supremacy of services in economies contribution of service sector have drawn growing attention to the issues of the service sector.Quality has been recognized as a strategic tool for attaining efficiency and improved business performance. This paper includes the review of literature on service quality and behaviour intension and discussed in relation to each of the research question. The paper concludes with a summary and description of implication of the findings. The research has examined the customer service in banking sector in this paper under three major headings, viz.,pre sale service , product features, office services, Behavioural Response, post sale services and with regard to satisfaction on service quality on people, physical evidence and processes.

Buying and selling is a transaction that is allowed in Islam. However, to ensure this permissibility, it is necessary to have the rules of the game that have been formulated by the scholars. This aims to maintain the rights of each party during the sale and purchase so that no party feels disadvantaged. Nowadays, buying and selling transactions are developing, namely by buying and selling without having to have stock or known as dropshipping. In this digital era, the dropshipping business is in great demand by the public because it has conveniences that are felt by the parties. However, in Islam buying and selling can only be done on goods that are perfectly owned by the seller. The purpose of this study is to analyze the legality of the practice of dropshipping. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of research in the form of a literature study and data sources in the form of secondary data obtained from journals, books and websites. The results show that the dropshipping business is allowed in Islam as long as it meets certain criteria.

Today, a number of progressive companies are widely introducing digital tools in various sectors of the economy, investing money in the construction of data processing centers and the introduction of storage systems for business operations and customers. It is understood that digital tools may allow combining production with individuality, shortening the period from the development of an innovative idea to the sale of finished products, and providing an opportunity to achieve effective customization to meet consumer requirements. This is exactly what we are witnessing today in the activity of higher education institutions which have demonstrated flexibility and predictive capability in fitting in with modern economic processes.

From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the impact of selling used clothes on the income level of traders very influential on the economic level of traders, used clothing merchant businesses can make the economy of small communities, and help the middle and lower class to get branded clothes at very affordable prices. The inhibiting factors in the sale of used clothing to the income level of merchants are the Covid-19 pandemic, goverment bans and complaints from customers. And if viewed from an islamic economic perspective, buying and selling used clothes n the sambu market is permissible, because trading used clothes can help the needs and improve the economy even though the government with this law prohibits the import of used clothes.

Whereas in the practice of mindring the type of money credit is not in accordance with Fatwa concerning the sale and purchase agreement on the provisions of the goods, because the goods referred to in the sale and purchase agreement of credit money are intangible only words, then the contract This money credit includes a loan agreement which contains usury because there are additional requirements that required by mindring practice service provider so that the law is haram.

Achieving sustainable economic growth has become an important point on the global agenda today. Harmonious coordination of sustainable development components, ensuring economic growth, social stability and ecological balance, can be achieved in the long term using the concept of circular economy, which, in turn, serves as a practical tool for transition to green economy. Despite the fact that implementation of circular economy is becoming global and competitive advantages of implementing this concept are becoming more obvious, in general, it has not been widely developed in Belarus yet. The paper reviews conceptual basis of circular agriculture, reveals peculiarities and principal differences from the traditional production model. Based on study of world experience, the importance of state support and scientific support for circular transformation of the industry has been substantiated. Sectoral specifics of plant production and livestock waste use is revealed. The results of agricultural producers survey regarding use of waste in various areas are presented: transfer for processing, sale, use of third-party secondary raw materials. Information, economic and technological barriers retaining circular transformation of Belarusian agriculture are revealed. Prospects of implementing principles of circular economy for large agricultural producers and small farm households have been substantiated. The issues covered in the paper are of interest when preparing projects of state social and economic development programs, sectoral programs for development of agro-industrial complex, strategies for ensuring environmentally safe production and efficient use of natural resources for the period until 2025. Practical use of the proposed results and proposals for implementation of circular economy principles in agriculture will ensure more efficient use of raw materials within production cycles and achieve sustainable development of agriculture in general.

Abstract. Despite the implementation of production activities in crisis situations, agricultural enterprises are increasing the production of agricultural products. The issues of the development of agricultural production and measures of state support for agricultural business are currently becoming particularly relevant. This article is devoted to the problems of current activities and prospects for the development of the agro-industrial complex in crisis situations. The purpose of our work is to study the causes of uneven development of agricultural enterprises of various forms of ownership, to develop measures that contribute to the creation of favorable conditions in the agro-industrial complex for the production and sale of products. To achieve this goal, we have identified the following tasks: to identify contradictions that prevent an increase in agricultural production; to develop the main directions for the development of agribusiness. Methods. In assessing the development of modern economic policy, mathematical and statistical research methods were used, defining indicators were identified, and factors affecting the development of the agricultural economy in the field of recent changes were considered. Results. The authors considered the key areas of state support for agricultural producers, outlined the tasks of further development of the agro-industrial complex, identified the participants of interaction in the agricultural sector of the economy. Strategic measures of the new economic policy in the agricultural sector of the economy have been developed, aimed at creating favorable conditions for the production and sale of products of the agro-industrial complex, taking into account the implementation of the state plan and state order. The risks and threats that hinder the implementation of strategic measures are grouped. Food consumers interacting with producers in the public procurement system have been identified. The advantages of creating a center for supervision and control to verify the activities of economic entities in the agricultural sector of the economy are outlined. The authors have developed a model of the mechanism for implementing strategic measures of the new economic policy in the agricultural sector of the country's economy. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of a model of the mechanism for the implementation of strategic measures of the new economic policy in the agricultural sector of the economy.

At the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS, for its Spanish acronym), we asked ourselves whether this was a legal and safe practice. In order to verify this, a bibliographic analysis of the applicable legislation and regulations was carried out, and the conclusion reached was that it is legal practice, but a series of guidelines are necessary for it to be carried out with guarantees. Consequently, an instruction was developed which provides recommendations to ensure that the packaging of cosmetic products at the point of sale is carried out under optimum conditions. This instruction is aimed at both responsible persons and the personnel who carry out product packaging at the point of sale.

On the 20th of May 2019, the European legislator adopted new Directives on the sale of goods and supply of digital content, which determine the vector of future contract law development in the European Union. Directive 2019/770 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services, and Directive 2019/771 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale of goods are the first steps in adapting European private law to the requirements of the digital economy. The article discusses the reasons and preconditions for the adoption of new Directives. The authors, making a historical excursion of the harmonization of European contract law, demonstrate the continuity of the new Directives’ norms of European tradition on the basis of Principles of European Contract Law, Acquis Principles, Draft Common Frame of Reference, Common European Sales Law and Directive 1999/44/EC on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees. The advantages and disadvantages of the selected full harmonization in new Directives are examined. The legislative freedom granted to European Union Member States on certain issues related to contractual relations for the sale of goods and the supply of digital content are analyzed. The authors pay considerable attention to the disclosure of major legislative novelties related to contractual relations for the sale of goods and the supply of digital content, in particular the conformity of goods (digital content), and requirements for conformity; the seller’s (trader’s) duty to ensure that the consumer is informed of and supplied with updates that are necessary to keep those goods (digital content) in conformity; the burden of proof; data monetization; remedies for lack of conformity of goods (digital content). The problem of the hierarchy of remedies for lack of conformity of goods in a circular economy, such as repair and replacement, is also touched upon. The authors draw attention to the fact that taking into account the peculiarities of the circular economy and in order to determine the disproportion of the chosen method of legal protection, it is necessary to enshrine in legislation on the sale of goods the requirement to take into account its impact on the environment.

This article works the direct sales market focusing on the Modelase by Fajate project, a form of marketing promoted by companies such as Jequiti, Natura and Avon, which sell and manufacture products directly from industry to consumer. In the current phase of the economy and with the productive reformulation of capital and labor relations, in which the expanded reproduction of capital is sought, the configuration of the globalized economy has led to a new order between the upper and lower circuit. The recent dynamics of the Brazilian economy have influenced the expansion of the two circuits of the urban economy in large Brazilian cities. This business strategy allows the insertion of a wide range of workers, usually urban, integrating into the dominant production model, from a commercial contract. In the understanding of this process, the analysis was imposed in which the accumulation of capital is enhanced in the form of exploitation of the labor force. This articulation, which explains the combined and concomitant existence of different technological stages within the same set of productive processes, makes it indisputable that the criterion of "modern" and "backward" are faces in the same way of capitalist social reproduction. If in the past the direct selling business model was adopted by a few companies, today it is adopted by large and small. In this sense, being extremely important the understanding of the transformations of large companies, which are part of the superior circuit of the economy, with the lower circuit, in their search for expanded reproduction of capital through primitive accumulation, present in many forms of contemporary work. The companies with the direct sales business model that distribute their products through catalogs (Avon and Natura) were presented, demonstrating the peculiarity of each activity in its differentiations within the direct sales system. Adopting the Fajate project to this world of renewing and expanding, in the period of globalization.

Since the colonial era Cuba has been the paradigmatic case of a monocultural export economy, dependent upon the production of one primary commodity – sugar – for sale to one principal trade partner. Overcoming dependency was a high priority for Fidel Castro in 1959, yet despite a promising start, his efforts proved ultimately unsuccessful. Only the collapse of communism in Europe freed Cuba from dependent trade relations with the Soviet Union – albeit at the cost of enormous economic disruption. This article examines Cuba's post-1959 pursuit of economic independence, first to explain why the government's initial successes proved unsustainable in the 1980s, and then to examine Cuba's attempt to reinsert its economy into the global market in the aftermath of the Cold War.

In view of the increase in drug trafficking offences committed through the use of information and telecommunications technologies, the state must seek effective ways to reduce the drug market. Counteracting illegal advertising of drugs and their marketing addresses on the Internet (Darknet) is a promising area of prevention that has been underestimated to date. The purpose of the article is to determine the main directions of Russia’s criminal policy in the field of counteracting open and veiled advertising of online stores selling drugs in a non-contact manner. Methods of statistics, content analysis of Internet resources, systemic, formal-logical and legal analysis are used. Results: illegal advertising in the area of drug trafficking is an independent direction of professional criminal activity, using marketing techniques tested in the legal economy. The advertisement of online drug stores on urban infrastructure facilities, regular websites and social media helps to expand the reach of drug users. Efforts to combat illicit drug advertising, including the criminalization of such advertising, should be part of Russia’s criminal policy.

The MSME population has grown rapidly after the large-scale social restriction policy was enacted. The existence of MSMEs become an alternative economic solution for the community in running the family economy which had been stopped due to the pandemic. However, of the population, only a few survive, and mostly are going bankrupt. This condition is caused by a lack of entrepreneurial concept and the inability to adapt to technological developments. This community service aims to educate one of the MSME actors in Cibokor village through repackaging, rebranding, and digital marketing strategies. This community service lasts for 4 weeks from July 26 - August 26, 2022 with the method used is entrepreneurship assistance to one of the MSME actors, who is engaged in the production of dried banana fritters, which has been running for a long time but has not experienced significant development. As a result of repackaging and rebranding, the product display has now become more attractive and elegant, meanwhile, marketing that previously only relied on conventional marketing strategies has now switched to using digital marketing through the use of social media and marketplaces.

The paper is devoted to research of existing variants of land reform in Ukraine towards cancelling the moratorium on the sale-purchase of agricultural lands. The authors prove that the financial function of the land is realized insufficiently, which is connected with the absence of open land market and ineffective functioning of state land regulation financial mechanism. The aim of the paper is to substantiate the directions of state land regulation in Ukraine on the basis of evaluating the economic effect of cancelling the moratorium on the sale-purchase of agricultural lands. The authors analyzed three most likely variants of land reform at the current stage of Ukraine’s economy development, and calculated economic effect from its implementation. Based on the calculations, conclusion is made about the feasibility of gradually cancelling the moratorium, which corresponds to third variant under study, which is offered to be implemented in two stages: 1) sale of state and community lands; 2) sale of private lands. Economic effect of implementing such a variant, calculated by the authors, gives a possibility to create additional annual cash flow to local budgets in the amount of 68-83 %, which is more than the revenue of other variants described in the paper. It is proven that for possibility to put the variant offered into practice, it is necessary to observe some prerequisites (organizational, financial, legal and regulatory), valuation of which enabled to offer the directions to improve state land regulation, the realization of which would favor the full functioning of agricultural land market.

The resource utilization performance of a banana production factory in the middle part of Thailand was collected in 2020. The economic analysis and circular economy were used for developing the potential of banana production waste as value-added products. Finally, potential scenarios of value-added banana production were selected by brainstorming with the factory owner based on the circular economy approach. The result found four types of waste in banana production, including wastewater, rejected banana material, banana peel, empty banana bunch, and waste generated from the production process. Nine scenarios for value-added banana production were developed and proposed by the resource performance, economic analysis and circular economy implementation. After brainstorming with the banana factory owner, four potential scenarios for value-added banana production waste under circular economy concept were selected. The details of potential scenarios were as the following: banana powder form rejected banana, bio-compost from banana peels, re-use of wastewater, and sale of solid waste. From this finding, the circular economy concept should be recommended and implemented for enhancing the efficiency of the banana production process.

By sequentially examining the full chain of events starting from the default of firms through the fire-sale of goods towards the write-offs of bad loans, we develop a new matrix of financial transactions. This matrix is incorporated into the transactions-flows matrix of the closed economy consisting of households, firms, and banks. On the basis of the balance sheet and transactions-flows matrices, this study further constructs a stock-flow consistent model of the closed economy. We also provide the results of a numerical simulation and argue that our model allows studying how such key parameters as the probability of default, the rate of fire-sales (new injected parameter), the recovery rate, and interest rates on loans and deposits affect the performance of banks and firms, observing economic dynamics in time.

As an itinerant trading community Ogbomọṣọ is a place where production is not the source of wealth; instead, big wealth is always repatriated from outside, raising a doubt, stemming from its largely invisible productive base, about human ability and achievements. The vocation of selling videos is growing, even if it is not successful yet as a money-making enterprise. But the business itself, by the attractiveness of its market culture, seems to be inviting gradual, systematic and progressive patronage. The business attracts customers, especially the young, by its guarantee of choice and a promise of negotiable power. Consumers can pick and choose among a variety of goods. They are free to collect or construct their relationships with the marketers, depending on what emphasis they place on cost, quality and quantity of goods. For the people of Ogbomọṣọ, whose craving for freedom and success have taken them far afield into other countries, the market enacts a self that can play many roles. The argument is that a local ideology of marketing promotes the sale of videos in their productive contexts and that those who buy them within those contexts act within the framework of the same ideology. Videos deal with knowledge and the various levels of its acquisition. The producers, the marketers and the consumers are engaged in a consideration of the political economy of their time. And, as a form of brokerage, the videos merge all expectations into a conception of history seen from a moralistic standpoint. They are also an illusion for sale when in the Nigerian context they talk about progress.

Abstract In 1599 Valencia celebrated the arrival of an ancient Christian martyr whose remains were the latest addition to the collection of the city’s archbishop, Juan de Ribera (1532-1611). Through an examination of some of Archbishop Ribera’s relic acquisitions, I explore the inner workings of the early modern sacred economy of relics. Ribera’s collection strategies blended distinct modes of exchange and linked him to a clandestine economy of relic theft. These transactions reflected the relic’s own uncertain ontological status as both person and object. This ambivalence became a factor that fostered an atmosphere of anxiety around the early modern relic economy, as did Protestant reformers’ critiques and their upending of the traditional Christian symbolic order. The reaffirmations of the cult of relics by the Tridentine Church stabilized the value of the sacred commodities. The economy of relics illustrates how the sacred constitutes a heretofore underexamined area of inquiry for commodity studies.

The concept of the creative economy governs the advancement of the national economy. 7.1% of GDP is contributed by the creative economy. Malay is one of the cultures that has a considerable influence on the economy. The distinctiveness of Malay culture influences the design and function of items. A distinct culture will also influence the form of a unique product. The public has a high need for culturally-based creative industries. It is evidenced by the increase in income from the creative industry. Utilizing a qualitative strategy with descriptive analysis, the research method is qualitative. This study aims to determine Malay culture role in promoting a creative economy on 5.0 society era. This study concludes that the existence of Malay art and culture is not just dependent on convention factors related to tradition or custom (socio-cultural), but also on artistic factors that make them necessary (economic value), particularly as a tourism industry. This meaning entails the existence of processing (transformation) geared toward taking on the role of a subject of change. On the basis of the explanation provided by the tourists, it can be inferred that culturally-based creative economic items attract customers, hence promoting the creative economy. It indicates that culture plays an important role in promoting the purchase and sale of items from the creative economy.

The purpose of this article is to assess the level of economic security of the Republic of Azerbaijan during the economic transformation of the 1990s. The analyzed period was divided into two stages: the transformation crisis (1992–1995) and economic stabilization and recovery (1996–2000). The strengths and weaknesses of the resource state were also discussed.
The analysis showed that the economic policy of Gaidar Aliyev and the choice of the raw material model of the economy allowed to stabilize the economy in the second half of the 1990s and to initiate a period of economic growth. Thanks to the implemented reforms and investments in the oil and gas sector, the level of economic security in Azerbaijan has increased. The low standard of living of the citizens remained an unresolved problem. Moreover, the growing dependence of the state on the production and sale of oil became a challenge for the economic policy of the Azerbaijani authorities in the following years.

In an open energy market environment, energy retail competition is intensifying. integrated energy service provider (IEPS) with the right to operate regional integrated energy system. Under the requirement of distributed resource transaction access and scheduling security, how to integrate multi-level and multi-type user resources to participate in market operation, allocate resources within the region under its jurisdiction and improve the income of energy purchase and sale is the key for IESP to gain a favourable position in the market competition. Based on the operation framework of IESP including user grading and dynamic combination platform, integrate real-time dynamic combination of user resources into optimal scheduling, aiming at the operating economy of IEPS, an integrated energy purchase-sale decision making and scheduling method for IEPS considering user grading dynamic combination is proposed. Finally, an example is given to analysis through the regional integrated energy system with electric-gas-heat coupling. The results show that by reasonably combining users and scheduling distributed energy and adjustable load. The IESP can ensure the stable operation of the regional energy system, integrate and utilize decentralized resources to participate in the market, and maximize the economic benefits of energy purchase and sale.

A creative economy is based on people’s use of their creative imagination to increase an idea’s value. Howkins’ creativity-based model includes all kinds of creativity, whether expressed in art or innovation. The narrower culture-based models concentrate on arts, design and media and are normally restricted to nominated industries. The problem in this research is how the concept of creative economic development, as well as forms of tourist development policies capable of stimulating the economy and incomes in Sambas district? The method used in this research is the case study approach using SWOT analysis on a matrix approach. Results from this study that the development of the creative economy in Sambas district is to improve the quality of human resources in particular culture-based creative industries such as weaving craft that emerged from the group of small and medium industries, with has a unique and sale value.

The rapid development of technology has influenced the behavior of human life, including the economic aspect. The current shift in economic transactions is more or less shifting from offline to online so that it affects the economic activities of the community which are also growing and expanding. That is why, nowadays internet access is not only needed in urban areas, but also important for rural communities, especially to improve the economic level of their people. This study examines the Impact of Nusa Data Prima Wifi Corner on Economic Improvement and the Impact of using Nusa Data Prima Wifi Corner on Community Economic Improvement in terms of Maqasid Syariah. The qualitative method in this study was carried out through interviews, then documenting the data found, and making observations in the field. This research resulted in the following conclusions: (1) The impact of the wifi corner is an increase in the economy where residents who previously only relied on income from plantation and agricultural products now have other income, both from online sales and from other business results such as buying and selling stocks and brokers buying and selling cars and others, some residents who become partners in the sale of vouchers also benefit from the sale of these vouchers. (2) Judging from the theory of maqashid syari'ah the impact of the existence of Wifi Corner is a form of benefiting dhoruriyah, hajiyyah and tahsiniyah.

Of all the sub‐sectors of the national economy, the banking industry and the property market have arguably been most severely affected by the current recession. Thus, the prevailing credit crunch in real estate finance and market conditions have implication for disposal and valuations of real estate for mortgage purposes. The study examined whether forced sale valuations of mortgage properties were a good proxy for their auction sale prices. Relevant data involving 67 auction sales of foreclosed residential property transactions together with their contemporaneous forced sale valuations were pooled together in Lagos Metropolis during the period 1994 to 2003 from sample of estate surveying and valuation/auctioneering firms, the lending institutions and the Nigeria Deport Insurance Corporation. The data obtained were analyzed with the aid of frequency distributions and multiple regression models. The study revealed, amongst others, that forced sale values are not good proxies for auction sale prices as against the conclusions of previous studies on accuracy of open market valuations either in Nigeria or other countries like UK, USA and Australia. The implications of the foregoing conclusions on the lending decisions and valuation profession in the country were further examined in the paper.

In recent years, the market economy has been booming, and the demand of consumers has begun to become diversified. Consumers’ preferences for products, the sensitivity of product prices, and other factors can often affect the market demand and also make enterprises realize the importance of consumer preferences. The decision-making model of the supply chain with consumer preference composed of a retailer and a third-party presale platform is established, and we analyze the implementation of a single presale model, a single spot-sale model, and decision-making models under the “presale and sale” mode. The equilibrium strategy of centralized decision and decentralized decision under the mode of “presale and sale” is compared, and the influence of the proportion of informed consumers and the exogenous variables of cross-period discount on supply chain decision is further analyzed. The coordination strategy of the decentralized decision supply chain under the mode of “presale and sale” is put forward, and the coordinated operation among supply chain members is realized. The results show that compared with other sales models, the “presale and spot-sale” model is more beneficial to the profit of the supply chain.

Problems of efficiency of tourism development for the urban economy should be considered on the basis of a systematic approach, which involves the establishment of different criteria and indicators for different levels of government, as well as a hierarchy of goals and corresponding efficiency criteria. Based on the analysis, the article summarizes the concept of "tourist potential of the city". It is determined that the main components of tourist potential are resource, economic and social potential. The main methods of determining the tourist potential are identified, including expert, comparative, cartographic, technological, aesthetic methods of analysis. The directions of tourism impact on the economy of the territory are considered. Direct and indirect effects, as well as induced effects of tourism development are considered separately. The interrelation and interaction of different spheres of the city economy and tourism are shown. In the analysis it is necessary to consider significant sectors of the urban economy: hotel, construction, catering, retail, tour operators, industry, wholesale, housing and communal services, communications, transport, insurance and banking, medicine, education and others. To calculate the gross tourist product, calculate the sum of all costs incurred for the production of tourist goods and services for a certain period. These are the costs of tourist consumption, private and public tourism investments. In addition, calculate the amount of all income from the sale of tourist goods and services for a certain period. This income from the sale of tourist goods and services, income from renting rooms, apartments, etc. The use of a multiplier to determine the impact of tourism development on the city economy is proposed. The calculation of tourism multipliers involves determining the total income from the tourism industry and related infrastructure. Comprehensive assessment allows to identify the economic level of tourism development in the territory, the effect, and is also the basis for justification and management decisions. The study showed that in the modern scientific literature there are several types of multipliers. These are multipliers of income, employment, investment, commercial operations, production and sales. The foreign experience of assessment of social and economic effects from the development of the tourist sphere is analyzed and the possibility of its use in the conditions of Ukraine is substantiated.
