Abstract (sommario):
Cancer is a non-communicable disease, or NCD (Noncommunicable diseases). It becomes a second causative factor of mortality in global. In some cases and scientific journals that show a high problem of drug use in cancer patients. The purpose of this research is to identify the use of sitostatica drugs which are reviewed from a variety of literature. This study uses literature study research. Literature study is a research conducted by researchers by collecting a number of library data relating to the problem and research objectives. Result showed there are the most inaccurate drug diagnosis criteria for patients are 16 cases (22.86%). Inaccuracy in most doses is 21 cases (29.18%). the most inaccurate dose inaccuracy is 127 cases (36.38%), inaccurate indications include the need to add drugs the most is 26 cases (25.49%), drugs without the most indications are 11 cases (10.78%) , inaccurate duration of administration of the most drugs is 15 cases (23.43%), the criteria for alerting for the most side effects are 208 cases (59.59%) the right criteria for the administration method is 100%, the patient is 100% right, and the right submission (dispensing) and information at 100%.

Abstract (sommario):
345 Background: Accurate clinical staging (CS) in gastric cancer is critical for appropriate treatment selection and prognostication, but CS remains highly ineffective. Our study aims to evaluate the factors associated with inaccurate CS, the impact of inaccurate CS on patient outcomes, and effect of adjuvant therapy in patients with inaccurate CS. Methods: We conducted a retrospective review of the NCDB of patients diagnosed with clinical early-stage gastric adenocarcinoma based on AJCC 8th edition (cT1-2, N0, M0) between 2004-2016. Those who did not undergo upfront surgery or had missing pathologic staging data were excluded. Patients were classified into 3 groups: accurately staged (AS) if pathologic staging confirmed early-stage cancer, inaccurately staged with receipt of adjuvant therapy (IS+), and inaccurately staged with no receipt of adjuvant therapy (IS-). Logistic regression using stepwise selection was utilized to assess the impact of factors on CS accuracy and receipt of adjuvant therapies. Kaplan-Meier and Cox Proportional Hazard methods were used to compare survival outcomes. Results: Approximately 39% of patients (2841/7199) were understaged. T2 tumors, non-well differentiated tumors, and diffuse type histology were associated with increased likelihood of inaccurate CS. Age >60, female sex, Asian/Black race, and non-cardia tumor location were associated with decreased likelihood of inaccurate CS. Only 44% of patients who were inaccurately staged received adjuvant chemotherapy/radiation. Age >75 and fundus/body tumor location were associated with decreased likelihood of receiving adjuvant therapies, while more advanced pT and pN stage were associated with increased likelihood. Treatment facility type (community vs. academic) had no impact on likelihood of accurate CS or receipt of adjuvant treatment after inaccurate CS. 5-year overall survival was significantly different between groups (71.7% AS, 48.3% IS+, 51.1% AS-; p<0.001). Conclusions: CS is inadequate, and understaging has detrimental effects on patient survival outcomes. Novel strategies for improved CS are needed to improve patient care.

Abstract (sommario):
Objectives: To investigate the prevalence of inaccurate estimation of own body size among Brazilian schoolchildren of both sexes aged 7-10 years, and to test whether overweight/obesity; excess body fat and central obesity are associated with inaccuracy. Methods: Accuracy of body size estimation was assessed using the Figure Rating Scale for Brazilian Children. Multinomial logistic regression was used to analyze associations. Results: The overall prevalence of inaccurate body size estimation was 76%, with 34% of the children underestimating their body size and 42% overestimating their body size. Obesity measured by body mass index was associated with underestimation of body size in both sexes, while central obesity was only associated with overestimation of body size among girls. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest there is a high prevalence of inaccurate body size estimation and that inaccurate estimation is associated with obesity. Accurate estimation of own body size is important among obese schoolchildren because it may be the first step towards adopting healthy lifestyle behaviors.

Abstract (sommario):
Abstract Objective To understand whether user reviews of Instant Blood Pressure (IBP), an inaccurate, unregulated BP-measuring app reflected IBP’s inaccuracy, to understand drivers for high and low ratings, and to understand if disclaimers prevented medical use. Materials and Methods All iTunes app reviews for IBP v1.2.3 were downloaded and assessed for themes by two reviewers. Summary statistics for themes were tabulated with their associated star ratings. Results Common themes included perceived accuracy (42% of all reviews, star rating mean 4.8, median 5), inaccuracy (10%, 2.0, 1), and convenience (34%, 4.7, 5). Nine percent documented IBP use in medical conditions (4.6, 5), and 2% mentioned IBP’s disclaimer (2.7, 3). Discussion User reviews and ratings of a popular, inaccurate BP-measuring app were positive and uncommonly commented on its inaccuracy. Disclaimers attempting to prevent medical use of the app were ineffective. These findings support the need for more rigorous regulatory review of apps prior to their release.
