A pivotal moment in machine learning research was the creation of an important new research area, known as Ensemble Learning. In this work, we argue that ensembles are a very general concept, and though they have been widely used, they can be applied in more situations than they have been to date. Rather than using them only to combine the output of an algorithm, we can apply them to decisions made inside the algorithm itself, during the learning step. We call this approach Inner Ensembles. The motivation to develop Inner Ensembles was the opportunity to produce models with the similar advantages as regular ensembles, accuracy and stability for example, plus additional advantages such as comprehensibility, simplicity, rapid classification and small memory footprint. The main contribution of this work is to demonstrate how broadly this idea can be applied, and highlight its potential impact on all types of algorithms. To support our claim, we first provide a general guideline for applying Inner Ensembles to different algorithms. Then, using this framework, we apply them to two categories of learning methods: supervised and un-supervised. For the former we chose Bayesian network, and for the latter K-Means clustering. Our results show that 1) the overall performance of Inner Ensembles is significantly better than the original methods, and 2) Inner Ensembles provide similar performance improvements as regular ensembles.

Créateur insatiable à la personnalité complexe, il n’est pas aisé de fixer la physionomie artistique de Paul Iribe. Tour à tour, caricaturiste, journaliste, décorateur, créateur de bijoux, scénographe, styliste, photographe, éditeur, scénariste, metteur en scène, costumier… Iribe, à l’image de Cocteau, avec lequel il partage les premières années de sa vie de créateur, touche à tout avec une facilité et un talent peu communs, défiant ainsi tous ceux qui seraient tenter de l’enfermer dans un domaine artistique. Un constat s’impose. Si Iribe, en ce début des années 1910, est omniprésent dans tous les champs des arts décoratifs, ses créations mobilières semblent peu susciter l’attention de la presse spécialisée française. Ce manque d’intérêt des périodiques français s’explique, en outre, par le choix du jeune créateur de se tenir en dehors de tous circuits commerciaux. Tout en étant très sollicité par une clientèle cossue et « très imité » par ses confrères, Iribe reste en retrait des manifestations officielles. Snobisme à la des Esseintes ou juge-t-il la démarche peu fructueuse en termes de visibilité et donc de rentabilité ? Il y a un certain paradoxe à considérer qu’Iribe fait « tout » pour sortir de l’anonymat et devenir une figure artistique importante de ces années 1910, mais ne fait rien pour soigner sa popularité. Les quelques articles qui lui rendent hommage témoignent de cette effervescence créatrice qui procède à la fois du prodige et de l’art de la dispersion. Pour certains, Iribe est le précurseur de l’Art décoratif moderne, celui « qui montra la voix », pour d’autres, il est davantage l’homme des révolutions avortées, n’exploitant jamais jusqu’au bout ses intuitions géniales. Suivre l’itinéraire artistique de Paul Iribe, c’est à la fois suivre la voie d’un artiste original, farouchement attaché à sa liberté, mais aussi les problématiques esthétiques auxquelles se confrontent les artistes décorateurs modernes en ces années d’avant-guerre où la « querelle du cosmopolitisme » bat son plein. Suivre le parcours de Paul Iribe, c’est appréhender la complexité de cette période charnière, passage d’un style à un autre, de l’Art nouveau à l’Art déco. Ce « nouveau style », qui s’élabore dans les années 1910 doit, en effet, au moins autant à Paul Iribe qu’à des figures aujourd’hui emblématiques de cette transition, tel André Groult. La rose et le galuchat, si caractéristiques de cette période doivent à Iribe ; pour la première son statut iconique, pour le second, sa remise au goût du jour - jusqu’à devenir le symbole de l’Art déco. Exilé aux États-Unis, où il met son talent au service du producteur metteur en scène Cecil DeMille, il passe à côté de l’effervescence des années 1920 et disparait totalement de l’actualité parisienne. Mais, plus pénible encore est l’indifférence dans laquelle les organisateurs de l’Exposition internationale des Arts décoratifs de 1925, le tiennent. Aucun rappel n’est fait de ce style « à la rose ». C’est un oublié. En s’exilant Iribe s’est mis à l’index de toutes les tendances nouvelles - dont il fut l’un des précurseurs - et dont la guerre a accouché. L’aigreur pointe. Le décorateur audacieux des années d’avant-guerre laisse place à un virulent pamphlétaire. Il se lance dans une cabale contre l’art de son temps, et met toute sa fougue au service de la défense des industries du luxe et de l’artisanat. Mais, sont-ce là vraiment ses convictions ? Sa conquête de Gabrielle Chanel et ses talents de publiciste laissent toutefois présager de nouvelles perspectives pour son œuvre. Leur complicité affective, mais aussi artistique, lui est profitable. Auprès de cette dernière compagne, son talent, intact, s’exprime à nouveau sans retenue
An insatiable creator with a complex personality, it is not easy to define the artistic physiognomy of Paul Iribe. In turn, caricaturist, journalist, decorator, jewellery designer, scenographer, stylist, photographer, publisher, screenwriter, director, costume designer, ... Iribe, like Cocteau, with whom he shares the first years of his creative life, touches everything with an uncommon ease and talent, thus defying all those who would be tempted to confine him to an artistic domain. One observation is clear. If Iribe, in the early 1910s, is omnipresent in all fields of the decorative arts, his furniture creations seem to attract little attention from the specialized French press. This lack of interest from French periodicals is explained, among other things, by the young creator's choice to stay outside of all commercial circuits. While being highly sought after by a wealthy clientele and "very imitated" by his colleagues, Iribe remains aloof from official events. Snobbery in the style of des Esseintes, or does he judge the approach to be unproductive in terms of visibility and therefore profitability? There is a certain paradox in considering that Iribe does "everything" to emerge from anonymity and become an important artistic figure of these 10 years but does nothing to cultivate his popularity. The few articles that pay tribute to him testify to this creative effervescence that proceeds both from prodigy and the art of dispersion. For some, Iribe is the precursor of modern Decorative Art, the one "who showed the way", for others, he is more the man of aborted revolutions, never fully exploiting his brilliant intuitions. Also, to follow the artistic itinerary of Paul Iribe is to follow the path of an original artist, fiercely attached to his freedom, but also to follow the aesthetic problems that confront modern decorator artists in these pre-war years when the "cosmopolitanism quarrel" is in full swing. To follow the journey of Paul Iribe is to understand the complexity of this pivotal period, the passage from one style to another, from Art Nouveau to Art Deco. This "new style", which is being developed in the 1910s, owes at least as much to Paul Iribe as to figures now emblematic of this transition, such as André Groult. The rose and the shagreen, so characteristic of this period, owe to Iribe; for the first its iconic status, for the second, its revival, until it becomes the symbol of Art Deco. Exiled to the United States, where he puts his talent at the service of producer-director Cecil DeMille, he misses the effervescence of the 20s and disappears completely from the Parisian scene. But even more painful is the indifference in which the organizers of the 1925 International Exhibition of Decorative Arts hold him. No reminder is made of this "rose" style. He is forgotten. By exiling himself, Iribe has put himself on the index of all the new trends, of which he was one of the precursors, and which the war has given birth to. Bitterness is emerging. The daring decorator of the pre-war years gives way to a virulent pamphleteer. He launches a campaign against the art of his time and puts all his energy into defending the luxury industries and craftsmanship. But are these really his convictions? His conquest of Gabrielle Chanel and his talents as a publicist, however, suggest new perspectives for his work. Their emotional but also artistic complicity is profitable for him. With this last companion, his talent, intact, is expressed again without restraint

Cette these est composee de trois chapitres. Le premier est un rappel des travaux de michael erceg, sur la definition d'un espace metrique flou: metric spaces in fuzzy set theory, j. M. A. , 69, 1979 (205-230). Dans cet article l'auteur a defini un ecart (une distance), flou(e) sur un ensemble flou, prenant ses valeurs dans l'ensemble des reels positif. Dans le deuxieme chapitre on introduit l'ensemble des reels flous positifs, c'est l'ensemble des applications de l'ensemble des reels dans l'intervalle unite, qui sont continues a gauche, croissantes et qui prennent la valeur zero a zero et telles la borne superieure est egale a un. Puis on decrit l'operation d'addition cet ensemble definie par sherwood et m. D. Taylor dans leur article "some pm structures on the set of distribution functions". Le troisieme chapitre constitue le but premier de cette these et consiste a donner une definition d'un quasi-ecart (ecart) flou, sur un ensemble flou, prenant ses valeurs non pas dans l'ensemble des reels positifs, mais dans l'ensemble des reels flous positifs. Puis on definit une uniformite floue sur un espace pseudometrique flou, en utilisant la definition d'une uniformite floue donnee par hutton: "uniformities on fuzzy topological spaces". This single movement work is written for 2 flutes, 2 oboes, 3 clarinets in Bb, bass clarinet in Bb, 2 bassoons, alto saxophone in Eb, 2 horns in F, 2 trumpets in Bb, trombone, euphonium, tuba, contra bass, and 3 percussion. The approximate length is eight minutes. Both traditional and proportional systems of notation are employed. The entire piece is freely chromatic with some implications of whole tone and other nondiatonic scales. The harmonies are tertian yet have no functional tonal basis. Changing meters with asymmetrical divisions are used in all sections except C and E, which have time indications (in seconds) for each measure with subdivisions to aid the conductor. There are seven major formal divisions: A B transition C retransition A' D E.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka, beskriva och analysera musiklärares syn på sitt arbete med gruppdynamik i ensembleundervisning inom olika musikgenrer. Metoden som har använts för att uppnå detta är kvalitativa intervjuer enligt hermeneutisk metod samt analyser. Analyserna utgår från teoretiska perspektiv hämtade från Lewin, Forsyth och Blumer och används för att definiera informanternas syn på ensembler samt beskriva hur olika faktorer påverkar varandra när det gäller dynamik i grupper. Resultatet handlar om hur informanterna definierar grupperna de leder och därigenom vad de anser skapar en grupp. Det handlar även om vilken energi som finns i en grupp, hur informanterna går till väga för att fånga gruppen i stunden samt varför de anser det vara viktigt och hur gruppers sammansättning påverkar gruppdynamiken och lärandesituationen. Sammanfattningen av analysen genom Lewins formel gav bland annat att energin i grupper har en framträdande roll för informanterna, till exempel hur någon(-s) energi påverkar annan(-s) energi. Lärare och elevers dagsform gör att de påverkar på olika sätt samt är olika mycket mottagliga, och att det aldrig går att förutse hur en grupplektion kommer att bli. Analysen genom Lewins formel visar också i informanternas svar att ensemblen är beroende av sammansättningen av elever, vilka elever som kom just den dagen, och vad de varit med om. Lärarens jobb är att kunna hantera situationen i stunden och vara beredd på föränderligheten.
The purpose of this study is to explore, describe and analyze the views of music teachers and their work with group dynamics in student ensembles in various musical genres. The applied method in this study is qualitative interviews according to phenomenological methodology and analysis. The theoretical perspectives are taken from Lewin, Forsyth and Blumer, and are used to define the perspectives of the informants regarding ensembles and how they affect each other regarding group dynamics. The result appertains to how the informants define the groups they are leading, and thus what they consider creates a group. It is also about the energy contained in a group, how the informants are capturing the group at a particular moment and why they believe this is important and how the make-up of a group affects the group dynamics and the learning situation. The summary of the analysis by Lewin's formula states that the energy of the groups have a prominent role for the informants, such as how some/someone’s energy affects another/another’s energy. The emotional state of teachers and students make an impact in different ways and are also affected in various ways, and that it is impossible to predict how a group lesson will be. The analysis by Lewin's formula related to the result also indicates that the ensemble depends on the composition of students. Which students who came that day, and in which mental state they are. The teacher's duty is to handle the situation at hand, and be prepared for the unexpected.

Die Bewertung in den Kategorien Starkniederschlag, Temperaturextreme und Trockenheit erfolgte anhand von Kernaussagen aus der aktuellen Klimadiagnose »Analyse der Klimaentwicklung in Sachsen« (Schriftenreihe, Heft 3/2015) und der »Charakterisierung von meteorologischer Trockenheit« (Schriftenreihe, Heft 7/2015). Hierbei stand auch die Nutzung des Projektionsdatensatzes als Input in der Klimafolgenforschung im Fokus. Neben der Bewertung erfolgte auch die selektive Abschätzung einer Entwicklung bis zum Ende des 21. Jahrhunderts. Die Veröffentlichung richtet sich an regionale Akteure, Planungsbüros, Bildungseinrichtungen und Unternehmen.

The essay Ensemble Piece contemplates the nature of how one observes, labours, and translates as active and passive movements, repeated, reconstructed. The text is a companion piece to the installations Silver Tea and Silver Tea Suite. The works discussed in this text make up the installation Silver Tea. A contemplation of forms that kaleidoscopically revolve around each other, whose imagery, methodologies and forms reflect and morph into one another, a looping, repetitious rhythm that is not, however, confined to a circuitous nature. Silver Tea rests in a space and timeframe between suggestion, intention, and intuition, where gestures and their traces have taken on a life of their own.   Silver Tea, a literal translation of the Swedish word silverte, is a misleading phrase. Silverte is, in its essence, simply a cup of hot water, therefore being neither silver, nor in fact, tea. But sometimes language can imbue in an object a sensation more magical than the sum of its parts. Later, thinking back on my early years in Sweden...

La manipulation et la propagation d'informations incertaines ou imprécises au cours d'un raisonnement sont des questions complexes en IA, en particulier dans le cas de systèmes à multi-sources de connaissances. En effet, dans ce cas, aux problèmes habituels se superposent ceux de la cohérence des déductions effectuées par les différentes sources et de la fusion de ces déductions. Nous présentons dans cette thèse une solution générale à ce problème fondée sur le modèle de blackboard ATOME développé dans notre équipe. Le système résultant a été baptisé ATOMIC. Ce dernier permet la représentation des informations incertaines et imprécises ainsi que leur prise en compte par les sources de connaissances dans la conduite d'un raisonnement. Nous distinguons dans ATOMIC deux types d'agents: les agents du domaine (les spécialistes) et les agents de contrôle (les tâches et les stratégies). Nous avons alors montré que le problème du raisonnement approximatif est différent à ces deux niveaux et nous avons discuté les solutions proposées. Pour valider notre système, nous avons implanté une application réelle d'aide à la décision en maintenance de voirie urbaine ROSY. Cette application a permis de montrer qu'ATOMIC est capable de gérer l'incertitude et l'imprécision. Elle a également mis en évidence la facilité que procure ATOMIC pour la formalisation des connaissances approximatives issues de l'expertise humaine.

ENGLISH ABSTRACT: It is possible to improve on the accuracy of a single neural network by using an ensemble of diverse and accurate networks. This thesis explores diversity in ensembles and looks at the underlying theory and mechanisms employed to generate and combine ensemble members. Bagging and boosting are studied in detail and I explain their success in terms of well-known theoretical instruments. An empirical evaluation of their performance is conducted and I compare them to a single classifier and to each other in terms of accuracy and diversity.
AFRIKAANSE OPSOMMING: Dit is moontlik om op die akkuraatheid van 'n enkele neurale netwerk te verbeter deur 'n ensemble van diverse en akkurate netwerke te gebruik. Hierdie tesis ondersoek diversiteit in ensembles, asook die meganismes waardeur lede van 'n ensemble geskep en gekombineer kan word. Die algoritmes "bagging" en "boosting" word in diepte bestudeer en hulle sukses word aan die hand van bekende teoretiese instrumente verduidelik. Die prestasie van hierdie twee algoritmes word eksperimenteel gemeet en hulle akkuraatheid en diversiteit word met 'n enkele netwerk vergelyk.

The ‘Pierrot’ ensemble of mixed single strings, winds and piano has become standard in contemporary music, yet it is a genre that had neither been categorised nor explored analytically. This novel line-up, derived from Arnold Schoenberg’s Pierrot lunaire, Op. 21 (1912), inspired a new, British-led repertory that influenced composition as much as concert life. I chronicled this lineage of Pierrot ensembles to offer an alternative reading of twentieth-century music and culture. The thesis included analysis of salient works by Peter Maxwell Davies, Elisabeth Lutyens and Humphrey Searle, and drew on research in the Paul Sacher Stiftung (Basel) and Britten-Pears Archive (Aldeburgh), rediscovering previously unpublished works by Harrison Birtwistle and Benjamin Britten.

A partir d'une démarche ethnographique, cette thèse interroge le maintien du repas collectif en Établissement d'Hébergement pom Personnes Âgées Dépendantes (Ehpad). Préconisé par les politiques de santé publique et la littérature professionnelle comme gage de soin et de sociabilité, le repas en commun n'en est pas moins une épreuve quotidienne au sein des établissements, qui impose des ajustements pratiques afin de correspondre, autant que possible, aux attentes sociales qu'il cristallise. Parce qu'il exige chaque jour la mise en groupe des résidents, concentre la vie en collectivité, nous l'examinons comme un dispositif particulier de socialisation de la vieillesse dite dépendante. Deux axes d'analyse sont alors privilégiés. D'une part, il s'agit de saisir le repas collectif en Ehpad comme le résultat d'un travail particulier : un ensemble de manières de faire et de dire qui agissent sur les résidents, et dont les visées principales sont l'incorporation alimentaire et le maintien des dispositions sociales. D'autre part, l'analyse des embarras professionnels qu'un tel travail engage, et les formes d'opposition des résidents qui lui correspondent, permettent de dépasser la seule médicalisation des comportements. Le matériel d'enquête se compose d'observation participante dans trois établissements en tant que membre stagiaire du service de restauration, à laquelle s'ajoute une analyse des recommandations de bonnes pratiques professionnelles rédigées par la Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS) et l'Agence Nationale d'Évaluation des Services sociaux et Médico-sociaux (ANESM). Grâce à une recension de littérature biomédicale, l'appréhension du décalage entre les normes et les pratiques est situé dans un espace de référence plus large, là où se construil de manière savante la prise en charge de la dénutrition. Enfin, une mise en perspective historique du repas en Ehpad, par la prise en compte du repas à l'hospice à la fin du XIXe siècle et les thèses médicales sur la nutrition au grand âge qui lui font suite, fait apparaître l'évolution du traitement de la vieillesse par les consommations. Dans son ensemble, c'est le gouvernement des corps qui est interrogé dans sa disposition à produire des espoirs quant au maintien de la vie matérielle et symbolique des individus reconnus comme vulnérables, supposés bientôt mourir
Based on an ethnographic approach, this dissertation work constitutes an inquiry into the upholding of collective meals within French nursing homes dedicated to the care of dependent elderly populations (Ehpad). Recommended by public health policies and the professional literature as a token of care and sociability, the communal meal is none the less a daily trial within establishments, which commands practical adjustments in order to match, to the extent possible, the social expectations it crystallizes. Because each day it requires residents to be gathered, concentrates community living, we examine it as a particular socializing arrangement for the dependent elderly population. Hence the two lines of analysis we have favored. Firstly, we intend to grasp the Ehpad communal meal as the result of a specific labor: a set of ways of doing and saying that affecl residents, the focal aims of which laying with incorporating food and maintaining social arrangements. Secondly, by analyzing professional embarrassment that this work involves, as well as matching forms ol oppositions on residents' part, we overcome the mere medicalization of behaviors. Inquiry materials comprise participant observation in three establishments as an intern within the restaurant services, together with an analysis of professional best practices written by the French higher health authority and the French national agency for the evaluation of social and medico-social services. Through a review of the biomedical literature, apprehending the gap between norms and practices is placed in a widen reference space, where undernourishment is being built in a scholarly fashion. At last, a historical perspective of the Ehpad meal, through considering late XlXth century hospice meals as well as resulting medical theories on great-age nutrition, brings out the evolutions of elderly's treatment through consumptions. Across this dissertation, we have inquired into the government of bodies, in its disposition to produce hopes as foi maintaining the material and symbolic life of individuals known to be vulnerable and to soon face death

On introduit une nouvelle structure algébrique qui formalise bien les problèmes de reconstruction, assortie d'une conjecture qui permettrait de traiter directement des symétries. Le cadre fournit par cette étude permet de plus d'engendrer des relations qui ont lieu entre les nombres de sous-structures, et d'une certaine façon, la conjecture formulée affirme qu'on les obtient toutes. De plus, la généralisation des résultats précédemment obtenus pour la reconstruction permet de chercher 'a en apprécier les limites en recherchant des cas où ces relations sont optimales. Ainsi, on montre que les théorèmes de V.Müller et de L.Lovasz sont les meilleurs possibles en exhibant des cas limites. Cette généralisation aux algèbres d'invariants, déjà effectuée par P.J.Cameron et V.B.Mnukhin, permet de placer les problèmes de reconstruction en tenaille entre d'une part des relations (fournies) que l'on veut exploiter, et des exemples qui établissent l'optimalité du résultat. Ainsi, sans aucune donnée sur le groupe, le résultat de L.Lovasz est le meilleur possible, et si l'on considère l'ordre du groupe, le résultat de V.Müller est le meilleur possible.

Notre projet se situe dans le domaine de la combinatoire additive. Il s’agit plus précisément de déterminer la taille maximale d’un sous-ensemble A d’un groupe fini G qui ne contient pas de triplets (a,a+d,a+2d) d’éléments distincts. On dit alors que A est sans progression arithmétique. Une telle progression (PA3) est en fait un exemple à la fois simple et naturel de structure additive que l’on s’attend à trouver dans un ensemble « assez gros ». Toute la difficulté consiste à déterminer ce que « assez gros » signifie ici. La recherche de la taille maximale d’un ensemble sans progression arithmétique est un problème désormais classique en combinatoire additive. Elle a donné lieu à des travaux célèbres des meilleurs spécialistes du domaine. On distingue deux aspects du problème : la détermination d’une taille au-delà de laquelle on est assuré que A possède des PA3, ce qui donne une majoration de la taille maximale d’un ensemble sans PA3, et la construction de gros ensembles sans PA3, ce qui en donne une minoration. Nous insisterons plus particulièrement sur la construction d’ensembles sans PA3 dans les groupes finis Z_q^n avec q petit. On commencera par une optimisation numérique des ensembles de base utilisés dans les constructions déjà connues et une généralisation à d’autres entiers q. On cherchera également à adapter une construction de Ruzsa à ce contexte. Cela permettra d‘aborder les difficultés de manière progressive en commençant par des manipulations combinatoires sur un groupe de base de petit cardinal autorisant donc une approche numérique
Our project lies in the field of additive combinatorics. More precisely, we seek the maximal size of a progression free subset of a finite group G, meaning a subset with no three distinct elements of the form a, a+d, a+2d (called a 3AP for 3 arithmetic progression). A 3AP is a simple and natural pattern that we expect to find in a 'large enough' set and we shall try to precise what 'large enough' means here. Trying to determine the maximal size of a progression free set is now a classical problem in additive combinatorics, on which many of the best experts have worked. There are two different aspects in this problem : to determine a minimal size for A which assures the existence of 3AP in A, this gives an upper bound for the maximal size of a progression free set; to build some large progression free sets, this gives a lower bound for this maximal size. We will insist on the constructive part in the context of groups Z_q^n with small q. We shall also try to adapt a construction by Ruzsa to this context. The progression of this work should be from some combinatorial constructions, allowing numerical approach, to more theoretical concepts

En la actualidad, no existe gran variedad de herramientas que permitan a la comunidad de desarrolladores Android implementar aplicaciones orientadas a entornos de múltiples pantallas y que, adicionalmente, les permitan cumplir con lo descrito por Ensemble Interactions y los patrones de diseño definidos para estos entornos, los cuales, en conjunto, son conceptos que proponen el trabajo en conjunto de todos los dispositivos disponibles en un mismo entorno. Por otro lado, de las pocas herramientas que permiten el desarrollo de este tipo de aplicaciones, algunas han sido implementadas por grandes empresas desarrolladoras de dispositivos móviles que limitan sus herramientas para que funcionen únicamente con los dispositivos que le pertenecen. Por todo ello, este trabajo busca implementar una herramienta que permita a la comunidad de desarrolladores Android desarrollar aplicaciones móviles orientadas a entornos de múltiples dispositivos y que se alineen a lo definido por Ensemble Interactions y los patrones de diseño. Dicha herramienta basará la interacción entre los dispositivos sobre una red Wi-Fi sin la necesidad que esta cuente con acceso a internet. Asimismo, esta herramienta estará disponible en dos versiones, una para el desarrollo de aplicaciones Android y otra para el desarrollo de aplicaciones en Samsung Smart TVs. A continuación, en el primer capítulo se expondrá el proyecto y su gestión. Luego, se dará paso al marco teórico sobre el que se basa este trabajo. En el tercer capítulo se analizará a detalle la situación actual de todas herramientas y tecnologías que permiten desarrollar aplicaciones orientadas a entornos de múltiples pantallas. A continuación, en el quinto capítulo describirá la metodología de trabajo empleada en el desarrollo de este proyecto y los resultados obtenidos. En el sexto capítulo se presentará el producto final del trabajo y las medidas de gestión tomadas a lo largo de su desarrollo. Finalmente, se listarán las conclusiones y recomendaciones propuestas con este trabajo.

Definir e implementar un SDK que integre las principales características definidas por Ensemble Interactions (EI). Para ello, se analizarán e implementarán los patrones descritos por E.I. De esta forma, la investigación brindará el marco teórico necesario para el correcto entendimiento de EI y los seis patrones principales que lo definen. La interpretación de los resultados obtenidos en el análisis de los patrones será fundamental debido a que esta será la base que respaldara los artefactos que se realizaran a lo largo del proyecto. Asimismo, la implementación se dividirá en entregables: Desarrollar un SDK que permita la conectividad entre los dispositivos mediante WiFi y Bluetooth, así como implementar dos pruebas de concepto que implementen los patrones descritos por EI, por último, desarrollar una aplicación final que integre las características principales de Ensemble Interactions. Con respecto a los riesgos presentes en el desarrollo del proyecto, se ha remarcado el hecho que, actualmente, no existe una aplicación que integre todos los conceptos descritos por EI en los dispositivos Apple, por lo cual plantear el desarrollo de una aplicación que lo haga es un reto significativo. Asimismo, un riesgo fundamental del proyecto es la correcta interpretación de los patrones y su implementación.
Nowadays, there are not many tools that allow IOS developer community implement applications oriented to multi-display environments and, additionally, to fulfill what is described by Ensemble Interactions and the design patterns defined for these environments, which are concepts that propose the joint work of all available devices in the same environment. On the other hand, of the few tools that allow the development of such applications, some have been implemented by large companies that also develop mobile devices and limit their tools to work with only those devices from their own. Therefore, this paper seeks to implement a tool that allows IOS developer communitydevelop mobile applications for multiple devices environments that meet what is described by Ensemble Interactions and design patterns. This tool base the interaction between devices on a Wi-Fi network without access to the internet and Bluetooth. Then, in the first chapter the project and its management will be discussed. Then, the theoretical framework on which this work is based. The third chapter will analyze in detail the current status of all tools and technologies that allow the development of multi-display environments applications. Then, the fifth chapter will describe the methodology employed in the development of this project and the results obtained. In the sixth chapter, the final product of labor and management measures taken during its development will be presented. Finally, conclusions and recommendations proposed in this work are listed.

Clustering is an unsupervised learning paradigm that partitions a given dataset into clusters so that objects in the same cluster are more similar to each other than to the objects in the other clusters. However, when clustering algorithms are used individually, their results are often inconsistent and unreliable. This research applies the philosophy of Ensemble learning that combines multiple partitions using a consensus function in order to address these issues to improve a clustering performance. A clustering ensemble framework is presented consisting of three phases: Ensemble Member Generation, Consensus and Evaluation. This research focuses on two points: the consensus function and ensemble diversity. For the first, we proposed three new consensus functions: the Object-Neighbourhood Clustering Ensemble (ONCE), the Dual-Similarity Clustering Ensemble (DSCE), and the Adaptive Clustering Ensemble (ACE). ONCE takes into account the neighbourhood relationship between object pairs in the similarity matrix, while DSCE and ACE are based on two similarity measures: cluster similarity and membership similarity. The proposed ensemble methods were tested on benchmark real-world and artificial datasets. The results demonstrated that ONCE outperforms the other similar methods, and is more consistent and reliable than k-means. Furthermore, DSCE and ACE were compared to the ONCE, CO, MCLA and DICLENS clustering ensemble methods. The results demonstrated that on average ACE outperforms the state-of-the-art clustering ensemble methods, which are CO, MCLA and DICLENS. On diversity, we experimentally investigated all the existing measures for determining their relationship with the ensemble quality. The results indicate that none of them are capable of discovering a clear relationship and the reasons for this are: (1) they all are inappropriately defined to measure the useful difference between the members, and (2) none of them have been used directly by any consensus function. Therefore, we point out that these two issues need to be addressed in future research.

The European Saxophone Ensemble was formed by twelve young saxophone players from twelve different countries of the European Union. Every year toured at least seven countries of EU and for each of the years were composed 5 - 6 new pieces from the authors of different nationalities and different music preferences. This project was held in the years 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. It was organized by the association MET-X, whose main target is to connect different cultures with music. My theses is focused on theoretical and practical knowledge of European grant program Culture. The centre of the theses is the grant program strand 2. Support for organizations active at European level in the field of Culture from which the MET-X was benefiting. It should be also a documentation and resume of the whole project European Saxophone Ensemble.

This thesis presents analytic samplers for the [beta]-Wishart and [beta]-MANOVA ensembles with diagonal covariance. These generalize the [beta]-ensembles of Dumitriu-Edelman, Lippert, Killip-Nenciu, Forrester-Rains, and Edelman-Sutton, as well as the classical [beta] = 1, 2,4 ensembles of James, Li-Xue, and Constantine. Forrester discovered a sampler for the [beta]-Wishart ensemble around the same time, although our proof has key differences. We also derive the largest eigenvalue pdf for the [beta]-MANOVA case. In infinite-dimensional random matrix theory, we find the moments of the Wachter law, and the Jacobi parameters and free cumulants of the McKay and Wachter laws. We also present an algorithm that uses complex analysis to solve "The Moment Problem." It takes the first batch of moments of an analytic, compactly-supported distribution as input, and it outputs a fine discretization of that distribution.

Tailored graph ensembles are a developing bridge between statistical mechanics and biological networks. In this thesis, this concept is used to generate a suite of rigorous mathematical tools to quantify and compare the topology of cellular signalling networks. Earlier published results to quantify the entropy of constrained random graph ensembles are extended by looking at constraints relating to directed graphs, bipartite graphs, neighbourhood compositions and generalised degrees. To incorporate constraints relating to the average number of short loops, a number of innovative techniques are reviewed and extended, moving the analysis beyond the usual tree-like assumption. The generation of unbiased sample networks under some of these new constraints is studied. A series of illustrations of how these concepts may be applied to systems biology are developed. Topological observables are obtained from real biological networks and the entropy of the associated random graph ensemble is calculated. Certain studies on over-represented motifs are replicated and the influence of the choice of null model is considered. The correlation between the topological role of each protein and its lethality is studied in yeast. Throughout, this document aims to promote looking at a network as a realisation satisfying certain constraints rather than just as a list of nodes and edges. This may initially seem to be an abstract approach, but it is in fact a more natural viewpoint within which to consider many fundamental questions regarding the origin, function and design of observed real networks.

Em diversos domínios, além das informações sobre os objetos ou entidades que os compõem, existem, também, informaçõoes a respeito das relações entre esses objetos. Alguns desses domínios são, por exemplo, as redes de co-autoria, e as páginas Web. Nesse sentido, é natural procurar por técnicas de classificação que levem em conta estas informações. Dentre essas técnicas estão as denominadas classificação baseada em grafos, que visam classificar os exemplos levando em conta as relações existentes entre eles. Este trabalho aborda o desenvolvimento de métodos para melhorar o desempenho de classificadores baseados em grafos utilizando estratégias de ensembles. Um classificador ensemble considera um conjunto de classificadores cujas predições individuais são combinadas de alguma forma. Este classificador normalmente apresenta um melhor desempenho do que seus classificadores individualmente. Assim, foram desenvolvidas três técnicas: a primeira para dados originalmente no formato proposicional e transformados para formato relacional baseado em grafo e a segunda e terceira para dados originalmente já no formato de grafo. A primeira técnica, inspirada no algoritmo de boosting, originou o algoritmo KNN Adaptativo Baseado em Grafos (A-KNN). A segunda ténica, inspirada no algoritmo de Bagging originou trê abordagens de Bagging Baseado em Grafos (BG). Finalmente, a terceira técnica, inspirada no algoritmo de Cross-Validated Committees, originou o Cross-Validated Committees Baseado em Grafos (CVCG). Os experimentos foram realizados em 38 conjuntos de dados, sendo 22 conjuntos proposicionais e 16 conjuntos no formato relacional. Na avaliação foi utilizado o esquema de 10-fold stratified cross-validation e para determinar diferenças estatísticas entre classificadores foi utilizado o método proposto por Demsar (2006). Em relação aos resultados, as três técnicas melhoraram ou mantiveram o desempenho dos classificadores bases. Concluindo, ensembles aplicados em classificadores baseados em grafos apresentam bons resultados no desempenho destes
In many fields, besides information about the objects or entities that compose them, there is also information about the relationships between objects. Some of these fields are, for example, co-authorship networks and Web pages. Therefore, it is natural to search for classification techniques that take into account this information. Among these techniques are the so-called graphbased classification, which seek to classify examples taking into account the relationships between them. This paper presents the development of methods to improve the performance of graph-based classifiers by using strategies of ensembles. An ensemble classifier considers a set of classifiers whose individual predictions are combined in some way. This combined classifier usually performs better than its individual classifiers. Three techniques have been developed: the first applied for originally propositional data transformed to relational format based on graphs and the second and the third applied for data originally in graph format. The first technique, inspired by the boosting algorithm originated the Adaptive Graph-Based K-Nearest Neighbor (A-KNN). The second technique, inspired by the bagging algorithm led to three approaches of Graph-Based Bagging (BG). Finally the third technique, inspired by the Cross- Validated Committees algorithm led to the Graph-Based Cross-Validated Committees (CVCG). The experiments were performed on 38 data sets, 22 datasets in propositional format and 16 in relational format. Evaluation was performed using the scheme of 10-fold stratified cross-validation and to determine statistical differences between the classifiers it was used the method proposed by Demsar (2006). Regarding the results, these three techniques improved or at least maintain the performance of the base classifiers. Ensemble regression (ER) is a linear inversion technique that uses ensemble statistics from atmospheric model output to make dynamical inferences and forecasts. ER defines a multivariate regression operator using ensemble forecasts and analyses to determine the most probable predict and perturbation associated with the prescribed predictor perturbation resolved by linear combinations of the predictor ensemble anomalies. Because it employs flow-dependent ensemble data, as opposed to the stationary time series data typically used to make statistical forecasts, ER is capable of modeling synoptic scale processes with rapidly evolving covariances. This characteristic is applied in several ways. Firstly, it is shown that the classical dynamical piecewise potential vorticity (PV) inversion of the PV perturbation effectively resolved by the ER operator yields nearly identical geopotential heights to those deduced from an ER performed in the subspace of the leading PV singular vectors. Secondly, using the example of the lagged sensitivity of tropical cyclone tracks to preexisting midtropospheric heights, ER is used to infer dynamical relationships from statistical sensitivities, to identify, in real-time, the dynamical processes that are particularly relevant to specific forecast decisions, and to make preemptive forecasts. Thirdly, it is shown that singular vectors deduced from the ER operator approximate those from the analysis error covariance normed tangent linear model operator, suggesting a simple alternative method for computing singular vectors. Given that ER results are a function of forecast ensemble reliability, theory and applications of a multivariate ensemble reliability verification technique called the minimum spanning tree rank histogram are presented.

Experiments using Euclidean, variance, and Mahalanobis norms for defining minimum spanning tree distances imply that, unless the number of ensemble members is less than or equal to the number of dimensions being verified, the Mahalanobis norm transforms a spanning tree into a space where model imperfections are most readily identified.

Distributional semantics allows models of linguistic meaning to be derived from observations of language use in large amounts of text. By modeling the meaning of words in semantic (vector) space on the basis of co-occurrence information, distributional semantics permits a quantitative interpretation of (relative) word meaning in an unsupervised setting, i.e., human annotations are not required. The ability to obtain inexpensive word representations in this manner helps to alleviate the bottleneck of fully supervised approaches to natural language processing, especially since models of distributional semantics are data-driven and hence agnostic to both language and domain. All that is required to obtain distributed word representations is a sizeable corpus; however, the composition of the semantic space is not only affected by the underlying data but also by certain model hyperparameters. While these can be optimized for a specific downstream task, there are currently limitations to the extent the many aspects of semantics can be captured in a single model. This dissertation investigates the possibility of capturing multiple aspects of lexical semantics by adopting the ensemble methodology within a distributional semantic framework to create ensembles of semantic spaces. To that end, various strategies for creating the constituent semantic spaces, as well as for combining them, are explored in a number of studies. The notion of semantic space ensembles is generalizable across languages and domains; however, the use of unsupervised methods is particularly valuable in low-resource settings, in particular when annotated corpora are scarce, as in the domain of Swedish healthcare. The semantic space ensembles are here empirically evaluated for tasks that have promising applications in healthcare. It is shown that semantic space ensembles – created by exploiting various corpora and data types, as well as by adjusting model hyperparameters such as the size of the context window and the strategy for handling word order within the context window – are able to outperform the use of any single constituent model on a range of tasks. The semantic space ensembles are used both directly for k-nearest neighbors retrieval and for semi-supervised machine learning. Applying semantic space ensembles to important medical problems facilitates the secondary use of healthcare data, which, despite its abundance and transformative potential, is grossly underutilized.

ENGLISH ABSTRACT:In this thesis we discuss some of the anomalies present in systems with long-range interactions, for instance negative speci c heat and negative magnetic susceptibility, and show how they can be related to the convexity properties of the thermodynamic potentials and nonequivalence of ensembles. We also discuss the possibility of engineering long-range quantum spin systems with cold atoms in optical lattices to experimentally verify the existence of nonequivalence of ensembles. We then formulate an expression for the density of states when the energy and magnetisation correspond to a pair of non-commuting operators. Finally we analytically compute the entropy s( ;m) as a function of energy, , and magnetisation, m, for the anisotropic Heisenberg model with Curie-Weiss type interactions. The results show that the entropy is non-concave in terms of magnetisation under certain circumstances which in turn indicates that the microcanonical and canonical ensembles are not equivalent and that the magnetic susceptibility is negative. After making an appropriate change of variables we show that a second-order phase transition can be present at negative temperatures in the microcanonical ensemble which cannot be represented in the canonical ensemble.
AFRIKAANSE OPSOMMING: In hierdie tesis bespreek ons van die onverwagte eienskappe wat sisteme met lang afstand wisselwerkings kan openbaar, byvoorbeeld negatiewe spesi eke warmte en negatiewe magnetiese suseptibiliteit. Ons dui ook die ooreenkoms tussen hierdie gedrag en die konveksiteit van die termodinamiese potensiale en nie-ekwivalente ensembles aan. Hierna bespreek ons die moontlikheid om lang afstand kwantum spin sisteme te realiseer met koue atome in 'n optiese rooster. Daarna wys ons hoe dit moontlik is om 'n uitdrukking vir die digtheid van toestande te formuleer vir sisteme waar die energie en magnetisasie ooreenstem met operatore wat nie met mekaar kommuteer nie. Uiteindelik bepaal ons die entropie, s( ;m), in terme van die energie, , en magnetisasie, m, vir die anisotropiese Heisenberg model met Curie-Weiss tipe interaksies. Die resultate wys dat die entropie onder sekere omstandighede nie konkaaf in terme van magnetisasie is nie. Dit, op sy beurt, dui aan dat die mikrokanoniese en kanoniese ensembles nie ekwivalent is nie en dat die magnetiese suseptibiliteit negatief kan wees. Nadat ons 'n toepaslike transformasie van veranderlikes maak, wys ons dat 'n tweede orde fase-oorgang by negatiewe temperature kan plaasvind in die mikrokanoniese ensemble wat nie verteenwoordig kan word in die kanoniese ensemble nie.

Neste trabalho estudamos alguns modelos com conservacao de particulas, que apresentam uma transicao de fase entre um estado estacionario ativo e infinitos estados absorventes. Os estados ativos de cada modelo sao compostos por configuracoes equiprovaveis, correspondendo, de acordo com a formulacao gibbsiana da Mecanica Estatistica, a um ensemble microcanonico. Efetuando uma mudanca de ensemble, podemos calcular as grandezas fisicas para cada um destes modelos utilizando a tecnica de matrizes de transferencia, explicada neste trabalho. Realizamos simulacoes destes modelos e confirmamos as hipoteses que sustentam o uso desta tecnica. Por fim, analisamos dois modelos derivados dos anteriores que nao podem ser estudados com base nesta tecnica.
In this work we studied some models with particle conservation which present a phase transition between an active stationary state and infinitely many absorbing states. The active states of each model consist of equiprobable configurations, corresponding, according to Gibbs's formulation of Statistical Mechanics, to a microcanonical ensemble. Carrying out an ensemble change, we can calculate the physical quantities for each one of these models using the transfer matrix technique, explained in this work. We performed simulations of these models and confirmed the hypothesis that sustain the use of this technique. Finally, we analysed two models derived from the previous ones for which this technique cannot be applied.

This study examines the ways in which ensemble theatre making can contribute to citizenship education. A range of political theories construct the framework for democratic politics and active citizenship which, in turn, become the pedagogical basis for the ensemble model of theatre learning. Outstanding political theories, such as Castoriadis’ theory of the imaginary institution of society and Habermas’ model for communicative action, structure a theoretical basis which constitutes an ideal definition for democratic politics and active citizenship. This framework becomes the pedagogic ground of ensemble theatre that constitutes a collective process of theatre making and, therefore, aims to function as a democratic learning experience in the art of theatre. In this context, a research praxis that combines methodological elements from action research and case study is conducted in two high-schools of Athens and examines students’ perceptions of politics, while at the same time explores their responses to an artistic, learning experience that interacts with their own initiatives, group decisions, and socio-artistic actions. Following this methodological route that integrates both an interventionist and an interpretive interest, the fieldwork is developed as a dialogic action between the ideal conception of ensemble theatre making and the real conditions that are encountered in the educational contexts. In this context, the analysis and the interpretation of the data provides information about the ways in young people perceive arts and politics, the ways in which they experience and develop collectiveness and active participation as well as the ways in which these perceptions determine their citizenship skills. Finally, the impact of ensemble theatre process is examined in relation to the above mentioned perceptions and conditions of political socialisation.

Sammanfattning

I min undersökning har jag haft som syfte att undersöka läroplan för de frivilliga skolformerna Lpf 94 och där visa på hur ämnet ensemble beskrivits i styrdokumenten mot bakgrund av tidigare forskning. Därtill har jag genom fyra kvalitativa intervjuer undersökt hur de intervjuade lärarna sätter upp mål, tolkar undervisningens syfte och planerar undervisningen i jämförelse med vad som står i läroplanen. Frågeställningarna var: Hur har ensemble beskrivits som aktivitet/ämne i styrdokumentet Lpf 94 mot bakgrund mot traditioner som funnits i tidigare läroplaner? Hur planerar, lägger fokus, sätter upp mål och tolkar lärarna ensembleundervisningens syfte i jämförelse med vad som står i läroplanen? Det som framgår i Lpf 94 är bristen på en tydlig anvisning om hur mycket/lite, ensemble som ska ingå i musikundervisningen vid gymnasieprogrammen. Endast Estetiska programmet inriktning musik beskrivs ensemblelektionernas riktlinjer och innehåll lite tydligare. Decentraliseringen av skolan från statlig styrning till kommunstyrt är en orsak till Lpf 94 otydliga anvisningar i musikundervisningen. Enligt skolverkets undersökning av den kommunala styrningen lämnar de flesta kommuner det mesta av ansvaret till skolan. I en del skolor förekommer otydligt formulerade målbeskrivningar av ämnet. Detta kan innebära att lärare håller fast vid äldre tiders traditionella undervisning och äldre mer styrande läroplaner. Av mina intervjuade arbetade två av musiklärarna på estetiska programmet och de andra två på gymnasiets övriga program. Likheter mellan de intervjuade musiklärarnas i upplägg och planering låg i hur de ville att ensemblespelandet skulle låta, att grupperna fungerande och att låtarna skulle passa gruppen alternativt att gruppen skulle passa till låtarna. Skillnaderna låg i hur lärarna såg på sin egen roll, elevens roll och ämnets roll. Tre av musiklärarna har ett essentialistiskt förhållningssätt och en lärare har ett progressivistiskt synsätt. Lärarna i intervjun anser sig inte ha någon särskild användning av läroplanen, till de är de för grovt skrivna och generella i sitt upplägg. I min undersökning kan jag se att de intervjuade lärarna trots sin egen utsaga om läroplanens oanvändbarhet utgår ifrån innehållet i läroplanen om än tolkat utifrån sina egna mål och syften.

Context. The problem of obtaining predictions from stream data involves training on the labeled instances and suggesting the class values for the unseen stream instances. The nature of the data-stream environments makes this task complicated. The large number of instances, the possibility of changes in the data distribution, presence of noise and drifting concepts are just some of the factors that add complexity to the problem. Various supervised-learning algorithms have been designed by putting together efficient data-sampling, ensemble-learning, and incremental-learning methods. The performance of the algorithm is dependent on the chosen methods. This leaves an opportunity to design new supervised-learning algorithms by using different combinations of constructing methods. Objectives. This thesis work proposes a fast and accurate supervised-learning algorithm for performing predictions on the data-streams. This algorithm is called as Boosted-Window Ensemble (BWE), which is invented using the mixture-of-experts technique. BWE uses Sliding Window, Online Boosting and incremental-learning for data-sampling, ensemble-learning, and maintaining a consistent state with the current stream data, respectively. In this regard, a sliding window method is introduced. This method uses partial-updates for sliding the window on the data-stream and is called Partially-Updating Sliding Window (PUSW). The investigation is carried out to compare two variants of sliding window and three different ensemble-learning methods for choosing the superior methods. Methods. The thesis uses experimentation approach for evaluating the Boosted-Window Ensemble (BWE). CPU-time and the Prediction accuracy are used as performance indicators, where CPU-time is the execution time in seconds. The benchmark algorithms include: Accuracy-Updated Ensemble1 (AUE1), Accuracy-Updated Ensemble2 (AUE2), and Accuracy-Weighted Ensemble (AWE). The experiments use nine synthetic and five real-world datasets for generating performance estimates. The Asymptotic Friedman test and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test are used for hypothesis testing. The Wilcoxon-Nemenyi-McDonald-Thompson test is used for performing post-hoc analysis. Results. The hypothesis testing suggests that: 1) both for the synthetic and real-wrold datasets, the Boosted Window Ensemble (BWE) has significantly lower CPU-time values than two benchmark algorithms (Accuracy-updated Ensemble1 (AUE1) and Accuracy-weighted Ensemble (AWE). 2) BWE returns similar prediction accuracy as AUE1 and AWE for synthetic datasets. 3) BWE returns similar prediction accuracy as the three benchmark algorithms for the real-world datasets. Conclusions. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can be as accurate as the state-of-the-art benchmark algorithms, while obtaining predictions from the stream data. The results further show that the use of Partially-Updating Sliding Window has resulted in lower CPU-time for BWE as compared with the chunk-based sliding window method used in AUE1, AUE2, and AWE.

Además, se desea lograr la implementación de los 6 patrones de diseño definidos por el estudio alemán Precious Design, con respecto a su investigación en el campo del ecosistema compuesto por múltiples pantallas. Por ello, esta investigación brindará un marco teórico detallando los conceptos de Ensemble Interactions y los 6 patrones que lo definen. Los resultados de la investigación realizada, respecto a los temas asociados a Ensemble Interactions, será el punto de partida y la base que dará soporte a los artefactos que se harán a lo largo de la realización del proyecto. Por otro lado, para representar los resultados de la investigación, se desarrollarán 3 demos que servirán para la implementación y definición del SDK. Por último, se implementarán 2 aplicaciones, utilizando el sdk, que cumplirán con todos los lineamientos y patrones de Ensemble Interactions y estarán orientadas al ámbito empresarial y al ámbito de hogar respectivamente. Para el desarrollo de proyecto se ha definido procesos, de los cuales primero se encuentra la investigación y definición del proyecto. También, la realización de 3 demos que abarquen los patrones de Ensemble Interactions. Luego, la definición, implementación y validación de las demos. This project objective is the implementation and definition of a SDK (Software Development Hit) that can be used to develop universal application by integrating the features described by Ensemble Interactions guidelines. In addition, we want to achieve the implementation of 6 design patterns defined by the German Precious Design studio, with respect to his research in the ecosystem field composed of multiple screens. Therefore, this research will provide a theoretical framework about the concepts of Ensemble Interactions and the 6 patterns that defines it. The results of the investigation, about the issued associated with Ensemble Interactions, will be the starting point and the base that will support the artifacts that will be made throughout the project. On the other hand, to show the results of the investigation, three demos will be developed that will be useful for the implementation and definition of the SDK. Finally, two applications will be developed using the SDK, which comply with all guidelines and patterns of Ensemble Interactions and it will be targeted to the business and home range respectively. For the project development we have defined different processes, which first is the research and definition of the project. Also, the development of the three demos covering Ensemble Interactions patterns. Then the definition, implementation and validation of the three demos. Moreover, the development of the two applications orientated to the business and home range respectively. Finally, the development of a web portal web the SDK is stored and everything about the project is documented. The project scope has been defined and contemplated to be accomplished over two academic terms.
