Because of the high Incidence, and the possible resulting vocational disability it is very likely that rehabilitation counselors, particularly those employed in medical settings and the state, federal system, will work with women who have breast cancer and are eligible for services. Cancer of the breast may have significant impact on the emotional and psychological constructs of the individual, as it affects not only the patient, but her family as well and may interfere with, and disrupt the organization of the family, social, financial, education, vocational goals, and indeed the very definition of the family unit. Suggestions are made for some counseling techniques which may be used in dealing with these problems.

Abstract (sommario):
The article presents a survey of foreign literature on various aspects of the theory and practice of psychological counseling for Muslims. Psychological counseling for Muslims is a professional psychological aid which uses knowledge about the peculiarities of the client’s faith that are important for him as an individual: his religious views, religious language, sacred stories and legends, sacral practices, as well as the traditions and customs of Muslim peoples. The possibilities of using such spiritual practices as Islamic meditation and Islamic reasoning in psychological work with Muslims are shown. Also the article provides an analysis of the main problems arising during the family therapy of Muslims and describes the professional qualities of a psychologist that are necessary for effective work with clients who profess Islam. In conclusion, it is shown that the solution of psychological problems of believers is difficult or impossible to achieve without a trust that is formed between a client and a psychologist and based on their mutual understanding of religious matters.

The medical aspects of hypercholesterolemia have been studied extensively, but little research has addressed the psychological aspects of screening and treatment of the disease. This study compared the functioning of 32 children, ages 8 to 11 years, and their respective families. Eighteen children had hypercholesterolemia, and 14 had normal cholesterol levels. Responses on several psychological measures showed no differences between the two groups. Thus, hypercholesterolemia appears not to cause major psychological difficulties for children and their families. Analysis showed that those families reporting good dietary choices were more cohesive, more organized, and less conflictual than families who reported fair-to-poor dietary choices. Thus, family functioning may be related to dietary practices. These findings suggest that concern about negative psychological consequences of cholesterol screening is unfounded. Also, families for whom dietary modifications are critical may benefit from family-centered treatment as well as dietary counseling.

Severe chronic disease always negatively impacts the psyche of the patient, regardless what organs or organ systems are affected. There are several factors contributing to mental health and serenity, e.g.: quality of health care, social and economic support, personality predisposition of the patient, their partnership, family and wider society relations. Shedding of friendly relations and leisure activities, as well as problems in the partnership are the most serious factors that produce frustration, anger, low self-esteem or even a sense of futility. These emotions, along with pain and fear of disease and fear from the future in many cases eventually lead to depression. Therefore we consider it necessary to pay attention not only to the physical condition of the patient with a rare disease, but also to their psyche; in the broader context of partnership and parenthood. In case of a pediatric patient comfort and serenity of parents has a strongly harmonizing effect on the physical and mental condition of the child. The article deals in detail with the symptoms of distress of the patient and his family, and finally defines the goals of psychological counseling and therapy, including family therapy as a whole.

Mental health of people is an important individual and social resource, especially in the modern Serbian society, which has problems with demography. Without full mental health, a person is not aware of himself and his abilities, and he cannot develop to his full capacity. Therefore, a person cannot contribute to his own well-being, and also be a productive member of the social community. It is the basis of well-being, both for individuals and a healthy society, as well as one of the sources of strategic culture. The existence of awareness of the mental health problems of the nation, especially the young population, is a segment of strategic culture. There are many factors that affect mental health, and the three main ones are biological, psychological and social factors. Only if we take into account the interaction of these three factors we can talk about mental disorder as a phenomenon. Our goal is to gain the insight into those social, sociological, economic and psychological factors that can produce negative consequences for mental health, in this case the occurrence and development of neurotic disorders in the population of young people in Belgrade. This paper presents the data from the study conducted in 2013, which dealt with socio-economic aspects of neurotic disorder in the youth population in Belgrade. The general goal of the research is to determine which economic and (or) social factors can influence the occurrence of neurotic disorders to these young people. The findings of the research indicate that young people who suffer from neurotic disorders are materially and psychologically dependent on their parents. In the families of the respondents, there is a strong psychological mutual connection, especially in the relationship between the respondent and their mothers. When it comes to family members, the mother is the mainstay of financial, moral and counseling support for the respondents. Psychological dependence on emotional objects of security is one of the important features of neurotic disorder, and in our country it represents a typical pattern of behavior, a culture-based relationship between parents and children.

The COVID pandemic has made a more rigorous comeback in 2021 with severely impactful second waves in many countries especially India. In contrast to the previous year, in the second wave the younger population and entire families have been affected at a given time. Medical management by the family physician involves not only individual treatment and monitoring, but also guiding the family as a whole on many related aspects. COVID family care is one of the cornerstones of the pandemic, and can present with unique challenges, differential symptomatology and clinical course, and multifaceted problems to the physician. Apart from treating the disease itself, the physician’s expanded role also involves advising the family on holistic health and well-being, isolation and household hygiene, available support services, along with stress management and psychological counseling. Sharing of insights and learnings from such situations can add value towards a more effective approach to COVID family care.

There is a need for individuals trained in professional practice that cannot be met by psychologists and psychiatrists. Because the American Psychological Association (APA) maintains that the minimum requirement for the independent practice of psychology is a doctorate degree, master’s-level programs significantly increased and produce graduates in professions separate from psychology. These master’s-level clinicians are more likely to identify professionally with the standards and values endorsed by counseling, marriage and family therapy, and social work organizations (McPherson, Pisecco, Elman, Crosbie-Burnett, & Sayger, 2000). Given the number of master’s-level clinicians working side by side with clinical psychologists, this article aims to provide a brief introduction of the master’s-level clinicians. Furthermore, it focuses on the counseling profession because it has the largest overlap with psychology. In the discussion, the authors highlight strengths of master’s-level training in counseling as well as identify areas that could be informed by the field of psychology. Similarly, this article discusses aspects of training that master’s-level counselors receive, which may inform the field of applied psychology, such as skill-training models and the credentialing of supervisors.

The high rate of divorce, especially in West Sumatra, is an important note for religious extension workers to increase their role and quality in providing counseling. Therefore, fast and progressive action is needed to overcome this. Another phenomenon revealed from the above data is that the divorce case is dominated by the wife's lawsuit. Therefore, it takes the role of religious counselors at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) to increase family resilience. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of religious instructors in increasing family resilience in the city of Padang from physical, social, and psychological aspects. Data collection techniques used interviews and were analyzed with the Miles and Huberman models following the stages of data reduction, data display, conclusion. The role of religious counselors in increasing family resilience has been carried out quite well, although not yet maximized because the raw materials are not yet available, the methods used are only advice and lectures and have not been evaluated continuously.

Latar belakang dalam pengabdian ini adalah dampak yang ditimbulkan dari covid 19 sangat dirasakan bagi keluarga, tak terkecuali pada aspek perekonomian dan psikologis keluarga.. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan konseling kepada keluarga yang terdampak covid 19 untuk dapat meningkatkan motivasi keluarga agar dapat menjalani kehidupan dengan lebih baik lagi. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah Keluarga yang terdampak covid 19 Kecamatan Telagasari Desa Kalijaya Kabupaten Karawang yang berjumlah satu keluarga yang terdiri dari 4 orang yaitu ayah, ibu, dan dua anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap awal yang diri dari membangun hubungan konseling dengan klien, mendefinisikan masalah, penjajakan, dan menegosiasikan kontak, selanjutnya tahap kerja yang meliputi penjajakan masalah, bantuan yang diberikan terhadap klien, dan tahap akhir yaitu progress klien. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah proses konseling berhasil untuk meningkatkan motivasi keluarga yang terdampak covid 19. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya perubahan yang terjadi pada klien setelah mengikuti kegiatan konseling yaitu perubahan klien tidak terpuruk lagi dan berusaha bangkit mencari nafkah dan anak-anak klien tetap semangat, sehingga dikatakan untuk program layanan konseling ini dikatakan berhasil. Kata Kunci: Layanan Konseling, Keluarga, Covid 19 The background in this service is that the impact of Covid 19 is felt on families, including the economic and psychological aspects of the family. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide counseling services to families affected by Covid 19 to increase family motivation. in order to live life better. The targets of this activity are families affected by covid 19, Telagasari Subdistrict, Kalijaya Village, Karawang Regency, which consists of one family consisting of 4 people, namely father, mother, and two children. The method used in this activity consists of several stages, namely the initial stage which consists of building a counseling relationship with clients, defining problems, exploring, and negotiating contacts, then the work stage includes exploring problems, assistance provided to clients, and the final stage, namely progress. client. The results obtained were that the counseling process was successful in increasing the motivation of families affected by covid 19. This is evidenced by the changes that occur in clients after participating in counseling activities, namely changes in clients do not fall anymore and try to get up to earn a living and the client's children remain enthusiastic, so that the counseling service program is said to be successful. Este trabalho constitui um estudo acerca da convivência, sentimentos e vivência na adaptação dos casais com um dos cônjuges na expectativa de mudança de vida com o transplante hepático. Para este estudo foram realizadas entrevistas com seis casais na faixa etária entre 24 a 77 anos, com tempo mínimo de convivência de quatro anos e espera na lista de transplante a partir de seis meses. O diagnóstico da doença hepática foi oriundo de distúrbios metabólicos e virais dissociado da dependência química. Foi realizada uma entrevista semidirigida com os cônjuges, individualmente, contendo dados sócio-demográficos e questões que atendem aos objetivos da pesquisa. Foram analisados os conteúdos verbais e não verbais do discurso dos cônjuges categorizando-se as respostas por temas afins, baseando-se na Análise Temática. O estudo aponta que os casais vivenciam tensão e ansiedade enquanto aguardam o transplante; a entrada em lista, na grande maioria, provocou um impacto muito grande; as necessidades apresentadas foram a realização rápida do transplante e dificuldades financeiras em decorrência dos gastos com a doença e a baixa remuneração dos mesmos. As atitudes de paciência, compreensão e mais os sentimentos de confiança, amor e fé religiosa foram apontados como recursos para enfrentar a situação. A relação conjugal, após entrada na lista, trouxe alterações para os casais, abertos para a experiência de mudança, abrangendo os familiares e o grupo social. Os projetos e expectativas apresentados mostraram-se aprisionados à espera do transplante. A conclusão a qual se chegou com esse estudo é que a interação conjugal perpassada pelo processo de adoecer apresenta peculiaridades com nuances individuais e conjugais que, para sua resignificação conjugal, necessita de um cuidado interdisciplinar para possibilitar qualidade de vida ao casal. Espera-se que este trabalho contribua na melhoria do suporte psicológico ao casal frente à expectativa do transplante hepático e ofereça subsídio clínico-teórico aos profissionais interessados na área de saúde mental
This research is an investigation about feelings and adjustment of couples in their expectation of a change life with a liver transplant. For this study were conducted interviews with six couples in the age bracket between 24 to 77 years, with minimum time four years of coexistence, and expects the list of transplant from six months; diagnosis multifactorial decoupled from chemical dependency. It held an interview more or less conducted, individually containing socio-demographic issues that meet the objectives of the research. Were analyzed the contents of the verbal and non-verbal speech of the spouses, analysing for the answers related themes based on the Thematic Review. The study suggests that couples live tension and anxiety while awaiting a transplant, the entry list in the vast majority caused a catastrophic impact, the needs were presented the achievement of rapid and transplantation financial difficulties as a result of spending on disease and low pay . Attitudes of patience, understanding and more the feelings of trust, love and religious faith have been identified as resources to address the situation. The conjugal relationship after entry in the list has brought changes for couples open to the experience of covering the changing family and social group. The projects submitted and expectations have been trapped in hopes of the transplant. The conclusion which was reached in that study is: the interaction conjugal, the process of sicken has peculiarities with nuances that individual and marriage to his resignification conjugal, they needs a careful interdisciplinary quality of life to enable the couple. It is hoped that this work, help in improving the psychological support to the couple before the expectation of liver transplantation and offers clinical-theoretical allowance for professionals interested in the area of mental health

Using data from a national survey, this study examines income and other key variables (division of labor and work-family conflict) and their relationship to marital satisfaction. This study builds upon the body of research regarding working couples and women's increased participation in the paid labor force as well as evaluates the findings in the context of data gathered from the recent United States census. Results from this study also are compared to the findings of other key studies. Emergent data may be used to prepare counselors to work more effectively with couple clients and to assist employers in the development of work life policies for dual career and dual earner employees. Results from the multiple regression revealed no direct effects of income on marital satisfaction. For this sample, increases in work family conflict contributed to less marital satisfaction as did the presence of children. Increased participation in household chores by respondents' partners contributed to increased marital satisfaction. No differences were observed by gender. Limitations of the study, recommendations for further research, and implications for practitioners also are addressed.

Abstract (sommario):
The overall aims of this thesis were to investigate psychological and behavioral effects of receiving cancer genetic counseling for breast, ovarian and colorectal cancer and/or with a family history of these cancer types and to determine whether counselees’ informational needs were met. Study I was performed 3-7 years post-counseling. Participants (n=214) reported a relatively high level of anxiety but a low level of depression compared to cancer patients in general. However, there was no indication that the distress experienced was due to the counseling. Moderate changes in life and family relations, high level of adherence to recommended controls and satisfaction was reported. Study II was a randomized control trial (RCT) intervention study which involved 147 counselees. An increase in the level of knowledge and correct estimation of personal risk was reported in both the intervention and control groups, although this increase declined at later follow-up. Enhanced information led to significantly greater satisfaction with the given information, and the way of informing relatives. Most counselees had shared information with their at-risk relatives. Study III focused on sharing information with at-risk relatives among participants in study II and their relatives (n=81). Counselees were interviewed and answered a questionnaire, whilst their relatives only answered the questionnaire. Counselees reported positive/neutral feelings about communicating genetic information and mostly interpreted their relatives’ reactions as positive/ neutral. Also, approximately 50% of relatives reported positive/neutral reactions and were generally satisfied with the received information. Study IV was conducted in Sweden and Norway based on 235 counselees. Counselees expected counselors to be skillful and thoughtful, take them seriously and provide risk estimations and medical information. Most important issues to counselees were satisfactorily addressed by the counselors. Analyzing importance rankings resulted in five categories of needs: a need for facts, caring communication and medical information, need for understanding and support in sharing genetic information, practical care and medical/practical information. In conclusion, no adverse psychological or behavioral effect on counselees was observed. Apparently, genetic counseling is managed properly and counselors successfully address counselees’ needs. Providing extended information does not seem necessary, however, tailoring information to individual counselees needs may create a more effective counseling.

This study investigated family grief and resilience following a child’s death. Representing 23 families, 35 bereaved parents completed biographical questionnaires, the Family Hardiness Index, and the Family Attachment and Changeability Index 8. Significant positive correlations were found between family hardiness and family adaptation, and between parents’ age and family hardiness. Using grounded theory, interviews allowed for the formulation of categories including grief, continuing bonds, external support, religion, and family hardiness. AbstractSince the Oregon Death with Dignity Act was adopted in 1997, an increasing number of people have requested euthanasia, showing that life has become unbearable for them. However, a person who expresses the wish to die by euthanasia is not saying that he/she prefers death to life, but rather that death seems preferable to life under the actual circumstances. In order to respond to a person’s suffering, we need to understand the nature of that suffering, as they experience it. Suffering may be physical, psychological, relational, spiritual, or existential; frequently these different aspects overlap or intermingle, particularly in a serious illness. Euthanasia does not improve life—it ends it by giving death. But when the response involves listening and accepting the person in his/her present situation, it becomes possible to work together with the person to see what can be done to help reduce suffering. We can look for means of relief for the person’s individual, unique suffering, in partnership with the patient and his/her family and friends, using the resources of both medical knowledge and our shared humanity. The willingness to walk on this shared path with the sick person is in itself an affirmation of his/her human dignity.

Psychosocial factors influence colorectal cancer (CRC) genetic testing decisions and risk management strategies. Psychosocial research on hereditary CRC has focused on understanding individuals’ motivations and decisions regarding genetic testing, the psychological impact of genetic risk notification, the effects on family and interpersonal relationships, and factors influencing the uptake of risk reduction options (e.g., screening, risk-reducing surgery, or chemoprevention). Overall, the literature on psychosocial aspects of hereditary CRC suggest that despite initial fears, negative psychological impacts of genetic testing are often absent or modest, and adverse impacts, if observed, are short-lived. Due to the shared familial nature of genetic information, patients utilizing CRC genetic testing also experience novel psychosocial challenges in terms of family communication and childbearing. Positive psychosocial benefits such as relief from uncertainty and satisfaction of curiosity have been less frequently examined. Psychosocial outcomes vary across types of genetic testing, test results, gene penetrance and associated cancer risks, and various clinical and personal factors. For example, the psychosocial outcomes in response to an uncertain test result from a moderate-penetrance CRC-related gene may be different from a negative test result in a high-penetrance gene. This suggests that generalizing psychosocial outcomes from the various areas of scholarship may be unwise. Psychosocial aspects of genetic testing deserve attention by researchers and clinicians to design and deliver tailored genetic and psychological counseling support services geared to the ongoing needs of patients and their relatives who face genetic risk for colorectal cancer.

Psychological, social, and spiritual support for the person with cancer involves a range of activities by the nurse and other colleagues. Nurses can develop close interpersonal relationships with patients by showing warmth and compassion through the act of caring and by developing empathy. Although rewarding, the emotional aspects of nursing (emotional labour) can also be demanding, and nurses need to learn how to manage them in a way that is therapeutic for the patient and does not lead to burnout or compassion fatigue for the nurse. This involves developing support systems, controlling workload, managing role and personal boundaries, and supervision and education. Nurses, depending on their qualifications and training, may function at different levels of psychological support, including using counselling skills. Specific psychological therapies used in cancer care include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), problem-solving, mindfulness, and psycho-educational interventions. Social support can take the form of emotional, informational, or instrumental (practical) support. This can be provided by many different professionals, in addition to family members. There is a specific role for social workers within cancer care, focusing on families, particularly those at risk, and individuals who lack support or need advice with finances. Spirituality concerns personal faith and also a sense of inner strength, of hope, or of purpose in life. It is an important part of all cancer care and a specialist area of practice by chaplains and other faith representatives. Spiritual assessment and support are part of an ongoing relationship, in response to the patient’s perception of their needs.

‘Psychological treatments’ is concerned with various kinds of counselling, psychotherapy, behavioural and cognitive therapies, and related techniques. Psychotherapy and psychological treatments have been an integral aspect of psychiatry from its beginning. The chapter describes the development and classifications of different psychological treatments and draws attention both to their differences but also the common factors on which they all draw. Some psychological treatments, such as counselling and crisis intervention and supportive psychotherapy, are part of routine psychiatric practice. The chapter also describes more specialized forms, including interpersonal psychotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, dynamic therapies, plus group and family therapies. Adaptations for treatment of elderly patients and children are covered and, lastly, superseded treatments of significant cultural and historical interest are outlined and the special ethical problems attending psychological treatments addressed.

"Divorce is considered a form of family disintegration that leads to the demolition of the family and family pillars after its construction through the marriage contract and then the termination of all social ties between husband and wife and often between their relatives. Divorce rates have risen to frightening levels that threaten our Islamic societies. Among the most important causes of divorce in our society are the following: The failure of one or both spouses in the process of adapting to the other through the different nature of the spouses and their personalities, the interference of the parents, the lack of harmony and compatibility between the spouses, the bad relationship and the large number of marital problems, the cultural openness, the absence of dialogue within the family. Several parties have sought to develop possible solutions to this dangerous phenomenon in our society, including: Establishment of advisory offices to reduce divorce by social and psychological specialists, and include the issue of divorce within the educational and educational curricula in a more concerned manner that shows the extent of the seriousness of divorce and its negative effects on the individual, family and society, and the development of an integrated policy that ensures the treatment of the causes and motives leading to divorce in the community, as well as holding conferences. Scientific and enlightening seminars and awareness workshops and the need for religious institutions and their media platforms to play a guiding and awareness role of the danger and effects of divorce on family construction and society, and to educate community members about the dangers of divorce and the importance of maintaining the husband’s bond and stability. As well as reviewing some marriage legislation and regulations, such as raising the age of marriage and reconsidering the issue of underage marriage, which is witnessing a rise in divorce rates. Among the proposed solutions is the demand to withdraw the power of divorce from the man's hands and place it in the hands of the judge, to prevent certain harm to women, or as a means to prevent the frequent occurrence of divorce. The last proposition created a problem that contradicts the stereotypical image of divorce in Islamic law, for which conditions and elements have been set, especially since Islamic Sharia is the main source of personal status laws in most Islamic countries. Therefore, the importance of this research is reflected in the study of this solution and its effectiveness as a means to prevent the spread of divorce, and not deviate from the pattern specified for it according to Sharia."

The article presents the generalized results of a comparative empirical study of the manifestation of desires and ideals in the structure of the value sphere of the personality of younger school choldren in secular (n=218) and orthodox (n=212) schools. The orientation of meeting the needs of younger schoolchildren and its classification is shown. The analysis of the identified ideals and role models of modern younger schoolchildren is compared with the results of a study of the ideals of children in Germany and America conducted in the early twentieth century. General and specific results of comparative analysis of empirical data are presented. The author proves the need to develop and implement in the practice of spiritual and moral education programs of psychological and pedagogical support for the development of the structure of the value sphere of the personality of younger schoolchildren in cooperation with the school, family and Church. At the same time, the methodological significance of the anthropological principle of education with its religious-philosophical, psychological and pedagogical aspects is emphasized.

The article provides a theoretical justification of the model of psychological and pedagogical support of the process of socialization of children of senior preschool age with a general speech underdevelopment. Based on the selected criteria and indicators, a diagnostic program has been developed that allows you to determine the level of formation of the components of socialization of preschoolers with speech disorders — behavioral, cognitive, social and personal. The authors obtained primary data for assessing the level of formation of the studied components of socialization. It is established that children of this category experience difficulties of a communicative, motivational, cognitive nature, which negatively affects the process of their socialization. One of the problematic aspects is the insufficiently formed level of voluntary self-regulation in them. The results obtained are interpreted as manifestations of modal-nonspecific patterns of impaired development and are used to justify the specifics of psychological and pedagogical support of the process of socialization of children in this category. The developed model of psychological and pedagogical support of these children includes three blocks: diagnostic-designing, correctionaldeveloping, consultative-methodical. The authors described the specifics of the content and methods for implementing each of them. The psychological and pedagogical conditions for the socialization of preschoolers with a general underdevelopment of speech are highlighted: the creation of a psychologically positive microclimate supporting the child’s communication in the family and kindergarten; carrying out special work to correct the deficiencies in the development of the components of socialization revealed in them during the diagnosis; development and implementation of an individual educational trajectory for the development of a preschool child with general speech underdevelopment, taking into account the specifics of nosology; systematic monitoring of the psychological and pedagogical status of the child in terms of changing the dynamics of mental development. As one of the conditions, the influence of arbitrary self-regulation on the success of the development of the listed components of socialization was considered.

The history of students’ deviant behavior problem and studying different aspects of this phenomenon is defined by ambiguous understanding of the phenomenon occurrence nature. Widespread digitalization of educational environment and social life introduces new factors determining the behavior of modern adolescents. A promising approach to solving a number of research and practical problems in preventing deviant behavior among adolescents may consider the possibility of identifying a personal resource as a factor of preventing violations in adolescent behavior. The study involved 402 students from Moscow school. It revealed negative connotations in self-confidence and obsession with computer games, browsing social networks (Spearman’s correlation coefficient — .583), as well as with volitional control of emotional reactions — .598. A significant correlation was also found between teenagers’ dissatisfaction with significant adults’ attitude and obsession with computer games, browsing social networks: problems with teachers — Spearman’s correlation coefficient .458 and, accordingly, dissatisfaction with family relationship .431. All correlations are significant at the level of 0.01. Generally, the analysis results allow us to state that the questionnaire being developed can be useful both to identify the adolescent’s personal resource that enforce normative behavior and to identify deviant behavior risk predictors for students in grades 7–11. It can also be used as a tool for targeted planning in psychological and pedagogical support aimed at leveling various behavior violations and intrapersonal destructive states of adolescents.

ABSTRACT Background: Mothers experienced enormous physical and emotional changes, especially during childbirth. Birth support role of husbands reassured both husband and wife about labor and birth. This study aimed to review the first-time advisory experience of husbands during labor time of primigravida wife. Subjects and Method: A scoping review method was conducted in eight stages including (1) Identification of study problems; (2) Determining priority problem and study question; (3) Determining framework; (4) Literature searching; (5) Article selection; (6) Critical appraisal; (7) Data extraction; and (8) Mapping. The search included ScienceDirect, Wiley Online Library, ProQuest, and grey literature through Google Scholar search engine databases. The inclusion criteria were English/ Indonesian-language and full-text articles in peer-reviewed journals published between 2009 and 2019. A total of 543,111 articles were obtained by the searched database. After the review process, six articles were eligible for this review. The data were reported by the PRISMA flow chart. Results: Six articles from developed countries (Australia, Sweden, Singapore, Israel, and England) met the inclusion criteria with qualitative and quantitative (cross-sectional) studies. Three main aspects discussed were support, challenges, and psychological conditions of experience of husbands during labor time of pregnancy. Support of husbands was identified as physical and moral. Challenges faced by husbands included lack of preparedness, knowledge, and encouragement from health care professionals. Psychological conditions of satisfaction and concern were found in husbands’ transition to fatherhood. Conclusion: Responsibility, emotion, experience, and barrier of husbands are related to maternal health problems. Better involvement of fathers will be able to enhance better quality of relationships and family health through understanding, experience, and assistance, especially in the childbirth process. The research took place in the North Great Plain Region – Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county, Nyíregyháza, Nyíregyháza region, Debrecen, Cigánd district (exception), we used the Debrecen and the national database of the Graduate Tracking System. Target groups: 18-70 year-old age group, women and women raising young children, 15-29 year-old young age group, high school students (graduate ones) fresh university graduates. The theorethical frameworks of the precariate research is characterized by a multi-disciplinar approach, as this topic has sociological, economic, psychological, pedagogical, legal and health aspects. Our aim is to show whether There is relevance between the phenomenon of precariate and labor market disadvantage and how individual insecurity factors affect a person’s presence in the labor market. How the uncertainties in the workplace appear in different regions and social groups by expanding the theoretical framework.According to Standing precariate is typical to low gualified people. But I would like to see if it also typical to highly qualifiled young graduates with favourable conditions.It is possible or worth looking for a way out of the precarious lifestyle (often caused by objective reasons) by combining and using management and education.Are there definite features in the subjective state of health of groups with classic precariate characteristics? Results The research results demonstrate that the precarious characteristics can be extended, they are multi-dimensional.The personal and regional risk factors of labor market exclusion can develop both in different regions and social groups. Precarized groups cannot be connected exclusively to disadvantaged social groups, my research has shown that precarious characteristics may also appear, and the process of precarization may also start among highly qualified people. Precariate is a kind of subjective and collective crisis. Its depth largely depends on the economic environment, the economic and social policy, and the strategy and cultural conditions of the region. The results show, that the subjective health of classical precar groups is worse than the others.

The purpose of this study was to explore how university students had to struggle with online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown attending to three aspects: (a) availability and use of electronic devices, (b) personal factors, and (c) teaching factors. A non-experimental study based on a survey design was conducted, in which a convenience sample of 496 undergraduate and graduate students from two different universities located in south eastern Spain participated. The majority of the participants (66.3%) had very little or no experience in online learning and 55% considered that their academic performance was being worse than in face-to-face classes. Findings showed that most of the students had the electronic devices required for online learning (e.g. laptops, earphones, webcams, smartphones), although they mainly used laptops and earphones. They did not have other devices at home such as desktop computers, printers and scanners. The personal factors that most affected their academic performance were family problems and/or responsibilities (46.6%), psychological or emotional problems (41.6%), an inappropriate study environment (41.2%), and a bad Internet connection (31.4%). With regard to teaching factors, students complained of excessive assignments (82.6%), lack of lesson explanations (78.6%), loss of concentration during synchronous classes (64.3%), having to learn through the computer screen (58.9%), and feeling of being abandoned (57.4%), among others. In sum, university students’ struggles with online learning were more related to teaching factors than to personal and material factors. Therefore, higher education institutions and faculty should be prepared to respond to student’s needs in different teaching scenarios, and more specifically in online environments, by adapting not only their teaching styles and resources but also the way they interact with students.

Description The goal of the study was to assess mental health, socio-psychological and behavioural aspects in the representative sample of Latvian general population in online survey, and to identify vulnerable groups during COVID-19 pandemic and develop future recommendations. The study was carried out from 6 to 27 July 2020 and was attributable to the period of emergency state from 11 March to 10 June 2020. The protocol included demographic data and also data pertaining to general health, previous self-reported psychiatric history, symptoms of anxiety, clinically significant depression and suicidality, as well as a quality of sleep, sex, family relationships, finance, eating and exercising and religion/spirituality, and their changes during the pandemic. The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression scale was used to determine the presence of distress or depression, the Risk Assessment of Suicidality Scale was used to assess suicidal behaviour, current symptoms of anxiety were assessed by the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory form Y.
