In this research we raise the question if it is possible to classify a music track as a hit or a non-hit based on its audio features. We consulted many references and corrected our models to obtain the most reasonable efficiency, Voc and Isc. Then, we looked into the influence of the thickness of the top intrinsic hydrogenated amorphous Si (a-Si:H(i)) layer or bulk crystalline Si(c-Si) on p-type Si HIT solar cells. We also studied the thickness effect on the photodetectors with the HIT structure. The research was done by the simulation tool, Santarus TCAD.
