Abstract (sommario):

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Non-Performing Loans, Return on Equity, bank size, and Loan to Total Assets of the capital buffer using panel data. The population in this study was State Owned Banks registered in Bank Indonesia for the period 2002 to 2014. In this study all the population used as an object of study and the type of data used in this research was quarterly data. Data were analyzed using cointegration test and Error Correction Model to demonstrate short and long term relationship. The results showed that in the short term, the Non Performing Loan and Return on Equity have a positive influence on equilibrium of capital buffers in goverment bank. Furthermore, the size of bank negatively affect the equilibrium of capital buffers in the short term. Besides the long-term relationship, the Non Performing Loan and Return on Equity also has a positive effect on the equilibrium of capital buffers in state-owned commercial banks. Meanwhile, Loan to Total Assets have a negative effect on the equilibrium of capital buffers in the long term.

Abstract (sommario):

The research entitled “effect of competitor advertisement effectiveness, product attribute, and variety seeking behavior to brand switching behavior of Indomie. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of competitor advertisement effectiveness, product attribute, and variety seeking behavior to brand switching behavior of Indomie to other brand. Data collection method use questionnaire with a sample 100 respondents from economics and business faculty of Jenderal Soedirman university students who have switched from Indomie to other instant noodle brand. The data is analyzed by using multiple linier regression, meanwhile the significance level use partial test (t test).The result shows that competitor advertisement effectiveness, product attribute, and variety seeking behavior have positive significant effect to brand switching behavior of Indomie. Based on this research, managers are recommended to increase the advertising frequency, increase the quality of product, do endorsement, expand the taste variety, and also give innovation to every detail of product or pricing in order to minimalize brand switching behavior of consumer.

The aims of this research were to investigate the influence of proactive personality on perceived career success, proactive personality on internal as well as external networking behavior, the influence of internal as well as external networking behavior on perceived career success, and to investigate the role mediating of internal as well as external networking behavior on relationship between proactive personality and perceived career success. This research was conducted at PD BPR BKK Purbalingga. Target population of this research was all employees in centre office and branch office which comprise of 129 people. This research used survey method with simple random sampling as sampling technique. Based on the calculation with Slovin formula, the sample size was 98 respondents. Furthermore, the technique of data analysis applied in this study was multiple regressions. Based on the result of data analysis, it could be concluded that proactive personality had positive and significant influence to perceived career success. Proactive personality has positive and significant influence to internal as well as external networking behavior. Internal and external networking behavior had positive and significant influence to perceived career success. Furthermore, internal as well as external networking behavior partially mediated between the relationship of proactive personality and perceived career success.

This research study is a case study conducted in PDAM Tirta Satria Kabupaten Banyumas. This research entitled “Invesment Feasibility Analysis in the Context Ex-pansion (Case Study of PDAM Tirta Satria Kabupaten Banyumas)”. The objective of this research study is to determine the expansion in fixed assets that will conducted by PDAM Tirta Satria Kabupaten Banyumas feasible in the term of Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period methods. Population and sample in this research is PDAM Tirta Satria Kabupaten Banyumas, using boring sampling as a sampling method.The result of the research showed: the investment in order to expand the addition of fixed assets that will be run by PDAM Tirta Satria Kabupaten Banyumas feasible by considering the results of the analysis Internal Rate of Return method of 21% which greater than the cost of capital that has been determined of 10% (IRR>k) and Payback Period method, the investment will show a time for 4 years and 8 months 26 days to capital return on investment so that investment is feasible.

Abstract (sommario):

SMEs proved as the most contributor (92.71%) to the Indonesian employment. Ironically SMEs have many problems. Several attempts were employed, but they were unsucceessful. This article reached the problem solution through onthological philosophy as the novelty. Through descriptive analysis, SMEs were viewed from four dimensions (quantity, autonomy-correlation, dynamic of the process, meaning-value). The result of the study of onthology that described the reality of SMEs Indonesian context is the con-cept of businesses activities which cannot stand alone. It must correlate with the govern-ment and the environment and society and proceed dynamically to adjust to the environ-ment that is formed from the value of the nation's character (togetherness, brotherhood, mutual cooperation). The implications of onthology are the concept of SME development that should be based on the character of SMEs. SMEs still need protection and proactive support on both micro-businesses and macro-businesses aspect of SMEs, by all stake-holders such as government, business associations, universities. To make SMEs grow, it needs government’s integrated policies that can encourage the development of SMEs.

Abstract (sommario):

The purpose of this study was to analyze the queuing system to provide optimum service to the community in Kantor Pelayananan Pajak Pratama Purwokerto. Data collection techniques to collect raw data obtained from direct observations of variables queuing system on the service tax at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Purwokerto by measuring the speed of arrival of the taxpayer as well as the long service he received at each service. The variables used in this study is the dependent variable (dependent variable) is the queue, and the independent variable (independent variable) is the arrival rate taxpayer (λ), service level (μ), the optimal amount of services.The first step is to book study method is to collect, observe, analyze relevant theories. The second step is making direct observation by measuring the speed of arrival and departure of the taxpayer as well as the long pelayananan received at each service . The third step analyzing the arrival of the taxpayer in each service processed with frequency intervals of 10 minutes to find the number of arrivals and keberangktan the unity of time ( λ ) After doing the research results that the average waiting time taxpayer in the system and in the queue already meet specified target is 5 to 10 minutes .

Abstract (sommario):

The aim of this study is to analyze the effects of Technology Readiness Index (TRI) toward Technology Perceptions that will determine the Actual Usage of e-KTP adoption by taking of 50 people which is the all the population as the respondents. This study investigates the relationship between the personality dimensions of TRI (Technology Readiness Index) and the system specific dimensions of TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Multiple regressions was used to test the relationship between the dimensions of TRI and TAM. The results show that Optimism influence perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Innovativeness and Discomfort influence perceived ease of use. Further, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use has a significant positive influence on actual usage.

The role of SMEs in Indonesia in supporting the economy in Indonesia is quite significant. In the post-1997 crisis in Indonesia, SMEs can prove that this sector could become the foundation for the national economy. Number of SMEs also continued to increase from year to year. SMEs in developing countries is almost always the biggest economic activity in number and ability to absorb labor. Development of SMEs as one of supporting economic growth must be accompanied by the development of human resources in various aspects. HR competency development of SMEs important in order to create a quality workforce to reach corporate goals. The current study focused on SMEs Batik in Banyumas, was to examine the impact of human resource competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) on company’s performance in SME Batik Banyumas. Research conducted on 65 respondents in Banyumas showed that HR competencies affect the performance of SMEs. Skills have significant effect on the performance of SMEs. However, knowledge and abilities does not effect the performance of SMEs. The owners of SMEs Batik should pay attention to the importance of human resource competencies to improve their performance. It is also important to improve their skills through training and workshops related to batik. Owners of batik needs to involve employees in their knowledge and skills in the production process of batik that can help increase employee and company performance in the future.

The purpose this study to identify and analyze the effect antecedent variable of satisfaction that is web design, web navigation, costumized preview, website quality, service quality, and perceived value to consumer loyalty of Lazada.co.id. The sample in this study there were 155 respondents who are consumers of Lazada.co.id in Jakarta region. Convenience sampling method used in the determination of the sample. Data was analyzed using Equational Structural Modeling (SEM). Abstract (sommario):

The purpose of this research is to determine the intrinsic value of coal mining company stock listed in LQ45 Index during 2010-2014 period used Dividend Discount Model (DDM) Pertumbuhan Berganda, Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) approach. Intrinsic value will compared with market stock value, henceforth be one of basic for taking investment decision in capial market. Difference of intrinsic stock value with market stock value is tasted by Paired Sample T-Test. For this research, the sample used is PT. Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO), PT. Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) and PT. Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA).The result of this research showed that the market stock value of the coal mining company listed in LQ45 Index is higher than intrinsic stock value (overvalued) based DDM Pertumbuhan Berganda and PBV approach. While based PER approach, the market stock value of the coal mining company is lower than intrinsic stock value (undervalued). And then, for the result of paired sample t-test showed that based on DDM Pertumbuhan Berganda , PER and PBV approach has a significant difference between intrinsic value with market stock value.

This study aimed to examine the effect of variable X, namely Accounting Information System Inventory and Y is the Internal Control Inventory of Toko Besi dan Bangunan Serba Guna at Ajibarang. Based on the research results show that the Accounting Information System Inventory (X) is categorized either by value 3.79. Internal Control Inventory (Y) is also said to be good with a value of 4.11.Effect of Accounting Information System for Internal Control Inventory based research methods, namely, 1) Correlation, based on calculations between variables X and Y has a strong relationship that is equal to 0.750, 2) Regression, based on the data through a simple regression of Y = 0.327 + 0.895X which means each an increase of Accounting Information Systems Inventory role in Internal Control Inventory amounted to 56.30%, while the remaining 43.70% due to the influence of others.At the end, the authors expressed conclusions and suggestions to the company as an input. Although the Accounting Information Systems Inventory is already done well, the system implemented should always follow the conditions that occur at any time and be a directed preparation. Also, Internal Control Inventory is already good and sufficient, therefore, it needs to be maintained and enhanced in order to generate a better and more efficient Internal Control Inventory.

Abstract (sommario):

This study investigated personality factors as predictors of workplace deviance behavior among civil servants in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. Using cross-sectional survey method, data were conducted to 263 civil servants from various departments and Agencies in Pekanbaru by using questionnaires. The instrument for data collection includes the Big Five Inventory (BFI) and the Workplace Deviance Scale. The hypothesis was used multiple regression with data analyzed by using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results revealed that there were a significant influence personality factors to workplace deviance behavior. The independently, extraversion and conscientiousness have negative significant to workplace deviance behavior and neuroticism and openness to experience have positive significant to workplace deviance behavior but not agreeableness significantly. This study recommended that the importance of taking personality traits into consideration during employee recruitment processes to minimize workplace deviant behavior.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh green marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan gender sebagai variabel moderasi. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di Greenhost Boutique hotel yang terletak di Jl. Jl. Gerilya No. 629 Prawirotaman II Brontokusuman Yogyakarta Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei yang diberikan kepada pengunjung hotel. Kemudian, objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah green product, green price, green place, green promotion dan keputusan pembelian. Penentuan jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 120 responden dengan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah menggunakan random sampling. Alat pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala interval 1-7. Responden memberikan jawaban pada rentang jawaban dari sangat tidak setuju hingga sangat setuju. Kemudian, analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Analisis ini dibantu dengan menggunakan program komputer AMOS 21. Dari hasil analisis SEM diketahui pengembangan model berbasis teori dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 variabel dan 20 indikator. Penyusunan path diagram dan penyusunan persamaan struktural &measurement model bersumber dari pengembangan tiga substruktur penelitian. Matriks input yang digunakan adalah kovarian dan teknik estimasi yang digunakan adalah metode Maximum Likelihood (ML) Estimation, yang telah tersedia dalam program komputer AMOS 21. Pada tahap Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) ada indikator yang dihilangkan yaitu X16. Kemudian, pada uji validitas konstruk yang terdiri dari construct reliability, variance extracted, convergent validity, dan discriminant validity seluruhnya telah terpenuhi. Pada asumsi SEM yang terdiri dari evaluasi normalitas data, outliers, dan multicolinierity&singularity juga telah memenuhi kriteria yang disyaratkan. Dari 8 kriteria indeks kesesuaian model (goodness of fit test) yang dijadikan acuan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Chi-Square, Probability, CMIN/DF, GFI, AGFI, TLI, CFI, dan RMSEA, terdapat sebanyak delapan kriteria yang masuk kategori baik dan sisanya sebanyak 2 kriteria masuk kategori marginal. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui: (1) Green Product berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) Green Price berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, (3) Green Place berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, (4) Green Promotion berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, (5) Gender memoderasi hubungan green product, (6) Gender memoderasi hubungan green price, (7) Gender memoderasi hubungan green place, (8) Gender tidak memoderasi hubungan green promotion.

The aims of research are to find out and to analyze the effect of work environment, job involvement and cohesiveness within the working group on employee performance with aspects of job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The method of research is survey with sampling technique uses non probability sampling by saturation sampling. Population from the research is all of employement KPPN Purworejo, it is known that sample size of this research is 35 respondents. Based on the result of research analysis data using Partial Least Square (PLS) indicated that :(1) Work Environment has positive and significant effect on employees job satisfaction KPPNPurworejo. (2) Work involvement has positive but no significant effect on employees job satisfaction KPPN Purworejo. (3) Group Cohesiveness has positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction KPPN Purworejo. (4) Group Cohesiveness has positive and significant effect on employee performance KPPN Purworedjo. (5) Job Satisfaction has positive and significant effect on employee performance KPPN Purworejo. (6) Cohesiveness in Group directly affect employee performance , but also indirect effect on employee performance with mediated Job Satisfaction . It turns out that the direct effect coefficient 0.398 is greater than the indirect effect is 0.150 . So the results of the above analysis it can be concluded that job satisfaction is only partially mediates the relationship between Group Cohesiveness in the Employee Performance .

“Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Bid Ask Spread, dan Volume Perdagangan Terhadap Price Reversal”is a research that purpose to analyze the factors that affect Price Reversal on companies listed in the Index LQ45 period November 8 - November 16, 2016. This research is an associative study to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. The population that used in this study are all companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period. The method of collecting data using purposive sampling. Data that obtained from purposive sampling method is 44 companies. Analyze method which used in this research are multiple linear regression. Testing the hypothesis by using the adjusted coefficient of determination, t-statistic test and f-statistic test. The result of this research shows that firm size has positive and significant effect to Price Reversal, Bid Ask Spread has positive and significant effect to Price Reversal, and Trading Volume has positive and significant impact to Price Reversal. The implications of the above conclusions are that investors can pay attention to the firm's size factor, bid ask spread and trading volume as a basic for consideration to trade on the exchange to get the best return in accordance with the compensation of the risk that they received.

The purpose of this research was to examine influence between profitability is measured by return on asset (ROA), liquidity is measured by current ratio (CR), cash holding, non-debt tax shield and asset growth on capital structure is measured by debt to equity ratio (DER) and influence on stock return. This research was conducted during the period 2011-2015. This research is quantitative research that used associative studies to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. Population in this research is all of consumer goods industry that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of research. Data collective method used purposive sampling method, with result 21 companies. Data analysis technique of this research used multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysi. Testing the hypothesis by using the coefficient of determination, F-test statistics and t-test statistics. These conclution of this research indicate that profitability (ROA) positive influencing toward capital structure, liquidity (current ratio) and cash holding negative influencing toward capital structure, non-debt tax shield and asset growth not influencing toward capital structur, and capital structure not influencing toward stock return.

This research is an analysis on Sharia Rural Banking (BPRS) Listed on Otoritas Jasa Keuangan website (www.ojk.go.id) during Year 2012 – 2015. The research entitled “Analysis variables that influence Murabahah Financing and influence to Return on Asset (Study on Sharia Rural Banking on Indonesia during Year 2012 – 2015)”. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of non performing financing, wadiah savings, financing to deposit ratio, operating expenses operating income toward murabahah financing and influence to return on asset. This research used panel data regression analysis as model to test the hypothesis. The population in this research was Sharia Rural Banking (BPRS) on Indonesia during Year 2012 – 2015 consisting of 168 banks. While the samples of this research were taken by purposive sampling method which were 25 banks. The result of this research showed that: (1) non performing financing has no effect toward murabahah financing, (2) wadiah savings had positive effect toward murabahah financing, (3) financing to deposit ratio has no effect toward murabahah financing, (4 operating expenses operating income had negative effect toward murabahah financing, (5 murabahah financing had positive effect toward return on asset. Implication based on result of this research was the management need to increase wadiah savings and need to decrease operating expenses operating income because it can increase the murabahah financing. The management also needs to increase murabahah financing, because it is in this research is proven to increase the return on asset.

Young people was active users of the information technology, especially internet. Even some of them tend to make the internet as a medium of the main support daily activities. These study indicate that internet use among young people, especially college student tend to have a model of its own behavior, making it attractive for further investigation. These study focus on the influence of perceived enjoyment as variables anticedent in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The respondents of these study were college student as internet users in Yogyakarta, the province is considering a student city. These study conducted on 130 respondents. According to the structural analysis with SEM method, shows that perceive enjoyment has a role as anticedent variable on TAM, because those variable has significant effects on variables in technology acceptance model.

Abstract (sommario):

The study assessed a product or service by customers that met their needs and aspirations. It sought to examine the influence of non-financial customer performance (CP) measures on non-financial organizational performance (NFOP) in the Nepalese cellular telecommunications industry (NCTI). Using a structured questionnaire survey instrument, it employed a descriptive research approach. This study’s population included all the global system for mobile (GSM) customers of Nepal Telecom (NT) and Ncell. The sample comprised 385 customers delineated through non-probability sampling techniques. The study’s targeted respondents were postgraduate understudies, service holders, business people, and self-employed individuals. The survey instrument was composed of three sections comprising 28 data collection questions. A statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) and analysis of moment structures (AMOS) programming were used to analyze the collected data. The study applied confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), path analysis (PA), and structural equation modeling (SEM) to evaluate the significance of the hypothesized paths. It was found that CP had a positive and significant relationship with NFOP in NCTI, with customer retention (CR) being a better predictor, followed by customer loyalty (CL), customer satisfaction (CS), and customer acquisition (CA). This was a cited representative study, not exhaustive, and would help to understand the key drivers of CP in the NCTI.

O que não se limita à experimentação expressiva, pois implica a atuação num espectro amplo e da quebra de tabus. O questionamento incansável é a pauta de sua obra.Palavras-chave: poesia portuguesa; vanguarda; experimentação; concretismo; barroco.Abstract: The poetry of Portuguese author Ernesto Manuel de Melo e Castro, based in Brazil, is oblivious to limits of geography and expression, guided instead by the rhythms of freedom. His work, marked by Brazilian Concretism, confirms the movement, providing not a role of superiority and influence, but of dialogue, of bringing together experiences and the search for contemporary languages. This is not limited to expressive experimentation, as it implies acting on a broad spectrum and breaking taboos. Abstract (sommario):

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of banks in Indonesia. Specifically, this study has examined the static effect of ownership structure on bank performance in Indonesia over the period 1995–2006. The sample consists of 74 banks, namely 56 private banks, 15 community development banks (BPD), and three federal banks from 1995 to 2006. The data was analyzed using least-squares regression method, the general least squares method, and the method of random effects. The findings of this study show that the BPD performed better compared to private banks. This indicates that BPDs have better performance rather than private banks which is due to the fact that customers can be able to pay loans, they have special knowledge on that area and the performance of BPD is supervised by local government. In addition, the amount of equity, economic growth, financial crisis, and the financial ratios affect the performance of the bank. However, bank status has no effect on bank performance.
