The thesis deals with the issue of cyberbullying at the University of Economics in Prague. In the theoretical part is defined cyberbullying, describes the individual elements, specifics, used tools and forms of cyberbullying. There is also described cyberbullying in relation to the law of the Czech Republic and several other countries. The thesis also included the results of several studies and the best-known cases of cyberbullying. The practical part presents the evaluation and analysis of the results of the quantitative research from the University of Economics in Prague. The result is an analysis of the incidence of cyberbullying among students of the university and recommendations on how to behave on the social networks in order to prevent cyberbullying.

The topic of the thesis is the incidence and prevention of different stages of bullying on business academies. The thesis contains the necessary theoretical background for understanding the concept of bullying. Firstly, the characteristics of the participants, aggressors and victims are described. After that, a detailed description of bullying stages follows. The thesis also deals with one of the forms, cyberbullying, which is very widespread today. An important part of the thesis presents an analysis of the first aid in the fight against bullying. Other options of dealing with bullying and methods of remediation are also described in details. The thesis introduces the consequences of bullying, which affect many areas. Finally, the thesis deals with a very important prevention, which is essential for the successful treatment of bullying. The issue provides the information necessary to prevent and tackle bullying in high schools. In the practical part, questionnaire that examines the current situation and students´experience in bullying is analyzed. Interview with a counselor dealing with bullying and its prevention at schools is a part of the dissertation.

The master's thesis Cybercrime is a reaction to the increasing number of criminal activity related to the virtual space. It's main aim is to provide an overall description of this issue. Firstly the thesis presents theoretical problems regarding the definition of cybercrime. Following is an overview of international legislation and policy in the Czech Republic, EU, and USA. Second part is about two specific types of cybercrime - cyberstalking and cyberbullying. Not only are both defined theoretically, their respective participants (perpetrators, victims) and prevention are also described. The border between common and vexation matter of person behaviour we are accustomed to is very slight. The topic of my diploma paper "Vexation at the workplace" becomes very actual and constantly the bigger problem in the contemporary modern society. Everyday mentally terror at the workplace, vexation among the colleagues, systematically made malignancies through which the superiors attack their inferiors (or vice-versa) is a problem that belongs serious incoveniences both to its victims and the company. My diploma paper is above all focused on the sophisticated and malicious area of work-vexation that is called the mobbing. Marginally I mention other forms of vexation and the bossing. I made my exploration at the public service environment as the work-vexation is usually put together with it. Primarily I point the legal and moral side of the mobbing and its psychological and social aspects. Secondarily I mark the mobbing as a job-psychological phenomenon, its influence to the company itself and consequences between it and some modern society trends (teamwork, power, burn-out syndrome, internet technologies). Supposing to become the managers we should make effort to eliminate the mobbing. As only the workplace without the vexation brings the satisfaction that can results in higher level of the work productivity, economic profit and the the incapacity of work decreasement. Thereby the mobbing affects the whole life of its victim and also that anyone of us can become the victim it is necessary to solve this problem urgently and constantly.

The diploma thesis deals with a development of a system, which serves as a supportive tool for improvement of cyberbullying prevention. The system provides continuous collection and evaluation of information about how much time users spend on mobile apps intended for mobile devices running Android operating system. The main parts of the system are the Android application and the remote server with the web application. The Android application provides continuous collection of information about device usage and sends it to the remote server at weekly intervals. Access to mobile device usage history is obtained by the API android.app.usage. The web application is responsible for receiving data from individual devices and for subsequent data processing. The results of data processing are presented through the user interface of the web application. The PHP framework Laravel is used to build the web application.

The diploma thesis called " Cyber - bullying in Society" deals with this phenomenon and there Ialso mentioned its related problems such as cyberstallking, luring, video clips, where agressors torture thein victims. My aim is to inform the public with this topical phenomenon.I focus on its types, who the attacker is in these forms of bullying nad who becomes a victim. Additionally, I describe the divisor of cyber-aggresors, the effects on cyber.bullying victims and how the victims can be helped. In the practical part I analyse a case study of a girl, who I met and who became a cyber-bullying victim. I also describe the offender of this crime, I try to define with the help of a professional the investigatoin and subsequent capture of the cyber-aggresor by Czech police. Furthemore I džine the specific development of cyber-bullying in a sekond case and steps taken by the girl's school in order to capture cyber-aggresors and subsequently punisch them. From the analysis case studies I learned that she was tiny and at last kyberšikanována girl Hana (14 ), pupil one Prague ZŠ. The girl was in school the new, because she's out of the original school, to which she didn't like and she was in her bad favor. The thesis "Cyberbullying at the elementary school" referred to the issue of cyberbullying is currently in our society. We should first clarify the basic concepts of the topic, as well as resources such behavior of children and related concepts such as kybergrooming. Further work is devoted to less important topics such as preventive measures, procedures in the event of cyberbullying and its postižitelností. We are also acquainted with the real cases of cyberbullying. In the empirical part of the thesis, we focused on a specific group of respondents from rural and urban primary schools in the South Bohemian region in order to confirm or disprove the hypothesis of the existence of cyberbullying in the school and pupils' awareness of such conduct, and then draw the appropriate conclusions.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to sketch out the issue of cyberbullying among children and adolescents. At first, the term "traditional bullying", its definition and division is defined in the thesis. The main topic of the thesis is cyberbullying, its definition, features and typology. Characteristics of particular participants of cyberbullying are depicted. One of the chapters deals with the consequences of cyberbullying for particular groups of cyberbullying participants. The diploma thesis focuses also on the possibilities of prevention and intervention in cyberbullying and organizations dealing with cyberbullying are mentioned here. This thesis deals with the issue of cyberbullying and it examines the differences in its perception depending on gender. In the beginning the thesis describes transformation of communication based upon time and technologies used to communicate. It is followed by the comparison of cyberbullying and bullying where similarities and differences are shown. After this theoretical part comes the practical part of the thesis which is started by the justification of the chosen research method - qualitative research, individual interviews with grammar school children in the age 10 to 15 years. The following part describes the construction of the research - creating the scenario of the interviews followed by the description of the interviews which were afterward transcribed and analyzed. The interviews were analyzed by open coding and showed that there are differences regarding cyberbullying and gender but they also showed that there are similarities in the usage of communication media. The results proved that in the selected sample of children girls are more likely to take part in cyberbullying than in bullying. The results also showed that girls are more likely to share more personal information and photos on the internet than boys although we can observe that this is starting to change because boys are...

This work describes some projects focused on safer use of the Internet. This diploma thesis deals with the context of two current topics - cyberbullying and behaviour on social networks, in the population of the second grade of primary school, thus in adolescents. In the literary-review part the developmental connections of cyberbullying in adolescence, signs and forms of cyberbullying, its occurrence, cyberbullying actors and risk factors associated with it are presented. Diploma thesis "Psychological aspects of cyberbullying" deals with bullying, modern ways of communication and cyberbullying. It brings the main psychological knowledge connected to bullying, inquires into phenomena of communication using modern technologies and presents fundamental information about cyberbullying. The research part consists of qualitative and quantitative research. The purpose of qualitative research was to chart the phenomena connected to bullying and cyberbullying. This Diploma Thesis deals with the problem of cyberbullying at basic schools and its place in the lessons of media education. The theoretical part is divided into two parts. The first part handles with the specification of lessons of media education as they are defined in the ?RVP ZV?. It also mentions the recommended expected outputs which in the field of media education include also the problem of safe using of the internet and mobile phones at schools. The second part handles with cyberbullying considering its actuality and differences from the classic bullying. The methods of preventing and possible solutions are emphasized as well as the introduction of some stories from the reality. The practical part describes the circumstances of creating the lessons. This is followed by the description of six linked lessons and the evaluation of the process of the education. The evaluation is based on the feed-back from the students and their suggestions. The aim of my Diploma Thesis is to show a possible way of the realisation of lessons including the problem of cyberbullying in the lessons of media education. I also wanted to refer to the importance of bringing this problem to basic schools.

Currently, social networks are an irreplaceable communication medium not only for adults, but also for children and adolescents. Social networks make possible to realize many interesting activities, they can be used for an entertainment, education and especially for a communication with friends. The aim of my diploma thesis was to find out risks associated with the use of the social networks at older school children. To discover, on a chosen sample of children from upper primary schools, what is their experience with a security of personal data, how much time they spend on social networks, if they met some offensive content, whether they see dangers associated with the use of the social networks etc. In the theoretical part I dealt with a basic definition of individual social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Badoo, Xchat, Lidé (People), Spolužáci (Classmates), LíbímSeTi (DoYouLikeMe). Then I also defined basic means of the internet communication, its specifics and I described newly emerged phenomena which were, as a form a socio-pathological behaviour, very closely connected to an improper use of the social networks. For a closer recognition of the research sample I shortly characterized the behaviour of the older school children, their relationship to peers, their need for an identification and leisure time. An important component of it there is also a prevention, counselling and support on the internet. In the conclusion I briefly explained advices and principles of the secure internet from a perspective of a minor user, a parent and a teacher. A quantitative research investigation was carried out within the thesis. It was realized via an electronic questionnaire with children from upper primary schools at five chosen elementary schools. Specifically, there were Elementary School in Trhové Sviny, Ledenice, Pohůrka, České Budějovice - Nová St. (remote site in J. S. Baar St.) and Otakar Nedbal St. Two hypotheses were determined: H1: Users are not informed about a possibility to secure their personal data. And H2: Users do not see any danger in the use of social networks. Results have been presented in graphs with a subsequent statistical summary in MS Excel. The results of the thesis can be used especially by specialists dealing with this issue, then by professionals working with adolescents and last but not least, also by the children´s parents themselves, who have a fear or feel insecurity in their child´s behaviour on the internet.

The goal of this thesis is to map children users' theoretical knowledge of risks of the Internet. It deals with problems of cyberbullying, cyberstalking, sexting and cybergrooming in the youngest city of the Czech Republic, in Milovice. It describes the dangerous behaviour patterns that the children at the age of 11-15 years (i.e. the second stage of elementary schools) in that city are confronted with and that they tend to follow-up. The research shows how they perceive risks of the Internet and how much they trust strange people online. It finds out whether the children make relations with strangers and whether they meet them in real world, where they would look for help if needed and whether they are familiar with some projects focused on the Internet safety. The definition of risk factors of the new media and specification of child users are crucial for the thesis. The thesis also briefly describes Czech legislation connected with risks of cyberspace and outlines the profiles of the aggressors and their victims. It shows possible after-effects of cyber criminality on the real examples. It introduces various tools, projects and children and parents approaches that help them with the prevention and minimization of risks. This dissertation called "The manifestation of chicane among children of the second grade of an elementary school" concetrates on chicane, its manifestation and an appearance of chicane and also reflects its newest form - a cyberchicane. The aspiration of my dissertation is to look at this pathological phenomenon more from the victim's point of view, I come to think of roots of aggressiveness and chicane as well as I pay attention to aggressors and victims of chicane. The aim of my dissertation is to find out ways the victim faces up to attacks of an aggressor and also to find out the effective ways and possibilities to help handling the chicane aftermath. Using a method of a dialog with specialists - pedagogical consultants working in elementary schools and pedagogical and counseling psychology experts - I seek answer to my empirical question. I use casuistry as a companion method. The final part of my dissertation includes a grand summary of acquired knowledge that could be used practically in a subsequent work with victims of chicane. This master thesis aims mainly on behaviour of primary-school children in the environment of the internet and on motivation which can lead to dangerous behaviour such as providing personal data. The theoretical part defines basic terms. Firstly, it focuses on psychological profile of primary-school children and on their experience with new technologies, then it describes major types of danger as results of hazardous behaviour of children on the internet focusing on cyberbullying and cybergrooming. The end of the theoretical part presents a number of basic researches related to primary-school children behaviour on the internet, which took place in the Czech Republic during last several years. This thesis examines the problem of pupils bullying teachers. It describes what factors influence students bullying teachers, and searching for ways how to prevent it. The theoretical and the research part are closely related. Many points in the theoretical part were influenced by the research made. The research examines specifically cyberbullying of teachers. It is based on eighteen videos showcasing this topic. Some of these videos were recorded while bullying was happening, or they were the tool to bully the teacher when made public. The research sample of teachers and students expressed their stand and opinion about the recordings. An analysis based on the qualitative research followed. The research part discovers the trigger and if the purpose of the bullying was to cause the teacher to leave school. It also describes how teachers should respond in that particular situation. The author of the thesis also aims to contribute to improving the mentioned skills of children by designing a teaching methodology. This methodology employs methods of experimental education and non-formal education as well. The thesis shall submit the theoretical background and research findings on child safety on the Internet, with an emphasis on cyberbullying, cybergrooming, cyberstalking and sexting. It also discusses the issues of socio-cultural disadvantage and exclusion as well as governmental and NGO sector's approach to the education of disadvantaged children. Final part of the thesis summarizes the results of the research, including its methodology. The designed teaching methodology for safe Internet usage is disclosed in the annexe. The thesis deals with dangers connected with using of internet social network Facebook concerning mainly children and teenagers and it suggests possible ways to reduce these dangers. At the beginning Facebook principles and the basic psychological characteritics of the Internet, which are relevant also for Facebook, are presented. It implies some negatives and risks connected with using Facebook which are described in the next parts of the thesis. There is a focus on dangerous phenomena which include cybergrooming, cyberstalking and cyberbullying. The text deals with their prevention and possible resolution. The thesis discusses possible ways of prevention of risks of internet communication with the focus on Facebook and it presents projects dealing with the prevention in this area. Empirical part of the thesis examines relation between risk behaviour and awareness of dangers and safer using of Facebook. The questionnaire survey was made and it concerns pupils of the second grade of primary school from Kadaň. It also examines connection between risk behaviour and the frequency of meeting some undesirable situations described in the theoretical part and it deals with differences between boys and girls in this field.

The diploma thesis analyses the impact of online behaviour on a real life. It is divided into a theoretical (chapters 1 to 3) and practical part (chapters 4 to 7). The first chapter introduces the current trends and generally the topic of social networks, the internet, online communication and relationships. The second chapter describes main forms of cyber antisocial behaviour. The third chapter is focused on the process of socialization and growing up from the point of view of developmental psychology. It also shows individual mental and behavioural frames of the cyber reality which penetrates the real world. The practical part deals in four chapters with different forms of a research which aim was to verify outlined hypotheses and facts mentioned in the theoretical part. The selected methods are quantitative research among high school students distributed through questionnaires, the qualitative interviews among high school teachers and the quantitative analysis of the educational journal. The fourth chapter describes theoretically the methodology of the research. The last three chapters document each part of the research, partially verify the outlined hypothesis and interpret the results.

The thesis deals with media education with special reference to new media. Media education has been a part of Czech curicula since 2004 and schools struggle with how to cope with it. In past few years new media came out to be a significant element of media education. New media are important part of everyone's life in informational society. Therefore it is neccessary to widen media literacy to new media as well. Children are growing with new media and they take them as a natural part of their lives. On the contrary teachers very often do not need new media and use them marginally. The author of the thesis tries to map how teachers and children are facing new media not only in media education but even in their lives. The first part of the thesis describes basic elements of the issue - informational society, media literacy, media education and new media. One chapter deals with media education in the Czech Republic, its past and present. The second part of it describes the methodology of the research with its advantages and disadvantages. (in English): The thesis focuses on risk behaviour among children on the internet. The aim is to find out the specific differences between clients from the low-threshold treatment programme for youths at risk and the general child population, in the context of three main topics: risk behaviour, victimisation and victim and offender role reversal, and in two fields: cyberbullying and online violence against children. The work is divided in three parts: theoretical, methodological and analytical. First, I introduce basic concepts of hazardous internet behaviour among children as described within the academic literature. Those are mainly online communication, cyberbullying, cybergrooming, sexting and child pornography. In the methodological part, I present the goals of this work, research questions, the case-study method which is the base method of my own research, as well as other quantitative research methods that are commonly used to study the child population. The aim of my thesis was to find out how people behave on social networks. My focus was to highlight the advantages and disadvantages that come out with moving into the cyberspace. As I discovered while writing, social networks can be used for good purposes, for example the charity. At the same time, I concluded that any advantage can be abused. The use of social networks is very tricky. I made up a survey to determine how people use social networks, and which are the most popular. I've created five hypotheses, two got confirmed and three did not. I believe that the results of this survey brought out quite valuable information. The questionnaires revealed that the most popular social networking site was Facebook. It was also confirmed that social networks became a real part of daily life. I wanted to draw attention to the actual topic. I think social work is important to deal with this issue more, because a lot of problems with children and adolescents takes place on the Internet today. Ignorance of this environment can lead to misunderstanding or ignorance of problems and it prevents resolving them. This topic has many more angles to describe from. I can see the importance of kids getting informed at schools by teachers and also instruction of their parents what to take care about.

The following final thesis "Risky behaviour of lower and upper secondary school students on social networks and its prevention" introduces the topic of primary prevention of cyberbullying and security on social networks with regards to their current use by lower and upper secondary school students. Another aim of the thesis is to ascertain which forms of risky social behaviour the target groups currently encounter on social networks and to find out the ways in which these social networks are used (the most commonly used applications, the frequency of their use etc.). The thesis doesn't focus solely on social networks, it also addresses the subject matter of critical thinking since one of the problematic aspects of using social networks by young people is the fact that they use multiple sources of information without further verification. Following the results of the research, short-term activities of primary prevention for both target groups are proposed. They aim to encourage the development of critical thinking and media studies. In my thesis I have focused on the issue of social networks and (social) bullying at elementary schools. In the first part of my paper I summarize the theoretical background and provide an overview of findings and opinions published by experts in relation to the issue of bullying and cyber-bullying, while in the second part of my paper I analyze the results of a research performed with the use of an anonymous questionnaire at four (4) elementary schools in the South Bohemia Region (Jihočeský kraj). The schools involved in the research were: two (2) schools with less than 270 pupils in the Prachatice region, one school with more than 270 pupils in the town of Prachatice and one school with more than 270 pupils in the city of České Budějovice. The purpose of the questionnaire investigation was to collect information on the extent in which aggressive behavior and cyber-bullying appear among pupils attending the 5th through 9th grades of the elementary school (age range 11-15). In the final part of the thesis I provide an overview of the results obtained through the research with the use of a BPAQ questionnaire (BussPerry Aggression Questionnaire and aggressive acts).

The master thesis entitled Aggression and Violence towards Educators - from the Perspective of Secondary School Educators elaborates the problem of aggression and violence in school. The theoretical part contents a general description of the phenomena aggression and violence, further it focuses on school aggression, violence among pupils (bullying, cyber bullying) and other forms of school violence. The main research problems of the thesis are two forms of school violence: these are aggression and violence of students towards educators and aggression and violence of parents towards educators. The focus is concentrated on various forms of verbal and physical aggression exerted towards educators. Related to aggression and violence towards educators the thesis also attends to cyber-harassment and to a heavy form of school violence as is school shooting. The purpose of this thesis is to outline different ways of utilising our two chosen literary works for kids and teenagers in czech language and literature classes taking place during later years of primary education. Each of the works presents a child hero in a difficult life situation caused mainly by a bully, where the hero eventually overcomes the situation but expends all his energy in the process. The thesis consists of two units - theoretical and practical. The theoretical unit sums up expert findings on difficult life situations in general and applies them during analysis of our heroes and bullies. The practical unit has been divided into two parts, each covering one of the chosen works. First, we analyse the work's didactic potential, then suggest its utilisation in class and finally reflect on our practical demonstrations. We have also included an additional chapter to the practical unit, describing further ways of utilising one of the works in classes, not only czech language and literature but others as well. Output of this thesis is formed by two commented worksheets and an efficiency evaluation of our suggested class preparations, based on the actual demonstrations. This thesis deals with the topic of Primary prevention of student's risk behavior at the chosen primary schools in the district of Strakonice. The main goal of this thesis is to find out if the students are educated enough about the risk behavior and it's prevention, and to evaluate prevention activities that the schools implement within the risk behavior. To fulfil the main and partial goals two research methods are used - questionnaire designed for students and interview with school prevention methodologist. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the charasteristics of risk behavior and detailed description of chosen types of risk behavior. Moreover it deals with primary prevention, it's characteristics and describes prevention programs that school can use. This part also points out the prevention base of schools, thus institutions cooperating with school and documents that the schools support within the prevention of risk behavior. (in English): The virtual world is becoming more a part of our reality nowadays. Even children are coming into it and they are losing the ability to distinguish between the real and the virtual world. The virtual world is then an absolutely natural thing for them, including the advantages and risks that it brings. The aim of this master thesis was to collect present opinions and views on the conception of specific primary prevention in the area of cyberspace, and to analyze the currently offered programs from certified organizations for schools in Prague. The basic question of research is: What kind of topics do these preventive programs deal with? The method of this research was based on data collection through document analysis, semi- structured interviews and observation. The results show, that the most developed and complex topics in current practice are cyberbullying and netolism, leading to prevention of potential risky use of social networks and safer use of internet. When the goals of preventive programs are expressed enough specifically and sufficiently and with respect to the child, then it mostly focuses on cognitive aspects of the personality. The thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part consists of four chapters, empirical investigation, the practical part.Chapter one focuses on the notion of family and its importance. Except for clarification of the concept are described the basic characteristics of the family now, basic functions of the family and educational styles. Conclusion of the firts chapter looks at the family as a potential risk factor of development and socio-pathological behavior in children and adolescents. The second chapter explains the basic concepts of social deviance and social pathology and describes the main causes of social pathologies. The third chapter describes the various social pathologies, which pose the greatest risk for the age group of children and adolescents. There are described in more detail: dependence on psychoactive substances, aggression and violence, vandalism, bullying, cyber crime and delinquency and pathological gambling. The fourth chapter is devoted to prevention, especially for a preventive action in the family. The work concerns with media enviroment and life style of children from the children's homes. The empirical part is based on theoretical part and it explores their media habits, media access, media owning and parent mediation. This work compares a sample of 48 children from children's homes and a sample of 62 children who live in a family. Quantitative research is supplemented with qualitative research in a form of semistructured interviews with tutors in six children's homes and with mass discusion with children in one of them. The main aim of the work is to approach which role do media play in every day life of the children from the children home's. Comparative research answers the main question: Are media habits of the children from the children's homes different from the habits of the children from families and which strategy of the parental mediation is supreme and how the mediation differs from the mediation in the families.
